Dear Sir/Mam, I own a Taata Nexon XM 2017. I have problem while driving on 2nd gear downhill as the gear goes from 2nd gear to neutral automatically, This problem happened often and I even went to 2 dealers namely Lexican Motors and Rangeet Auto here in Siliguri. West Bangal. Both the dealers couldn't solve the problem nor could find it, even when i told them its big problem for me as i live in Gangtok. Sikkim and have to travel up and downhill...

I purchased Altroz from SRT Coimbatore Avinash road 4 months ago. My vehicle has a complaint while running with AC. I have taken it to the service center thrice (Hopes location) but they couldn't resolve the issue... Please take back my vehicle, I am looking for encash settlement... I would like to go for some other genuine brand like Maruti or Hyundai... Please assst ([protected])...

I have Nexon XZA+O car and done the second service but in IRA APPS still alirt coming service due, please solve this. My car chachiss no is MAT627146MLA02150...

No call received for car service for last one year ( SAGAR MOTORS NOIDA(U.P)...

No proper resolution from the customer service manager(Kasya Chunduru) of TATA Motors, least bother to listen for the customer queries and blamming only on customers stating that every thing is mentioned in owners manual.if every thing is mentioned in owners manual why they are selling the cars thru dealers, they can sell and service directly from tata motors.vvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvv irresponsible response from the authority of TATA...

Even after 12 days no one from dealer bother to call the customer for updation, even i calls no response form the dealer.
dealer cheated on P2P AMC coverages, out of 12 parts only 4 had replaced and said they changed all parts....

I have purchased my TATA nexon XZA+(o) model on 12th July 2021, Till the time didn't get any IRA related things activated, I purchased this model only for this feature and the same is not provided by tata.
I have called to TATA nexon customer care but they dont have any answer they were keep telling me that the concerned team will connect you but till date nobody calls me, same I have raised complaint to dealer at showroom but they...

I had booked Tata Altroz XZ 1.5D on 12th July. As per showroom(Sterling Motors, Solapur) staff they were suppose to deliver it by last week but they are telling me that Car is not loading on transport vehicle as they clearance is not being done by Manufacturing located in Pune.

I would like to them to resolve this very unprofessional behavior of such reputed India car brand of India....

I took a test drive of tata altroz xz model on 19th July 2021 and booked the car same day, checking all its features. When i tool the tesr drive the car has digital instrument cluster and i was impressed by this feature, now when i received the car tata altroz xz yesterday (18th August 2021) there is no digital instrument cluster, now i have got analog instrument cluster which is totally unfair and i am completely disappointed with this....

The car was bought in Jan 2021 and within 6 months we have faced multiple issues.

Have been to the Raebareily Uttar Pradesh TATA workshop 3-4 times and they are not able to figure out the problem.

It just suddenly starts showing F in the instrument cluster and the car refuses to start. This is highly disappointing for people who believe in Indian brands. TATA does deliver...

I booked my nexon XMS petrol on 14/06/21. They have promised me to deliver within 6 weeks. And they changed the date 2 times. But still they are not sure about the delivery date. Even they told me that i can cancel my booking if i cannot wait. Really sad experience.

I have purchased Tata tigor xt in 2018.
After one year it start giving problem.
On long route the car stops accelerating properly and starts jerking.
I complained about this in sagar motors during the service time, they told me that they solved the problem.
But again on long drive the car starts jerking and not accelerating properly, i again told them at the time of service,

I have given my Tata Nexon XMA vehicle for service 3days back. I was surprised to hear that there is an oil leak on the gear box. Its just 6months i bought this vehicle and i drove only 1150kms. This, i see as a major quality issue. I was told that the oil seal got damaged. I have concerns over the trust tata built over these years....
