Sir,
Today at 2.13pm dated 06/10/2016 a person called me named himself as mr. Fulzale from a. K. Gandhi, nagpur having mobile number [protected] on my cell number [protected]. At that time i was taking my kuch, without asking me whether it is the right time to talk with me but i talked with him any way. He asked me to narrate the incident occurred with me. I explained the whole story which i written in complained in my earlier mails. Not listening to my complaint mr. Fulzale plotted his own story and directly blame me (Customer) that i (Customer) has changed my nano car battery from some other service centre rather than tata motors service centre, gondia. Mr. Fulzale also put mr. Chauhan on conference at that time and both intentionally force me to agree on their above told story. Mr. Fulzale also blame me (Customer) that i am making loud voice which doesn't mean that i (Customer) is right. Let me tell you that my voice is naturally loud and strong. Commenting on my voice he was trying to excite me to use abuse languages so that he can blame me as theft, faker and daaku. I want to say that since last 20 to 25 days i am taking treatment for throat and chest infection from dr. Chatterji, gondia. It is very shameful that instead of finding loop hole in your system, person like mr. Fulzale directly blames customer for that own complaint. If this is the behavior of yours with your customers then who will going to purchase car or vehicals from tata motors and if you don't provide services to customers then told them that tata motors don't provide any services to customers, people will find other options. It is disgusting that tata motors giving dealership to such person who directly blames customer for their own complaint rather than solving corruption in their own system.
This incident of todays hurt me a lot and i am thinking why purchased nano car under warranty of four years from tata motors. While purchasing car we see the name of tata motors not the name of a. K. Gandhi, nobody knows a k gandhi as dealer we see the brand name tata motors.
I suppose that tata motors follows the ethics of great person jamshed ji tata and ratan tata. These names are known for their honesty and ethics in businesses. Dealer like a k gandhi and officers like mr. Fulzale who threatening and blaming their own customers with his soft spoken voice for complaints.
My humble request to tata motors please take away dealership from a k gandhi and give proper punishment for mr. Fulzale.
I think mr. Fulzale already planned a story to catch me in their words which is shameful incident. Instead of solving problems of customer your dealer a k gandhi, mr. Fulzale, mr. Chauhan and mr. Umesh muske raised my blood pressure and used threatening words. Since last one month i was greatly harassed by your tata motors employees, mentally and physically.
Today morning i saw your email, and disappointed to see that you have forwarded my complaint to those one against whome i launched the complaint. Then how will i get the justice. They will always try to trap me or blame me.
This behaviour of dealer will lead to discourage buyer to buy any tata motors vehicles.
I also want say that as per mr. Fulzale i am the theft of my own battery then why he asked me to find out some middle way for settlement to resolve my complaint.
It is my suggestion to tata motors for transparency purpose put cctv at each stage in tata motors service centre and showroom s also do the recording for each complaint for evidence. It will help to find out culprit in system.
Hope you will find better way for me and our all customers.
Today incident proves that customers of tata motors are foolish and they will never get justice because tata motors doesn't want to improve it. Still i am hoping that i will get proper compensation for my complaint.
Lastly mr. Fulzale, mr. Chauhan and mr. Umesh muske of a k gandhi nagpur and gondia also the a k gandhi dealership are stain on tata motors.

Sir, The before yesterday on 12 th Oct 2016 Mr. Chauhan called me and told that Tata Motors has decided to give me a new battery against old one. So I thought for a day and today went to Tata Service Centre met Mr.chauhan they changed my cars battery with new one Tata green battery. They have not given me any documents for Battery(Battery card) but signed some documents with satisfied notation. I am satisfied not because you have given me new battery but you cared for your customer. So thanks for customers satisfaction to Tata Motors and people who cares their customers . I service tata nano car at service center, saroli, surat at 25000 km new clutch plate was bought and fitted in car but it is not proper work and fully over in only 5000 km.Clutch plate was not work properly yet in only 5000 km.The sevice center service was not good.

