I've tiago xt 2018 model. In oct 2021 gadi run only 15000 km in 3 yrs. Single hand very smooth driving. Service cost is Rs.9471 Its too high for tiago. And bearing of rear drum changed its approx Rs. 1250 and I afraid to hear labour charge for replace is Rs. 550 a single castle nut opening and tightning cost Rs. 550 I don't think Tiago is desrev for this cost its sholud be only Rs.[protected] for service. So please attention to your servicr price. Now i felt i bought an elephant instead of tiago. And this the reason, Maruti desrve for 52% on indian road with a non stop leadership.I will say Tata to tata bye bye far away.

    My vehicle is registered on 12th March and delivered around same time. It was through KHT MOTORS, DOMLUR, BANGALORE.
    Since then 7 months completed, I have not received RC card.
    I have contacted dealer but no clarify.

    Such long delay is not justified even with reason of pandemic.

      I have Tata Nixon XZA+ Model since 7th April 2021. I faced following Technical Issue with this Car, three times (Twice 19Sep21, Once 10Oct21) within a Month.
      1. Car Hangs While Driving on the road and doesn't respond at all.
      2. Car Engine doesn't STOP, while pressed the Ignition Button to Switch it Off.
      3. Service, Hill Ascend, Slippery, Battery, Press Brake all these Notification Lights/Icons appear all of a sudden on the Display (Speedometer).
      4. "PRESS BREAK" appears as soon as I remove my foot from Break.
      5. In all the above steps, Engine is still start and doesn't go off. It's hanged.
      6. I CANNOT Drive it. Car doesn't detect AUTO GEARS SHIFTING.
      7. Car doesn't detect MANUAL GEARS SHIFTING either.

      It's painful when I am alone and driving and this (above) happens on the road. It's humiliating. I ask someone to give a Push to get to the side of the road. It's shameful that NEW Car doesn't respond consistently. It's sad that I need to think twice before taking it for long drive or short drive.

      A. I need a Permanent Solution to above mentioned Problem. It appears there is a BUG in Car's SOFTWARE.
      B. Either REPLACE the CAR or FIX the Car.
      C. I need a FREE Car Servicing UNTIL it's confirmed that Issue/Bug is removed.
      D. Last time, I went to TATA Service Centre (Loni Road, Mohan Nagar, Ghaziabad, UP) and they didn't find any problem to this and they updated the Dashboard Software ONLY, NOT the Car Main Software that Understands and Drives the Car based on User's Actions (like Gear Shifting, Break, Locks, Stop, Start).
      D. Attaching Images to Show aforementioned Errors.

        I have purchased Nexon xz+ diesel on 16th Apr 2018. After two days of purchasing, I feel some lag in pickup while accelerating the car. I raise this issue at every general checkup and service but every time they update software. But issue did not resolved. Within one year of purchased my car emitting black smoke even at 1k rpm. But they ignored this issue every time I take my car for service. I got an answer that diesel car emits black smoke. Not my car completed 25k and engine tappet cover have failed. Some engine oil always came out around engine cover. With this, water pump, both front shocker and link road also failed.
        With these issue I have taken my car to Doon Tata motors Dehradun. But there, I have looted again and again and I have not got any solution. They said If we changed. the tappet cover, fuel inject may be air locked. For unlocking custom have to bear 4K rupee extra. I don't understand what type of engine Tata made which tappet cover leaked in 25K of run. Because I am out of warranty so I have to bear all the expenses. Which is around 40K. For black smoke they have not any answer.
        I feel cheated now. I think my 11 lakh rupee is in garbage. Now I don't know what to do. Within 25k of run, how can a car with lot of expectation failed in so many field. Now tell me what I do even after spending so much money.

                  Tata Tiago Twist beam cracked

                  I own Tata Taigo XM and it’s running at 46K KM now.

                  It’s twist beam of rear suspension has cracked. The service centre is saying that’s it’s a wear and tear item 😃. and denying to replace it. Many of my friends are having similar issue with twist beam of Tiago . I understand that it’s a faulty part from Tata. I want it to be replaced at the cost of Tata Motors....

                  @TataMotors_Cars We booked tata nexon with very positive state of mind #MakeInIndia, #VocalForLocal Because of #RATANTATA sir also.
                  But Due to dealer #prernamotorsbangalore. We regret.
                  From last 3 months I am struggling for answers, I sent many email to [protected]@tatamotors.com

