My name is joseph & am from calcutta.Phone number [protected]. I took a new tata photon connection on 19/7/2013 & my photon no. [protected] . Plan rs 650 for 3gb [tata is thief, bsnl gives unlimited internet @750 rs no speed capping] tata photon gives the worst service ever. Firstly, it has very poor network in my area & i cannot reach customer care number during the 1st month as they disconnect my calls! Secondly, online help didn't work as the agent did not understand the issue and ended our conversation at his will[pathetic experience] . Another agent who called me up was unable to resolve the issue & said i will get a callback which i didnt[tata doesnt bother]. The issue was : after my 1st month was over & i was forced to use speed boosters [due to pathetic network] i received bill. Now here is the problem, so please read & understand the problem- after my 3gb gets over, the "my account" page says that "you have consumed the data as per your current bill plan & hence your access speed has been reduced to 128 kbps. The speed shall be reset to high internet speed on next bill cycle date which is 21st next month". So, this is whats shown every time i use photon & i wait patiently till the 20th midnight using up all the data i have from speed booster packs. I knew that my speed will get restored on 21st, right![according to photon] but wait, on 21st when i happily log in, i see the speed is of a snail! No speed at all!! I was furious!! I tried reaching customer care number but no response[as usual]. So i tried their online chat & found out to my amazement that i have used up 3gb of my 2nd month as well[i went into epileptic fit as to how??] because i have screenshots of the tata photon page which says on 21st every month my speed shall get restored! Tata photon tells me that bill generation date is 21st & data regeneration date is 19th [degenerate tata staff]. If thats the case, why does their own page give me wrong info & they never bothered to inform me? And yet, tata photon does not admit their mistake! Now that you got the issue & know how frustrated i am with tata network, tata service, tata website & tata customer care, i'll move on to how i wasted 1 whole week communicating with tata staff online[ since they disconnect my calls to their helpline no.] the online agents megh & karan unable to find solution ended the chat session without my consent at their own will. And whenever i tried to register a complaint from their website, it asks me to log in & afterwards while filling up the form it automatically redirects to "my account" page! Wooaaah!!! Im shocked!! That was an outstanding experience i went through just to try to reach them. The tata staff in park street says to complain online[ wow ]. I have proof of everything- screenshots, emails, chat sessions with tata staff etc which i attached & emailed to the tata complaint address. I received several calls from tata but no one was able to resolve my issue. What i want?? I want a resolution! Today is 10th feb 2014, more than 6 months have passed but you cannot provide a resolution.. So getting very angry, i disconnected at the end of 2nd month. Since then, my email is bombarded with mails from photon, particularly bhaskar bhattacharya seeking payment. I received several threatening calls also & something about a case in delhi high court. Seriously tata, you can take me to the supreme court but you will not get a single paisa from me because of your own fault. The problem is you guys dont listen.
