I purchased Tata Nexon DT model in the month of April 21 from Saibaba Autowheels Kalewadi Pune.
I did my vehicle servicing from there only. 1st service was satisfactory. In 2nd service I was told that you can service your vehicle from Saibaba Autowheels Hadapsar which is new branch. I sent my vehicle there but the experience that I had was very shocking. Very poor service, no major problems solved, not even they had Vaccum cleaner for cleaning the floor. I raised complaint then I was asked to send my vehicle to Kalewadi station. I sent my vehicle there after 8/10 days with the confirmation from the advisor. I had asked to fix the floor cover over the mateen. It was fixed but when I received my car there was big abnormal spot on the gear handle area which is seen like of some solution/adhesive but the service center people are not agree and the vehicle sent me back without cleaning/clearing that spot.
It is very bad experience I had because no one is expected such thing from Tata authorised station. In my earlier Hyundai vehicle I was very happy with the service they provide. I request you to please take appropriate actions. I have faith in Tata but please prove me correct.

      Myself Alka Singh, I bought Tata Tiago NRG on 30 Aug 2021. Today on 14th September 2021 I went to Puneet Automobiles, near Jagdishpur Railway Crossing, Jaunpur for the first servicing. I had also booked over the phone before going for servicing. After two hours he said that today washing is not possible as the pump is not working. After taking Sign on the document, returned the car in the same condition as I had taken there. Why didn't they tell me earlier that don't come for servicing today, why did they waste my time. is it good?
      Did I make a mistake in visiting that service center? Action should be taken against such service centers so that they do not let people lose their trust in Tata Motors.

        Till now registration card /paper not getting.
        I have paid registration fee on omkar motor sasaram at a car purchased time. I call to show room but not a satisfied answer. (miljayega)

          Hello respected Sir/madam,

          Hi we went Cargo tata motors at thaltej for new nexon car and we choose one of the car from the dealer and we want that car on 7/10/2021 and they told us you definitely get a delivery on that day because of we want to gift a car on occasion and we spoke to Nikul Prajapati and manish patel regarding delivery date but they give it to us surety and than after final deal we walked out .
          After some days we tried to give them call and ask about car delivery date and they told me you definitely got it, and as well as we went showroom again and ask about car they told us you will get your car on[protected] and we ask them if you not arrange please let us know but they stuck on statement and we ask them for payment and they give us date and told us for direct deposit and sent us account details. After finish that we finalised our car loan and we got sensor number.

          After some days we call to nikul and ask for payment and they told us I confirm with my sales manager manish but after that they did not contact us. We go there again and they told us car still not arrived and still take a time and give us excuses obviously they spoil our occasion.
          And now they told us we want more time or maybe you get delivery on diwali or later in November.
          Seriously, this kind of facility we can’t accept from the well-reputed company by the way it’s all happened due to dealers they know they haven’t enough car or delivery but they want customers so they lie with them.
          We are really excited for the joining to the Tata motors but due to this experience we never think about it. I really disappointed with their service.

          I really want my car delivery in next two days please it will really great help for us please

            TATA Sumo GRANDE - Worst product of TATA

            Myself and My father took an TATA SUMO GRANDE car in 2012 financed by the entity(TATA Finance) of TATA groups,

            We started facing a lot of complaints in the vehicle from Day 1 onwards, We didn't get the permanent fix for the issues reported even after visiting concord service center multiple times.

            Also, There was no proper response from the service manager's on the actual root cause, So We started reporting...

            I want to register this complaint against Tata Motors Vehicle delivery team/allotment team. I had booked Tata Nexon Dark XZA(O) on 10th July 2021 with Key Motors Bangalore and was promised my vehicle on 21st August 2021, then 30 September 2021 now its already 3months but still waiting for Allotment of my vehicle.

            Everytime I call Tata Motors call centre they raise the concern and transfer the call to dealership. I think which is totally wrong if Tata Motors is not providing vehicle to dealer how dealer can update, always he says they have raised the concern and I am on 2nd priority since last 1 month. Waiting for more than 3 monts where commitment was of 2 months for dark.

