Dear sir,
I met with an accident in Anantapur and then somehow I reached Tata motors, Bangalore where they did some repairs (Pic attached ) and then I reached kochi.
Sir, I went to a body part shop personally(25/08/2021) after their refusal to come for a pickup.Their i was told that spare part is not available to which i asked to order for the same.
To my surprise, I was asked to deposit a Sum of Rs. 500. When I said this advance fee is against the policy of the company to the manager (Phone num -[protected]), he and one more member of his team started arguing that it's the tata motors policy in a manner which is totally unprofessional to deal with customers.
Then i asked them to give me in writing for the same, then i will deposit the money and also to give me a receipt for the same to which they denied.
After an argument the manager assured me that he will order the spare part and repair my vehicle within a week.
Sir, It's already been a week and now the manager isn't picking up the call which shows his unprofessional behaviour clearly and his mentality to harass the customers.
Sir, i request you to help regarding the matter and get my vehicle repair asap as i have totally lost the trust in the employees of malayalam tata as i have not faced any problem in any outlet of tata like this before which keeps its customer on their mercy and behave in such unprofessional way to its customer.
