    Dear Sir/Madam,

    Moving in tandem to my requirement, I had purchased a Nano Lx this 30th March, 2011 from ACE AUTO CARS Pvt. Ltd., Bhanapur, Cuttack bearing CRN No.: CR[protected] I wish to update that, I had been to the showroom for my first servicing bearing Job Card No.: JC-AceAut-CP[protected] on 18th May, 2011 and learnt a very bad experience as they have used my vehicle for their personal purpose as my check in meter reading was 1497 and my checkout was 1522.

    When I queried the same they were speechless and I had given a complaint on the feedback form and had received a call from Pune. But, it’s sorry to narrate that still I didn’t find any response to the same.

    After 2-3 days of my purchase, I’m facing following problems:

    1. Rear Left Side Door: It is locked till date and this complaint was raised on my first servicing and the same arise after 2-3 days of my servicing.

    2. Mileage: As per the manual the mileage has to be 23.6Km/Ltr. But still it shows 14 – 15Km/Ltr. When the same was raised they made it’ll come after first servicing but its shows the same till date.

    3. Wheel Alignment: where not set to the mark as while driving its tremble, the same was raised but still pursue the same.

    Furthermore, please help me to come out from the above mentioned problems asap.

    This complain is for hell services and customer care provided by tata motorsI had purchased my car TATA NANO-DL5CG2904 FROM Raghuvanshi Enterprises Pvt.Ltd, ZB-11/487, Main G.T Road Shahdara New Delhi 110095.in An accident my car got damaged on 29th may 2014 and from last THREE months it is lying with Tata motors service centre at Dilshad Garden.Contact person is Mr.Dharmesh (contact no-[protected]), who always give excuses and making fun of services by saying another one month is needed to repair the same..Tata Motors have market reputation and big Brand name but infact they are BIG FAILURES at customer care service level.i am writing when the things are getting out of control. Even nobody has courtesy to give right status.NO CO-ORDINATION, NO CONTROL AT SERVICE CENTRE, NO CALLS, NO FEEDBACKS, IRRESPONSIBLE BECAUSE THEY HAVE SOLD THE CAR AND MAKE THEIR MONEY, CUSTOMER IS IN PROBLEM, WHO WILL TAKE HEADACHE TO RESOLVE THE ISSUES...BIG NAME WITH GROUND REALITY OF ZERO LEVEL PERFORMANCE. I PERSONALLY ADVISE TO PEOPLE IN MY SURROUNDINGS NOT TO PURCHASE TATA PRODUCTS BECAUSE THEY ALL ARE FAR LAG AT THEIR SERVICE PART.THIS IS ONE OF THE WORST EXPERIENCE WITH WORST TATA MOTORS.RATHER THAN LAUNCHING NEW PRODUCTS THEY MUST SEE AT THEIR SERVICE LEVEL.NOBODY IS THERE TO RESOLVE THE ISSUES, EVERYBODY IS BUSY IN SELLING NEW CARS AND MAKING MONEY.BRAND NAME AND FAME WILL NOT WORK VERY LONG, WHEN EVERY BODY COMES TO KNOW YOUR REALITY WITH EXPERIENCE OF WORST SCENARIO.. LIKE US.

      This is to inform you that I have booked a Tata Nano Car Top model vide booking No.[protected]on 26th April 2009 on payment of Rs.1,40,000 vide Demand Draft of SBI, in your name. The order was finalized with KM Motors of same area.

      Two years have past I am yet to recieve the car and the order was cancelled . The payment was not refunded to me till date.

          Do not Book Tata Nano
          i used tata nano for the last 06 months there are no probem during these days. Once the nano stop to restart on self and start on by pushing only. I was only 1 km form tata service centre AJMER and feel very bad and cancell to purchase idea for tata vehicles . The points are:

          1. I phoned to tata service centre and all are ready to talk for new vehicals but no for service issue.
          2. After half an hour and 9th call to the number when I asked pl call from your number or give me the line then he received the call.
          3. I told them that the self is not proper and only the battery connection are loose and locally no machanic was ready to findout the battery and tight the wire of nano battery. They said come tomorrow and we will find the problem and then tell you the bill and they fill the job card with Rs. 250 service charges and take my two signatures . I said the vehicale is under warrenty and it is only about 6 to 8 months old and runs only 5000 + km.They said sir 6 months has passed and it is the authority (HACK) to make the bill.

