My name is Sanal Kumar, I am writing this letter to complaint about the poor performance of the magic express ambulance by Tata which I purchased on[protected]
Sir,
I had bought a vehicle from your company to use as Ambulance, TATA MAGIC EXPRESS, from Popular motors Alleppey. bearing the registration number KL29 T 1022 on[protected]. But the problems began right away and it has broke down 12 times and the vehicles was off road for a total of 27 days( 22 days in showroom and 15 days for changing the Engine from 9th August 2021 to 24th August 2021). As the vehicle was off road for majority of the days since it was bought, it could not be used for the purpose for which it was purchased. Hence I was not able to pay EMIs of the loan by which the vehicle was purchased.
I bought this vehicle because of your reputation but because of its mechanical faults, the vehicle was off roaded for most of the days since its purchase depriving me of income to pay off the EMIs and my other livelihood epxpenses.
Also i have a contract with Municipality for covid duty. So am unable to provide the vehicle. As of now am arranging another vehicle for covid duty. Its make me a huge financial problem. Even my driver have no income.
I am having huge financial problems and am finding it tough to make both ends meet.