    Sir, today I have been called by Gondia tata motor service centre by Mr. Chauhan and Mr. Umesh muske to resolve my complaint but it very unfortunate they didn't solve it seriously. They wasted my whole day for finding only one thing that my battery has been stolen.i earn 2500/- per day and they simply wasted my and money. Mr. Chauhan has agreed that battery has been stolen from the service centre and he offer me for settlement I simply said please give me my battery which was in my car or give me new battery. He offered me 1000/- discount for new battery.but tell I wasted 2500/- of my day and near about same amount to pay for new battery it means it would cost me 5000/-.it is simply harrassment. Now tell should I go to file report to police station and consumer court again tata motors. Guide me. This Matter giving me lot of mental torture and monetary losses. Please give me my old battery with compensation or replace it with new one.

      It is very shameful for me that I am the owner of tata car who is cheating us.i purchased car Nano on October 2012. Till now I have done services from tata service centre only. Since last two week before my Nano car having problems with battery so I checked that battery I was shocked to see that the battery which was originally installed in my car was not the same. It is having some different battery number. So I complain this to tata service centre at gondia. In my last service at centre handled by Mr. Umesh muske dated 11june 2016. At that time he has told me battery has got down suddenly at that I was I doubt that they may change my car battery but I ignored that tata is reliable. But two weeks before I got a problem with my battery and noticed that my car battery is not the same which was came with car. I complain that to Mr. Umesh muske and he just ignoring my things since two weeks my car is at home. So please get my complaint seriously. I am ready to file pole complaint against tata motor Gondia and also in consumer court because Nano car battery has been stolen from your service center.please give me my original battery or new one. And take strick action against the employee of your service centre. For that I am sending my original battery number and changed battery number in pics. Take action as early as possible. my car number is mh-35 p-3175

        Firstly let me tell yu, we have had 3 tata cars so far. One among then is the Nano regarding which i have plenty of complaints to fill your ears.
        We have bewn having problems with it so frequently now since 2 years. The sensor goes one day, another day its the oil leaking, yet another day the tyre plate itself gets bent!!! Hats off to the Tata company for making such a _cheap_ car. I tell u a lot aboit the poor performance, poor quality stuffs used. Yes, i totally understnd it is a low budget car, but really, did u have to the quality so low too?!
        So, thers trouble and we need those parts replaced. Its natural for any car to have troubke to some extent, which is repaired ir replaced. But alas! Your baby car doesnt get any spare parts easily!! It takes a minimum of 2 weeks before its finally on road again. Even if the hanlde of the door has to be replaced, its not available. We had to replace it with some othr car's part !!! Really?! Why did u even make, and contuniue to make, such a car!!!
        Thankfully, we have another car, which again is the brilliant Tata motors make - Zest. Even this gives us surprise bouts showing malfunction at just 2 years!
        I am a totally disapointed, angry customer

          Hi..please help with this complaint.. I am the owner of Tata Nano CX model with register number RJ14 CL 8596. It broke down on 5th Aug 2016 and then I contacted the company for pick up and repairing. The car was repaired and the company also sold me a break down scheme of 770/- rupee which is valid for 1 year and it covers 6-7 mechanical failures. The problem is that I didn't got any document regarding the scheme till date even after complaining 2-3 times. Every time they say that it will take 15-20 days but I am not receiving any documents regarding the scheme. Let me know when I will receive the documents.

            I. I had purchased tata nano car ( colour whit epearl) invioce no ;rmjmts[protected] from rmj motors pvt. Ltd. J.K.Road govind pura, bhhopal.
            Dt.5.1.16 registration no;mp-04-cq-2328.

