Hi this is Srinivas, I had taken a Tata Photon under KA-3G_5GB [protected]@2500 QARP Plan in which i made advance payment of 2500rs for 3months (may/june/july) .From the beginning itself the device was not worked properly. Got network error every time i tried to connect.After several mails and several executive visit to my place i was to able to get network but with worst speed.It took approx 1.5 months to resolve the issue. After that i was able to use photon but the speed was slow not as promised by the Tata photon executive.I used the photon for another 1.5 months i.e till 1st week of august.I received a mail from tata docomo stating i need to pay for the august, i told them i already paid in advance a amount of 2500rs for 3 months and as my services were started from july 1st week i am not liable to pay the amount, but still they kept on calling me without resolving my problem.They diconnected my photon number for not paying august bill.I got several calls from different tata executives regarding this and every time i told my concerns after that i was assured that my concern will be resolved but till date nothing happened.I have sent lot of mails but no response from tata exceutives.Though my connection have been disconnected in august itselg still i am getting bills for august /september/october for which i have not used the device as connection was disconnected.Today i got a call from [protected] stating that he is a tata photon executive and a case is being registered against me in the court . It really very disturbing and i assume that senior executive should look into the customer case first then try all the other ways of extracting money.I have been good customer of tata docomo as i am using tata docomo post paid number i never been late in depositing the money.Now i am thinking of disconnecting this connection also as the customer service is very bad and also very rude. Should I pay for getting worst Service and also for not using the services for not more than 1.5 month? why they didn’t take any action upon my complaint ?. This is the very worst services I have seen so far. Can anyone suggest me what can I do?     Hi Customer Forum, I received an SMS on 3rd Nov 2013 to recharge my TATA PHOTON PLUs of more then Rs 450 and get Double Data. Accordingly, I recharged my Tata Photon Plus of Rs 1200 on the same day i.e. 3rd Nov 2013 but didn't receive double data. I logged a complain with the tata photon plus customer care and they told that the offer was valid till 2nd November 2013 and therefore I will not get the offer of double data. Moreover, the executive was not willing to take my complain and after continues pressurizing, he did it but mentioned that it may not get resolved (Don't Know Why??). Below are my details, please look into the matter and respond accordingly. I have full evidence to prove my concern. Photon Plus Number : [protected] Reference Number : PRRG1284317 This has been experienced by several other customers. If the SMS was sent to them by mistake, Tata has to take full responsibility of it and give double data to the them.

    I just got an SMS that the complain that the issue has been resolved but i couldn't see any addition to the data on mu tata photon number. I called the customer care and they said that they dont have any information on this matter. This is absurd and unacceptable. You guys cannot close an issue without intimating the customer the actual resolution.

    Please reopen the issue in your system and resolve.

    This issue has not been resolved yet however the issue ticket with tata photon has been closed.

    This is injustice. Tata Docomo is an unethical and a disgusting company. I severely criticize there heinous acts.

    Guys, Please don't buy TATA Photon Device and use there service as its a fraud company. They usually send fraud sms to the customers and then don't provide what they initially promise.

    It has almost been 45 Days and my issue has not been resolved.I received an SMS on 3rd Nov 2013 to recharge my TATA PHOTON PLUs of more then Rs 450 and get Double Data.     Till now i have filed 3 complains with tata photon. The first request PRRG1284317 was closed by Tata Photon saying the message was sent by mistake to the customer and and he will receive data in a couple of days, In spite of that the data was not given

    The second request - PRRG12845498 was filed on 30 Nov, for not delivering the additional data. i just called the customer care asking the resolution and they said that we have given you 2 GB data. Why i just received 2 GB when i was supposed to get 12 GB extra?

