Hi Sir, I start using Tata Photon Plus (2 G) from the past 1 year. Most of the time i recharge it by a limited data usage only. But on 30/06/2013, i recharge it by Rs. 750(Rs.750/- 3GB Data Unlimited – 30 Days validity), that they said after using 3 GB, the speed will go down a little bit, but can browse internet unlimited.

Daily i get a message of the balance out of that 3 GB, and once that 3GB balance was over(3rd of July, 2013), i could not access internet at all. The next day, on 4th of July 2013, i called up customer care and told them about the problem. That customer care told me to change the setting, i changed the settings as per he was telling me while still on the phone, but that didn't help. I even reinstall the software, but still that didn't help. Finally, he told me to go to the nearest service center if there's any defect in the hardware or, if there's any other issue.

The next day, on 5th of July, 2013, i went to their service center(Brahman chowk). The guy who was in that center was trying for about 30 minutes and said that the device was working fine, reason i couldn't access internet was due to insufficient balance(zero balance). I told him that i recently recharged with unlimited usage plan, and then he said, "Well, maybe there's another problem. I'll lodge a complain for you and you'll get a call from one of our customer care executives within 24 hours."

The next day, i waited for their call for the whole day, i didn't get a single call. I still didn't give up. I waited for the next whole week also and in the mean time, i kept on checking if i could connect it by chance, but in vain. I still neither get a call from them, nor the able to connect into internet.

Earlier also, the same kind of problem happened(I don't remember the date exactly), i called up the customer care and told me the same thing, but instead of going to their service center, i recharge it and it was working find again. I didn't have any suspect either at that time.

But now, i strongly believe that Tata Docomo is playing some dirty tricks with their customer and snatch their money from their back. Even now, if i recharge it again, i'm pretty sure that the device will work again.

I'm really tired of calling their customer care as well, they never try to listen the actual problem.

Please do something so that they will not cheat any more customer.

Tata Photon Plus — poor speed, fraud service

(high level fraud+high cost+very very high level low speed+poor team work+ very poor customer service+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++......................

offers internet speed upto 10kbps.... 20 times slower than current wireless technology.... these lines are suitable for tata indicom plus(name only got plus others are minus)

finally i will tell from all users of tata products
say "TATA" to it's products.... otherwise beat them with "BATA"
Tata Photon + is not at all transparent. They can generate any amount of bill any time. I never manage to get through using toll free call number. When I use tall number, it gets connected very fast. They are not solution provider rather they are problem creator.

When I try calling the Nodal Officer for complain, he drops the call. There is no one to listen to the complain of the customers. Have they become begger? They are just snatching away extra money from the customers. Is there any solution to this problem.

Tata Photon Plus — Tata Photon Plus Fraud

Dear Sir,

I bought an tata photon plus prepaid connection no. [protected], At that time tata promise me to give an 4 gb download free at only rupees 300/- for one time only, I bought the device and Tata Photon Plus was failed to avail this scheme for me I raised ticket with customer care at 12 Aug 2010 ticket no. NTT[protected], they told me that they will give me the resolution in max 3 days and from us anyone will call you on your mobile no. I wait for the call and when I confirm with customer care I got that my ticket is closed and reason mentioned that I didnt respond to the call, I dont have any other option then I open a second ticket with customer care NTT[protected] and they insure me it will not happen again and again it closed without any resolution or any call. anyone please help me what leagal action I can take against this fraud company.

THAT ON DATED.7/4/2011 HE PURCHASED AN INTERNET DEVICE OF TATA-PHOTON MEID:A000002D4D188E FROM SAMPARK ENTERPRISES(AUTHORISED DSA FOR TATA TELE SERVICES),WHICH WAS OFFERED BY AN TELEPHONIC COMMUNICATION.
THAT AN AGENT WAS COME TO MY RESIDENCE WITH DEVICE AND COLLECT ALL THE NECCESSARY DOCUMENTS i.e. ADDRESS PROOF & I.D.
THAT ONWARDS SUCH DATE THE SERVICE OF INTERNET WAS FREE FOR 100mins WHICH IS GIVEN BY THE COMPANY FOR VERIFICATION OF DOCUMENTS. AFTERWARDS I RECIEVED A VERIFICATION MESSAGE ON MY CELL.
THAT AFTERWARDS ON THE 4th DAY FROM THE CONNECTION OF THE INTERNET SERVICES DISCCONNECTED.
THAT AFTERWARDS I INFORMED MY AGENT SEVERAL TIMES AND ALSO MADE AN COMPLAINT AT CUSTOMER CARE COMPLAINT NO.[protected] BUT TILL THE DATE OF COMPLAINT NO ACTION WAS TAKEN.
THAT I GONE PERSONALLY TO MEET SUCH AUTHORISED AGENT BUT THE GIVEN ADDRESS WAS NOT FOUND.
THAT I DOING MY BUSSINESS THROUGH INTERNET AND SUFFERED SOME RESONABLE LOSS AND MY TIME AND MENTALLY AND PHYSICALLY HARRASSED BY SUCH AN SERVICE.

give me justice. This is my another Tata Photon MEID-A000002D4D1044 whic is currently in use.