            2 on 15.8..16 it was found that the car starts but after travelling few distances it stops autometically, after some time it again starts by operating starting key..The same incident was repeated frequently.
            The same incident was also with the a.C. Of the car
            .Other problems are also attached with break down service reprt form of tvs automobile solutions lmited )

            3 .After contacting tollfree no; [protected], the car was taken by tvs auio mobile [censored]ions ltd./ veer motors hoshangabad road road misroad bhopal
            vide complain no 1-[protected]

            4. After repeated requests through following phone nos
            [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]
            neither any work has been done onthe vehile nor any status is being given bythe persons sitting on the above telphones

            5. Now they are not picking the phone calls.

            Atlast we had to lodge complaint against the workshop, complain no1-[protected]
            thus we are very much harrased/facing problem/ due to poor services provided by veer motors /tata motors
            which w ill badly effect tatamotors, known as highly reputed co.

              I am using the Nano for the past 5 Years. Used to all the services in TAFE, Greems Road Chennai. It ran around 40KM and its in AMC. Today I have given genreal service.
              I got a call from technician said that " Your service has been approved and continued, there are some issues

              1. All the Car tyre has to change its costs around some 9000Rs
              I said January month only changed the CEAT tyres.. not even ran 5000 KM. He said.. Then wheels has to change.. ( What is it mean??? )

              2. Regarding the clutch hard issues ... Clutch cable has to change and if not work out clutch plate has to change.
              I said.. one year back only i have changed the clutch plate.. he is not answered..

              3. Continiously he said another problem have its costs 6000Rs

              4. There is crack in engine stand and its costs around 15000..

              and continuously he said some more problems... Total costs would be around RS 30, 000.000 (Almost one third of total car price )

              Last February, Alternator built and AC Built gone.. I have registered complaints its not worked out, That time its self i felt, i have chosen incorrect brand. I have taken my car to TAFE and i have purchased belts.

              They said, we will not take which you purchased. 2 days later they gave bill around Rs 1, 100. Belts only 200 Rs. I have asked them.. CAR already in AMC why you people charging for Fitting. it will not cover belts.
              I don’t know what is mean by AMC. They not identified issue last time servicing because of them only this issue happened.

              I have question to TATA Service center.. You people are servicing the car or selling the Parts during servicing.

              I have inspired by RATAN and his THOUGHTS to buy nano. But his thought not gone properly to their employees. Even ordinary people have knowledge about Ratan and Tata.

              That is the Reason Nano and Other things not success.

              How do share feeling to others about the brands and products???

              Now i have understand why middle class people looking foreign brands.

              I have learned the listen for Indian brands and products.

              Plan to put the car in to Scrap and go by Ola or Uber instead o[censored]sing Tata brands..

                We had booked nano two months back to be delivered on 20th july 2016 at jaipur. However despite being in touch and all the coordination and promises being made by the dealer mr kamal suhab at jaipur we have been hearing only excuses how the car can not be delivered on 20th july 2016 which is today.

                Very sad and disheartening to get such false promises from a brand like tata motors... Which is letting the name of the brand down.
                Non availability of spare part in Jammu region.