          4. Next day when I told pl write down the problem on bill but they dont ready to write down the problem. Even when I asked the feedback form copy they dont give and dont take the feedback. They said pl write down what ever you think on bill when I write on bill I found that the portion was useless and they tearoff that part and destroy it.

          5. After all I asked the Tata Moters whether they received the proper (ORIGINAL) feedback forms or getting managed forms to handfull gain for the dealers and defame for the company.

          6 this is not the matter of Rs. 250+ service tax but the under warrenty case and to tight the wire charges as it is company mistake why the wire etc are loose during the servicing as the vehicle is under company call to change some part about a month ago.

            I had given my car Nano Base2 JH05AD 7271 at ASL Motors, Adityapur, Jamshedpur on 23.02.2011 in Accidental center.
            My car had developed slight scratch while I was taking it out from garage.
            It has been MORE THAN A MONTH and I have still not received my car. The staff at ASL Motors Accidental Section are not co-operating at all.
            I hope that you will look into the matter and help me out.

              TATA NANO — poor service

              my car no. is RJ-19-cb-8509..
              after 4 -5 month from purchasing the car,it got many problames like-hadelight problam,starting problam,a/c problam,heat the engine sooner etc. then i complan abut all this problam to marudhar motors but they did not give a propar respones after words i complan tham many times ..then they checkout the car and said-there were absentism of 2-3 equipments of car wich v did not have. i operated this car with all this problams for more 4-5 month.... plz find ....

I kamal Limbachiya From Bharuch, Gujarat.We purchase TaTa nano Name:Mr.Basant kumar Panjwani on 19/02/2010.from Shraddha motors pvt ltd, Bharuch, Gujarat.my car registration number is GJ16AJ6795. After 4-5 months from purchasing the car, it get many problame like HEAT, ZARKING, STARTING etc.(show service indicator & engine coolant high temperator indicator).Then I complain about all this problemes to Shraddha motors, Bharuch. but they did not give proper responce after words, I complain them many times, but no soluation.

              Myself Bharat Pal & my Nano car#JH05AD4442 got engine overheat problem at Km reading 27831. ASL Motor/Jamshedpur attended the problem. They did the repair with full maintenance & charged Rs10987(Inv#1271 dt 17.08.2017). They released the Car saying there will no problem before one year. But just after reaching home the car got problem again on the same day at Km reading 27927.
              Is it the maintenance standard of Tata Motors?

                I have purchased the TATA NANO car on 31/03/2010. Then I found some manufacturing defect in the tyres and then on routine basis we are contacting the Dealer. Also there are 4 years of extended warranty but the dealer is not providing the service of that.

                So for we want that the manufacturing defected tyres of the car to be replaced by a new ones.

                  complaint regarding technical problems of TATA NANO CX
                  CHASSIS NO: MAT612222AKE05282
                  Reg No: GA 03H 2478.
                  This is regarding TATA NANO CX, CHASSIS NO: MAT612222AKE05282, Reg No: GA 03H 2478 which was booked in 2009 and I received delivery on 07/2010. Now it is only eight months and it has run only 10948 Km, my NANO has started giving tremendous technical problems since past three months.
                  It started making lot of noise before my first servicing. When I complained about it to auto industries they said it was normal for Nano to give that noise and made some minor servicing. In spite of that the noise went on increasing and started troubleshooting during gear shift since January with many more minor problems as listed below
                  1) Problem with Turbo alternator belt,
                  2) Condenser problem
                  3) Gear shift trouble shoot,
                  4) Horn not working
                  5) Head light switch problem
                  6) Seat belt not working
                  7) Accelerator cable breakage.
                  All the problems were handled as it was under warranty period. Since it is under warranty today I don’t have to bare the expenses but what when the warranty period is over. As it has already given so many problems the problems might increase tomorrow.
                  Today while driving, the car suddenly stopped in the middle of the road and there was a huge traffic jam following. The auto service mechanic came later and said the cable had broken and replaced it.This car has just become nuisance and I am scared tomorrow if the brake doesn’t work I might have to face a bigger loss.
                  I would like to bring to your notice that I am not at all satisfied with the quality of the car, I have lost my precious time in these useless things, it has become nothing more than a nuisance and I no longer have faith in your car. I request u to either replace my car immediately or compensate me for the car. If TATA motors do not improve quality of NANO then in future the company will have to face loss. The NANO has become a liability for me.
                  Kindly work out what will be best for me. If immediate action is not taken I will be forced to share this information about TATA NANO with all people around either through electronic or print media that the car is not fit for road which is not difficult, or go the consumer forum to take legal action for mental sufferings I have gone because of this car.

