We had given tata nano for servicing and leakage repair on 18th August at fortune motor Nerul After 3 weeks of follow up we are told that major body part needs replacement which will extra cost around Rs 15000 The vehicle is single handed used with no accident/even touch and some major body part getting worn out and requiring replacement was shock to us We raised online complaint and till date no response Today we were called to collect vehicle and the vehicle is now further damaged by Fortune motors and they were giving us vehicle in most human health hazardous condition.     Colour of front and back bumber has faded and it looks odd.
    I have never seen colour change in any model of cars. Why this happened to my car.
    It might be manufacturing mistake.

      Hello Sir, My name is Yogesh Joshi and I own a Tata Nano LX.My vehicle number is KA 05 ML 8295. I purchased the vehicle in Aug 2012 from Prerana Motors Lalbag Bangalore office. I have been facing some problems with the vehicle. They are as follows 1) The remote lock of my vehicle was defective.If I keep the vehicle in open for long, the remote lock didn't seem to work and the vehicle will blow horn continuously.I fed up with this behavior and stopped working the lock since last 1.5 years.I am using the keys for locking the vehicle now. 2)The silencer assembly got loose.I got it repaired in a service center and I found there that the bolts which connect this assembly to the gear box assembly casing, were broken.In fact, the bolt heads were cut.I got shocked after seeing this.I was thinking that the gear box and the silencer assembly are the components which are designed for extreme road condtions.I drove in Bangalore and the road conditions here are not extreme.I never drove to hilly or village roads.After experiencing this, I really feel the vehicle itself has some major and serious fault in it.(Also note that this part got broken with 1.5 years of its purchase.). 3)When I turn the steering to take full right turn, the accelerator lever of the car touches to some part and makes an irritating sound.I took my vehicle to the sevrice stations many times, (4 times).but I never got this problem solved.I am still facing the same problem.I strongly feel that there is some major chassis defect in my vehicle. Because of all of these above issues with my vehicle, I am not at all feeling comfortable and secure while driving the vehicle.I strongly feel that I have been sold a defective vehicle.         my first complaint is that when i got my nano car serviced at the gold rush i felt that when someone can not even clean and wash the car properly how can you expect some technical snag to be removed at that place.secondly inspite of repeated complaints the problem of high petrol consumption of15 kms/per lt persists.

          Tata Nano LX model, Registration No.OR-02BG-5726 purchased in Bhubaneswar(Odisha) through the dealer Bharat Motors, Bhubaneswar. This Car's Engine giving a very high sound like a steel drum playing since last 3 years. Taken to dealer 'N' no. of times but they are unable to detect the problem. This giving a lot of irritating noise and identifying in my locality that I have taken a very lost cost and worst 4-wheeler. The warranty period ending on 31.07.2014 but the problem remaining same.

            I purchased one TATA NANO (CX Model) from your dealer at Guwahati, M/S Abhishek Motors Pvt.Ltd on 25.02.2013 bearing chassis No. MAT 612226CKC24658, Engine No. 273MPFI07CXYK25366. Right from the day of purchase, I was not happy about pulling of the vehicle and even complaint thereof without any result. Finally due to poor pick-up your aforementioned dealer had to change the Clutch Disc at a cost of Rs 3300/- on 24.05.2014 vide their invoice no. ABHIMO-AJ[protected] dated 24.05.2014. Now, I feel, the pick-up/pulling of the vehicle is normal. The registration no. of the vehicle is AS01BD4255.

            I feel, there was inherent defect in Clutch system as the same became inoperative even at mileage of only 2814KM. This complaint is lodged for doing the needful from your end.