Tata Photon+ — Fraud

I was Buy Tata photon+ No.[protected]. and it was Sell by Mr. Anuj Mishra. and they told me.. u have pay Rs.1200/- and u get 3 month without rental plan for 3 month limited unlimited plan at 3.1 Mbps speed. and after three months Rs. 750/ month bill cycle start. i was say OK..i told him.. give me the details in written.. he told me .. sir i give to you. day after tommorow. then i gave Rs. 1200 & my passport id to Mr Anuj Mishra and he give me the device next day.. i ask for the plan details in written.. he told me sir i give it to u tommorow. and i call him.. many times but he never picked my phone..and also the Tata Photon+ data card plan is different.. and bill cycle is start from 3 rd month and it is not unlimited plan it is a 5 GB at 3.1 Mbps and then speed will be slow at 128kbps. i was to customer care but no body listen. then i decide.. stop using the device. but after few months company call me and ask for dew bill.. i told him that Ur employ Mr Anuj .. was lie to me.. first u talk to him and then with me.. but they threat me for illegal action against me. i told him do what u want. but i will not pay the illegal bill.. until u not taken the strict actin against Mr. Anuj Mishra.

He then said, "Well, maybe there's another problem. I'll lodge a complain for you and you'll get a call from one of our Customer Care Executives within 24 hours."

The next day, i waited impatiantly but didn't get any call. I still didn't give up. I waited for the next whole week and in the mean time, i kept on checking if i could connect into the internet by chance, but in vain. I still neither get a call from them, nor the able to connect into the internet.

This was not the first time i faced this type of problem. I didn't suspect suspect any fraudulent at that time.

Note: Apart from that complaint, I would like to add a note that their internet usage meter is also going too fast. Even when i browse only facebook just about an hour, about 200-250 MB of my internet balance was deducted, I really have no idea how it goes too fast. When i tried to trace my usage, i couldn't trace it too. Initially, it never goes that fast. If i access only facebook, then sometimes i used 500 mb for the whole months too, but now 2 GB is also not sufficient.

    I am using a tata photon + (ph no. [protected]) for the past three years under "Photon plus 3GB @650 monthly rental'.I have paid my ;last months bill dt 19-6-13 for the period 17-5 to 16-6-13 on 6-7-13 which is the due date. I am supposed to get a reasonable surfing speed (3.1 mbps) from 17-7-13 till I reach the prescribed threshhold of 3GB.But the speed has not exceeded 153 kbps.

    I have repeatedly contacted the customer care service number with no tangible results. Even the response at the local Tata docomo outlet (R.S.Puram,COIMBATORE) was totally unsatisfactory.

    Hope you will look into this and sort out the issue.

    Tata Photon Plus — tata photon device defective

    Hello sir,
    I am n.krishnamachary purchased a tata photon device 18 months back, soon after the purchasing i found that the device is not working properly and connecting on very low speed such as 20 to 30 kbps per second, soon i lodge a complaint to customer care after two days a person came and checked the device and confirmed that the device is defective. he stated that the device will be changed with the new one in two days as he informed to his technical officials and the information also recorded in their computer database. from after i tried to contact them so many times but there is no proper information from customer care, i have sent emails to their nodal officers also even tho no use, it is going to be 18 months i have paid so much of money even after not using my device. They are very prompt to send the bills, due date reminders and service restriction alerts, they send their recovery persons to get their amount without fail but they did not solve my problem still. i am very sorry to say tata photon is very worst in service and very prompt to squeze money from their customers.

    There is only one solution for your problem-

    First call to their customer care, ask their executive to transfer call to your superviser, Then state him whatever you want to say with your heart, Ater that go to nearest tata photon franchisee collect some people then break and lit the device in front of their employees and potential consumers.

    I have done the same thing this will give u lot relief.

      My TATA Photon no [protected] is not working from last 10days, i am continuously complaining regarding same,but all the time operator can not solve the problem and say that some technical person will call you in some time. but i never get a call. always they give so many excuses.

      I have recently upgraded to Photon + from plug to surf but that does not work in another place other than home network.

      Tata Photon+ — not working

      I am C.S.SUBRAMANIAM ([protected]) Bought Tata Proton + for my outside use
      particularly in my Kodambakkam Office which is also in hot of the Chennai City. I am staying in Mannady Area Chennai City.
      While purchasing from their Thambu Chetty Streety Show room their representatives told it will work any where in india and their advertisement aslo stating the same.
      I bought it for Rs.3500/-.
      After purchase i try to use in my office from the 1st day to till date it is not working
      i made 3 complaints and all the 3 complaints their representative from T.Nagar branch
      and very clearly told it wont work in kodambakkam area and advise me to return the same and it will take one month and till that time change your plan from Rs.750 to Rs.200/m
      I changed the plan and even after my repeated request no one responded.
      I used the equipment in my house after one month people from tata indicom keep on calling for the payment outstanding.
      Today also they are asking me to pay the due and adjust to sell the equipment to any one of my friends.
      Hence Please dont purchase the equipment until check it or chek with the people frequently using the euipment.
      Tata indicom won't take any responsibility for the non working of the equipment or the coverage.
      They simply say cancel your subscription and arrange to sell the equipment as your own risk.
      The worst treatement which i never expect from the GIANT OF TATA.

