I had come in the morning with my car for which i had taken an appointment yesterday. When i finally reach here they took in my car but i knew it would take some time so i went to watch a movie. I returned after watching a 2 hours movie and yet my car wasn't even half done. I think it wasn't even touched by the mechanics. Very unsatisfactory service here

    I have bought tata nano twist xt from east delhi, patparganj. Yesterday i have logded complaint that my car battery has down tyre got punctured and wiper is not working properly. They have given me ref no [protected]. From yesterday no mechanic has come and they are just convencing me that somebody will come. I have made 20calls to them but no positive response has come. Pathetic service. We have already paid the amount in the form of gold amc worth 5800/- at the time of buying the car. Just making fool of customers and taking money. Address concorde motors 338, f.       I have a tata nano, i have been facing problem with rear driver side tyre worn out prematurely, i had shown my vehicle to tata showroom, they tried to resolve issue twice but invain. If anybody know about solution please let me help out, as everytime i have to change both rear tyres after 10000km which is not justifiable.

        My vehicle no. is TN64E 4588. I have registered a complaint in your authorised dealer near Fatima college madurai for Engine check symbol. The ecm machine advised to change the spark plug, plug wire and coil. But the company person advised me to change spark plug and wire, which would rectify the problem and they charged an amount for ECM check also. I was not satisfied with the dealer and serviced my vehicle in TVS motors and they changed the coil but problem still continues. Now the temperature symbol also comes in between. No one has a sufficient knowledge in servicing. Now they are advising me to check the head and total wiring. There was no reduce in coolant, the temperature symbol comes even in moving 100 ft. The parts they have changed was good when I checked the vehicle in private garage. This shows that without knowledge, these people are trying to fool me.

          This vehivle is all automatic gear system and run only 6000 km from the dt of purchase and the purchase date is under 1 year.
          The automatic gear system becom failur on 7th june and the vehicle was send to veer motors, hoshangabad road bhopal on the same day regarding the issue.
          Till today they are unable to give me proper updates i. E what is the issue and when i will get the vehicle.

            Our tata nano car caught fire, which was parked in the corridor.
            Because of this, our house also caught fire. We could not come out of the house as the car was parked in front of the main door. Our neighbours broke open the window to let us come out. The fire damaged the house. We had to face mental trauma and could not do our routine work for nearly 2 to 3 weeks. Children missed their colleges. The estimate to renovate the house is around rs. 5 lakhs.

            Can i get compensation for this? If compensation is not given, i am going to file a case against tata nano company.

              The experience i had with your Nano is terrible and pathetic.
              With in 0 to 20, 000 Km the problems and issues i faced is unbelievable,
              and ameature mechanic would build a better car than Nano which i own.

              0 - to - 20, 000 Km the following problems were faced.
              1- Starter motor changed
              2- Fuel pump changed
              3- Head lamps changed
              4- starter relay changed
              5- cat con changed
              6- AC cooling coil changed
              7- door locks changed

              8- 3 times towed the vehicle from the middle of the road.
              more than 7 times visited your authorised service center (Concord and Tuli motors)

              technical expertise of service center experts is a question.

              One of the worst choice i mad to buy Nano.

                Hello team,

                This is regarding a advisor working in fortune tata motors thane wagle estate centre. His name is Amit Sonawane. I visited the tata service center as I had an prior appointment. This guy refused to take my complaint on Saturday 12pm and asked me to come on Monday. I insured that I have come here with prior appointment but he asked me to leave my car to which I agreed. Then he again started talking loudly and saying u dnt keep your car come on Monday only. I spoke to his manager but he rudely said he won't work on my car issue. I am shocked to see su h an rude behaviour in tata center with me. A person who doesn't know how to speak and treat a lady is employed at the center which is a shame. Please take strict action against him or I will file complain at other places for his behavior. Thanks to the manager for been so understanding and assigning me aonother advisor but Amit needs to be given a warning or some serious action needs to be taken. He is spoling the reputation of tata.

