We have a TATA Winger Patient Transport Ambulance RJ27PB2908 which can be delivered to your workshop C.K. Motors Balicha Udaipur Rajasthan First time for free service but your workshop is not ready to release the vehicle before payment. As per government financial rules of Rajasthan we can not pay without bill but workshop is not providing us bill and also vehicle. Whenever we were asking your workshop manager to leave the vehicle, Mr. Shaktawat is misbehaving and said do whatever you want, we will not release your vehicle before payment. and another things is GPS has not activate form the date of purchase, and company is also deny to activate the GPS. they have already activated GPS on another number which they are not able to find out and now they said nothing. Vehical has parked over there from last 10 days.

    Sir I am owning tata tiago xt petrol 2017 model. But recently my car brokedown abruptly and when i contacted tata Motors srinagar they intimated that the fuel pump is not working properly and needs to be replaced casting Rs. 11300.
    The fuel pump problem is common in tata tiago and needs to be replaced from company as manufacture defect. We people trusted ur brand and the company should take care of its costumers by replacing the faulty part free of cost as it is manufacture defect. My car registration no is JK03G 0190.

      I have booked tata tiago vehicle on 20th August 2021 in kropex auto showroom hosur road Bangalore. At the time of booking, they assured me delivery on 10 September 2021. After that the show room guys had not even called me asking for my concerns. Every time I need to chase them, to get any updates. And the answer from them is "VEHICLE ALLOCATION NOT YET HAPPENED". I have even raised my concern to Tata motors customer care through email, there also no response.

        Today 45 days have been completed but till now no action has been taken in my complaint against the dealer and no one is responding..
        Not getting help even on TATA customer care.
        I am fed up now and have to file a case in consumer court or police.

          Greetings of the day,

          My name is Sanal Kumar, I am writing this letter to complaint about the poor performance of the magic express ambulance by Tata which I purchased on[protected]

          Sir,

          I had bought a vehicle from your company to use as Ambulance, TATA MAGIC EXPRESS, from Popular motors Alleppey. bearing the registration number KL29 T 1022 on[protected]. But the problems began right away and it has broke down 12 times and the vehicles was off road for a total of 27 days( 22 days in showroom and 15 days for changing the Engine from 9th August 2021 to 24th August 2021). As the vehicle was off road for majority of the days since it was bought, it could not be used for the purpose for which it was purchased. Hence I was not able to pay EMIs of the loan by which the vehicle was purchased.

          I bought this vehicle because of your reputation but because of its mechanical faults, the vehicle was off roaded for most of the days since its purchase depriving me of income to pay off the EMIs and my other livelihood epxpenses.

          Also i have a contract with Municipality for covid duty. So am unable to provide the vehicle. As of now am arranging another vehicle for covid duty. Its make me a huge financial problem. Even my driver have no income.

          I am having huge financial problems and am finding it tough to make both ends meet.

              Jisne call kiya uska naam aarti singh hain or usne bola wo hr hain tata motors mein mera telephonic interview hua fir usne mujhe 850 Rs training fees bharne ko kaha jab maine wo amount paid kr diya to mujhe ek confirmation letter aaya mere mail id pr usme likha hain ki ab mujhe 2050 Rs or paid karne padenge ab main kya karu ?
              Tata motors company ko ye sab fake or fraud karne walo pr kuch action lena chahiye.

                  Hi, I have booked the tata altroz on 20-Jun-201 at below select cars vendor during booking they informed that they can process through car lease program.
                  After few days they have informed that they cannot proceed with car lease program due to some GST issues also they informed that they will refund the booking amount.

                  So i have moved to tejaswi motors and i got new car .but when i have reached select cars for booking amount they deplaying it.kindly get tmy booking amount(11k)
                  asap.

                      I am complaining about money refund from select motors

                      Am Varun Vydyula, i booked a tata altroz car from select motors by paying 11000 rupes at select cars begumper, during booking they informed that they can process car lease program.

                      after few days they that they cannot process car lease delivery due to some GST issues also they informed they will refund the booking amount and i have to tejaswi motors to get car and i got my new car.

                        I went to Tata Motors located at seven hill Aurangabad, and inquired about Nexon and also about exchange with it vento. But the employee of Tata motor just took a trail of my car and sent me back saying that I will call and inform you about the price of my car
                        He didn't even took me itno showroom back again and never contact regarding exchange of my car.
                        Very disappointed with this

                          I request you to please conform/ensure that your showroom/dealers are providing right accessories to the right TATA cars.

