Tata docomo number - [protected]. Am not getting any connection since 18th june 12 pm. I called the customer care twice, first they said there is an outage in my area and hence services will be restored after 30th june (so i need to pay the bills from 22nd to 30th june for using no data!!) Again she rectified her statement by telling that connection would be restored if i reload top up or when my billing period ends and the next starts that is on 23rd june. If thats the case then why am i not getting any signal? Am not talking about speed issues, am not getting any connection, thats it! 2nd time i called help desk, another lady told me since am using WINDOWS 7 OS i am facing such an issue and so i must contact a hardware engineer. Then i said that never did this problem rise in my 4 years association with photon plus as a customer. She said she cant help!

Currently am using the 6GB 950rs cap plan. I understand speed can be slow if the data has been consumed, but whenever i am inserting the usb stick or dongle in the laptop and trying to connect it shows "the device has been disconnected or is unavailable". I am not able to get any signal in the device and now its just lying on the desk and is of no use to me.

If you guys just need money then you must give services too or tell me why is the problem happening? Bills r paid, still am not getting any connection. I need the connection ASAP.

Tata Photon is the worst. They do not provide Internet speed as they claim. It is never beyond 300kbps. Worst part is if you want to cancel their connection, you will not find a single person to accept your cancellation request. They will keep on buying time giving you options and billing you. They billed me 4 months for nothing after my cancellation request and when i stopped paying, they started sending threatening letters. They even threatened my old mother who stays alone in my Kolkata address. Think times and again to buy Tata photon

u know just as tata not working i had to take MTS connection again as all my work is internet dependent and if tata starts giving unreliable services, i cant pay their bills as i wont be earning anything then without internet. for the last 4 years am using same connection but this time it really made me mad

    I really feel ashamed o[censored]sing tata docomo for past two and a half years.I was using tata photon postaid connection([protected]).It accidentally got damaged.I went to docomo store to buy a new photon.I also called Customer care to block the previous number.instead of blocking they charged bills for the months that we did not use.Even after asking n number of times to send the usage bill, they did not pay heed to our request.After nagging my parents every day for payment, now they have sent a legal notice to me. Im still using a tata photon([protected]) number and im regularly paying bills for that.Im really fed up with this mucky behaviour.How they expect us to pay for the months that we did not use.Im gonna deactivate my current account for.There lot more network who are decent and provide very good service.FOr the worst service they provided, they also ask me to pay for the month i didnt use.Until and unless they give me the proper bill o[censored]sage, im not gonna pay single penny to Tata photon.Im gonna take legal action on tata docomo for not giving me a proper usage bill.Highly disappointed with their service.

      dear sir Before purchasing photon plus i asked to the helpdesk that is the photon plus network is available in Sakaldiha, Chandauli(U.P. EAST) then they reply that coverage network is available all over in U.P. EAST but this was not right. I have purchased it through my saving on 26 may 2014. Please provide back my money or provides its network.           always facing speed issue and frequently disconnected always i put up complaint and also in its call centre they give me a reference number and that complaint is closed without taking my consent even no bloody guy cares to call me about this issue if anybody sees this complaint do not ever buy tata internet it is a total scam

            Dear Sir, About 4 months ago I have placed a request to close my tata photon account(Dec 2013), Bangalore, Account No.:[protected]. The details are as below mentioned:

            But I am surprised to receive the invoice for every month till now . Mobile Number : [protected] Account No.:[protected].

            I really fade up of calling to customer care every month to cancel my account. Every month customer care guys will say they will cancel the account, even i am getting the SMS for cancellation of account. But still the invoice is generating every month.

            After four months suddenly today I got a call from Tata photon office Delhi, that i have to pay this four months amount otherwise, they will put the case in court.

            This is too ridicules service provided by tata photon, unnecessary i have to pay 4 months charge without using a single day.

            I don't prefer any one to take the service from tata photon

            I called so many times to customer care, they told that the account will be on hold for 3 months, but we don't need to pay the charge for it.
            After 3 months it will automatically cancelled.

            But nothing happened like that every month i am getting the bill which i am not using for single day.

            I have all the proofs related to the cancellation how many times i called and places the request.

            If I will not get my money back, I am going to put the complaint against Tata photon service.