                    Sir,
                    This is to bring your kind attention about the bad experience we had today, in connection with the delivery of our new Tata Nano car.
                    For the use of my wife (DEEPA RAJESH) I have booked a Tata Nano car last week and the car was allotted to me today after temporary registration. As informed we (whole family consisting of 2 children and my aged mother) have reached the MK Motors showroom at Kodimatha, Kottayam around 6 pm to take the delivery of the vehicle. The Sales Executive, Mr.Soji explained everything and we were very happy about his pleasant / pleasing personality.
                    After completing the procedures of delivery only we could find the complaint of the car i..e. the rear wheel of the car is wobbling. Immediately we noticed the complaint to the authorities and they checked and confirmed the complaint. Then they called the break down service vehicle and they also came and tried to rectify the problem. But they were also failed to solve the complaint. Therefore we returned without taking the delivery of the car and also we returned all the documents handed over to us earlier.
                    It is understood that before doing the delivery they were failed to do the Pre Delivery Inspection. If they done the PDI they could easily understood the problem and could have rectify it.
                    The disappointment and the mental agony suffered by me and the family were indescribable. Hope you will realise our feeling and do the needful. Also please take necessary steps to avoid such incidents.
                    If it is a manufacturing complaint please take necessary steps to replace the vehicle.

                      Yesterday i sent my nano to your showroom in kollam (Focus).Some Complaints are also mentioned, they said to me spare parts are not available we want import from form ernakulam. After one day they call me said your vehicle is ready and my bill amount is 3000.i paid the bill and take my vehicle from showroom .the vehicle run exact 25 km only .I report to your showroom one supervisor behave very bad to me. Now my vehicle is in same condition but i paid 3000 rupees to showroom.very bad services very very bad.never purchase any car from tata.Me and My friends and relatives also.Thank you so much

                        This is the second time, I am facing such a bad service by Pandit Auto || Sahu College, Pune post servicing done .
                        I left the vehicle on[protected] for servicing having my AMC for service already with Pandit auto, Vehicle was having hard clutch problem only, so the service personal said that clutch plate need to replace and would charge 5000 INR estimate, and later on after service said that, it didn't required change and just went okay after polishing, but the amount they estimated for replacement remained the same, any way i thought not to get it further, secondary there was full petrol inside the tank and found empty while receiving the vehicle and when I inquired with Mr.Jagdish, then he said that it consumed while taking tests rides, but is it justifiable when vehicle ran only a kilometer and consumes whole tank fuel . When we receive vehicle, clutch was not smooth and Mr Jagdish said that they worked on it, so it would take some time to get it on . Any how received the vehicle and when rode with my family, then all of sudden vehicle with huge noise start moving dangerously, later on reverse gear was also not working . I complained all this to Jagdish, then he sent person to repair at my residence, they got some changes and fixed some cables with quick fix and said that some cables need to replace, and said that if problem raise again then I should get its replacement . One of the Head Lamp was also not working and they fixed it . It was really a nightmare for us on thinking of such a service from you In previous service also when I got the delivery then its gear was sticking and service personal took back then vehicle and fixed the problem .

                          It gives me immense pain while writing this mail to you but dnt have any option. I am surjit bharti from Indore (Madhyapradesh), i avail your company service point (SANGHI BROTHERS -INDORE) for my Nano on 03/09/2016 under Tax Invoice SANGHI-IPI[protected]. Prior to that one month before i did servicing of my NANO (MP-42-C- 2169) for the same problem (date dnt remember). But the problem is still a problem in spite of paying 2 times for the same problem.

                          What i fell either they are not sincere enough about the Job Work Or I did mistake of purchasing TATA vehicle...after one month of 2 servicing again the same problem started...

                          please advise me what to do...??? Even the Authorized Service center is not able to understated the problem and correct it..