                          Please find the below issue :
                          *I had purchased the tata nexon XE base end car last month.
                          *Today I came to car first free service with the request of extra accessories installation.
                          *They offered below items as I requested
                          1. Rear power windows (installed but don't have controll for them in driver seat) please conform is that the specification for that.(and it is not for nexon xe for sure)
                          2. Center lock smart key (provided but only lock is working with remote not windows and only front parking light will work and there is no connection to rear.(why that inconvenience (they are using tata altroz smart key system, why wrong part).
                          3.infotinment system: they are using bluepunkd display key largo 970-9" (it was used in Nexon XM ) why they are offering and installing to nexon xe and it have option of steering control but they won't install it.

                          Please give the clarification that why this bad practice following by showroom/dealers after market accessories and giving assurance on what they did and bluffing us.
                          I got to know this once I came to home but in showroom they totally bluffed and made us to trust this is what it is.

                          Please address this issue if it is wrong or please explain me if it is a drawback and what you follow.

                            Nexon is a really good compact SUV in the segment when looking in overall performance, but the service from the showroom is not at all good as there are a lots of vehicle for them to do servicing and what they do with individual car is just a slight touch without even looking at the issue carefully I've got service done first service, then I found they haven't done anything for the first service all I got was decreased mileage, again after 2 weeks I went with different complaint of sounds below the car, and front sensor was not working at it's meant, they did not do properly and it was making sensor noises when stopped and moving the steering right and left .
                            Very bad servicing from showroom, I guess the rate will go down as there are many who are talking about bad service for tata cars

                              Sir, i have purchased a tata nexon No. DL10CN6910. The stearing of the car is not move freely it produces sound on movement. The bonnet of the car become too hot after drive. The battery of car causes problem. Recently, it stop at toll plaza, modipuram during a visit from Delhi to Muzaffarnagar. The car is not starting on self. the machinic of the company charge the batter and then start the car he further informed that battery is ok. The reason to discharge the batter on the way is not acceptable even after a run of 1.5 hrs.
                              You are requested to look into the matter.

                                We have purchased nexon dark edition from biaora (MP) varenyam motors. They are extremely pathetic and rude, they didn’t even offer water, didn’t give us first car wash, we paid for it by ourselves.
                                The car given to us had scratches, and the people there are extremely rude, espically chandrakant (GM bhopal varenyam) and sunil vishwakarma (varenyam motors biaora). Please remove them from job asap. We would highly recommend every one else in our knowledge to not buy a singh car from varenyam by any chance.
                                We belong to an eminent community, not even a single person would buy from them after we tell them what happened with us. We regret buying it.

                                  Tata nexon ev vehicle problem after 1st servicing

                                  Dear Sir
                                  I purchased TATA Nexon EV XZ+ BOV with Reg No. TS09ERTR8290 Chassis No.MAT635005MPFS2814 from Hyderabad Show room as no TATA show room in or around Vijayawada/Guntur is delivering electrical vehicles. However, I was informed that service is being given from local Tata Service centers.

                                  The vehicle was running without any issues till my vehicle has undergone first service. It all started on 25th and 26th of August...

                                    Dear sir,
                                    I met with an accident in Anantapur and then somehow I reached Tata motors, Bangalore where they did some repairs (Pic attached ) and then I reached kochi.

                                    Sir, I went to a body part shop personally(25/08/2021) after their refusal to come for a pickup.Their i was told that spare part is not available to which i asked to order for the same.

                                    To my surprise, I was asked to deposit a Sum of Rs. 500. When I said this advance fee is against the policy of the company to the manager (Phone num -[protected]), he and one more member of his team started arguing that it's the tata motors policy in a manner which is totally unprofessional to deal with customers.

                                    Then i asked them to give me in writing for the same, then i will deposit the money and also to give me a receipt for the same to which they denied.

                                    After an argument the manager assured me that he will order the spare part and repair my vehicle within a week.

                                    Sir, It's already been a week and now the manager isn't picking up the call which shows his unprofessional behaviour clearly and his mentality to harass the customers.

                                    Sir, i request you to help regarding the matter and get my vehicle repair asap as i have totally lost the trust in the employees of malayalam tata as i have not faced any problem in any outlet of tata like this before which keeps its customer on their mercy and behave in such unprofessional way to its customer.