      Tataphoton — tataphoton plus in not working

      My self Dr. suresh sathe stayng at kandivli. I have purchased Tata phton plus 2 and half months back.
      Person who guided me for this was Mr. Krishna ( mobile no- [protected] ),Mr. vikas (Moblie no [protected]) . I am giving you other numbers who involved in the installation of Tata photon plus in my home. These are [protected], [protected],
      Sir, the person who installed the device in my house told me that he will give me the bill next day, but he never gave me bill. He is not also picking the phone of mine. From the time of installation my device is not working.
      I visited TATAINDICOM gallery near kandivli station (west). They told me that I don’t have proper documents.
      When I went there with proper documents they told me that device is not working and I have to check the device.
      So went to ONIDA HOUSE ANDHERI west they told me that my devise is not working and they gave replacement certificate.
      When I came back to TATAINDICOM gallery near kandivli station (west) and showed them that certificate they told me that as my connection is prepaid connection my device will not be replaced.
      I called at your call centre where I was advised to send email to you.
      Sir from last 2 and half months I have undergone lot of physical and mental harassment by the proceedings.

      Tata Photon Plus — NOT WORKS

      Dear Sir,

      1. Please refer to Customer ID No [protected].

      2. The said broad band connection is faulty and not working since 08 April 2011. The complaint regarding fault has been lodged to customer care, Tata Photon vide Complaint No[protected] dated 09 April 2011 and Complaint No[protected] dated 10 April 2011. Thereafter several reminders have also given to the customer care, but without any result. Every time it is assured that “Our Service Engineer will visit your office soon”. After lapse of 96 hrs your Engineer came to our office on 13 Apr 2011 and after checking he declared the device faulty. He told that it will be changed within 24 hrs by our Service Engineer. As 48hrs have already past, no any person visited to our office to change the device. Our official work is being hampered due to the same and it has already been intimated to your office repeatedly.

      3. It is a repeated recurring problem which has never been rectified properly. Refer our Complaint No[protected] dt 22 Feb 2011 and[protected] dt 05 Mar 2011 and also e-mails sent to your department on 10 April and 14 April 11 (copy attached) . The payment of bill is being claimed/paid despite the device being faulty which is also not justified. If the problems can not be rectified, our deposit be refunded and the device be deposited back at the earliest so that we can apply for some other better connection.

      i am pursuing my post graduation from rayat college railmajra(ropar), , , internet is very much important for my study, , thats why i hav purchased tata photon plus from my hometown mohali, , it works well in mohalli, , but when i entered the college premises it stopped working, , its my humble request you to plz forward my complaint to the higher authorities to provide tata photon internet service in this area, , , , many of my friends have changed their tata photon wireless broadband to other like RELIANCE but i dont want to change it to RELIANCE, , , ,

        I have taken a tata photon connection on 1/7/13 from a Tata docomo dealer Afitya verma m/s KRISHA IMPEX, 21J PRINCE BAKTIAR SHAH ROAD, KOLKATA-700033 ([protected], [protected]@gmail.com). Dealers had e offered me a internet connection for rs.650 per month, with a constant Speed of 3.1 mbps and unlimited download. and I have to pay the amount of Rs. 1300 for the device. As I had already a tataphoton connection why I should buy a new device. they answered that the new plan will not be activated in the older device. I asked them several times whether the speed will drop and they said the speed wont drop and i will get a constant speed of 3.1 mbps throughout the month.
        As my new connection for my shock its was entirely a different plan.[protected]@650/month. I have called them several times and somebody will pick up and then say it will be taken care of. Several times I called , some new people picks up and I have to explain the story again and again. I dont know the tata docomo main officials know about such fraud agencies working under them and cheating the cutomers. Simply if we gave the address of this agency in google we can see only complaints about that agency by the customers and why the officials are not even aware of that. Now this month bill is abt to come and why should I pay for a different plan?. atleast I wont by money of Rs.1300 and deactivate this connection.I have called tatadocomo customer care and they are not aware of such plan and they told me to talk with the agency from where I have taken the connectionb.Please tell me some solution

        There is no need to complaint here and there. This way you wont get your money back, not from Tata DOCOMO, i'm sure. This Krisha Impex is a big Tata Photon cheater and i bet Docomo knows them very well because some way or other, it is giving them business. The ONLY SOLUTION is that take some people with you, go to 21J Prince Bakhtiyar Shah Road (its in the alley opposite Nabina Cinema Hall in Prince Anwar Shah Road). You will find that Krisha Impex doesnt have a proper office. They have just rented a small room in the ground floor of a building to run this fraudulent business and you will be surprised that this business is run by a lady named Marie. If you and your people tell them very strictly to refund your money for the device, otherwise they will face serious consequences, they will give it back, because they are actually some coward people, being safeguarded by this corrupt system and some busy people who do not have time to go and check their whereabouts as well as cross check whether any of such plan exists. I GOT MY MONEY BACK IN A WEEK IN THE SAME WAY.

          THIS MODEM IS NOT ACTIVATED SINCE THE PURCHASE DATE 08/03/2013!

          In spite of making several complaints to your call center[protected]………Only a beautiful voice greets me & says ‘Don’t worry sir just 24 hours more and it will be activated’

          They always promise me 24 hours saying local verification is pending! What Local Verification??????????????????

          4) Photographs

          Only for you exclusively, I have attached 3 months BSNL Landline Bill.

          I don’t know what verification, you are up to….Are you guys in touch with ‘CRIME BRANCH’ or may be ‘FBI’ to get more clarity on the attachments.