                  This is regards with vehicle purchased from tata nano motors, tirupathi on 02 june 2012 with finance option for 59 months which would end in the 02 april 2017.
                  Vehicle is in my mother's name mrs nagaram mary helen dorothy.
                  On 14th july 2016 we received legal notice from tata motors mumbai, stating that all emi’s from june 2012 till june 2016 has been paid, but you have neglected to pay the monthly instalments so in immediate effect you would need to pay a total of rs. 71, 101.56, if not vehicle would be repossessed by tata motors within 48 hours.
                  Trying to make sense of the sentence here, you paid till june 2016, but you missed on the monthly instalments?
                  For nearly a year these guys from mumbai and tirupathi had been harassing my mother, and we had been responding and trying to figure out this situation, since she had been paying every month without defaulting on her loans.
                  Insurance:
                  1. while purchasing vehicle from mg brothers (tata dealers, tirupathi) it’s noted that insurance for 5 years is covered in emi payments, which is in fine print by the statements provided by tata motors.
                  As per the records given by you, and every month we are paying rs. 406.78 and for 59 months, amount comes to rs.24000. basically it comes to rs. 4800 per year for insurance, which is being paid every month.
                  Now, we received insurance only for 2 years. one when we purchased the vehicle and another a year later. that’s it. we didn’t receive insurance for the years 2013 and 2014.
                  A month ago we got one last insurance.
                  Calls from customer service:
                  1. my mother started getting these calls from customer service every other month in the last one year by saying you missed out on payment. please note, they don’t say insurance at first but emi has been defaulted.
                  Customer service: you have defaulted on your emi
                  Mother: which month?
                  Customer service: please check your records, we are not sure.
                  Mother: let me check with bank and call you back (now she goes to bank and get the statements, does her due check, etc., then call back and say, have cleared all months so far)
                  We get a break for a month and then again call starts
                  Customer service: you have to pay rs. 6000, for insurance
                  Mother: but we haven’t received insurance for the last 2 years. also we already paying it along with emi.
                  Customer service: you need to contact with dealer in tirupathi

                  Then she calls up the guy in tirupathi
                  Dealer in tirupathi: you need to pay rs.14, 000 (numbers seem to be pulled at random)
                  Mother: after she explains everything along with dates when amount has been cleared every month, etc., he would just be quiet.
                  Then we received a notification in may 2016 that we need to pay additional rs. 8148 for insurance. immediately we wrote to customer care and dealership from tirupathi. no response.
                  Now, in the last two months rs. 8148 has turned into rs. 22051.56 (i am assuming this is the insurance amount)
                  Vehicle:
                  Vehicle had problem with steering, clutch right from the beginning, it was difficult to drive, change gear etc., i don’t know about driving, will let the mechanics sort it out in court later.
                  Anyways, on 11th april 2016, my mom and driver was on their way back home and driver lost control of the steering (connection snapped, probably there is a better term to use). vehicle veered towards the side and hit another in front, before he could bring the vehicle to stop.
                  Mom and driver are getting treatment from the hospital for the last 3 months, not to worry will produce all the documents (medical bills, towing, mechanic bills, purchase of new steering) when you come and try to repo the vehicle. also will bring in police, since she is an old woman, and tata motors is trying to rob her.
                  To sum it up:
                  1. you want us to pay for the insurance that you didn’t provide to begin with for 2 years?

                  2. after paying for 50 months (june 2012 - july 2016) without defaulting not even once, you would reposes the vehicle, if we don’t pay the insurance of rs. 22051.56, let me repeat again which you never provided for two years?
                  Please do clarify these, so it would be easier when we sort this up in court.
                  My mother has spent her hard earned money on this car, and it doesn’t sound like a justification from your end to take up money from her for 4 years, 2 months and conveniently demand for more money as she is closing in on her loan, if not you will repo the car.
                  This is bordering on threat and fraud if nothing else.

                    One defective Tata Nano LX was sold to me by the Gargo Motors, Tinsukia bearing the Registration No.AS-23-N-1271. From the very beginning the car has been found defective and has to repair by the dealer; but still not properly functioning. I severally request the Tata Motors to replace the same on toll free No. But no response has been received till date. I therefore want to surrender the Nano Car.                       I owns a nano driving it continuously for 4 years almost 80000 km so far.But I am facing a problem duyring 4 years & visited your showroom so many times as well as checked by outsiders also.My car stops during hot/summer when temp is near about 35 outside.I have assumed that after driving if my car is parked in open for 2-3 hours afternoon 1-4 pm even petrol tank cap not titted fully & window mirrors slightly kept open it stops after 20 km approx even though I drive without ac & window open and speed below 50.Mechinic sometimes ask to replace petrol tank moter but when I questioned them that this situation doesn't arise during whole year except summer they can'tanswer & eventhough don't assure about removel this situation after replacing moter.Is it possible for you to provideb ultimate

                        My tata nano ka53 ma 2897 is becoming worst. The automatrix service center at mangalore is still not able to solve the starting problem after changing the self motor, relay motor and battery. They have given me a bill of 12 000 inr. Still it in not satisfactory. I bought the car from pre owned tata vehicle showroom prerna motors at lalbagh. I was cheated there terribly. The car which they sold to me was a used demo piece, i thought it was a good second hand car. I got to know about this when automatrix showroom rejected to take a 2 years comphrehensive amc.