                  Tata Nano new car not working — within 2 months car not working

                  Within few month car is not working, it took 3 days to register complain. Call centre number on car sticker is wrong, he says it is going to tack week to replace battery!!!!

                  again car Air conditioned is stopped working after first service

                  Another issue We did purchase from Concorde-Worli and they have not given service coupoun book it was without voucher

                  system is messed, no one bothers.....Looks one should be careful with ....

                  I would like to bring to your notice that I am not at all satisfied with the quality of the car, I have lost my precious time in these useless things, it has become nothing more than a nuisance and I no longer have faith in your car. Their representative followed me for AMC which was costing Rs 5000/-.I deposited money for AMC on 22 DEC 2010 by the time I came to know that this scheme is free of cost for defence personnel.I requested dealer to refund the same amount but they didn't respond well. tilll now I have not got any proper reply from therefore I request to to please intervene the matter.

                        I canceled my booking on 7-3-2010 by Ref No. FACWW12306.
                        Till 8-3-2011 I am not recieved my booking amt 140000/- from TATA's and even also every time I call at toll free no and they always told me that it is in process and they also don't give the contact no of higher authorities.

                        Why TATA's are spoiling there name ?

                          I Booked my Tata Nano vide application no[protected], I Taken loan from Union bank Of India Rudrapur vide loan a/c no[protected] amounting to Rs. 140000/- with the option of monthly intsallment payble from my saving bank a/c. When I Mobiled call center no.[protected], which is given in the application form. The person Concerned replyed that the booking of above application has been cancelled but I have not recived any confirmation about cancellation of booking in writing, hence I have no evidence in regard to cancelletion though my banker union bank of india released all the loan amount to your company and deducting in installment regularly on monthly basis. Please See in to the metter and confirm the cancellation and refund full amount (with interest up to the date of refund) taken from union Bank of India against above booking thanking you.

                            I BEING A PROUD OWNER OF TATA nano LX SUNSHINE YELLOW SINCE May 23rd 2010. I and my company SJVN believe in TATA motors and TRUSTED IN TATA PRODUCTs AND BOUGHT SEVERAL VEHICLES YEAR AFTER YEAR FROM TATA.

                            BUT THIS TIME WHEN I BOUGHT THIS TATA nano LX SUNSHINE YELLOW BEARING CHASIS NUMBER –MAT612251AYCI2646 WITH REGISTRATION NUMBER –HP52A-4110 ON May 23rd 2010 FROM J.P. Motors Solan H.P. ALL the TRUST which is ON TATA MOTORS and MY PATIENCE IS LOST AS after one month from THE DAY OF PURCHASE I AM FACING PROBLEMS WITH THIS CAR.                             I BEG TO ASK YOU DID I PURCHASED THIS VEHICLE TO DRIVE FOR MY PERSONEL USE OR JUST TO VISIT YOUR WORKSHOPS phone to your various regions and office from there not specific answers and not pick up the phones as well as the phones are not existing. THIS IS HELL DRIVING THIS VEHICLE NOW AND I HUMBLY REQUEST YOU NOW TO TAKE BACK THIS VEHICLE OF YOURS AND REFUND ME MY MONEY BACK AS I HAVE NO TRUSTOVER TATA MOTORS ANY MORE.