            Its frustrating, I have been trying Tata Motors territory head number but he is also ignoring and not responding to my call. Dealer says Tata is not giving vehicle Tata says ask dealer. its passing the ball and giving reasons for their inefficiency. Tata gave commitment but I think Tata is not keeping its word.

            Through this complaint forum I want Tata Motors to respond to my query ASAP and provide me my vehicle and want to talk with Tata Motors Delivery head.

              10 जून 2021 को कार का एक्सीडेंट हो गया। कार गुरुग्राम में चार महीने से फंसी है। अभी तक कुछ नहीं हुआ। कहते हैं बीमा यह non TMI Policy है सारे पैसे एडवांस में दो। 25000 दे दिए। अभी 10000 और मांगते है। बीमा तो TATA (New India Assurance) का ही है। बीमा कंपनी सरकार ने कब्ज़ा ली तो क्या हुआ ? है तो TATA की। AIR INDIA भी तो गोडे टेक कर वापिस करनी पड़ी।

                I have booked a Tata Altroz xe rhythm red colour dated 23 sep 2021 from Dion Automotive Pvt Ltd, Samantrapur, Bhubaneswar.Unfortunately it was getting delayed and around 3 weeks passed. Dealership is saying that due to shortage of semi conductor at plant production is getting delayed.I want a detail clarification from Tata Motors regarding that.                   Tata tiago XX. Purchased in 2016. Since beginning vehicle jerking on shifting from high to low gear after breaking. Moreover harman sound system not working as intended.
                  In spite of several complaints to different Tata service stations, only complaint resolution every time is all tiago xz owners have same issues. Company fault with with Tata tiago. You have to adjust with that.
                  Glad to hear Tata taking on Air India. Hope it doesn't start jerking mid air.

                    I have TATA NANO cng version. My car is suddenly giving cng switching problem. So I went to tata nano authorised service centre in pune.
                    They check and informed me that I need to change cng regulator which cost around 30k and other charges will be extra, I ask to repair it but they told part can not repairable this can only replace. They told me this is routine issue we see in same version. This will be fix after part replacement.
                    If tata nano is affordable car then why small part cost so expensive, and if this is common problem then why they don’t recall car for fixing this issue.
                    The cost of retro fit cng is around 35-40k today on 13th oct 2021, then why tata selling this so costly.
                    I buy affordable car so why part having too much costly.
                    I don’t understand what to do.

                        I Jagadish B L working at Mysore, on 5th oct 2021 morning at 4.30 Unfortunatly had a acciedent, before buying Tata Nexon I thought its a Global Ncap 5 star car and also its a safest car in India, but i lost my wife and my only one son, on the spot but only Iam same, what the use of buying Nexon, air bags was not opened fully, it was air bag was only off was opened, and also back tier was blast, so now i what to dispose it clear my problems or iam going to the consumer court, please before that clear my problems i trust Tata motors.                           Hi,
                          My name is Jatin and I own a Tata Tiago XT which I purchased in Mar 2021. Everything was going so smooth until my car got a minor accident and got a partial loss in Oct 2021. As my rear part of the car got damaged including right side wheel also and I got my car toed to the TATA motors (RAMA Motors, Rohtak). I gave my car for the insurance and once the survey was done it was supposed to get the car back within a tenure of 1 week and as the survey was done I was informed that all of the parts would be changed, well that never happened but the major concern was the time they took to give me my car back. I used to wait there in service center for hours and raise a complain against it to the regional manager too but it still took a month for me to get my car back. One of my car door was also changed/repaired at that time, from then till now I'm facing a buzzing sound in the speaker of that door. They couldn't identify the problem and said it's a natural thing.

