I am shocked to receive the above bill amounting to rs 8483 for the month of april, 2018. Our room was unoccupied till november 2017. Since our occupation from mid november 17, for two months our meter was showing correct reading (Around 90 units per month).in feb 18 our consumption dropped due to lesser usage of electricity.in april the meter started malfunctioning as it showed huge consumption of 613 units. Therefore, it was replaced by the company. Thereafter, the new meter has recorded consumption of 25 units.
The bill has been generated on the basis of consumption recorded by the old meter no tat23769 which was defective. It has been replaced by a new meter no l0232669 which showed consumption of 25 units only. It can be seen from our historical consumption records that it never exceeded 100 units in a month. As we were staying elsewhere most of the time there was no use of electricity in the past.
In view of the above, billing of 696 units is erroneous and needs rectification. Therefore, you are requested to rectify the bill and send the rectified bill for payment.
In spite of my complaint on 30th april 2018, the company has addressed the problem completely.

    Myself vinod joshi residing at Azad nagar, near gore pan shop, behind mahendra co, ghatkopar west. Mum-400086. I am having Tata Power electricity connection at my home and my consumer number is[protected]. I have been charged very high and unusual amount of bill Which is INR 10626.00 against our montly average bill of 700 to 800 INR. We have not consumed this much o[censored]nit And Tata Poer co is not coopearting. So could you please look into this on urgent basis. My number is [protected] & [protected].

      I have received electricity bill of rs 10717 which is total unusual and high. I was receiving bill of electricity rs maximum 500 every month.
      Kindly look into it on priority and do the needful.

          This is to bring to your kind notice and information that their is one electric pole right in front of my house which is very much unsafe their was a spark in the pole which is very dangerous to, my family all wires are open there is no safety to the people who are the resident of the area .

          Iwould like to suggest that the wires should be underground else shift the pole to the corner of the society.

            Dear Tata Power Manager im writing this complaint as im getting too much bill for my consumer number[protected], i think it is a crime to live in slum or what if so give me explanation why you all are charging soo much bill as there are many commercial Karkhanas in our slum thats the reason or what need a complete explanation for my query, where as in building my friend in living he using the same appliances and not get charged this much why this is soo

            I m not satisfy with the services of tata power why slums are targetted for high bills my friend is staying in building but not getting that much bill as im getting kindly have a look in the slums there are too many commercial metres i think tata & reliance is adjusting their bills in resident metre bill need a explanation any action taken against fraud of electricity... if not then why take a strict action as soon as possible.

              I inform you that gulshan belong ti the vill. Ghoga, rajput mohalla, narela-39 and the biller name us ran singh. The name of gulshan whose have setup a atta chakki at there home last 1year and they theft the electricity early in the morning to midnight 10 pm and there bill generate every month only 200/- to 250/- after running of chakki full day. I humbly requested you to please see your self. Many of villagers complain for that theft of electricity but no actiin taken by anyone from last year to till date because some people working in tata power whose inform him before of checked out. Please take a sutable action with care and cleverely.

                Dear Sir,
                I had purchased a Tata solar water system of 200litres on[protected] from the authorized dealer Hi-Lite technologies (P) Ltd Erode. The puf insulated tank is inflated and is continuously leaking since 2months.As I trusted Tata of its quality, I was disappointed and now I have to register my complaint.                   We had applied for 3 phase line (I. E. For load extension) on 29th september, 2017.
                  The maximum time within which the work had to be done was 2 billing cycles. It has been more than 100 days now.
                  We have been following up through the customer relationship center frequently.
                  Even they have been sending constant mails to the back office. However no action has been taken.

                    Hi team,

                    I have registered multiple complain done the time i have join tata power from reliance.

                    Customer experience is really pathetic as they always have turnaround time of 90 mins for any complain been registered.

                    Technician does not call us once services have been restored.

                    I have registered 3 complain for no power and 2 low voltage complain till date.

                    Last night i registered a complain for low voltage complain no [protected] at 01:30 am with a turnaround time of 90 mins i called them again at 03:30 am was given turnaround if 90 mins again so i registered again a complain for irregular service complain no 2335739 it now 07:00 am i do not have any electricity so in called 3rd time they say services have been restored i am saying that it's not working still they are not taking it seriously i have informed them that i have a 3 month kid at my place it's not good for them just to give assurance that they will look into it.

