मैंने REFER AND WIN में रजिस्टर कराया था | मेरे मित्र श्री अजय कुमार पाल ने दिनाक 28/10/2012 को टाटा नेनो खरीदी जिसका चेसिस नंबर MAT612227CKE42398 है | जब मैं इस नंबर को REFER AND WIN में डालता हूँ तो वह INVELID CHESSIS NUMBER बताता है | इस सम्बन्ध मैं मैंने कोम्प्लेंन भी करी थी जिसका नंबर 1-[protected] है | लेकिन आप की तरफ से कोई भी जवाब प्राप्त नहीं हुआ है | इस सम्बन्ध में मैंने जब आपके टोल फ्री नंबर पर बात करी तो आप के मेरी बात मैडम सोनी जी से हुई उन्होंने बताया की REFER AND WIN के सम्बन्ध में जो आपने कोम्प्लेने करी है वह रजिस्टर्ड नहीं है | जबकि ऊपर दर्शाया गया नंबर मुझे आप के टोल फ्री नंबर से प्राप्त हुआ था |
इससे प्रतीत हो रहा टाटा नेनो की वेबसाइट पर दरसाया गया ऑफर गलत है | वह केवल कस्टमर को आकर्षित करने के लिए इस तरह के ऑफर अपनी वेबसाइट पर रखते हैं| कृपया इस सम्बन्ध में मुझे पूरी जानकारी उपलब्ध करने के कष्ट करें तथा इस सम्बन्ध में मेरी COMPLANE दर्ज करने की कृपा करें| इस सम्बन्ध मैं मैंने दिनाक 07/11/12 तथा 14/11/12 को ईमेल किया था परन्तु किसी भी प्रकार का उत्तर नहीं मिला है |

    I BOUGHT A NEW BRANDED TATA NANO BY LAST YEAR 2011(AUGUST) TN 31, AS 6062. WITHIN A YEAR, THE CAR HAS GOT BREAKDOWN FOR 3 TIMES, WHEREIN I GOT STRUCK WITH MY WHOLE FAMILY. FROM THE DAY ONE TO TILL DATE, THE A/C IS NOT PROPER AND IT GETS STRUCK FOR EVERY HOUR. BUT SO FAR NO REPLACEMENT WAS DONE, EVEN AFTER RAISING THIS COMPLAINT TO THEIR AUTHORIZED DEALERS AND CUSTOMER CARE. AT THE END, IT IS WASTE BUYING NANO AND NOT TO BUY THE SAME PLEASE.

    My dear sir I am also using Tata Nano since March 2011 & till today I had 28500 kms travel on Nano at various highways in Maharashtra. I also got good service from Pune National Auto wheels (Tata Dealer). So its not like you are saying about Nano. It's very wonderful car at such a price. Till your problem may be different pls get solved by making written complaint to Tata Motors company. Best Luck & wishing you happay Nano. Thanks

    I am from Chennai & using Tata Nano from January 2011 & have driven close to 35000 KMs with no complaints; Also recommend you to take an AMC; & be peace of mind.

      I have purchased TATA NANO on 27th july 2012 in the name of PURWA KHURANA from MOTOR SALES LUCKNOW and had many complaints regarding its seat covers,bumper damage,A/C etc etc. i mailed several times in account of my problem but no action has been taken yet. i even talked to the showroom staff but their behaviour has been very rude to me,called customer care too but nothing has been solved till date.i do not have time to deal with the company daily on such small issues and i'am very very very dissapointed with the kind of service the company has provided me and would never deal with it whatsoever.
      I want an immediate to be taken for my problems other wise i'l have to deal with the company through other means.

        I, DR POONAM CHADHA, am a Senior Consultant, inNTPC ,DADRI, near NOIDA.

        With a lot of enthusiasm,I, purchased a NANO CAR,for my daughter, who is in Modinagar, for daily communication.

        I had a lot of trust and faith in TATA MOTORS, being a totally indiginous manufacturer of cars

        My car was purchased on 16/07/2012 with above registration no. From OBERAI MOTORS,SECTOR 63,A184,NOIDA,

        My residence is 40 kms from Oberai motors, NOIDA

        This new car has been cotinously giving me trouble since the purchase of car

        I, HAVE BEEN RUNNING 80KMS TO AND FRO,to OBERAI MOTORS,time and again, having to take leave to get the car repaired

        Thus,I, have been subject to MENTAL/PHYSICAL/ECONOMICAL HARASMENT

        Further, we have not been able to USE THE NEW CAR

        Thus, you will realise that in last 45 days the car has been in garage for a total of 10 DAYS