              Hi, I used Tata Photon Data card- Photon number [protected] for long time and had opted out of Tata phton as i moved to differnt city. But they kept calling me asking me not to discontinue their services in exchange they offered me a zero rental plan in which they told me that services will continue but i ll not get any bill so that in future i can again switch to their services easily if i want to. so i agreed..but now after 6 months they had started asking me for bill amount of Rs. 2151. I dont even have the photon data card and not even used it . They are asking me to pay for service which i didnot avail. They never intimated me that the photon card is active now and that i am being charged. Even when the connection was hold, i had called photon to disconnect the service but they did not take proper action. i raised a requst to have the connection disconnected. a lady from tata team called and said she will disconnect and take the charges back. but now again i got email from them that the amount is pending. Manoj kumar from photon called yesterday and behaved rudely yesterday saying i will have to pay the money. Need suggestion from the forum to recomment how i should take this forward. Do i pay the amount get the receept and raise a complaint in NCDRC? or should i take them directly to consumer court. What document should i have for this. Is there a team in Tata whom i can raise an escalation before going to consumer court? I have had lot of respect for TATA but i am loosing it now. Hope this forum helps Thanks Akarsh

                Hi, My Problem is that i used a device named tata photon plus but thenafter due to service issues i planned to shift to another services.But as usual they started to plea before me for not to discontinue their services in exchange they offered me a zero rental plan in which they told me that services will continue but i ll not get any bill so that in future i can again switch to their services easily if i want to..so i agreed..but now after 3-4 months they had started asking me for bill amount of rs 1600/- for data which i havnt even used.They hav now started calling daily and even using filthy words over phone and threaten me to drag me over court or to settle the amount.
                So i want you to kindly look into the matter.

                  Hi,

                  I want to bring forward this case to you people.
                  I have made a bill payment of 449 rs from my ICICI credit card on 29 th march, but TATA DOCOMO is not able to resolve my query.
                  TATA DOCOMO PHOTON NUMBER : [protected]

                  I have paid my TATA DOCOMO PHOTON PLUS Bill on 29th March 2014 from PAYTM website.
                  An amount of 449 rs has been successfully deducted from my ICICI credit card and i have received a receipt from PAYTM, stating that the payment has been successfully done.

                  Now, i have talked to TATA DOCOMO customer care several times and they have raised 2 tickets . But still they are not able to resolve the issue.

                  They have asked me to email them the bank statement, and paytm receipt which i did on my end . Also i have checked with PAYTM customer care and ICICI customer care, both are stating that TATA DOCOMO has successfully claimed the amount .

                  Lastly, the status of this issue is that TATA DOCOMO people are saying they are not able to find the payment.
                  So, please help me in getting this thing resolved.

                    Harassment by Photon customer care (call from [protected]) who ask when can the payment be made on 2nd Apr 2014, even before payment due date (which is 3rd Apr). My photon number is [protected]. I got several calls before last month payment due date too and requested not to disturb before due date. The same story is repeated this month too. That man spoke to me like I am a thief and he is an extortionist!

                      I purchased Tata photon max in Raipur (CG) on 20th of March and after 3 days my number i.e [protected] got activated and I experienced slow speed as it get connected to Photon whiz.I complain it to local dealer from whom I purchased and even visited one local centre where as per advice I registered a tele complain on 25th of March and my complain number is[protected] and though 4 days left still my complain has not been resolved .Every day i call on your number [protected] but no help. rgds

                        Dear Sir/Madam, I stay in Pimple Saudagar, Pune & facing problems with my tata photon connection. Though the signal shows over 90% but even a simple page like google search takes time to load. I had called twice to customer care & both the times they raised a complaint which later got closed without any resolution. Also every time i get to hear that pimple saudagar is high usage area & technicians are working on it. Please work on it & get this resolved since it is getting very annoying for me.                         It's the same for me too. I have taken Photon Max-Wifi and since day one of activation I'm facing slow connectivity. Even I made complaint couple of times about the slow connectivity @ Magarpatta City, Pune and every time they close my complaint saying that this area is under high utilization zone and new site plan is in acquisition phase. If main areas in Pune are not covered then I think there is no point in stating that Photon Max Wi-Fi works in Pune. I need to pay Rs. 1200+Tax per month without even using 10% of the plan.