    Today i placed another request - PRRG12846091 for providing me the remaining data. I have no hopes with the customer care and therefore thought of sending a mail to you for the resolution. Please help

    Below are my details, please look into the matter and respond accordingly. I have full evidence to prove my concern.

      i m taking tataphoton plus connection, but i canncelled it and paid my all dues before i cancelled. i m also having my canceeled letter, on saturday some called to me named as r.k misra, as delhi highcourt layer, says an arrest warrent issued by delhi highcourt reason over dues, how can it possible, layers says witin one hour u r not paod 70000/- cash an arretwarrent comes to my address, till im geting wat can i do, within one hour how can i pay 70000/-.dis s my conection no:[protected] my name muralikrishna, [protected] mobile nno. i m going to nearst tata office they r saying u r chaing plan, but i cancelled my connection how can i changed my plan.dis big corporate company works like dis

        I got a call again a lady is talking over the call she said she is from legal dept of TATA.., n talkin rubbish...is this the way to talk with a customer...yes I used a photon connection and the service is terminated 4 months earlier..., and in this period of time I was not free to get back to you and if any body make calls in this regard they have to inform n ask to pay the amount gently..., is the amount rs. 2334 is that much big for that any employee of a branded company talk about the status n the power of the customer???

        Off course not this hurts the self respect of the individual person... for this i’ll take a legal action and file this complain and make sure that this complain publish on internet publically... these kind of employees are just creates a negative and bad images of a brand whose name is TATA.

          Hi, My location does have any tata docomo gprs coverage, I already mentioned to the docomos agent when I took this connection, but he told me that the connection is cdma not gprs, its tower is different from gprs and contains full of coverage in your area and if not he will refund the full amout to me. When I checked from my home there is not a single bit of coverage in my area and when I try to contact that agent he wont response to my call. After that I registered a complaint in docomo at their customer care number, initially 3 times they called me and asked my house location and told me that their junior engineer will come and fix the problem, but its now reached more than 1 month, no one reached my home and now they messaged a monthly bill of 250 rs to my mobile number. I also try to close my connection but still they are telling me that the junior engineer will come and fix the problems. I don't know what to do next step, I am really tired by registering complaint with their support. Please help me to resolve these issue, I giving my connection details below.             I have got Tata Photon from Agent of Tata Teleservices at 18th Oct 2013. From that day, i'm chasing with agent and with customer care. Till date, it is not activated. I have called in customer care at 22th Oct 2013 for status. They answered that your verification is pending. You would wait 48 hours. Again i called in evening that day, same answered, i got. Again i called 24th Oct 2013 after 48 hours in customer care, one lady representative picked the call and verify my local reference address which is exist in submitted document, and then she ensure that my Tata Photon will be activated in today night with SMS confirmation. But it did not happen. Then i again made a call to customer care today(25th Oct 2013), again one of lady representative Geeta picked the call. She told me that i had made call only 22th Oct 2013 not 24th Oct. When i want to make a request to talk her senior person she put my call on hold for 4 minutes then she came back with explanation that all seniors person are busy. She is totally lying that i have not made a call at 24th Oct 2013. When i told her that i'm going to write a mail to Tatateleservice head then she transferred my call to senior person Mr Varun. But my problem has been not sorted out. As per my local reference number given there that person not got a call for verification. Always they lie for activation status vallaaa valllaa ...They do not pick a call. Can anybody take it seriously and resolve the problem? I have another Tata Photon also for that same thing happen means it is not activate in proper way. Please solve my problem or return my money.               I have Tata Photon 2G Device; I am using it from last 2-3 years. From this year I started using it Pune. When I purchased this device company has offered me plan of 1 GB unlimited (Up to 1GB High Speed and then 256kbps) My house is in Sadashiv peth, Pune. I started using this device in Pune near about from Jan 2013 and realized that the speed I was getting is very very low therefore I called Tata photon Customer care and registered a complaint regarding same on 13 Feb 2013 for which even after lot of follow up I have not received proper response. Then I visited nearby Tata photon out late / Brand Store, on Bajirao Road, in month of March and again registered a complaint for same on 8th March for signal & connectivity problem. For complaint registered in March also I have not received any response from company. Then in last month (Sep) finally I came to the decision of terminating the device. Before coming to this decision I have also asked company many times to covert my plan to pre paid as I was not able to use this device where I stay but they told me that this can not be done in Pune as I had purchased this device in Delhi. Therefore I decided to close the connection and asked company to provide me termination request number, at this time company agreed to provide me plan of 3GB unlimited in rs 550 (same amount) & also agreed on sending engineer to resolve the range issue. On last Saturday (19/10/2013) engineer visited my place and he given feedback to his corresponding network team that coverage is very very poor and multiple networks are present here. On Sunday afternoon (20 /10/2013) I received call from company saying we will not be able to resolve the issue and we are closing this complaint, I told them not to close the complaint as issue is not resolved. (Complaint no details & other details are mentioned below.) On Tuesday I called Tata Photon customer care to ask what can be done in this matter, they offered me rs. 500 discount on my bill. But as I not getting range or speed not even able to open my mails, I have not agreed on this and asked person to refund money from my complaint date or transfer call to senior as I am expecting refund of my money from month of Jan or Feb as I have launched complaint regarding same in Feb and facing this inconvenience since 10 moths. As company or company representative promised me at the time of purchase of device to provide good quality service all over India and same is not fulfilled therefore I fill betrayed. Please note I am using this device in the heart or core part of the Pune city & not in any remote area. Also the plan which was offered me was very old and not similar to what given to new consumers (compliant with current offered plans), regarding this also I have many times requested company to change my plan to better pan but they denied to do so that time but offered me better plan in same amount of money when I came to decision of termination. I request you to please guide me in this regard as I fill very frustrated and cheated for service I have received & amount of money I paid to company.               Received call from Satya ( Tata docomo Blog team ), He has given same information which is already known to me, being given by tata photon persons to me in earlier conversations & which is mentioned above.

