    I own a tata nano cng emax xm. Driven 119000 kms . From last 3 days I am facing a issue that my car is not switching it's fuel from petrol to cng fuel ( cng tank is full ).
    I visited to sagar motors greater Noida with much expectations but they are not taking my problem seriously they are saying that my cng unit is failled it has to be changed just after 30 mins of inspection and they did not have the part to cross check that the actual problem is that or not .
    And the part is very costly approximately 27000 .
    Please help

      I have booked the Tata Altroz XZ+ (Grey) variant on 10th of October 2021. At the booking time your sales executive told me that, I will be able to get my car for a maximum of 35 days, which completes on 13th of this month. But still I have not heard from the sales team, and when I tried to contact them they are ignoring my calls, after trying 2-3 times they pick my call and not giving any proper answer.

      Every time they say that my car is not yet dispatched, we will contact you once it dispatched, So how much I have to wait, a Month, A year, or a decade to get the car.

      FYI: on the booking time he said that I will get car on Dhanteras (2nd November).
      The worst part is that even tata is not bothering to provide proper answer.

        From the day itself when I booked a new Tata altroz car, Shiju the executive from Edappal office is being giving me fake promises. Listing all the fake promises made till date.
        1. My tata altroz car which I ordered on Sept 19, 2020 was promised to be ready for delivery within a month however even after one month of follow up I never got an ETA of delivery from Shiju. He kept on making fake promises. Finally, after getting so frustrated, I told him to refund my booking amount as another tata showroom dealer has an available car ready. Then only he made arrangements & promised the delivery within a week.
        Issues after delivery - I got the car on Nov 11 2020 that too from Edappal office. I was supposed to get some litre of free petrol but when asked about the same, Shiju shamelessly replied it was consumed while bringing the vehicle from Angadipurram to Edappal.
        2. I was supposed to get wheel cup.in FOC again as promised my Shiju but I never got it till date.
        3. Finally, to compensate for the wheel cup during the third service of my car on Nov 4 2021, I asked the KVR service center at Angadipurram to minus that wheel cup amount from the service charge. After few calls between Shiju & CRO they agreed to compensate but during the payment they just deducted 600 from the total service cost where as the wheel cup amount would be around[protected]. I was not happy with it & contacted Shiju who had made the promise. Upon arguing with him, he said he would send me rest of the amount 700rs personally as service center is not allowing to compensate the whole amount due to some pending things between them. I knew he would never keep his promise but still I agreed. I followed up with him twice but he never responded back.

        Lastly, I would suggest strict actions against him as he feels fooling customers is his brith right.

              I have booked Tata Nexon XMS Petrol car on 13th Aug 2021, at Select Motors, Chanda Nagar, Hyderabad.
              At the time of booking they promised to deliver the car in 12 weeks. Though it’s thirteen weeks now, I am still waiting for car delivery. Could you please help me understand the status of the same and also why it is taking so long for me.

                    I own a Tata Nexon. Driver side seat belt of my vehicle got stuck on the way during my trip to Lucknow on 30.10.2021. I had to drive on expressway without seat belt.
                    I went to TATA service center in Lucknow for replacement of the seat belt but it was not available there.
                    I returned to Gurgaon after diwali and contacted TATA Motors Auto Deck service center in gurgaon on 08.11.2021 where i go for regular service of my vehicle, service center informed about non-availability of seat belt and ensured that the same shall be available by 13.11.2021.
                    I reached service center on 13.11.2021 but again i was informed that seat belt is not available. Service executive informed that the same shall be available by 17.11.2021. upon calling on 17.11.2021, i found that the seat belt is still not available.
                    This is getting ridiculous, more than half a month has passed and TATA could not provide seat belt for my vehicle. such a shame.

                      I have booked Nexon XZ+ petrol on 10th August at Panchjanya Automobiles Bhosari Pune. Now it's more than 3 months and dealer is giving different reasons every time I ask them about delivery.
                      In First 2 months they said Semiconductor shortage, 3rd month they said particular color and model is getting delayed by tata motors. Now they said billing not started yet by Tata motors.
                      Can anyone provide me with the actual reason?
                      Dealer is not ready to give any particular delivery date, they always says that we can't tell when it'll be delivered.
                      This kind of pathetic communication is really frustrating for us.
                      Kindly provide some solution.
                      Even there is no response from Toll free number as they said we will call you back in 48 hrs. No response from [protected]@tatamotors.com.

                        To whomever it may concern

                        My previous Mahindra car was exchanged on 28th October after listening to the delivery promises and Harrier was allotted on 2nd November 2021. I don't know the cause for delay of delivery.