              Reg No.Tata Nano Reg No.TN33 AP 4443, Engine No.273MPF101/EQZE01234, Chassis No.MAT6122519YF02110, Total Kms run 16500 kms. aproximate, - Toll free Complaint reg No.[protected] dated[protected]. **** I would like to inform you that the said vehicle is Registered at Erode (Tamil nadu State) on[protected]. From the date of delivery it is not working good condition. This vehicle was serviced by TAFE, Erode, Sree Karpaga Moorthy Automobiles, Karaikudi (TN State), and Sri Lakshmi Mortors, Trichy. This vehicle spares (electricity and fuel system) has changed by your dealer TAFE, Erode as per TATA motors instruction during the first year itself. During the extended warranty period frequent break down on the road side and toe up by the authorised dealer M/s Lakshmi Motors, Trichy and serviced by them because of fuel pump problem. For the same problem I have contacted toll free number several times and it has temporarily repaired by the near by mechanics several times as per your customer care instructions. Finally, he told that he could not repair this vehicle and advised to send it to dealer to change the fuel pump system. It has been replaced by M/s Lakshmi Motors on 11.05-2013. Now again the same problem arises I could not move this vehicle because of fuel pump fault. I have complaint to toll free No. on 16.06.2014 Compliant Registration No.[protected] dated16.06.2014. But mechanic checked the vehicle and informed the that it has to be toe again to service centre to replace the fuel pump set. Further from your toll free customer care officer said that you need not pay any toe fee charges if you register for maintenance by paying Rs.999/=. So I have paid the fee of Rs.999/= and complaint officer informed about the membership number as no.[protected] dated 16.04.2014. But till date it has not been serviced and Customer care has informed that I have to pay toe fee charges first time even though paid this membership fee. This is not good. Actually the total run kilometers by this vehicle is 16500 kms. However, I have faced lot of problems and break down` during this 16500 kms. Kindly clarify what is the use of the vehicle. If any possibility to exchange offer is available for this vehicle from other tata motors variants, kindly inform. Now, kindly do the needful to attend the vechile faults without any charges further including toe fee charges etc.

                    Dear TATA NANO Service Folks, Iam driving my father's Nano LX in Visakhapatnam. Recently gave it for servicing on May 12, 2014 (Mon)... took time for your Genius Mechanics to fix and got it delivered on May 15, 2014 (Thur)... with minor repairs (brake cylinders, accelerator cable, steering wheel alignment, etc). The cause of the delay was that the electrician could not identify the cause of the repair...On my way back to home... it started alarming (after 10 kms)... that the CAR is needs MAINTENANCE and ENGINE HEAT!!! Called the service folks again and they asked him to get it back. Way too far for me to return, so told them that would bring it on Monday. Had a family emergency and had to drop my fam at the nearest Bus Station today night @ 10pm IST (May 18, 2014 - Sun) NOTE: Did not use the car after May 15, 2014. The Car ran hardly 3 kms and the BLOODY FUMES started coming out from the back of the engine area. Pulled over the car... HAVOC for my FAMILY. LUCKINGLY a CAB wala stopped by seeing our car with the Hazard Lamps On! Parked my car near the International Cricket Stadium seeking my friend's help. And then got on the CAB and dropped my Fam... THE CHEAPEST CAR SHOULD ATLEAST COME WITH QUALITY WIRING!!! Awaiting tomorrow as the FIRST CALL to your SERVICE CENTER WOULD BE A BIG BOMBARDING!

                      Dear Tata Motors, I own a Tata Nano, with registration number - KA 51 Z 7920. I had some minor issues with the car, hence visited the Concorde Motors on Hosur Main Road, Bangalore. I had a pathetic time dealing with your people at the Service Station. I had to wait for more than half an hour for getting attention from your staff on 10th of April around 10am. I had bought the car having trust on the TATA brand and people, but today i am disappointed with the decision. I have other brand cars too, i visit their Service Station often and I am treated like a valued customer. Within minutes they solve my problem. Please do visit Mandovi Motors, JP Nagar, you will understand what I am talking about. All this reminds me, few months back - Nano had starting problem so I called people to come home and solve the issue. The way they communicated with my wife was impolite. I am stuck with the car and also with the two year service contract. I feel let down and do not appreciate this.

                        Every month so many times the car goes to service center for repair which is VstMotors Chennai. I don't get this if you people can't rectify the problems and satisfy your customers why do you hold an service center. Your company and service center Technicians don’t know what is the problem in the car and why again and again vehicle goes to service center from past four years we are suffering a lot because of this vehicle you can enquire with your dealer that how many times the vehicle comes to service center everytime they keep the vehicle for a week or more and simply say that the vehicle is ok and in good condition and it is happening from years but the truth is totally different from this. All my family members are scared to sit in the car. What can happen with us next moment no one can judge. Now I want justice because this vehicle has major technical fault from the manufacturing plant. That is why your dealer can’t rectify the problem. This is our final verdict that replace the vehicle immediately otherwise I will take my legal action. Problems in car: 1. Self start problem from the purchase. 2. Most of the time when we are driving the car immediately in the speedo meter all the notifying lights starts blinking and the *beep* sound starts and vehicle turns off. 3. The car shakes when we drive the car. 4. Millage of the car is very low. And many more. Take immediate actions and Replace the vehicle immediately.