              He denied to provide me refund but I am not agreed to this, as I have suffered a lot due to same & need compensation for this.
              He asked me to send mail to [protected]@tatadocomo.com, I have done that too.

              I need your help to resolve this issue, I appreciate your kind help in this regard.
              As per suggestion from Satya I sent mail to [protected]@tatadocomo.com, after my mail Tata phonon team ( Mr. Mani ) has placed cancellation request instead of resolving the complaint. I have not mentioned any thing regarding cancellation of number. This was very surprising to me.

              I am very old & loyal customer of Tata photon and using this connection from past 3 - 4 years, I had always paid my bills on time before due date, now when I facing the issue and suffering lot due to Tata services this kind of treatment is provided, I am very disappointed with this.

              My concern is if Tata Tele services is not able to provide proper service in Heart of the Pune city ( Sadashiv Peth ) why they are marketing and selling it in this area ? (I had been approached by many tata photon executive for this).

              Please don't buy tata photon device if you are planning to use it in Peth area in Pune, services are very very poor.
              Tata photon executive ( Gurmeet ) has now informed me to send mail to customercare.[protected]@tatatel.co.in.

                I am using a corporate postpaid plan for photon plus named - [protected]@9600 ARP Capping Plan. This plan entitles me to use 10 GB/month of high speed usage and unlimited usage at low speed after 10GB is consumed. Now, this is my first month and I had just used 6.7 GB till 22nd October. But the same day, I received a message stating that I have crossed my 10 GB limit and hence speed is throttled to 153 kbps from 3.1 Mbps. I have the proof that even to this date, I have not crossed the usage limit. The tata photon website shows my usage to be 6.8 GB till date. I am also using a bandwidth monitor software on my system which also shows my usage to be just 6.8 GB till date. When I called the customer care regarding this, they said that their internal system reflects it to be more than 10 GB. How the hell can their official website and my software can be wrong at the same time? And even I know by myself that my usage is nowhere close to 10 GB. I called them multiple times and wrote multiple e-mails. But they just plainly refused my plea and now they don't even reply to my e-mails. They have some stupid and uneducated people sitting at the customer care level who don't understand a word I say and give purely foolish arguments just to delay the request. Here are some incidents: 1. They are saying it takes 24-36 hrs to reflect the usage stats in their website. Who's to tell those that I have waited 5 days and the usage even till 2 days later is shown as 6.8 GB. The website mentions clearly that it takes 24-36 hrs to reflect the usage for the current day and the day before. That clearly means that at 26-Oct, the stats would be updated for 26th and 25th, obviously not for 22nd. What's worse that even now they are giving the same reason. 2. When I email them, they don't understand a word and copy-paste per-defined answers telling me that I have crossed the 10GB limit hence my speed has been reduced. 3. I sent them the screenshots of both the software report and website report showing my usage, but the guy there doesn't know how to open e-mail attachments. When I sent it again with inline images and direct links, they stopped replying to my e-mails. I used to recommend photon to everyone but I have to rethink my recommendations now after this incident.