          In a simple & plain English, your so called CSE don’t know what they are speaking and why they are speaking, they just speak because they are paid to speak.

          Aircel — number not activated in spite of me paying the amount

          AIRCEL:i paid my mobile bill on 11th august 2010 online and the amount is credited for them twice since i had a failure notice on my first payment..my bill is 286 for last month and i had paid 572 totally but my number is not activated yet..my number is [protected]..and the reason they give for my deactivation is also not convincing..please take necessary action

            I have been trying to disconnect my tata photon max from more than a month now. but I have not been assisted by their department properly to get my connection disconnected. My photon number is [protected] and account number[protected]. I have tried every helpline number for the same but my efforts in vain. Last month some tata exective called me to pay the due bill. I told him that I am not using the service and trying for a disconnection but he wouldn't listen and said that the bill is already generated and I have to pay this bill. He gave me this number [protected] for the disconnection. I called but all I could hear was the IBR with no option for disconnection. A TATA agent came to collect the money and he gave me this helpline number [protected] but still I couldn't get to the costumer care so my problem was not solved. Finally i mailed for disconnection to TATA online. this is to inform that I have already paid the bill of June against my will, without using the service and even trying to disconnect, but they have generated the bill again. Today I got a message that I have to pay Rs.1151 which is not even my bill plan. I was using a plan of Rs.654. how can they even change my plan? why TATA not disconnecting my connection and generating the bill again and again. you are requested to look into this matter and kindly disconnect my connection.

            Last time when I paid the outstanding of 654 I was assured that my photon will be disconnected yet they generated the bill again and not 654 but 1151. Am I a fool? I will not pay the amount this time. my photon is in the box, no one is using it but your executive is lying to me saying that you are still using the photon. I have even uninstalled the photon software.

I had disconnected my connection in June but kept on recieving bills for July and August and now see to have accumulated a charge of 1343 inspire of not using their service.

              Got my Tata Photon plus closed on next day of activation. One executive of tata photon plus came to our office and assured that I will be getting internet speed in my area between 2 to 3 MBPS, and offered me their device with 2 Months advance rental plan(900 PM with 10 GB limit) 166, so I paid him INR 1862 with all required papers and got the device.

              Now on next day after activation I found that this piece of given by Tata is giving the speed of 0.34 MBPS, nowehere near the promised speed, I called the customer care and those bunch of Jokers are of no use and asked me to check with my system for those MFs issue was with my machine. On the same system, Airtel usb stick is giving me 6 MBPS speed with 5 GB limit and this Tata crap is giving me 0.34 MBPS and these group of eaters are pointing to customers for their systems, pathetic.

              Obviously, not to drag this further, I simply asked their support to terminate this connection on next day of activation, and to my surprise I came to know that I will have to pay extra INR 2000 for early disconnection, so a total of 3862 Rs day light loot, come on, simply tell the customer that tata is not capable of providing the mentioned speed, when I don't know, how to fly an aeroplane, I am not ashamed of accepting it.

              This is first and last experience with tata photon plus.

              the company sold the photonplus having speed of 3.1mpbs but now they say it is not possible due to so many other reasons.now they says that the speed of above .3to.6mpbs is okey. you dont require more than that.what should i do now.

              Dear All,

              Let me explain my 4 months experiences with TATA PHOTON PLUS([protected]).

              1. Fraudulent started from first day just after I given cheque/Payment. They committed me to give me device in 7 days, And after 7 days and after thousands of phone calls, visits they daily says to deliver device to my place up to 15 days. (Have mails & calls for proof).

              2. Thanks for not showing transparency on bill details.(Have solid proof)

              3. Special Thanks for nodal officer (Subhna Shetty & company `Alicia`) to appoint such an Intelligent staff, they don’t have Manners that how to talk to customers and always providing wrong information(service center address).

              4. Thanks for the technical staff (Dev,Tamsil,Ritesh & company)who giving me advice to format my Laptop to solve the TATA PHOTON Device problem(Later they come to know that problem was in their mind only).

              5. Thanks for giving me extraordinary service since 3 Nov 2010.And very grateful for making my Deepawali very special more brighter.

              6. I have use of net regularly daily 9:30 AM to 3:30PM in shares as all knows market has gone up in diwali season.Means big time for traders.Thanks for giving me more than 15000 loss(requested so many times for temporary device).Plus three days leave from my office.

              7. Thanks Mr. Ganesh/Mr. Amit Moghe to realize me that I have done a blunder mistake by opting TATA Product. Thanks again for this bitter taste.
              the most bloddy fool service till now. i have already complaint four time that my phone is going very very very very very much slow but till now no good service. their executive also came in absense of me and called me that it is working fine i don't know what he was doing that time. till now no good response in speed.

              Tata Photon Plus — not providing the speed as told

              i got tata photon plus with a plan of having speed 5 Mbps till the usage of 5 GB. If my data transfer goes beyond 5gb then my speed will drop automatically to 155kbps for that particular month. But since 2 months i am getting a speed of only 128kbps and beyond it. I have recharged the same but still i am getting a far low speed than what was promised to me. It seems like i am being cheated by Tata and there is no customer care person who can handle the problem. Moreover i dialled in customer care and place an auto request of giving a call back but its been now 3 days no one has bothered to give a call. I am really frustated of Tata service and will definitely move inside Consumer court against them.