                    I am not going to pay my bills hence forth as they are not providing service as promise.
                    Please look into this

                        while going through your monthly bill, we understand that you were charging meter reading is higher than actual reading.

                        what is reason for charging (approx. 10 unit to 25 or more unit) increased meter reading ?

                        YOUR OTHER COMPATITOR ARE NEVER DOING MALFUNCTION IN METER READING.

                        and

                        why are u not proving interest on security deposit? If you are not proving interest on security deposit. why are you collecting security deposit?

                          I have very bad bad bad experience with tata power service... So sabby and poor service. Naam bade Darshan chote..

                          My consumer no. Is[protected] they cut off my connection and said pay full of amount with security deposit. And they force me to pay full amount then only reconnectio the service immediately. I paid full amount. Then after they said your connection will do within 24 hour in this summer month how we can sleep. I have take his zonal manger mobile number she also switch off his mobile. Tata power not fulfill his service but they cut my power immediately without any prior notice. Tata power is very company I never ever seen this like service... They cheated us.

                              The Meter was not working for the month of Sept 2016 and was changed as no reading on it. The trend for past years shows consumption is high only during the month of Apr, May, June & at times in July. I had raised a concern regarding this but they say that Bill is charged based on Average. I feel this is incorrect if that is the case then we could generate bill only basis of average no need to take readings every month. Just to explain why this calculation is incorrect pleases see the example. If my power consumption is high in Feb, March, April and May which are summer months and we do use Air conditioner and Fans and the meter does not work due to some reason in June which is a Rainy season so its cool No Air conditioner and Fan is used but i would still be charged based on the average when i have practically not used that much power.

                                I am having a 1 kw tata solar power system which i have purchased on 2/5/2013 from anert. According to technician, one battery problems and we are not getting current more than two months. And several times i have been informed through toll free number and there was no response from your customer care. We are spending more than 100000 rs. Asper anert, 5 years warranty on batteries and every six month someone will check the system but until now no one came from local dealer. Anert reg number is srp/2012/000415.

                                Sir Anert 1 kw solar power plant is a technical blunder.normally 1kw solar panel will produce 3.5 to 4 units per day on sunny days.But Anert customers will get 1.5 to 2.5 only .Because Anert is supplying 1kw solar panel with 150ah battery 4 nos.1kw solar panel in 48 volt is producing 14 amps current only. For charging 150ah battery in 5 hours required 30ams current.Moreover a 150ah battery will store 1.8 unit .so 4 batteries will store 7.2 units.
                                if we connect 1kw panel, 3 kw solar PCU with 75ah 4nos we can connect refrigerator, water pump and light fan etc .also we can produce 3.5 to 4 units per day .for more details please contact TECHNOGUARD SOLAR CONTACT NO .[protected]

                                  This is my third reminder regarding sparking from the high tension wire which is just behind my balcony. It occurs every time when it rained so heavily. I had personally visit mr. Ashutosh tyagi regarding the above query but till date matter is still pending.

                                    I have purchased a tata tube solar water system of 200 liters on 03 / 11 / 2012 from the authorised dealer Hi Tech Industrial corporation
                                    Rajkot.
                                    The puf insulated tank is inflated and leaked. at the time of purchase I have so many options for solar water system but I have opted TATA as I have a trust and faith in TATA. I have also talk to customer care but they simply registered complaint. No concrete out come still date

                                      I am senior resident of below address this is to bring to your kind notice that we don’t even get our power supply in continuity for 12 hrs. The reason of this power supply failure is technical fault which we get status from the customer executive. Every day we have to call the tata power delhi distribution limited telephone no. To make a complaint about power failures in our area. Some time we got bad attitude from the customer executive

                                      There is very big problem of power supply which is inconvience

                                      Due to heavy power cuts in our area from past four days. Our days and nights are spent without electricity. We are merely supplied electricity during nights and days as well. People can't sleep, can't study.

                                      Kindly resolve the matter at the earliest so that we can process our work smoothly.

                                      As per above subject mentioned, I Mr. Davinder Mohan senior resident of below mentioned address would like to bring your kind notice that behind my house there is electricity pole which cause spark in raining time which is very unsafe and dangerous from all o[censored]s.For this I had emailed you so many times but due to my continuous followup there is no action taken place. You are requested to cover that area which cause spark.

                                      Your technical support do nothing on that area which is very dangerous.Kindly look this matter seriously so that problem reslove at the earliest.