                  Dear Sir, I had purchased Tata Photon plus from one of tata photon sales person ; for a consideration of Rs-1800/- paid in cash The following is my complaint:- 1) I recently brought tata photon plus having no. [protected] which is working. my complain is something else actually i had received an offer through call from one of tata sales person, the offer was that if i buy photon connection before 14th oct then i would get jabong vouchers of Rs. 650/-. also the price of Rs 1800 is refundable after 6 months, also my monthly plan will of Rs. 350/- instead of Rs 450/- for 2Gb data. i also have the email stating this offers with me send to me by the sales person email address [protected]@gmail.com. and the mobile number of the sales person from which i had received the call is [protected]. But still, After the activation till date i have not received any jabong vouchers so i tried the phone number of their sales person but it seems he had disconnected the number, I am unable to contact him since 11th Oct 2013. i receive a wrong number notification while trying to contact him. So i called up the tata customer service center. tata support executive said that there is no such offers and he/she dont know anything about it. they also said that they do not know anything about the email address [protected]@gmail.com it is not their concern. My photon plus connection is working so they must have got my details from their sales executive, also i checked tata’s website they have my correct details. From whom and where did they get my details? It seems they got my details from their sales executive. i asked support team about the details of their sales person from whom they got my details and connection. but they are not willing to provide me with the same, nor they are taking any further actions against him. the sales person said his name was Raju, but in truecaller app i found his name was Riyaz Malik i dont know how many people he must have cheated. It seems I have been cheated by tata’s sales person with fraud offers. I have reported the above matter to them several times to their customer support number [protected], my complaint no are ref no[protected] dated[protected] also on dated[protected] but despite all my pleadings they have not taken any action against their sales person nor gave me any compensation 2) I had registered the same complaint to their customer support team again on today 16th oct 2013 complaint no[protected], after few hours I received just two miss calls from Tata photon Ahmedabad number [protected]. Call was disconnected within one or two rings before even I could receive the call (I came to know about the details of caller through truecaller app on my phone), later just few minutes after the second miscall I received message notification stating that my complaint is resolved.                       I requested for deactivating my Tata photon number [protected] on the same date of purchase with request number[protected]Sept). But this request was not fulfilled from Tata photon services end. Since I confirmed my deactivation, I am not liable to pay any amount. I have got Rs. 268 payment for a photon service that was never used. The customer care gave me another deactivation request number[protected]Oct) claiming that I had asked to renew my services which is false. After few days cancellation dept called the first time and explained me new plans which I had no interest in and I repeatedly said to deactivate my account. Which obviously didnt happen. I cannot keep calling customer care everyday to confirm whether the respective departments are transferring my disconnecting request or not. I have seen many cases where legal notices were sent for outstanding amount post disconnection because billing department and cancellation dept dont do their jobs. Please resolve this issue. Ive seen people getting legal notices for outstanding amount. i cannot keep paying Tata for their departments not transferring my request.

                        Hi Account Number :[protected]. Plan: 1800(10GB Cap) advance rental paid for two months I have activated the device on 29-May-13 and it was not working, therefore I gave compliant on 30-May-13. The complaint was pending for 50 days and finally there representatives asked to canel the account.So, I have requested to cancel account on 20-July-13 and asked for refund, amount of Rs.1800 that I paid as advance rental, as the device itself is not working. They asked me to wait for final bill, which will generate within 54 days after permanent disconnection of account. Now, they are refusing to give the refund and moreover, they have charged an additional amount of Rs.1460 for not Using the device for 6 months. As the problem is from there end and I am unable to use the device(not working), I want the refund, which is paid as advance rental. Thanks, Vijay [protected]

                          I had purchased Tata Photon + postpaid its works well first 10days after that its never works i complained for this they send an engineer he said sir i will change your device and its will work he changes device but internet not connected i complain again Engineer called me and said sir these are where you using we have weak network access there we will fixing this issue in 7days but my problem not shorted till 4 months they continued charging money i said them to disconnect the cc person told me sir you can use it at other places or at other city what a foolish answer for using an internet i travel 100 km daily what a uneducated person recieving calls at CC its really aweful service from well known brand stay away from Tata Photon+

                            Tata Photon Plus gives incredibly low speeds even on high recharges. Speed reaches nowhere near the claimed speeds ! The promised speed was 3.2 Mbps but the speed I am getting hardly reaches .1 Mbps. There is no issue of network coverage as the network is always full. It is the allotted bandwidth that is at fault! This is outrageous. Please Look into it as soon as possible.They are not looking into it inspite of compliaing again n again.