        We feel that we have bought a LIABILITY

        My request is either to
        REFUND MY MONEY
        OR

        CHANGE THE CAR

        OR

        ALLOW ME TO UPGRADE THE CAR

        Please help me and do not push me to appraach the Consumer Forum

          my car no is wb06f5779 i purchased it in march 2011 and till now 20.08.2012 it has hardly run 4100 kms.
          it is for the fourth time that i m facing the problem of engine mismatch and overheating and mil indicator lamp
          glowing in a span of 6 months.and they are saying it is because of engine overheating.
          its really astonishing that a brand like tata provides such kind of service that their service centre( rd motors rajarhat & bb motors )cannot rectify the fault and diagnose the car once and for all so that the same fault doesnt occur so very frequently.
          Nevertheless i had to wait for hours on road after complaining in the emergency breakdown dept after which a mechanic comes on bike and after seeing the same complaint of mil lamp glowing says it needs to be towed to the nearest service centre and flees away leaving me behind to wait again for hours and hours for a towing van that too in a metropolitan city of kolkata.
          and thats not the end i am insisted to waste few more precious time of the day to accompany my car till the serv centre and again on another day i have to waste one more day to bring my car from that serv centre which is located far from city otherwise drop serv of car will b chargeable at rs 200 even though i have AMC of car.
          kindly help what can i do regarding it.

          I got repaair my nano car PB10-DH3660 from your auth.dealer M/s DADA Motors Pvt.Ltd.Savitri-1 Dholewal Ludhiana on dt.03.12.2012 vide inv.no.DADA GR[protected] and their job card no.is JC-Dada-GR[protected].Main problem was under chasis steering problem.Before handing over the vehicle to dealer it was emphasised to them time and again that under chasis problem must be ractified.The person who gives service appointment mobile no.is [protected], I haver talked her two times therafter, every time the promise is given that the vehicle shallbe lifted from my house at flat no408/2, E block SBS Nagarar Pokkowal Road Ludhiana, Mob.[protected].
          sir, when you are trying your level best to popularise nano why this dealer is careless in repairing my vehicle.

          After the recent servicing Wirh TVS My car service in Chennai I find that MIL indicator is ON permenantly ( not flashing) The mechanic says that it will be OFF after running.some more Kms. Is it true? Is it serious.

            just after 5 monts of purchase of car tata nano cx in feb 2011 the clutch became hard to operate.i had to use full force to push it down. i regestered the complaint with fair deal moters srinagar [protected]@k but i was asked to get the clutch plate replaced on payment basis why so. if it is a manufacture defect.please reply to my complaint on phone np [protected] or on my mail address [protected]@gmail.com

              I Purchased Tata nano car from active automobiles Ahmadabad which R.T.O. no is GJ-1- KN-9758 on 16/02/2012 my complain are below.

              1. R.T.O. Tax 1000/- excess money taken from me yet to be returned.
              2. Car Original Ins, Policy not to received.
              3. In exchange offer I Surrendering my Bajaj Super to active automobiles they have not taken my signature in R.T.O. Transfer Form.



              an early action will be highly appreciated.

              Feeling Cheated by Active Automobiles. Worst Dealer of Tata Motors.
              They sold me cars with punctured Sparewheel with side crack. Their customer care executives said that its my fault that i didn't check spare wheel at the time of delivery!

                Be Ware of TATAs Fake Claim of 25 Kmpl !!1 it is only 10 Kmpl for TATA Nano 2012 LX .

                I purchased the same in the month of January 2012 from Prerna Motors , Rajajinagar .

                I have done almost 4000 Kms and 4-5 times taken to prerna motors for mileage test but

                it is waste . In city condition it is just 10-12 kms too pathatic . When you book the complaint

                Can TATA Motors top Management do some thing about this , else they have to bear the

                severe burn . We will start the publicity against purchase of NANOs b innocent customers like me .

                Every one will be investing the amount hoping a good mileage and peace of mind from TATA , But to our
                badluck TATAs also stated selling the inferior product ???

                EVERY ONE TO BE AWARE ! NOT TO PURCHASE A NANO FOR MILEAGE , IT IS FAKE .