                          Car Servicing not done properly. Issues not sorted out and new issues came after trying the car for 4 weeks after servicing.
                          Following are the old and new complaints with my car as on date:
                          1. Mileage of my car got dropped from 14 kmpl to 12 kmpl in City during office hours
                          2. Steering Switch control not fitted properly, it is loosly placed
                          3. Geer box not fixed properly
                          4. One of the rear door sometimes creates problem while closing.
                          5. Center lock to be corrected as it is sometimes not working
                          6. Crancking sound in engine still persists
                          7. Some continuos sound inside the car is coming while driving
                          8. Car vibration too much was felt once during our drive

                            I have purchase nano car on 8-3-2016 from concorde motor. Sunder nagar. Delhi. Now their staff behavior is change, they don't have manner talk to customer. Now, they don't give me car.
                            I have also complaint on 2-3-2016 at tata motor. My complaint no is 1-[protected] but my problem is not solve. I have total payment submit by rtgs on[protected]. They delivered car on8-4-2016 in evening after 7p. M. Next day i check the car & i found that car right & back side is repaint. I complaint same day tata regional office in gurugram, workshop g. M mr. Bhalla & sales manager mr. Lalit. After 3 day they sent a person to inspection for car & he accept the car is repaint. Next day mr. Bhalla says that we change the window and dickky, bumper. But i want change my car because i purchased new car not old. They cheat me. Now, they give me time day by day.
                            Please help me in this case otherwise last option for me is register case in consumer court within 3 days.

                              The third service for my Tata Nano TN07BT2616 was due in Dec 2015. I took the car to the ECR service centre on 07/12/15 but the staff advised me to bring the vehicle later as there were too many vehicles waiting to be repaired after the recent rain damages. Since then, I have tried to contact them numerous times for a service appointment but there is absolutely no response from your office. I have phoned them on all the possible numbers but no one is taking the call. My requests over email have not elicited any response. They can at least respond and ask me to wait for some more time because of the pressure of work if that is the reason for their silence. Could you please arrange a service appointment for my car without further delay? Thanks

                              Concorde Motors, Chennai — Poor Response from Chennai Service Centre, Injambakkam

                              The third service for my Tata Nano TN07BT2616 was due in Dec 2015. I took the car to the ECR service centre on 07/12/15 but the staff advised me to bring the vehicle later as there were too many vehicles waiting to be repaired after the recent rain damages. Since then, I have tried to contact them numerous times for a service appointment but there is absolutely no response from their office. I have phoned them on all the possible numbers but no one is taking the call. My requests over email have not elicited any response. They can at least respond and ask me to wait for some more time because of the pressure of work if that is the reason for their silence. Could you please arrange a service appointment for my car without further delay? Thanks