                          This complain is for the service part of the TATA motors.
                          Now again my car got an accident in which I lost side a view mirror and got some damage on the doors, front bumper and and small crack on my windshield. The accident happened on 3rd Oct 2021 and I got my car into the service center on 4 Oct 2021. The insurance company got their survey done on 5 Oct 2021. I'm writing thins complain today on 12 Oct 2021 because today I called the service center to know the work progress and they said we haven't started working on it. Here the problem starts where TATA doesn't provide priority to their customers. I am a bit curious to know what my car is doing their standing ideal in the service center. Why am I supposed to wait for so long to just get this work done. Did I make a mistake by buying this car. I'm so fed up of the service part from TATA and I would never recommend any of my known person to buy a car from TATA motors because I own a Maruti car too and they're really good at this service part because they have enough workspace and workforce and availability of parts every time. I can't afford being without my car for a month long. I still request you to deliver my car as soon as you can.

                            I had bought the Tata Tiago XZ+ 1.2 RTN 2020 (HR26EJ6360) model a year ago from Arya Tata Gurgaon. I am using car since one year and there is no problem in car but 2 days ago my front left side tyre got punctured then I started changing tire but car only had screw jack in it wheel spanner set was not available and because of that I faced a lot of difficulties.
                            Lastly I request you to provide me spanner kit from Tata which was supposed to come with the car.

                                In 2019 i was met an accident but we all are safe only Car was dented from one side and we pulled to Varanasi Service Centre they given us estimated of 15000 thousand but after completing the dent they again demanded money for 20000 and same way they have claim 35000 thousand from insurance Company total 70000 rupees in single gate dented i was looted badly and Recently i went Show room to sell my car they put value of only one Lakh so there no Value of Tata Car in Market even Tata is also not bothering to buy back.

                                  I've tiago xt 2018 model. In oct 2021 gadi run only 15000 km in 3 yrs. Single hand very smooth driving. Service cost is Rs.9471 Its too high for tiago. And bearing of rear drum changed its approx Rs. 1250 and I afraid to hear labour charge for replace is Rs. 550 a single castle nut opening and tightning cost Rs. 550 I don't think Tiago is desrev for this cost its sholud be only Rs.[protected] for service. So please attention to your servicr price. Now i felt i bought an elephant instead of tiago. And this the reason, Maruti desrve for 52% on indian road with a non stop leadership.I will say Tata to tata bye bye far away.

                                    My vehicle is registered on 12th March and delivered around same time. It was through KHT MOTORS, DOMLUR, BANGALORE.
                                    Since then 7 months completed, I have not received RC card.
                                    I have contacted dealer but no clarify.

                                    Such long delay is not justified even with reason of pandemic.

                                      I have Tata Nixon XZA+ Model since 7th April 2021. I faced following Technical Issue with this Car, three times (Twice 19Sep21, Once 10Oct21) within a Month.
                                      1. Car Hangs While Driving on the road and doesn't respond at all.
                                      2. Car Engine doesn't STOP, while pressed the Ignition Button to Switch it Off.
                                      3. Service, Hill Ascend, Slippery, Battery, Press Brake all these Notification Lights/Icons appear all of a sudden on the Display (Speedometer).
                                      4. "PRESS BREAK" appears as soon as I remove my foot from Break.
                                      5. In all the above steps, Engine is still start and doesn't go off. It's hanged.
                                      6. I CANNOT Drive it. Car doesn't detect AUTO GEARS SHIFTING.
                                      7. Car doesn't detect MANUAL GEARS SHIFTING either.

                                      It's painful when I am alone and driving and this (above) happens on the road. It's humiliating. I ask someone to give a Push to get to the side of the road. It's shameful that NEW Car doesn't respond consistently. It's sad that I need to think twice before taking it for long drive or short drive.

                                      A. I need a Permanent Solution to above mentioned Problem. It appears there is a BUG in Car's SOFTWARE.
                                      B. Either REPLACE the CAR or FIX the Car.
                                      C. I need a FREE Car Servicing UNTIL it's confirmed that Issue/Bug is removed.
                                      D. Last time, I went to TATA Service Centre (Loni Road, Mohan Nagar, Ghaziabad, UP) and they didn't find any problem to this and they updated the Dashboard Software ONLY, NOT the Car Main Software that Understands and Drives the Car based on User's Actions (like Gear Shifting, Break, Locks, Stop, Start).
                                      D. Attaching Images to Show aforementioned Errors.