                          Me and my friend brought a Nano LX, when we took delivery we got so many commitments from show room executive, now they refused If you buy a tata product then forget your profession because you been always site in service center at finally nothing happen, Buying TATA Nano Car Very bad impression from your boss Your friends are happy cos they always miss you You getting divorced cos always your wife find you in service center Your children's a forget that they having dad final you become mental this is what happen to my friend

                            Yesterday we have also worked with Diplali Contractor for purchasing Tata Indigo e CS on road prize & factored the difference of my present four wheeler Maruti -800 2008 model. We are actively exploring for the same.

                            Your staff must have briefed you about yesterday chronology of event during delivery of my TATA NANO Lx

                            1.It clearly depicts from trailing mail correspondence that since last 02 weeks we were to gather nicely worked out & you helped me by visiting my home for test drive & assisted to reach to final conclusion of TATA NANO Lx purchasing decision.
                            2.The delivery Date / Time was nicely planned & freezed accordingly you have got collected the A/c Payee Cheques from my home.
                            3.Yesterday when we reached to your Shreeji Showroom along with my full family i.e. 82 years mother, Sisters, my wife & son for delivery of Nano, sorry to say that we have been kept waiting more than an hour & in spite of repeated request our MUHARAT of Nano PUJA were passed & we missed MUHARATAM.
                            4.Finally the reason for delay surface out, there was no clarity about balance payment to be collected, the sales representative PINKAL, she was trying her best for in time Nano Delivery but as she has not empowered for decision making & no body was supporting her to clear the file & Gate pass.
                            5.I have explained them that approx. max Rs2500/- is balance to be paid, Pinkal also remembered the deal (Rs.2000/-) but Mr. Nimesh who just suddenly came in to picture and started explaining from the zero very arrogantly & demanding Rs.15000/- than Rs.9000/- than so on…his rough tone was so penetrating that for a while we felt that he is customer & we are selling Nano Cars ?!!!
                            6.I one again requested them this is only a question of few thousands Rs., only2500Rs, you know my residence so please let Nano start for Puja at Temple & I will remain present at show room for full settlement but big NO.. Still papers processing were prime importance than customer when once again chased Mr. Nimesh as he was busy with other customer he got disturbed & by murmuring bad words approached accountant & started follow-up for papers processing.
                            7.My whole family with aged mother was totally down & mood less finally gate pass cleared, when I set on driver seat I have asked your person that Petrol meter was showing too less Qty than once again shreeji representative rushed in side office for free petrol coupons than came back that petrol already filled.
                            8.Meter reading was showing 32kms when taken the delivery & started from Shreeji, the customer harassment does not ends here, when I reached & just entering petrol pump situated few meters after Iscon Mall, New Nano Car stopped as No Petrol…we family members came out of Car & by pushing the Nano brought near Pump filling.
                            9.Only because of Shri Rajendra RavalSaheb gentle man nature I have not cancelled the deal & taken the delivery but such type of service will stop us to dare for buying TATA Indigo from Shreeji.
                            10.The Essar family is one of the reputed & core family but not fare to share experience with all Essarites but definitely in our personal circle we cannot avoid the experience sharing.
                            11.I have also worked with TATA for 06 years 1992 to 1998 & I fully aware of the Tata customer delight policy.
                            12.It is learnt that the mud guard; Ganpati & other complimentary is missing in our case, we have not received at the time of delivery.

                            I earnestly request you to look in to the matter and take it in a good spirit & used as a positive customer feedback to once again bring Smile on Customer face by demonstrating the words of MD Mr.Mitul Shah “Our Clients rely on our professionalism & we rely on our client.                               I have purchased Nano car in the month of Feb 2013, And I have given for general service one in Marina Motors Calicut and the latest on 12/09 in RF motors Kochi and also made me to take AMC of Rs 3100/-. And on 11th of Oct I saw both the front tyres are worn out and the car has run only 2450 KMS. I have taken my car to Marina motors Calicut and they were saying that they cannot do anything and have to talk to RF Motors Kochi. I went to RF Motors and talked to the Manager who told me to tell Marina Motors to sent the photos of the tyre and other things. I talked to Marina Motors today and the Advisor told me he will sent the photos but not sent and when I called him 3-4 times he is not picking the phone. Mean while I called RF Motors and they told me that on 12/09, I have not told them to Service my Vehicle. And I am not understanding and for what I have given my vehicle to RF Motors on 12/09. Please do attend this issue of mine at the earliest and please do try to get the tyre replaced and rectify the problem of my Vehicle at the earliest.