                  I am not getting any solution over email/customer care. So I have to do.
                  From the starting to every step, I faced lots of issues with Prerana. Motors.
                  1. Communication was not proper from team lead of BTM branch.
                  2. Before billing issued wrong receipt for part payment.
                  3. 34000 charged for insurance and issued insurance of 30000.
                  4. During PDI noticed 1 issue. they said it will be fix while delivery.
                  nothing resolved and in addition wegot a dented Bonnet which was not there duringPDI.
                  BAD EXPERIENCE
                  GM Ajit is pathetic, he don’t know how to talk and behave. while dealing, he was more interested in personal questions
                  Included TATA MOTORS officials, Hemanth. but we Felt like he was also good for nothing. he committed for smooth delivery but delivery day, the bonnet dent thing happened he was speechless and not responded over call. tried with different number and then he picked the call. but he told decide between you and dealer.
                  CRM Shaktiraj also Sugar coted useless person. He committed delivery will be smooth and PDI issue will be resolved. But nothing happened. Other then that I got a dented bonnet. Photos and proofs, during PDI and during Delivery I can provide I have all the proofs
                  I can provide screenshots of their arrogant replies in whatsapp chats also
                  Vehicle was registered on my name, I could not ask to change the vehicle. I was feeling helpless.
                  For readers of this post,
                  I am suggesting, NOT TO BUY any vehicle from #prernamotorsbangalore
                  Don't want to do this but please #RNTata2000 try to look into this matter as we are totally frustrated

                    I am feom belgaum karnataka, i had booked the tata nexon in manikbag motors on 17 september 2021 and due to personal problems i cancelled the booking within 3 days. earlier company had said me ill get immediate refund if i cancel the booking but till now i didnt get the refund amount.company employees are not receiving my calls. and i am visiting the showroom from past 1 week and they are saying tomorrow it ll come and it continues. i need my booking amount soon. and i didnt expect this from tata motors a company of Mr. ratan tata. they are spoiling the name of him.

                      We made a booking for our car on 10th Sep'2021 at Autovikas(DWARKA), we were assured that the vehicle will be delivered to us within 2-3 weeks time frame. However, it's going to be 4 weeks now and the vehicle has not even been allotted to us yet.
                      We were assured that we would receive the vehicle by Navratri, that is the reason we decided to go with TATA and not any other brand.

                        Here by i say that a verry worst service i have never seen till..when my tata tiago's left side bulb is fail i submited my vehicle to maanikbag tata showroom sirsi..uttarkannada .karnataka ..but after the fitting of the bulb the whole headlight set stating shaking and after that lock of the headlight assembly got damaged..when i call back to showroom they suggest me to take the vehicle to private mechanic..is it responsbility of a showroom?

                          I was working with TATA MOTORS Dealership at RPJ autowheels sirsa and the dealer code is 3009190 for the designations of DET in service department. They give the less salery than they promise. In my case they cut 2700 per month as a security amount and that will be promised to given after every year end but they want from me to make fraud warranty claims but I denied so they denied too to give my deposit amount and that was of 18 month in row of 2700 per month. I resigned the job now they said jo krna hai kar le nhi dete paise. Please sir do the needful. Its about 50000 Rs plz this is not a small amount fer a small town person who is depends on salery plz sir

                            I work in Indian Rlys. I bought a Tata Harrier XZ+ dark edition from TC Motors Rajarhat, it was delivered on 16/09/21 but invoice was not given. Dealership had never informed me about any type of corporate discount despite me asking for it at booking time.
                            My colleague went to another dealer for booking his harrier on 25th Sept and in the quotation he got, there was corporate discount of Rs 5000/-.
                            When I confronted my dealer, he told deal changes with customers. But now when i got my invoice it shows a corporate discount of Rs 5000/- although i didnt receive the discount.. sum total of invoice amount+ fastag+insurance+road tax amount is still 7000 less than what i paid. They say 2k is for road tax processing charge which i find absurd and wrong. They have no explanation for Rs 5k which is definitely the corporate discount which they must have got from tata and did not extend to me and are not doing so.

                                I had purchased Tata Tiago in Aug 2020, I have only driven 16, 000 Kms so far. One day I noticed that in my front tyre are worn out. and I went to tata service center (Jalaram motors ) in Pal area in Surat Gujarat and i complaint this to them, to which the told me that the same will be forwarded to Godd year.

                                Good year engineer inspected the tyre and told me that it is an issue of alignment . and this is not a manufaturing defect.

                                Sir I have given my care at 13, 000 kms for alignment in jalaram motors(Green City Rd, Bhatha, Surat, Gujarat 394510) and very next day I went again as I haven't seen any changes in alignment and they told me its all good.

                                And now they are saying it is not a issue of alignment.

                                Please let me what should I do?

                                  I have purchased a new Tata Safari 2.0 XM on 9/9/21.Car odo is 1071 kms.Today when i tried strating the vehicle it couldnt start and after stepping down from vehicle i saw huge amount of diesell flowing beneath the engine bay.It is a brand new car and only 1071 kms.Car is in idle position from 2 days.Could you please explain why?

                                      After two days I got its rear left side tyre was damaged.i went to showroom many times and complaint for this but he is saying only one thing that it's Apollo tyre company's problem not mine.