                              I bought a Tata Photon plus prepaid dongle on 1st July (No.-[protected]) .The company promises a speed of 3.1mbps,getting 60-100 kbps with Tata photon Plus. I lodged complaint in tata photon costomer care . they told me due to some technical problem in your area,i could not solved your problem. some equipment is required to increase your photon speed but management of tata photon did not give me approval ( as per local service center representative ). So There is no issue of network coverage as the network is always full. I cant access the common sites like google, my gmail and facebook, forget about heavy sites like YouTube. I request you to take the action at the earliest as it's Anil Tiwary 145 ,Sukhia road ,10 No. Basti Golmuri, Jamshedpur Jharkhand.

I have still facing same problem. I have mention it in my previous complain ( They are unable to solved my problem without getting approval to higher management). This has been causing me considerable inconvenience and i have been put to a great loss.

                              The fact that Tata docomo has not taken interest to solve my problem. pls inform to me whether you can solved my problem. otherwise i may seek compensation for from Tata docomo.

                              However, I have no intention to exercise this right and prepared to wait the execution of job to your side.

                                Hello Sir/Madam, TATA Photon+ Dongle #[protected] I am Senthil Prabhu N from Chennai. I bought TATA Photon+ Connection in the year Nov, 2009. Paid Rs. 750/- for the DONGLE (device). I was paying my bill correctly on time. I spoke with Customer Care to cancel my Internet Services and I stopped using my DONGLE in the year 2011. They sent Customer Executive (of 3rd Party) to receive my FINAL Settlement. And, I have paid Rs.3000/- as FULL and FINAL Payment. But, the person gave me a vouchure as "NOT FULL AND FINAL SETTLEMENT" and convinced me that, "I didn't bring FINAL Settlement RECEIPT BOOK" with handy. So, I asked him to connect the TATA Photon+ Customer Care division Manager, and he has confirmed that this will be taken as FINAL and FULL Settlement. Later, I got a call from TATA Photon+(DOCOMO) Customer care representative, asking me to pay Rs.6114/- which I never used it. They generated a bill of Rs. 9114/- and the payment Rs. 3000/- I made was deducted from it, and now asked to re-pay Rs.6114/-. Since, I was having an INVALID BILL provided by that 3rd Party - I Couldn't proceed further. 25th Sep 2012, I got an SMS and call from TATA Photon+ saying "If I failed to pay Rs.6114/- in 48hrs; I will get LEGAL NOTICE from TATA Photon+". I was asking them to provide detailed FAKE USAGE bill, in that it was stated "I was using my device from OUTSIDE chennai - Hyderbad (Roaming)". Infact, I haven't visited Hyderabad, once in my lifetime so far. TATA Photon+ is threatening and harassing me, by which I''m mentally disturbed. Please look into this issue. Thank you in advance! If i don't go there then they come to my home and kill me and all. They abused very badly also. I already launched FIR against this group today. Please be aware of this number.

                                  I registered a request with Photon+ number [protected] on 23rd july 2013 with migration request number[protected] at Tata Docomo Store Civil Lines, Allahabad I was told that migration will take place in 4 days. I called Customer Care on 27th July then I got the answer that it will be done by 30th July, after calling customer care on 30th July another request was raised with request number[protected]. I got another call on 1st August 2013 where another request was raised with reference number[protected], and I was told that this will be resolved by 5th aug 2013. Now on 5th August 2013 a bill for this connection is raised and I got a sms on 6th Aug 2013 that request number[protected] has exceeded the closure timelines and it will be resolved within 2 working days but still there is no resolution. Please help with further steps to be taken from my end. Today 9th Aug 2013 I got a call from tata docomo office number [protected] saying that I need to submit my document again to get my postpaid connection converted to prepaid and then got a sms on my registered mobile number [protected] that my complaint#[protected] is resolved but my connection is still in postpaid mode, really a terrible and pathetic experience from Docomo, will never suggest anyone to but any docomo product. Finally, the connection was never migrated from Postpaid to Prepaid and they have closed the request without informing me that is the end consumer, so finally after facing a hell lot of harassment from Docomo I decided to pull off from the connection on 20th August 2013 for ever. Raised a new complaint request for closing the account permanently. The request number is[protected]. Lesson: Never subscribe to Photon+ postpaid connection anywere in India

