I got a call from Ms. Aarti saying as calling from Tata Photon, She described me about the Postpaid plan of Tata Photon. So, I decided to have the plan and on 21st Dec 2013, I did the formalities about getting the same plan (Photon [protected]). But, while I was making the cheque on the name of Tata Photon, the person asked me to make in name of FinixTeleServices. They mentioned as it is Sales Partner of Tata Photon having office in Shivaji Nagar, Pune. It shocked me but as I thought this is Sales Partner for Tata Photon, so I didnt worry about it and grabbed the service.
My plan started and it worked fine from Dec 22nd through Dec 30th, soon after that my connection got disconnected and which is still not working.
I went to the Tata Photon Gallery in Kalyani Nagar, Pune and they told me, as the connection got disconnected due to the negative verification status. Even, the person told me that they can't do anything, as I had bought the connection from outside i.e. from the sales partner FinixTeleServices and need to discuss with them only about the same issue.
FYI, The case of verification, while I was about to get the connection was :
I had got a call from the TATA PHOTON person about the Verification procedure to be taking place soon. He asked me about my Residential address and possible time to meet. I asked him, I can meet by anytime on weekends but not possible to meet in weekdays, as I would be in office. Also told him that he can enquire about me in my society through my neighbors or watchman. But, after that, I didn't get any call of that person for verification process.
Now, I don't know on which basis my connection is barred and verification status is presented as Negative.
On 4th Jan 2014, I dropped an email to '[protected]@tatatel.co.in' for the same, then I received the auto generated email stating with Service Request no.[protected] for my Photon Number [protected] with final resolution date 8th Jan 2014.
But, still neither I got any update on my email nor a single call from the customer care of Tata Photon.
When I called Ms. Aarti (for my number [protected]) in FINIXTELESERVICES, she told me that the connection would get started by next day. But till now, the connection is still inactive and I'm continiously trying to contact her. She is not picking up my call and not responding me back.
So, at last, I took the help of Tata Photon Chat support but they are saying, since this is the corporate connection so they can't help me out over this.
I tried calling on [protected] but the connection is getting disconnected, so tried calling on [protected] and getting response as "there is no complaint register on this number[protected]". Then I tried to contact the NODAL OFFICER number of PUNE on '[protected]' and '[protected]' but seems it is not working.
So right now I'm totaly fedup and helpless with such a service provied by TATA PHOTON wherein I'm not able to get the possible response.
This kind of service from Tata Photon is never expected by me and this is really pathetic.
I would like to have this to be taken with higher priority and to resolved with satisfactory result ASAP.