              Tata Photon Plus — Tata photon Plus not working from the day of installation

              I have purchase tata photon plus purchase ( no. [protected]) from Authorise distribuor Sky Net telecom, Borivili (E)) last week & install on the desktop but it doesnot work from moment of installation, as per service person & his information server was down, & will start within next hour, so he left.               i have been using Tataphoton+ broadband postpaid,commited speed is 3.1mpps till 5gb of data download ,and then after 156/kbps as it is unlimited pack,but i am reciving speed of only 0.41mbps for more than 15days i have complaint to customer care several times thay reply that they are not able to process my request at that time and ask me to call again,i have also made complaint to nodal officer of Tata Tele-Servises on 23/07/2011 ,they replied through mail that issue will be resolved till 26/07/2011,but today is 27/07/2011 still problem is same.

              Meanwhile i have lost my presicious time and work,i have to pay 970 Rupees for my bill and i have only used 1751 MB from 5GB because of slow speed.

              I want my complaint to be resolved as early as possible,this may be problem of many who don't know where to complain so it should be taken as important for all user

              Tata Photon+ — Poor Connection Speed Complaint

              My previous similar complaint(# 406671) for photon+ no. [protected] was
              closed on having detected a download speed of 676kbps(which I suppose
              is a huge speed for a 3mbps connection within the tab of 10gb).Once

              This is the below mail that I send to their customer care:


              1. One executive of Tata Photon Plus(Mobile No: [protected]) came to my

              office on 3 July 2013. He is working with "AVR Electronics Shop 1

              YadavMarket Near

              Nagar Nigam Office Sector 9 new vijay nagar Ghaziabad". I enquired about

              the tata photon plus plans and speed in my area where I reside. He informed

              me that I will be getting a speed between 2-3 mbps in my area. I opted for

              this connection because of his assuarnce and because of Tata Brand name and

              paid him INR 1862 in cash(2 Months advance rental for INR 900 PM of 10 GB

              plan) gave him all required verification papers and got the device. So I

              was more than happy as I have Airtel connection of 6 MBPS speed but 5 GB

              limit so 10 GB in the same amount was very good for me.


              2. On next day 4 July 2013 I got activated the connection and checked the

              speed to be of 0.34 mbps nowhere near the promised 2-3 mbps as assured by

              that gentle man and I got it as a shocking experience for me at least

              Tatacan't do this kind of thing. I talked to one of my friend in

              the neighbourhood and he said that he had also faced the same kind of issue

              with the speed with tata photon plus and had surrendered the

              connection as network is poor in this area. I wish I had asked my friend

              earlier and would have not gone for this connection but damage was already

              done.


              3. On next day 5 July 2013 I called customer service and informed the whole

              scenario and asked them to terminate the connection(Request[protected] as

              this was of no use to me I am already getting a better speed than this

              connection on my mobile itself. BTW I would like to inform you that

              I wanted to have this connection to be used by my 2 year old kid for

              watching online videos so anything less that 2-3 mbps is of no use. Now

              once I asked for termination on next day of activation I was informed that

              I will have to pay INR 2000 extra for early disconnection.


              4. So a total of INR 3862 for a one day connection of 0.34 mbps speed. If

              that gentle man were told me that Tata couldn't provide this expected speed

              in my area I would have not opted for this connection at all I already

              have an airtel connection of 6 MBPS speed only issue with this is data

              limit. But I will have to suffer because of false promise of some other

              person and that too in the name of Tata Brand.


              5. So is this how you find scapegoat for your connection devices poor

              customers are charged INR 3862 for the service they are not going to use I

              will have to bear this loss for getting nothing. This connection of 0.34

              mbps is of no use to me. I can't pay you INR 900 PM for not using it and so

              is with anybody.


              I am writing this mail just on this belief that something needs to be

              fixed and Tata brand can't do this to me.


              Waiting for some relief on this day light loot in the name of Tata.

              This was my second mistake made by me in recent past to write to you why did I write to you suckers when I already have some feeling of getting this similar nonsense reply from you guys. Obviously first mistake was to purchase this crap connection of Tata the so called big brand name.

              Is there anything new mentioned in this mail that I don't know. So overall you are trying to prove (I would expect a point to point reply instead of your bragging nonsense):

              1. The person who sold me the device with a promise of 2-3 mbps was an innocent representative of Tata who was helping Tata to loot INR 3862 from me. And your sucking care is not going to ask him why did he make such a promise at first place.

              2. You swine asked me that why I hadn't logged a complaint regarding the poor speed in my area and for that I answered you clearly that one of my friend in the same building had surrendered his tata photon plus connection after a network engineer(Or may be motor mechanic God knows.). And to add on that when speed is 0.34 mbps I don't understand what kind of magic wend you suckers had to raise it to 3.1 mbps. When I already have another connection of airtel giving me a speed of 6 mbps in the same area and just to piss on your face my same friend in the same building now also have airtel connection and both the connections are working fine. So I was right as I didn't call you to do your silly experiments at my home with my PC and your with your bull connection.

              And after getting this kind of reply from your side I am sure nothing is going to happen this was clearly a day light loot of INR 3862 done by TATA in the name of connection of Tata Photon Plus.

              Don't worry there is a GOD above all o[censored]s and as this is my hard earned money and I know I am right with my stand so I am definitely sure that something BAD will happen to you Murali and your nexus boss TATA.