                                  DEAR FRIENDS,
                                  I HAVE BOUGHT A TATA SUMO VICTA IN VILLUPURAM VST MOTORS 5 MONTHS BEFORE, AND I got a break noise and stering noise problem on the next day of the delivery, i have informed to the sales man on same day. He just say "its nothing it will be get cleared it self " they GOT THE TONE DEAF DESEISE AFTER THE SALES. At the first service they get one weak to deliver my vehicle and i spoked to the costomer care, they replied me 'dont worry we pay special intrest on your complain" but the problem not cleared yet, then i hope in cuddalore VST its the head office of villupuram,but all in vain, still i have done my 3rd service... the mechanics of the service center are freshers they don't have any idea to solve the problem, and they try to warranty got expired to be get paid for this.. I DO THE BIG MISTAKE THAY I BOUGHT THE TATA PRODECT...

                                    Due to poor connectivity I have surrendered my TATA photon postpaid internet connection numbered [protected] on 4th May 2013. The receipt number is 53692432. I have paid outstanding amount of Rs.3500/- & as per store (Store Code:VK0NC0003)representative, this was the unbilled amount till that date(4th May 2013). Though due to unavailability of Rs.11 change, the representative asked me to pay that 11 rupees with final settlement amount. According to store representative, next 10days from surrender date should be considered as settlement time. I was ready to pay final settlement amount for 10days + Rs11 due. TATA Photon representative said, within couple of days TATA Photon call center will give me a call regarding the surrender. But no one called me up during next couple of days, though I got a call atleast 15days later, which was again a customer service call & that representative was literally forcing me to continue with the same connection which I surrendered. But I declined. After a month TATA Photon sent me full bill which was no where related with final settlement amount. But I was suppose to pay the amount for 10days+Rs.11 due. After a month or so, a guy from collection agency called me & forcing me pay the entire amount of 900+ with weird logic. According to him, since I dint pay Rs11 at the time of full payment, I'll have to pay entire amount Rs900. When I asked him about the settlement payment of 10days, he straight way denied & said, there is no such policy practiced by TATA Photon. Upset with such lies, I asked him to sent me an letter from advocate. Today(12/08/2013)I received a call from their advocate & he is pressurizing me to pay entire amount which is more that Rs.900/- I seek prompt legal advise/help.

                                      I am using TATA PHOTON PLUS post paid internet 4 GB service for Rs-674.16/-which was provided me from my office. actually the bill cycle starts on 13th of every month. If befor the date our data usage gets over then then we will get a mail saying "You can continue enjoying unlimited usage post your bundled usage at speeds up to 153.6 kbps till your bill cycle end date i.e. 13th of every month.Your High Speed Data will resume wef 13th of the month".
                                      The worst thing that instead of getting the speed mentioned above, i am not even able to connect to internet. While connecting it is giving error 777 saying "the connection attempt failed because the modem( other connecting device )on the remote computer is out of order."
                                      Some times some other errors are also coming but saying the same thing.
                                      The same problem happened with me couple of months back and then i called to TATA photon plus customer care with no. [protected].
                                      They told they will send some technician to resolve this.But no one came. Repeatedly i had been calling them but same problem persisted for 2 days and when the bill cycle started on 13th of the month automatically the speed was reset and the internet was connected. Now the same problem i am facing . after my last complain that i shared here when ever i am trying to call the costumer care no. the pre recorded computerized voice comes and when it says to talk with costumer care. they disconnect my call. now also same thing is happening. No one is picking up the call. This is really a disaster if such kind of worst things happens in the mid of any emergency work. So worst service these guys are providing.

                                      My connection was de-activated and released on interim payment of Ra 1275/-, PATHETIC product and service.