                              I FILOSH MOHAN booked Tata Nano from RF MOTORS KOCHI. On 1April, as I m from Trivandrum. So the nearest show room was Allapuzha as in Trivandrum there is only one showroom, and they don't gave me enough offers, compared to RF MOTORS. So Mr. Bibin who is charge of Allapuzha RF Motors, called me from[protected] and gave me the offer details. So he told me if I take Decmbere 2015 model I will get best discount. I told him I m not interested then he told me it will be of Dec Last of 2015 or Jan 2016. So I told him that I will not take vehicle before DEC 2015 last. He promised he will do the same and I gave advance 5000/transfered from Union Bank of India Sreekaryam. Then I fixed the day to go and receive the car. But I was not able to go on the particular day as there was delay in finance from Hdfc. So I postpone to 15 of April 2016. I contacted Bipin and told he told OK. So I booked ticket to Alapuzha in Janasathabadi train for April 15 for my two friend and me. On 13 April 2016 Bibin called me and told its not possible to get the car on 15th April 2016 as the Temporary registration will be not done on that day. I got angry and told him why u promised u will give the car, also told him that after got confirmation from u i I booked train. tickets. Then I told him OK I will book for 18 the April 2016. So I thought to go on 18 April but after half an hour Bibin called me and told that I will get the car on April 15 so don't cancel the ticket but u will get car from Eranakulam show room at pathadipalam RF Motors of Tata. Its about 300 KMI again asked him whether it is confirmed he told me its 100percent sure. So I with my Friends went to the showroom. As they told me I will get the vehicle by evening only after getting RTO Temperoray Registration. So By evening we reached there again and cleared the remains amount. At about 7 pm they told me I will not get the vehicle today. I got angry and called Bibin, now he was telling that I never told u will get car on 15. After heated discussion. I called my relative who is working in RTO. HE talked with them, and then they arranged room, one of the dirty, worst room for us. Before leaving to the room they told me to sign the document. Wen I went through it I CAME TO KNOW THE VEHICLE REGISTERED FOR ME WAS 2015 November model. I refused to sign it. Then they called to Bibin and they had heated discussion with each other which was completely Drama. Anyway I haven't signed the document and next day morning I got the car and came back home. Then I called Tata Customer care. I GAVE complaint they gave me complaint no.1-[protected]. But there was no reply and on 22nd April I got message like this

                              Then again I called them they told that RF MOTORS IS HAVING NO ISSUES WITH ME. AS I HAVE SIGNED THE DOCUMENT.

                              I told them I haven't signed the documents I told to solve the complaint against.

                              Again I received the message from customer care as follow

                              I got call from RF motors. Telling to withdraw the complaint. I told I will not.
                              Then another executive named Ramesh called from [protected] that his job will go pls withdraw the complaint, I refused. I told I have dealings with Bibin not with you. Then he told me that Bipin is His team leader.

                              After some time they called me and began to bargain by telling me they will give accessories worth Rs. 2000. I refused and I told them I want 15000 Rs. Compensation. They told me they will call me next day. This more than 4 days no reply and Mr. Ramesh contact no. Is not in use now.

                              I again called tata customer care. They are telling me that the RF motors sent some document which was signed by me that complained has been solved. I told its fraud they have done I haven't signed any document. Again they filed a complaint and as usual Drama they gave me complaint no
                              1-[protected].
                              Again I got the same message as follow as SMS

                              Dear Customer, Your complaint '1-[protected]', '05/06/2016 13:46:55' has been attended. For queries, write to [protected]@tatamotors.com or call[protected]
                              7 May 10:14 am.

                              From this I came to know RF motors for tata and TATAMOTORS are Fraud. They give us false promise and cheat us. Both the dealer RF MOTORS AND TATAMOTORS ARE FRAUD AND CHEATING US. THEY WANT MONEY BY HOOK OR CROOK. SO BE CAREFUL BEFOR U DEAL WITH THIS KIND DEALERS.