                                This is regarding my Tata Nano LX, Regn. No. DL 5CG 2355 Reg. Dt: 08/01/2015 I purchased my Tata Nano (Nano LX Metallic, pearl white) from Raghuvanshi Motors, Dilshad Garden, Delhi with a 4 year warranty. All the services were done by Raghuvanshi Motors and the car was never touched by any outside mechanic, after 2 months of purchase, the car started making noises while turning towards right. The issue was bought under the notice of the service centre and we were promised that it would be resolved soon. Every time the car went for servicing, the problem was solved temporarily by them. I was never told that my car was rusting from the bottom or I should get it painted by a rust proof paint to keep it safe. Then two senior people visited, one from Gurgaon and one from Raghuvanshi motors, the ensured me that the problem will be solved soon, the car was kept in the service centre for a month and it was ensured that the problem would no longer occur, but again no photos were provided by the service centre. They told me that the complaint had been resolved so I trusted them. The car looked fine from the outside but a few months back I got to notice that the base of the car has rotted completely and the rusting has eaten up all the metal. This time when I car went for servicing, I noticed myself and clicked photographs, but I was never informed about the rusting by the service centre people, you can find the photos attached to this complaint. I got a call from the service centre about the charges but when I went there to take a good look at my car, I was shocked to see its condition from the bottom, then I was informed that the noise created when I turn my car to right while driving is arising from the same rusting issue. People in my neighbourhood are also having cars, but none of them is facing this problem. And I have driven my car for just 16000 Kms (no accidents/no claims). So please tell me even after repeated complaints, how can I be sure that the car is safe for my family to travel in?                                   My Name is Ms. Kunda Gulvi I own a Tata Nano Reg. No. MH04GZ3446. my car for repair purpose to Fortune motors, Thane.Radiator pipe was damaged but the Service advisor (Mr.Sunil Patil) did not know the exact details of the part when they got the part detail the part was not available.The car was given on 22 Oct till date there is 0 response on the part of fortune motors.On asking from our side they blame Tata Motors.
                                  Please understand this is the first Diwali with my Car, I want it at my place before Diwali.

                                    Sir, I have nano Lx, no. KL 43 D 1721 which I brought in Jan 2012 from concord kochi Kerala. This vehicle has frequent defects and has visited service center for at least 20 times.More over still it is lying in the devices center from last 12 days and still concord kochi is not sure when they will return my car.

                                      My Nano Twist broke down on a rainy night(on 22.07.2015 at around 9 p.m.) and I called the helpline no. of 24/7 On-road Assistance team. Firstly, they took note of my car details and location of breakdown, promising that they would call me in 15 minutes. I wait for an hour on the road and get no response. When I called back to find out the status, I was told my complaint was not even lodged! Wow. After my complaint was lodged (complaint no. [protected]) having put me on hold for so long, I was told the mechanic would turn up at the location the next morning i.e. 23.07.2015. The mechanic came later than the time promised but whatever, I was glad he finally turned up! The first question he asked was "Where is the battery in your car? This is my first time." Ridiculous! He did a jump start and the car started running and the mechanic left. I drove the car for the next 40 minutes so that it would get charged up. After stopping, the car din't start again. The next mechanic who came after about an hour realised that there is a loose connection of the wires with the battery and simply set it right. Thank God, he knew what he was doing. My issue is with the ridiculous lethargic response from the Tata Motors 24 hours On-road Assistance team, delay in the mechanic reaching the spot and worse, his knowledge of the car! Being a girl, it was a nightmare to wait on the road on a rainy night, believing that Tata Motors actually provides 24/7 service. What pathetic service was that! They better stop claiming the service is available 24/7 and stop misleading people.

                                        With great expectations purchased "nano" which suits my pocket, size and assured hassle free maintenance. My first nano was a base model, I upgraded to AC one from a new dealer in the kamrup (metro) Assam. Thereafter my problem started. AC which was working excellently, needed some checks, on pickup service was asked to replace the AC Panel, which I did as per advise, was asked to opt for extended warranty, I complied. But, unfortunately while returning back the vehicle neither my service book was returned by the dealer nor the extended warranty papers. Almost 9 months thereafter AC started giving problems again, sent the vehicle for repairs, was informed that warranty had expired, advised to replace the AC altogether. Called up on the number provided for a booking, but was assured for a call back once a free slot for service was available. Till date no calls have been received. Disappointed with the service am writing this experience, with a hope things might be attended once it is on the blog.