Tata told that it is the best fast internet broadband which is the very costly more than other internet service. I have taken connection 6-7 months ago. Every month they have sent high bill which has no proof as well as no meanning. When I called them they told me ok we reduce some money for you. Now I can see that speed is getting slow gradually & disconnected . I have spoken on Sunday night with customer care center they told me your system has problem or we will forward your complain to technical department , they will contact with you after 12 hrs working days.                                       I m here to write regarding a serious issue of a connection of TATA Photon+
                                      I purchased a Lenovo laptop on 28th aug. 2010 which was having a scheme tie-up with Tata photon+ (i.e.- on purchasing a Lenovo laptop a Tata photon+ device will be at on Rs. 750 + 1st bill of Rs.800 plan will be free.) Now I applied for that scheme on 30th Aug. 2010, the executive who deals up with me regarding Tata photon+ device was Mr. Bal Krishna. (A Tata employee) he gave me the time of delivery of the device was within 7 days. But i dint got the device within the given period then i followed up the same guy as well as Mr. Samarth (Again a Tata employee) every time i heard the same thing from every one "sir stock is not available we will be delivering the device within 7 days" but 7 days- 7days made 1 month & still there is no one ready to commit a deadline to me. & in betn Mr. Samar (Tata employee) contact me & told that sir device is not available you can come & take a refund regarding that, (Can you explain me why should i take a refund of Rs.750 when the device outside is of Rs. 2500 approx & why should I take a refund when it was under the scheme of Lenovo & Tata & if device stock is not available then why advertisement is been done in every week’s Times of India Paper you should stop scheme for the upcoming costumer) So i thought to talk to the higher authorities, last day i called Mr. Bal Krishna and told him all the problem so he started with his problem (Sir Tata photon+ has messed up n i got frustrated with this job n i only know the thing is that currently stock is not available & i can’t commit) so i took the no. of his higher authorities that is Mr. Dighvijay Singh i spoke to him last evening at 6.15pm i explained him all the things happened from last 1 month & i asked him for a deadline that at what date i can get a device as its 1 month over with this issue & i m frustrated to follow all this, so he was also same like other (Sir stock is not available & others are waiting so you have to also wait) & that person was not talking properly even i told him that i will move to consumer forum, so he was very comfortable with that Yes sir you can do whatever & wherever you want to go. Whether its consumer forum or anything else.

                                      Waiting for an urgent reply regarding the above issue.

                                      Tata Photon Plus — Scam - dealer deliver the product but its not working and the agent is not answering my calls

                                      I purchased a Tata Phton from a dealer SR Enterprise. The device was activated immidiatly but within 2 days it stopped working. I have called nearly 50 times to the dealer and they are not answering my calls...they refuse to even respond to my SMS...i think they have taken my 2100 rupees and have run away wit the money. I called up Tata photon customer rep and they are telling me the number does not exist....so i am not sure how to deal with this issue..i am planning to file a FIR against the company.

                                      TATA PHONE INTERNET — POOR SERVICE INTERNET

                                      I Live in Koparkhairne I bought TATA PHOTON PLUS Three months ago. Before purchasing to TATA PHOTON usb stick i was promised to get the internet speed of 3 mbps. After purchasing it i came to know that it was false promise. I don't even get the internet speed of 39 kbps.
                                      I called to customer care and they sincerely noted down my complaint but no body taking action against my complaint ...and said me in this location no Network service is provided it will be take 2 to 3 months after 6 over their is no service .....................
                                      I have only one advice to all fall you that "PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE TATA PHOTON".mobile internet..is very VERY VERY Poor SERVICE FROM HELP LINE ...

                                      Tata Photon — Internet Service issue

                                      I am a Tata Photon internet user and facing regularly internet speed problem from last two months where i have called number of times on their customer care number and always i not able to contact with IT department. It is because i called to customer care between 7 pm to 11 pm and they not having IT peoples in night to resolve the customer issue.

                                      I can understand their problem but when i called to IT team on sunday in the morning, i got the reply that it is fine and u r getting correct speed.

                                      I told them that i m not able to even open google page most of the times.

                                      I can not tell u that how much time have been taken to open your site and then putting a complaint against tata photon.

                                      Here is not only the end of their poor services, i would like to share one more major problem i.e my complaints are closed by the services provider without resolving the issues. Their executives call me at that time when i m in office. I m clearly telling their executive to call me at night but they do not call or meet me and close my complaint by sending a message.

                                      I would request you to please take a action against such service provider and help to resolve my issue.

                                      There is only one solution for your problem-

                                      First call to their customer care, ask their executive to transfer call to your superviser, Then state him whatever you want to say with your heart, Ater that go to nearest tata photon franchisee collect some people then break and lit the device in front of their employees and potential consumers.

                                      I have done the same thing this will give u lot relief.