              Enjoy working with this loot nexus but for GOD sake don't sell your craps to innocent buyers.

              First call to their customer care, ask their executive to transfer call to your superviser, Then state him whatever you want to say with your heart, Ater that go to nearest tata photon franchisee collect some people then break and lit the device in front of their employees and potential consumers.

              I have done the same thing this will give u lot relief.

                Tata Photon:Cheating and loss to customer

                I purchased a Tata Photon Data card bearing No.[protected] (postpaid connection) for internet surfing on 20thMay, 2013 from Value Shoppe, Shatija Complex at Mukherji Nagar(North West Delhi) and paid Rs.1299.00 for the same after submitting necessary documents . I submitted a photo copy of my bank account as address proof of my current residence after a couple of days of purchase to the dealer, because I did not have the copy of the same(address proof) at the time purchase. On 25th May, 2013 I got a call regarding address verification from a Tata Photon representative, who had reached at my old address mentioned in my voter ID.I explained about my address proof of my current address and also told him that it was already submitted to the dealer, but the Tata Photon representative refused to visit at my current address to confirm the address and told me they will revisit in next 24 hours, which they never did .My connection of Tata Photon was disabled on the same day and a bill of Rs .605 was generated on 26th May, 2013 without giving any service .I contacted the dealer several times regarding this problem and I was informed by the dealer that scanned copy of my documents was already submitted much before.My connection of Tata Photon was never activated.I also called the customer care no.[protected] several times but the customer care executive always answered "we can't hear you, your voice is not clear.
                Since then I also wrote mail to the concerned authority of Tata Photon regarding my problem.I also received replies but my address has never been verified, and connection has not been activated yet and I never get any answer, why after submitting all documents no verification of my current address was ever made and my connection never got activated.It seems, for Tata Photon there is no value of loss of money, time and professional loss to the customer. Since May 25th,2013 they have not activated my data card no.[protected] ,so I want refund of my money.

                data one service — account information

                when i want to open my account under bbservice, it tells your user id and password are invalid. so what am i to do?

                Data Card — NON ACTIVATION OF DATA CARD

                I HAD BOUGHT ONE DATA CARD FROM BSNL FROM INTERNATIONAL TELECOM NETWORKS ON 25.11.2008 UNDER INVOICE NO 12908 BUT VERY UNFORTUNATELY EVEN AFTER SEVERAL VISITS OF MY PERSON TO THE ABOVE CONCERN, IT IS NOT CONNECTING TO NET.

                MY PHONE NO:[protected]

                Tata Indicom Photon + Card — Not Activated

                We were using Tata Indicom data cards for the internet connections for last year. We intended to stop the use of these cards for next year and go for Tata Indicom Photon + cards which is advertised as faster. So old data card annual rental plan expired[protected],[protected] &[protected].

                The new photon card was installed and activated for 2 days. Now the card is deactivated (suspended) saying that the due is to be paid for the old data card. Whereas all the previous bills are already settled.

                While asking details of the dues, we realized that the due is shwon as the rental for the next year which we do not wish to continue for. The company is forcing us to pay the advance rental for the cards which we do not intend to use. And the new photon cards are suspended resulting into disappointment and discomfort.

                Since these Photon+ cards are in use of our roaming senior executives it is affecting badly on our company business. Even after follow up for three days irrelevant answers and shifting of responsibility is the result.

                Tata Photon — No control on their dealers

                Tata has no control on their dealers. This dealer I was working with took money and disappeared. He almost never lifts phone or switches off phone. Once a while give me a message asking me to wait. When contacted TATA service, they have an address of dealer and no phone number !!! They said, they cannot track dealer by their name or phone number. Only in INDIA businesses such as these can survive. Poor control and wrong advertise ment. Their network speed is never 3.1 MPBPS. Its around 330 KPBS. Why government is not acting on companies that are cheating so openly?

                TATA — My number is not activated even after 15 days.

                I was being provided a number by my company. it was working properly. but still tata had sent me a new sim saying that its for upgradation. we are giving you this Sim free of cost. I refused still they had sent a new Sim to my company.That sim programming was wrong. so it din't got activated. Then they had sent me another 2nd Sim. they din't activated it and also de- activated my earlier Sim which was working properly.2nd Sim also din't activated. after so many compalints and one week they had sent me 3rd sim. It got prograamed after 9 days. not it has been programmed but still its not activated.
                i am regularly following Customer care by phone and E- mails. They are making fake promises that your problem will be solved in next 6 working hours. but the problem has not been resolved after 13 days even.
                my work is suffering from this problem. I am not able to work because of this problem.
                Please take an action against my complaint.

                This is Mohammed Sirajuddin, Last Friday on 4th March, I was subscribed to your TATA PHOTON network (Postpaid) and submitted all my documents to your representative Mr. Anand contact number [protected] and he promised that he will activate by next morning. Result, till now it has not been activated.


                I have taken this connection to save my time from office by working from home but when I call to same executive Mr. Anand to ask why he has not submited my documents, he is doing argument & threatening me not to call and disturb and when i asked his manager number then again he is threatning me and using vulger word, on the other hand telesales rep calling me to submit my documents for that I have taken half day leave from my office and gone to one of my near by TATAPHOTON outlet, that person served me in good way but didn't help me out, adviced me to go to main branch of Kormangala to submit.