                            Taken this car in June 2015, initially no issues however in last 7 days facing lots of issues. I had sent the car on 25th Oct 2016 to the Kandivali workshop because the car suddenly stopped on the highway due to an engine failure while on CNG. The next day the advisor (Pankaj) who was dealing with the issue informed me that the issue has been resolved, hence took the car out by paying Rs. 10000. When checked with him what happens if the issue occurs again he replied stating that he has fixed 3 cars having d same issue n it will not happen again. This shows that this issue is for mostly all the cars with this make. On 27th Oct again the same issue occurred after using the car for 150 kms... I spoke to Sushma asst.mgr from Kandivali, she also assured me the problem will be fixed n the issue won't occur. The next day 29th Oct again the issue occurred. Sushma told me that she is sending an technician asap. Technician checked the issue however could not resolve d issue. Informed my driver that he would come the next day 30th Oct however did not turn up n did not even bother to notify my driver or me. On 31st Oct Sushma called me in the morning stating she is sending a technician however till now there is no technician who has come. She has stopped answering my calls too... Is this the service that "Tata" offers. I am loosing Rs. 2000 per day because you guys cannot fix the issue. Today is the 4th day n the car is off the road. I took this commercial vehicle to do business. This is not solving my cause.
                            My expectations
                            1) If you cannot fix the issue replace my car with a similar car or a diesel car which is 1 year old.
                            2) Loss of my business which is Rs.2000/day

                              I have purchase TATA nano Regn no. UP14BF7607 Nano cx
                              since 3 year back fund the rusting on car body part after a few days not after the year.
                              Shrinath motors and TATA Motors representative also accepted this issue and two person Rohan Arya and Devvrat Sarkar are deputed from tata motor resolve the issue but they did not resolve the matter.
                              We are file the case in consumer court. Against TATA Motors and Shrinath motors.. Due to not resole my complain..

                                Sir,
                                Today at 2.13pm dated 06/10/2016 a person called me named himself as mr. Fulzale from a. K. Gandhi, nagpur having mobile number [protected] on my cell number [protected]. At that time i was taking my kuch, without asking me whether it is the right time to talk with me but i talked with him any way. He asked me to narrate the incident occurred with me. I explained the whole story which i written in complained in my earlier mails. Not listening to my complaint mr. Fulzale plotted his own story and directly blame me (Customer) that i (Customer) has changed my nano car battery from some other service centre rather than tata motors service centre, gondia. Mr. Fulzale also put mr. Chauhan on conference at that time and both intentionally force me to agree on their above told story. Mr. Fulzale also blame me (Customer) that i am making loud voice which doesn't mean that i (Customer) is right. Let me tell you that my voice is naturally loud and strong. Commenting on my voice he was trying to excite me to use abuse languages so that he can blame me as theft, faker and daaku. I want to say that since last 20 to 25 days i am taking treatment for throat and chest infection from dr. Chatterji, gondia. It is very shameful that instead of finding loop hole in your system, person like mr. Fulzale directly blames customer for that own complaint. If this is the behavior of yours with your customers then who will going to purchase car or vehicals from tata motors and if you don't provide services to customers then told them that tata motors don't provide any services to customers, people will find other options. It is disgusting that tata motors giving dealership to such person who directly blames customer for their own complaint rather than solving corruption in their own system.
                                This incident of todays hurt me a lot and i am thinking why purchased nano car under warranty of four years from tata motors. While purchasing car we see the name of tata motors not the name of a. K. Gandhi, nobody knows a k gandhi as dealer we see the brand name tata motors.
                                I suppose that tata motors follows the ethics of great person jamshed ji tata and ratan tata. These names are known for their honesty and ethics in businesses. Dealer like a k gandhi and officers like mr. Fulzale who threatening and blaming their own customers with his soft spoken voice for complaints.
                                My humble request to tata motors please take away dealership from a k gandhi and give proper punishment for mr. Fulzale.
                                I think mr. Fulzale already planned a story to catch me in their words which is shameful incident. Instead of solving problems of customer your dealer a k gandhi, mr. Fulzale, mr. Chauhan and mr. Umesh muske raised my blood pressure and used threatening words. Since last one month i was greatly harassed by your tata motors employees, mentally and physically.
                                Today morning i saw your email, and disappointed to see that you have forwarded my complaint to those one against whome i launched the complaint. Then how will i get the justice. They will always try to trap me or blame me.
                                This behaviour of dealer will lead to discourage buyer to buy any tata motors vehicles.
                                I also want say that as per mr. Fulzale i am the theft of my own battery then why he asked me to find out some middle way for settlement to resolve my complaint.
                                It is my suggestion to tata motors for transparency purpose put cctv at each stage in tata motors service centre and showroom s also do the recording for each complaint for evidence. It will help to find out culprit in system.
                                Hope you will find better way for me and our all customers.
                                Today incident proves that customers of tata motors are foolish and they will never get justice because tata motors doesn't want to improve it. Still i am hoping that i will get proper compensation for my complaint.
                                Lastly mr. Fulzale, mr. Chauhan and mr. Umesh muske of a k gandhi nagpur and gondia also the a k gandhi dealership are stain on tata motors.