                        The reason behind booking during year end is for an important ocassion at Cochin on 3rd Week of November and I had explained the same to the sales manager and the sales head of Kropex while making the booking amount of Rs 30, 000 on third week of October.

                        This is a pure case of cheating your customer and fake promising to close the month end target. The first impression of TATA on your customer has left me no choice but complete loss of trust on the brand and poor behaviour from territory head GuruRaj to managers who don't have any clue or knowledge about the status of dispatch but blame it to TATA and customers have no choice. TATA hence proved that they are not reliable.

                        I am a doctor and I would say, this team have ruined my happiness and loaded with stress for the past two weeks. I will have to rent a vehicle to travel at my expense. Thanks to TATA.
                        I am going to proceed with consumer court and court of law for cheating the customer and asking for a compensation for the same.

                          TIAGO XZ Music system stopped working suddenly

                          Tiago music system stopped working suddenly, many people have same issues and the temporary fix to remove battery cable is not helping. The dealer simply says to replace entire music system box which is very costly. Such a shame that company like tata is making poor products....

                          Respected sir,
                          My car's silencer broke while it was running. When we returned to Ahmedabad from Vadagam with my family, it's 90km away from Ahmedabad and the time was approximately 7:00 PM .
                          No tata workshop near this place, for a temporary solution and reach to Ahmedabad without any difficulty. I have welded a silencer @ in the car workshop.
                          I humble request you to replace the same to avoid further issue.

                              I purchase my new Tiago NRG Car on 07/10/2021, but after use of new car I get below mentioned defects in new car which is manufacturing defect and this car should be returned and I supposed to get new car or my money should be refunded.

                              1. Manufacturing Defect in Gear Box
                              When I shift from second to third gear or from third to fourth gear, Whole gear box get badly vibrated as you get feeling that gear will come in you hand.

                              2. Manufacturing Defect in Air Conditioner
                              While driving car, AC get automatically shut and heater start inbetween and get hot air instead of cold air.

                              3. Check engine symbol
                              I am getting check engine sybmbol contionuosly which means car itself is saying that I have manufacturing defect.

                              4. Mileage of Car
                              Company claim mileage of car as 20 per liter but car is giving average of just 10-11 km per liter even on highway and long rout.

                              5. Lights adjustment
                              Light adjustment avaible in car is not working- 0, 1, 2, 3

                              6. Fuel Indicator not working
                              Company has provided fuel indicator sybmol which reflect how much KM car will run, but same is providing as - empty fuel even if fuel tank is full.

                              7. Dashboard vibrating
                              whole dashboard keep vibrating when I run vehicle.

                              so anyone can conclude that above points are indicators that car has manufacturing defect hence this car should be returned and I supposed to get new car or my money should be refunded.

                                Dear sir/madan,

                                I purchased new TATA TIGOR XZ+ car on 4th March 2021 at Oberai Motors Dehradun

                                In my car, boot top cover (boot lid) was not installed and all the wirings were visible.

                                I asked the dealer regarding this, to which they answered that the car comes without it. To my strange i have noticed many Tigors with the Boot lid.

                                I couldn't believe that such a beautiful car of a reputed company doing cost cutting by providing lids to some versions but not in top models.

                                Kindly see through this matter.

                                  I planned to book a harrier but it was highly disappointing to see the response given to us by the showroom employee and because of the improper response I decided not to buy a Tata Vehicle anymore.

                                    We have get our Chevrolet car serviced at Jalaram Tata Motor Service centre, Bhatha, Surat on 04.10.21. They received 13000/- for repairing starting problems and break drum replacement. But on 17.10.21 again starting problem faced by us. We have lodged complaint immediately. But they fail to attend immediately after several call for 25 days. Today, they are saying that your break soul is jam. You have to manage crane for the same. Who is responsible for the delay. We want our car repaired without cost. Because we have paid for the same earlier.

                                      Dear sir,

                                      Tata Tiago XT is my first car purchased on March 2019 and 2 days back my car compressor has gone.
                                      I've given my Tiago to service center Maitri Motors, Mehsana, Gujarat and they have quoted 19000 rupees for new compressor.
                                      My question is how it is possible that compressor has gone within two and half years (51k km). In my family 2 other maruti cars also available in which swift (11yr old), Celerio (6 yr old) but till now never faced such type of compressor issue even my friends also have Tata cars and which are 5+ years old but they also didn't face this issue till now.
                                      Then why my Tiago compressor has gone this early?
                                      19000 is not a small amount for me.

                                      I was very excited about TATA car but feeling now very disappointed. And being a Tata car owner I'll never suggest anyone to buy Tata car if I didn't get any support from your side.

                                      Looking forward for your positive response on this issue.