                              AGAIN I GOT THE PHONE CALL FROM JEFF THOMSON. HE WAS SUPPORTING THE DEALER AND TELLING THAT U HAVE NO EVIDENCE AGAINST THEM. I SIGNED AND GAVE THE DOCUMENT. THIS IS THING THEY R DOING.

                                Dear sir, I have purchased a nano car top end model from M/S Globle,Chandrapur(M.S.) on 8th August,2013,which is not yet registered with RTO. The car has following defects which could not be removed even after three attempts. 1.The rear suspension is noisy and makes boll joint like sound even on plain roads. 2.The wiper blade is so hard that it make noise during operation. 3.The shock absorbers are too hard that they do not have pumping/pumping/spring action in rough roads. It appears that the vehicle is manufactured in July12,and is sold to us in August 13 The chassis no is.. MAT 612256 CKF ENGINE NO IS ...273MPFI07FXYK The dealer tried to rectify the vehicle but he could not. Hence it is a manufacturing defect only.May I therefore request you to kindly replace the car with deffectless piece imm within 7 days,failing which I will take further action at your cost .                                   done first service on 20.3.13 vide invoice no g[protected]......at that time complaint was given about back door obling..... it was rectified but after some 6 days again same problem.
                                  then again 15.5.13 went again for fuel meter cheeck up and also the door vibrate porblem... again it was soleved tempoorary again after some days same vibrate problem.vide invoice no g[protected]

                                    Dear Sir,

                                    I have the following to submit for your kind and careful consideration.

                                    2. I bought the Tata Nano LX Special Edition from M/s Concorde Motors, South Extension, New Delhi on 28 Feb 13. During the purchase of the vehicle the dealer intimated me that the Alloy Wheels promised as per the features of the special edition model was not available in stock and if I wanted, the same could be made available by Tata Motors within 30-50 days. The dealer also intimated that, if I opted for the Alloy Wheels, I would not get the Rs 10,000 discount which they were offering to customers who did not want the Alloy Wheels. I gave my consent for the Alloy Wheels as it was a good feature which made the Tata Nano look beautiful and was one of the features which defined the Tata Nano special edition.

                                    3. On 04 Apr 13, I received a call from the dealer that the Alloy Wheels for my vehicle had arrived and promptly on 06 Apr 13, I gave my vehicle to M/s Concorde Motor workshop in Delhi for fitment of the Alloy Wheels. However, when the vehicle was returned to me, to my utter disappointment, it came to light that Alloy Wheels were fitted only on the four wheels and not for the spare tyre. I took up the issue with the dealer as well as Tata Motors and I was told that as per the policy only four wheels are being provided with Alloy Wheel rims.

                                    4. It is pertinent to note that, during my queries to Tata Motors on the features of the Tata Nano special edition, on the help line prior to purchase of the car or during discussions with the dealer, it was never intimated either by Tata Motors or the dealer that the Alloy Wheels would be provided only on four out of the five wheels of the car. Further, it is also pertinent to note that the online advertisements and the Tata Nano brochure does not clarify that only four wheels of the car would be provided with Alloy rims whereas the spare wheel will be provided with a normal rim.

                                    5. If I have to fit the spare tyre on the car for replacing a punctured tyre, the car would look awful with three tyres with Alloy Wheel and one tyre with normal rim. I find no rationale as to why Tata Motor has considered providing Alloy Wheels only in four out of the five wheels. It may probably be for cost cutting, but then, such a provision throws poor light on Tata Motors and gives an impression that Tata Motors is trying to fool its customers. It is also important to note that, no other automobile manufacturer in the country follows such a policy. I have a Maruti SX 4 Car which came with Alloy Wheels on all the five wheels.
                                    6. At this juncture, I would also like to submit that I had a Tata Indica for 10 years with me and my experience was totally disappointing. The service was never good and up to the mark. Every time the car was given for service, it came back with new problems and the Tata Service agent took no responsibility. I had decided never to buy a tata vehicle again. That is the reason why I changed my Tata Indica to a Maruti car. However, I still decided to buy the Nano considering the cost –features package. Though I was happy with the performance of the vehicle, I have already had to call up the dealer, the service workshop and Tata Motors 40 – 50 times on various issues. I think, in the last three to four years that I have owned my Maruti Car I have not had the opportunity to call them even ¼ th of the time that I have had to call Tata Motors. I would however, complement Tata Motors on its effort to obtain feedback from Customers. After purchase of my car, I received numerous calls for feedback on the same issue and even when I had already provided the feedback. This is a clear indication of lack of coordination and in fact I have not seen any outcome or response from my feedback to Tata Motors. I appears that while there are efforts (being shown to customers) there is little action on ground.

