Hi Sir, I start using Tata Photon Plus (2 G) from the past 1 year. Most of the time i recharge it by a limited data usage only. But on 30/06/2013, i recharge it by Rs. 750(Rs.750/- 3GB Data Unlimited – 30 Days validity), that they said after using 3 GB, the speed will go down a little bit, but can browse internet unlimited.
Daily i get a message of the balance out of that 3 GB, and once that 3GB balance was over(3rd of July, 2013), i could not access internet at all. The next day, on 4th of July 2013, i called up customer care and told them about the problem. That customer care told me to change the setting, i changed the settings as per he was telling me while still on the phone, but that didn't help. I even reinstall the software, but still that didn't help. Finally, he told me to go to the nearest service center if there's any defect in the hardware or, if there's any other issue.
The next day, on 5th of July, 2013, i went to their service center(Brahman chowk). The guy who was in that center was trying for about 30 minutes and said that the device was working fine, reason i couldn't access internet was due to insufficient balance(zero balance). I told him that i recently recharged with unlimited usage plan, and then he said, "Well, maybe there's another problem. I'll lodge a complain for you and you'll get a call from one of our customer care executives within 24 hours."
The next day, i waited for their call for the whole day, i didn't get a single call. I still didn't give up. I waited for the next whole week also and in the mean time, i kept on checking if i could connect it by chance, but in vain. I still neither get a call from them, nor the able to connect into internet.
Earlier also, the same kind of problem happened(I don't remember the date exactly), i called up the customer care and told me the same thing, but instead of going to their service center, i recharge it and it was working find again. I didn't have any suspect either at that time.
But now, i strongly believe that Tata Docomo is playing some dirty tricks with their customer and snatch their money from their back. Even now, if i recharge it again, i'm pretty sure that the device will work again.
I'm really tired of calling their customer care as well, they never try to listen the actual problem.
Please do something so that they will not cheat any more customer.

Tata Photon Plus — poor speed, fraud service
tata photon plus(high level fraud+high cost+very very high level low speed+poor team work+ very poor customer service+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++......................
offers internet speed upto 10kbps.... 20 times slower than current wireless technology.... these lines are suitable for tata indicom plus(name only got plus others are minus)
finally i will tell from all users of tata products
say "TATA" to it's products.... otherwise beat them with "BATA"