                                Sir, The before yesterday on 12 th Oct 2016 Mr. Chauhan called me and told that Tata Motors has decided to give me a new battery against old one. So I thought for a day and today went to Tata Service Centre met Mr.chauhan they changed my cars battery with new one Tata green battery. They have not given me any documents for Battery(Battery card) but signed some documents with satisfied notation. I am satisfied not because you have given me new battery but you cared for your customer. So thanks for customers satisfaction to Tata Motors and people who cares their customers .                                 I service tata nano car at service center, saroli, surat at 25000 km new clutch plate was bought and fitted in car but it is not proper work and fully over in only 5000 km.Clutch plate was not work properly yet in only 5000 km.The sevice center service was not good.

                                  Sir, today I have been called by Gondia tata motor service centre by Mr. Chauhan and Mr. Umesh muske to resolve my complaint but it very unfortunate they didn't solve it seriously. They wasted my whole day for finding only one thing that my battery has been stolen.i earn 2500/- per day and they simply wasted my and money. Mr. Chauhan has agreed that battery has been stolen from the service centre and he offer me for settlement I simply said please give me my battery which was in my car or give me new battery. He offered me 1000/- discount for new battery.but tell I wasted 2500/- of my day and near about same amount to pay for new battery it means it would cost me 5000/-.it is simply harrassment. Now tell should I go to file report to police station and consumer court again tata motors. Guide me. This Matter giving me lot of mental torture and monetary losses. Please give me my old battery with compensation or replace it with new one.

                                    It is very shameful for me that I am the owner of tata car who is cheating us.i purchased car Nano on October 2012. Till now I have done services from tata service centre only. Since last two week before my Nano car having problems with battery so I checked that battery I was shocked to see that the battery which was originally installed in my car was not the same. It is having some different battery number. So I complain this to tata service centre at gondia. In my last service at centre handled by Mr. Umesh muske dated 11june 2016. At that time he has told me battery has got down suddenly at that I was I doubt that they may change my car battery but I ignored that tata is reliable. But two weeks before I got a problem with my battery and noticed that my car battery is not the same which was came with car. I complain that to Mr. Umesh muske and he just ignoring my things since two weeks my car is at home. So please get my complaint seriously. I am ready to file pole complaint against tata motor Gondia and also in consumer court because Nano car battery has been stolen from your service center.please give me my original battery or new one. And take strick action against the employee of your service centre. For that I am sending my original battery number and changed battery number in pics. Take action as early as possible. my car number is mh-35 p-3175

                                      Firstly let me tell yu, we have had 3 tata cars so far. One among then is the Nano regarding which i have plenty of complaints to fill your ears.
                                      We have bewn having problems with it so frequently now since 2 years. The sensor goes one day, another day its the oil leaking, yet another day the tyre plate itself gets bent!!! Hats off to the Tata company for making such a _cheap_ car. I tell u a lot aboit the poor performance, poor quality stuffs used. Yes, i totally understnd it is a low budget car, but really, did u have to the quality so low too?!
                                      So, thers trouble and we need those parts replaced. Its natural for any car to have troubke to some extent, which is repaired ir replaced. But alas! Your baby car doesnt get any spare parts easily!! It takes a minimum of 2 weeks before its finally on road again. Even if the hanlde of the door has to be replaced, its not available. We had to replace it with some othr car's part !!! Really?! Why did u even make, and contuniue to make, such a car!!!
                                      Thankfully, we have another car, which again is the brilliant Tata motors make - Zest. Even this gives us surprise bouts showing malfunction at just 2 years!