                                    7. I request Tata Motors to address the issue of Alloy Wheels at an appropriate level and provide the fifth wheel also as Alloy Wheel to all Tata Nano LX Special Edition customers. I also request that my appeal be understood in the correct sense and necessary actions be initiated.

                                    This is with reference to my car Indigo MH 02 MA 9325.
                                    I had given the car for service &amp; some coolant leakage problem to your
                                    authorised dealer Banai Auto - Andheri. on 27/01/09. After the car was
                                    delivered the car started having an unusual problem, while driving the car
                                    was getting automatically slow like it was braking &amp; vibrating. Again
                                    the car was picked up on 04/02/09 &amp; they claimed that the spark plug
                                    &amp; some cable kit h.t cable - mpf was not working. Howcome when there
                                    was an exhaustive service done 1st time when some Rs.4000/- was charged
                                    & this was noticed. This is not something new happening with TATA
                                    authorised service stations. After the service if the car is test driven
                                    &amp; the person whos day in day out job is to check car for problems is
                                    not able to figure out the problem, defintely there is something
                                    amiss..Was it not deliberately not noticed because things were tempered
                                    post our handing of the car for the 1st time. Curiously when the car was
                                    taken the 2nd time &amp; when we told them about the problem they could
                                    identify it. Suprising is it?
                                    I am sure such things would not be taking place at your group companies
                                    specially hospitals. Are patients being made to go through the same.This
                                    is not expected out of TATA group which ranks around 6th in the world in
                                    ethics / governance.

                                    i purchase tata nano from trumph motor faridabad. my car front left side locking problem from the first day. but after one and half year my problem is not solve. so i want to change my car and my harrasment composation.

MAT 612256CKH57011 & ENGINE NO. 273MPFI07GXYK56405 ON BEING ASSURED THAT THIS CAR SATISFY THE BSIV& IS THE TOP MADEL OF LX WITH SPECIAL EDITION.
                                      I COMPARED THE FEATURES WITH THE BOOKLET & FOUND THAT THERE WAS ONLY ONE DOOR LOCK GIVEN WITH THE DRIVER SIDE WHERE AS THERE SHOULD BE AN OTHER DOOR LOCK WITH THE SIDE PASSENGER SEAT .
                                      ON ASKING IT FROM TATA CUSTERMER CARE ON TOLL FREE NO. [protected] I WAS AGAIN INFORMED THAT THIS MODEL CONTAINS TWO DOOR LOCKS BUT CONTINUOUSLY DUE TO DOWNING OF SERVER? THEY ARE UNABLE TO LODGE MY COMPLAIN. WHERE AS DEALER IS TELLING THAT THIS IS THE NEW MODEL & CONTAINS ONLY ONE DOOR LOCKS. OTHER FITTINGS ARE ALSO LOOSE.
                                      ON MY COTINUOUS INSISTING THEY LODGED MY COMPLAIN ON 23/01/2013 BUT TILL NOW NO POSITIVE RESPONSE CAN BE SEEN.
                                      NOW MR.                                       Me Amitava Mitra have booked a TATA Nano 2012 LX on 25th January 2012 from R.D. Motors, I have got the delivery of the Vehicle by 13th February 2012. But Still Now the Vehicle has not been Registered by RTO Kolkata, in excuse TATA Motors and R.D. Motors have tons of reason behind that. But its 30 Days over since the Delivery OF my car... There are different date commitment from TATA Motors As well as R.D Motors...

                                        I have bought Tata Nano Lx from Concorde motors two months back, i have paid the insurance amount to concorde motors since it was a new vehicle, after 1 and half months, somebody unknown person, damaged my car when i was parked, i left my vehicle to concorde motors for repainting on surance claim. now the insurance company rejecting my claim since the concorde motors has not paid the insurance amount to insurance company.

                                        Hence requesting your guidance in this regard.