                This is my first TATA product and seriously I fed up with your service, One Executive threatening me & one outlet person has not taken my documents.



                Satisfied customer is best advertisement.

                I am not at all satisfied, I don't want to be a part of such Threatening service provider.

                I will share this experience with every one to whom i know and even to whom i don't know.

                I new few more network who treat customers as a king...


                Kindly take an action agians this kinda employees or else one day this will effect to your company revenue...

                Today i am moving out from your network, tomorrow few more will move...

                tata phototn is providing very poor customer support.this is very unfair from a company that has good will in the people .soon tata will loose the good will in the people of inidia.

                I have taken a new tata photon connection and then the service got activated on dec 25, 2011.then i got the first bill on 15 of Feb.
                I raised a complaint saying that I was not informed of the pro rated bill for the first month and hence raised the issue by going to tata tele services office in Indra nagar ,banagalore.
                There the people are giving very poor customer support.
                They even dont think in the customer point of view.

                I have raised the compplaint and the complaint reference number id is[protected].They said the complaint will be resolved by 8th of Feb 2012 .But still the issues is not resolved.This is so unfair.They sent me an sms on 8th Feb 2012 ,saying the issue will be resolved in two days .BUt now the date is 12-feb-2012. still the issue is unattended.this is so unfail .tata teleservices is the worst .

In order to do that i had filled my transfer on the last week of June, and i was told that the shift shall be completed (Which has been.)

                  Now, imagine my surprise when on the first week of July I saw the bill statement of said month which said that i have to pay 1213rs as bill even though they had canceled or so to say, stopped my account.

                  Now, neither can I use Tata Photon+ for Internet connectivity nor can I ignore this bill payment because no matter what I have to pay it.

                        I bought a Tata Photon+ by paying the advanced 2 months pack. With this I got the device and 2 month rental at 1590/-. But after using it for a day and two found out that I was only getting 80kbps whereas I was told that it can give max up to 3.1Mbps. I called the customer care and they lodged a complaint. I had to wait for a month for the engineer to contact me. He said the there are some issues in the Vasundhara region and nearby and nothing can be done. I called again to the customer care and they said to give them another chance and lodged another complaint. This time they were quick. They contacted me in a week. But the engineer said the same thing as the previous one that nothing can be done.
                        I called again and requested to close out my account. They first hesitated and then requested me to transfer the device to someone I know. When I refused they said that the account cannot be closed as it came with a plan and cannot be cancelled before 6 months. They said they cannot do anything but to send another enginner.If they close the account then I will have to pay Rs.2500 approx. Its been more than a month now that I have used the device but they keep on sending the bill.

                        Kindly assist as I dont want to pay for something which I am not using.

                        I bought photon+ and its still not activated from last 20 days. After doing verification twice and sending me sms of activation and making part of "photon family" by calling me "photoner" (making me pissed off), these guys not even registering my complaint.

                        Poor helpline executive, can gurantee they are not even 10th pass, are misguding me to an extent by claiming that there may be some problem with my laptop and you need to reinstall your photon application.

                        Now there plea is "there is some verification problem" and I need to submit my documents again.

                        If they want to sell this photon, they can visit your place anytime - 24*365, but they will not pay heed , once you pay them.

                        Pathetic.

                        These guys are spoiling TATA's name and should drop this name.

                        I urge you all, dont buy this product, or pay them only after activating.

                                I purchased a tata photon postpaid connection in Jun 12 (Activation date 02 Jun 12), and at exactly one year which happens to be the warranty time for the dongle, on 03 Jun 13 my device goes duff suddenly. I raised a complaint for the service engineer to attend it, and he turns up after 03 days just to tell me that my modem is faulty and will be replaced with a payment of 800 Rs. What the hell, seriously flustered with the system of attending to complaints, on visiting a customer care center i am being told the toll free number for closing the connection, and on top of it, the customer care executive picks up my call after 03 days of calling. On asking to close the connection, he pops up with an excuse of having some technical issue, and inability to take the request. Pathetic arrangement guys, am seriously never going to recommend photon to anyone, disgusted and very annoyed at this. I, having taken a post paid connection and paying my bills diligently, expected a better response.

                                  I have taken a Tata photon device on 13th Apr 2013, by paying Rs 1924 for two months rent in advance.

                                  The Tata photon number is [protected].

                                  But I was not able to use the service, due to lot of problems occurred like for address verification failed, connection not active and connection barred .
                                  Then I handed over the device to the Tata photon representative ([protected]@[protected], [protected]@[protected]) at my office location i.e. HCL tech, ELCOT –SEZ for rectification . And I got no response from any one after that for long time. Then I approached to Tata photon representative at HCL again and told him, I don’t need this connection anymore and want my money back. They have suggested to follow some procedure like sending the mail to “[protected]@tatadocomo.com” and after some day again suggested to send mail to “[protected]@gmail.com” and so on. I have followed everything suggested by them but there is no solution yet. Now it has been around 2 month and every time I am following up those representative. This is cheating or you can say fraud by Tata Photon and we should not allow this kind of vendor inside the campus by which employee is wasting their time by following them and getting irritation too. This is not good at all for employee health & wealth both.