                          I took Photon connection in Sep 2012, the details of the devices are as follows: Order No : [protected] Account No.[protected] / Photon+ No: [protected] / Device (MEID: A00003384C932, pESN: 802BA11C, S/N: A4G9MA[protected]). 1. The above given device was the one which was given to me as part of my connection. 2. From the initial receipt of the device, I was able to use the device provided to me till Oct 2012 and then it got disconnected. After frequent requests and complaints, I was informed that the device which I was provided with ("MEID A[protected]C932") is not mapped to my account "[protected]". It is a very serious lapse from the company while providing the devices to the clients who registered for it. The entire registration and handing over of the devices took place at my office premises and I did not go out to make any dealing with the tata docomo team members. 3. Even though I did not make use of the device after Oct 2012, I still paid till Mar 2013. Two of the company representatives came to my office, and I asked them to provide me with the usage log pertaining to the device which i am in possession of. As of now, they did not provide those details. 4. I have not made use of any telephony service with the provided device(details are appended above), after Oct 2012. Also for a device which I am not in possession I was billed across(stating it is linked to me)stating for its usage. Your welcome email or any other documents never informed about the device information attached to my account. Wrong device attachment to my account was informed to the local tata outlet (Situated @ Ashoka Plaza - Coimbatore), and they could not do anything in this matter. The local office here asked us to ignore further messages. They simply acknowledged the fact the device was wrongly send to me. They could do nothing about that. Is that the way the work is carried out and customers harrassed? 5. The same was reported n times to the support cell, but nothing actually happened other than the request and mailers for payment of Rs.2206. The messages/mailes also accompanied with harrassment calls.                             Photon No -[protected] Tata Photn Max Wifi, Not getting connection from past 3 days and if i go to tata docomo relationship center they are telling your connection is barred, due to re verification, but we waited till re verification but after re verification also they are not giving connection and are telling wait 24 hours and again when we went to relationship center Mr Shyam is telling it will be done in 15 minutes but still it has not been done, if it is not possible, please arrange for refunding the amount soon and if it is posssible get the connection soon and also i am lacking speed it is only coming download speeds upto 1 mbps and it is written on the box download speeds up to 6.2 mbps but i am lacking that also . I want it to be done within today otherways we shall cancel it and take the money back.

                              Dear Sir/Madam,

                              1. Refer to my “APPLICATION FOR CLOSING OF TATA PHOTON ACCOUNT” dated 07 Dec 13 (Copy enclosed) addressed to “Office of Tata Communication, Dehradun (U.K).

                              2. This is to bring to your kind attention a recent case of Harassment of self by Tata Docomo Reps in Dehradun/New Delhi regarding a request of mine for termination of my previous TATA Photon no[protected]Account No [protected]). The complete case details are mentioned in the succeeding paragraphs.

                              3. I was facing problem accessing Internet services using my old device with the above mentioned connection number. Upon calling the call centre and explaining my problem I was advised by the Call centre employees that the device was outdated as it was a TATA Photon Plus device and I was advised to upgrade to TATA Photon Max device.

                              4. Consequently, I submitted an application on 07 Dec 13 for termination of my TATA Photon Postpaid account [protected] to the authorized distribution agency in Dehradun viz. Shri Balaji Communication, 69, Niranjanpur, Dehradun, since . The details of the authorized distribution agency were retrieved by me from the website of TATA Photon which lists the above mentioned distributor as the authorized dealer and hence the central point of contact in Dehradun for any consumer.

                              5. The application submitted by me was received by the distributor and outstanding payment of Rs.800.00 was paid by me. A cash receipt for the same (Copy enclosed) was handed over to me and assurance was given for requisite action at the earliest.

                              6. However, since the month of early January 14 I started receiving calls from New Delhi TATA Photon reps regarding nonpayment of the balance money owed to TATA against closure of my post paid account as mentioned above. I informed the same to Shri Balaji Communication (Ms Seema) and the dealer assured me that the closure action will be taken by them at the earliest and to ignore the calls.

                              7. I received approximately 06-07 calls from New Delhi TATA Photon reps during the period Jan 14 – Mar 14. These included a few calls from a certain advocate from the company (Mr. Deepak Yadav, from Sessions Court, New Delhi) who very rudely threatened to file case in Court regarding Non-payment of dues. On intimating that the same was paid to the company outlet in Dehradun, the advocate feigned ignorance and arrogantly refused to listen to any details.