                            WE HAVE PURCHASED TATA NANO LX FROM VIJAY MOTORS PALAKKAD
                            ON JANUARY 1.WE WERE SURE THAT TATA WILL NEVER MAKE A MISTAKE I WAS SURE THAT IT WILL BE A GOOD VEHICLE . BUT AFTER 15DAYS COMPLAINTS STARTED THE BATTERY LOST ITS POWER AND WE NEED TO TRY HARD PUSHING THE VEHICLE TO GET IT STARTED.THE SUPPLIER SOLVED THIS COMPLAINT AGAIN THE SAME COMPLAINT IS OCCURING OFTEN EVEN AFTER THEY HAVE CHANGED THE BATTERY ONCE.THIS IS THE 64TH DAY OF THE VEHICLE IT IS NOW ON WORKSHOP AND HAD GONE THERE 2-3TIMES SINCE THE PURCHASE.IHAD NOT BOUGHT THE VEHICLE TO KEEP IT IN THE WORKSHOP.ALL OUR NEIGHBOURS ARE LAUGHING SEEING EVERY DAY I PUSHING THE VEHICLE.I HAD ENCOURAGED MANY PEOPLE TO BUY THE VEHICLE BUT NOW I CHANGED THE MIND AND ASKED THEM NOT OT BUY IT.

                                Sub: Error in delivery of Vehicle

                                That on: 29/12/2010 I have booked for the grant of TATA NANO LX BS-IV Metallic (L/silver) and accordingly I have paid Rs: 12,000/- towards booking amount vide Receipts No: 348, Dtd: 29/12/2010.

                                On: 05/01/2011 the company has delivered the car through Urs Kar Centre, Mysore on payment of Rs: 31,670/-

                                That after registration of the vehicle I have come to know through smart card issued to me that the company has delivered me TATA NANO LX BS-III Metallic (L/Silver) vehicle instead of TATA NANO LX BS- IV Metallic (L/Silver)vehicle which I had booked for. Thus I have come to know that the company has cheated me intentionally.

                                Hence I request you to delivery the TATA NANO LX BS-IV Metallic ( L/Silver) Car which I had booked for within a period of 7 days. Anticipating your reply.

                                  i booked a tata nano in Jun 09, which was supposed to be delivered in Sep 10 through Gold Rush, Lucknow. i deposited additional money at Gold rush for delivery of the vehicle worth 50000/- in addition to the advance.They made me to wait for a few days and then told that my booking is cancelled by tata company. I was surprised to know the fact because i never requested for the same. Nobody including some high profile officials like Mr Trehan regoinal manager sales could give me any solution.Now when i don't require the vehicle after such a poor response and consumer treatment i am not being given my money worth 50000/- by Gold rush Lucknow. They also have threatened me that whatever i do they wont give me that money back. where i should atleast get interest on my advance i am being denied my own money to be given back. this is the situation ane response from the franchises of tata.... god can only help me now...

                                    In cash payment. After 2 days i have some problem rear disk in my car.

                                    When i go dealer (mudgal moters) they didn't help us.....

                                        Dear Sir / Madam,

                                        I am S.L. Ganesan rencetly retired from TNEB (Tamil Nadu Electricity Board), Vellore. I have booked a Tata Nano car on[protected] through car loan in SBI, Vellore for Rs.1,40,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Fourty Thousand Only). My pre-loan sactioned by Vellore branch and communication reached to my home town Gudiyattam SBI branch on[protected]. Due to some personnel reasons I have submitted my cancellation letter to Gudiyattam SBI branch on[protected] as instructed by the local Tata delear who interacted for this offer. This cancellation was directly submitted in SBI, Gudiyattam and I was informed that no other addition action is required from my side for this.

                                        Considering the verbal confirmation I was wating for an confirmation letter from either Tata or SBI. Till date I have not received any of these letter.

                                        Suddenly on[protected] Rs.60,000/- was debited from my wife account which was mentioned for future repayment. Account number is [protected]. I have taken this up directly to the Cheif Manager in SBI, Gudiyattam and he is telling that he will take care of this and get my money back to my account. I have followed this up with Vellore branch as well but unfortunately they mentioned this has to be followed up only with Gudiyattam branch. I have did more than 10 times follow up to get back my money till date I am just getting the same response stating I will get my money back in a short while.

                                        Again one more big surpise is I have received a debit note to my account for Rs. 21,855/- on[protected]. I have strictly instructed my bank manager not to process this note. And I am still following up for getting my Rs.60,000/- to my account which do not have any positive sign till date. Below are the few more additional details for reference and future communication.