                    My Father Mr. O.P Chaturvedi is owner of Nano car (UP 32 DE 2821), which suffered through an accident last month. I claimed Insurance from New India Insurance company, whose Regional manager Mr. Rajeev Kohli has agreed for the claim and my car is under repair for more than one month at Tata Goldrush Service Centre, Ismailganj Lucknow. Two days ago the the company representative K.P Srivastava called us to collect the car as it is repaired and ready for delivery and make payment of nearly Rs 3000 after the insurance claim, but when we visited the service centre on 19/06/2012, our car was not ready, and we were made to wait for hours, yet they were not giving us our car. When my father questioned them about the delay and why they called us if the car was not ready and they were not willing to deliver the car by that time, Mr. K.P Srivastava of Tata Goldrush Service centre made unacceptable excuses and he along with one of his colleagues in started to use harsh words/ offensive language and abuse and they shouted on my father, they said that now they will not give us our car until we pay them Rs 22000 (major amount of which comes under insurance cover and which is supposed to be provided by insurance company). Mr. K.P Srivastava of Tata Goldrush Service Centre called us four times in last one month saying that our car is ready for delivery but each time when we visited there, our car was not repaired under the insurance claim and he send us back empty handed (without delivering the car) four times and made promise to us for calling us again after the car gets ready. This is limit of customer harassment and the insult of my 75 year old father is more pathetic. I want court and you to take strict action against Mr.K.P Srivastava (who harassed us) and his colleague (Name unknown) who used abusive and insulting language for my father. I could not record the whole incident but with my camera phone I have recorded some part of the incident in which Mr. K.P Srivastava and his colleague harassed and used abusive language for my father and they stopped to shout and use abusive language when they realised that i am recording it with my cell phone camera yet Mr. P. K Srivastava bullied by saying that he has seen many people like me and no authority can do anything about him and his wrong doings even if i record and show his bad behaviour in front of anybody in the world. In recording attached to this mail Mr K P Srivastava is sitting in chair wearing red check white shirt and his colleague who used also used harsh words for my father leaves his chair and goes out of the office, he is wearing white shirt. Mr K.P Srivastava and his coleague insulted me and my father by saying so many harsh words and things and called his guards to throw us out of the office without delivering us our car, This is not expected from any service provider or dealer towards his customer. I want the most strict action to be taken against them legally. They have denied to give us our car back, harassed us and used abusive language for me and my father in front of all office the proof of which is the video attached within this electronic mail.

                      I have taken delivery of Nano a few months back, TN 06D 2372.

                      A couple of months later, I was told that there will be a free update of Software. So I took the vehicle to their service Centre on Greames Road. I was there around 9 am or 10 am, if I remember. I was told to sit. There I was waiting but my car was not taken inside. All other vehicles which were coming were being updated. May be, I am not so familiar with the staff. Around 1 pm, my vehicle was taken. I was waiting and watching through the glass window. I found that some one was putting a foot ruler and trying to open the door. I went and asked what happened. I was told that they kept the key inside and the door got locked. Finally they managed to open the door. In the process they spoiled the runner permanently. When asked, they told that they will fix it when I bring the vehicle for the first service.

                      Days later I took the vehicle for the service. I told them the past and requested them to fix the runner. Infact I told the CRM and he told that it will be done. While collecting the vehicle I found that it is not done. When I asked the CRM he told that the item is not there and indent need to be raised. The indent was raised. CRM also gave his tel number and asked to check and come. I contacted him innumerable number of times, the only answer is they have not received. Finally I had to stop dialling. Meanwhile, I personally visited their office a week end. The only answer I get is item is not received.

                      I do not know why people are so concerned and go after the customers to get a good rating. In most cases, in order to maintain a good relation, the customers give a score of 10, not out of real reason, in my view.
                      can some one tell me what further I need to do?

                        आपके सत्रह अक्टूबर को लिखे पत्र के आधार पैर मैं आपके छतरपुर डीलर के. ऍम. कार्स पैर कम से कम चार बार स्टार्टर मोटर बदलवाने के लिए जा चुका हूँ ,मुझे पोसिटिवे सपोर्ट नहीं मिला मैने कस्टमर कयेर पर shikayat bhee दर्ज कराई , पर आज saat दिन बाद कोई न तो कॉल बेक मिला न ही ,डीलर ने अप्रोच किया कृपया मारी शिकायत पर sheeghra कार्यवाही करेंगे ऐसी आशा है प्रतीप भट्ट नोव्गांव ,जिला छतरपुर ( म. प्र.) nano registration no. mp 16 c 5256 thank you

                          sir, we had a TATA nano Lx Reg. No. TN 37 bm 7148 purchased from TAFE, Coimbatore, Tamil nadu. The loan A/C No. [protected]. Customer ID No. [protected]. Finance amount 1,97,000.00. Tenure 48 months.The EMI commence from 15.02.2011. During 29.02.2012 we surrender our vehicle at Chettipalayam yard with all accesaries (with clear bucket). The next day we intimate the matter to the local TMF office along with inventory form. They did not issue any acknowledgement and also inform mail to the head office. After that March and April ECS come to the bank authority. During march we contacted the local TMF office. Casulay they inform check and and again mail to the Head office. Then why the April ECS also come to the bank. So for no letter received TMF authorities. Never say to contact local TMF office (Feel the experience). We had a lot experience with TATA customer care with Susi motor Thoothukudi and TAFE Coimbatore. Now with TMF. Pl.contact with my cell number [protected] Tamil Nadu. Sir, we dont konw what is our position and our loan account.