                                  Tata Photon Plus — very bad speed and bad service

                                  Hi...i want to bring to your notice that i have used tata photon plus for about a month now and the speed i was promised at the time of installation was 3.1mbps and i expected that if photon guys are mentioning 3.1mbps then i should at least get about 1 mbps but to my surprise the speed i got was 100-150 or max 200kbps!!!!
                                  At the time of installation (the person came at 10.30pm) they pushed me a lot that after demonstration we should buy and i had to shell out 3600/- rupees for this crap tata photon service. They also informed me to take a 2gb plan as i told them that my work is only browsing and no downloads and the 2gb plan would suffice.
                                  But after 15 days o[censored]sing 2gb plan i got a message that the 2gb is almost finishing and after this i need to pay rs. 1 or 50 paise/pulse or something. Then i forcibly took a plan of 10gb and now i have got fed up with the speed and the plan charges , i have closed this tata photon plus account and got it disconnected.
                                  Thankfully now i have airtel at my home and i would never use tata photon or any other tata broadband in my home.
                                  I suffered net loss of 3600/- to buy the tata photon plus usb.
                                  claims the downloading speed is 4.1 mbps.
                                  but the speed is actually 50 kbps.

Now, I want to activate the same in my personal account but it shows due amount not paid by company under my ESN. The company is not able to activate due to this dues. What is my fault if the company is not paying money to itself? I want to use Photon Plus but I am not able to use it. This foolish company is loosing revenue because of silly buraucracy and red tapism in the system. TATA has become a LALA company and is run like government office with lots of rules and regulations.
                                  I have now decided for Reliance Net Connect if TATA does not relove my 3 month long issue in next week. If this is the issue with its own employees than I can understand how customers might be suffering out of this.

                                  I have also purchased this sucking connection of Tata Photon Plus, 2 days back after making a cash payment of INR 1862 for 2 months advance for 10 GB unlimited connection. During the purchase, I asked about the performance in my area and the person told me that it would be arond 2 MBPS. And after activating the device I found that speed is 0.35 MBPS, pathetic, clear day light loot from the company, after a single day of getting this connection I would like to surrender it, connection number is [protected]. A BIG NO FOR THIS CONNECTION. CLEAR LOOT. Sucking TRAI, bunch of MF, are you really looking into these , who are cheating in the name of TATA. When I contacted customer care, every time they ask my name, my address, etc. and these customer care is completly unprofessional bunch of goons. Never, go for tata, even I am going to stop using their salt and tea as well, who knows these products might be of poor quality too.

                                    I had a connection of Tata Photon Whiz that was taken from a local dealer.It was on billing.I used to pay all the bills in time.Because of the slow speed I went to the dealer for disconnection and made full and final payment that was more than that I used.They told us that your connection will be disconnected by itself within 3-4 days.But now after 3 months Tata Photon has send us message that the bill of Rs 1217 has been generated which is unfair.I have receipt of last payment we had made.Yesterday i got a call from the Advocate of the company that you are payment defaulter and you will have to pay fine of Rs 25000.This is for what??????????.What is my fault?I want Justice as i have not used that dongle after disconnecting it with the dealer.Please help in sorting out all this matter and bring justice to us.

                                    ihave billing period of every month's 5th to the next month's 4th and my plan was of rs 799 it was unlimited but iget one message in my tata photon whiz that my bill is of rs878 how it is possible

                                      I bought Tata Photon 3G (connection no.-[protected], A/c no.[protected] on 14th March 2013 under a plan for 3 months which I got disconnected on 5th May 2013, before the last date of the completion of the plan i.e. 14th May 2013. Now I have received a bill (bill no.[protected]) of Rs 1,212 for the month of June 2013 as churn out fees which I was not informed about at the time of the registration of the cancellation application. I think its the liability of Tata services to inform their customers about the basic and important issues like this at the time of cancellation and avoid such complications and harassment to their customers. I expect consumer forum to instruct Tata services to maintain a transparency with their customers and kindly cancel my bill.

                                        I got got a message from "TA-612902" stating that a offer only for my number by recharging Rs 350 and get double data and double validity, but when i recharged nothing get added as mentioned in the message.

                                        I am using tata docomo in UP(E) in lucknow for last one month.for last month i'm availing the services.but there is constant network problem for which i tried to complaint but i was given two weird excuses:-
                                        1.that my area doesnot have a docomo network.

                                        Then why have they advertised all over here and selling there sim cards when there is no network.

                                        2. docomo is not compatible with my handset i.e. Nokia 3110c.



                                        If it is so,then why have not they mentioned it anywhere?and my handset is present in millions in number in india then why is it not compatible.


                                        Because of this i have faced immense mental tension and problems.kindly look into this matter and do the needfull.

                                        Tata Photon Plus — False Advertising on TATA Photon

                                        Tata Photon Advertise the speeds upto 3.1 Mbps. Sales person says we get maximum speed when there is good signal strength. I have 96% signal strength. I have purchased that based on that advertisement. After purchasing I am not even getting 500 Kbps Speed. When I raise complaint they said modem was faulty and it was replaced. Even after replacing, the speeds doesn't even cross 200 Kbps. Totally I have raised 5 complaints in one month (First Month) regarding speeds. When I request my money back they refuse to give my money back. They said since I have purchased I dont get money back. 5 complaints in first month of purchase, You can think how horrible the service of TATA is. I am going to file a complaint on this company regarding false advertisement.