                              8. I called up Shri Balaji Communication (Ms Seema) and met them each time I received a call from New Delhi TATA Reps. But the firm insisted that these were to be ignored as they had taken necessary actions and even produced a Transaction ID for the same. They even stated that “These were tricks adopted by the company for extracting due payment”. However, the firm failed to explain correctly as to why the ambiguity existed.

                              9. Finally on 13 Mar 14 I received a call from a certain Advocate claiming to be outside Tis Hazari court and he intimated that the payment should be made immediately within 15 mins otherwise he would file the case in the court and asked me to be present in the court. Ultimately, I made the payment online and informed the advocate regarding the same.

                              10. Thereafter, I visited the authorized dealer Shri Balaji Communication and informed the same. I was then given some reasons for the errands and was then told that the payment made by me would be refunded.The payment of Rs.800.00 was refunded to me on 15 Mar 14 vide a counter signatory on the same receipt.

                              11. The following points merit attention during the entire scenario/case:-

                              (a) The application was submitted by me well in advance to the authorised agency following the right procedure and the outstanding payment was paid.

                              (b) The account was disabled on 23 Dec 13, 15 days post submission of application thereby incurring an additional expenditure of Rs.80.00 which I later paid on 15 Mar 14.

                              (c) On receiving calls from New Delhi TATA reps, I immediately informed Shri Balaji Communication but no action was taken on their end and I was given false assurances on all the occasions.

                              (d) The money paid by me to Shri Balaji Communication remained in their custody for more than 03 months unactioned and they failed to perform their duty.

                              12. I being an serving Army officer do not possess adequate time to take legal action for the mental agony that I have suffered throughout these 03 months. Additionally, my primary duties at work were hampered by the incessant calling of these reps and my frequent visits/calls to Shri Balaji Communication.

                              13. I would request that necessary action be taken at the requisite echelon of administration and a written explanation for the same be forwarded to me. It is also to be mentioned that the amount of Rs.800.00 was lying unactioned for a period of more than 03 months which could have yielded an interest.

                              14. This type of behavior by a company of such a stature is unacceptable and necessary actions are needed to avoid inconvenience to consumers.

                                Hello, I've taken Tata Photon Max Wifi connection @ Magarpatta City, Pune. The same has been activated on 10th March. But since the day of the activation, the speed has been damn slow. I've raised a complaint on the first day itself i.e. on 10th March with SR#[protected]. But this has been closed today, 14th March with out rectifying and stating that many people have been facing this issue at this location and there is no tentitive date when this problem would get resolved. Since I have taken 11GB plan, I need to pay Rs 1200 every month though the problem is not solved since day one of activation.                                 Any update on the new site planned @ Magarpatta City, Pune for the above mentioned slow connectivity. I've paid 2 months(1200 per month) rent without providing even 256 KBPS with Photon Max WI-Fi. How long more will the new site take to get into operation.

                                I don't know why you people just mention common statement as we received the complaint and will ensure it is resolved soon when you don't really don't do so.
                                Even after waiting for 7 months almost, there is no progress on your network. The worst network ever. Network is damn slow and it never connects to Max Wi-Fi even in the most popular place in Pune (Magarpatta).

The above amount also cleared from my bank A/C on 28/02/2014. We have received a new Invoice No.[protected] with enhance meter reading 369 for payment of Rs.1, 155.61 inclusive of arrear of Rs.747.61 though it is already cleared as per above Bank details.                                         Two photon data cards have been taken on the name of Orga Systems India Pvt. Ltd. from Tata Docomo
                                        (1) [protected] (Activation Date - 07.02.2014)
                                        (2) [protected] (Activation Date - 30.12.2013)

                                        The Users of the data card(employees of Orga Systems India Pvt. Ltd.) have come up with several network issues many a times, since the date of activation of each respective data cards. In spite of several e-mails and follow ups to the Tata people(Sales person & Relationship manager), they have ignored and overlooked to all that serious problems.
                                        Rather they never pick up calls.
                                        Now both the Photon plus data cards are not working at all. We have complained against it to the Tata people, but they never helped. We are paying monthly bills for nothing.