                            Around 9th March , one mishap pining was happened with my car.My car was standing in my office basement & water level of sewer is increased i.e flowing with my office.My car was sank on that water.

                                I Rashmi Wadhera, has buy a TATA NANO CX MODEL with Car No. is PB 54 E 5087 in August, 2011 on the name of Mr. Suresh Wadhera (My Father) from Libra Automobile, Mukerian, Distt. Hoshiarpur.
                                So, this is for your kind notice that I have registered my complaint to your Customer Care Executive on 13th February, 2012 and he give me the Complaint No. 1-[protected]. I have mention him that this is urgent. The main problem was:
                                1. Wheel Alignment of front tyres
                                2. Rim Problem
                                3. Sound Problem.
                                On 13th of Feb I have registered my complaint. As my Car is on guarantee period so I have call many dealer located in Chandigarh but they said they are unable to solve the problem in guarantee period. After One week I got a call from one of your dealer (Cargo in Hoshiarpur), I mention my problem to him then after 4-5 days they give me time to check my car but in the meanwhile I got an urgent work in my hometown (i.e. Talwara, Distt. Hoshiarpur) and today i.e. 31st of March, I go to one of your Authorized Service Dealer Named: JJ Motors in Mukerian (Distt. Hoshiarpur) which is again refer by Cargo Motors and he gave me the following solutions of my Problems:
                                1. Wheel Alignment Problem : Our Machine is not working.
                                2. Rim Problem : There is no arrangement to repair the rim.
                                3. Sound Problem : In case of replacement of the belt they put some
                                brake oil on the belt.
                                Now, my Questions are:
                                1. Is this the correct way to handle the problem of your Customers?
                                2. Who will be responsible for the further damages &losses?
                                3. What the correct solutions of my all the problems?
                                4. How much time you need to solve the problem of your Customers?
                                After all this I again call your customer service centre for help but they said they are helpless and will revert back to me in 5 hrs with solutions. But again I don’t receive any response from your side till now.
                                Then on evening I checked my car from outside for the major alignment problem and pay them the payment. I am also sending the scan copy of the bill with this mail. Go through the bill deeply and see is this really a big problem or not? As per my knowledge this is a big problem and it damage the front tyres. Again my question is:
                                1. Who will take care about such type of defaults because as per your instruction in 2nd service the alignment is to be checked, then how this is possible that we see a huge difference in alignment?
                                2. How the Rim get damaged?
                                3. How the new car got the sound problem?
                                Well in that case I just want that kindly take your car back and return my all the money. I don’t want such type of services from your side and also don’t trust on your false promise which you people give at the time of purchasing. As I am a Working Lady I don’t have that much time to put calls and calls and visit to your such type of dealers. Just return my money otherwise I will take legal action against your company which will be not fruitful for you and your company image.

                                  TATA NANO is a defective car the company is selling. The car is not engineered properly and they are trying to repair the car on an ongoing basis.
                                  I have sent the car for repairs twice and they have been unable to fix the problem. they want me to send the car again for repairs. the car is less than a year old and has run only 5200 kms. It is now having battery troubles and some plug has gotten lose because of which it has stopped working midway while on my way to work. My suggestion to anyone is that it is a defective car.

                                  DO NOT BUY THIS CAR
                                  Did you try to contact their customer care team? You should also raise it on their facebook page, which believe me, is very active. I'd disagree with you that Nano is not engineered properly, may be you're facing problems with your car.

                                    Dear Sir!!
                                    Greetings !!
                                    I purchased a Tata Nano (DL9CZ2128) ON 16.09.2011 from Techno Automobiles Pvt Ltd Raja Puri Dwarka New Delhi.
                                    So Sir the problem is that since I had purchased the bike I had been complaining of air pressure leakage from the rear tire.
                                    When I first reported this complaint to the Dealer he replied that it was a manufacturing fault of the JK tyres and forwarded me to JK Tyres Dealer at Jhandewalan Karol Bagh.
                                    There at Tire Dealer he dismantled the tire and told me that there was a cut under the surface of the tyre where the alloy fits and also told me that he was not supposed to replace it under warranty.
                                    Kindly suggest me what to do as my car is under warranty and has covered only 2200kms. But right from the purchasing of the bike I have been complaining this problem.
                                    And nobody has been giving any interest to my problem.

                                      during two years running I have repetedly complaint for my nano car is the radiator fan coolent is dry , as such my car becomes hot engine , this complain becomes for two years , but your service center cannot handle it, what can you I do.
