15 kwp grid interactive system supplied to ins shivaji lonawala through mes contractor dist pune 5 km from lonawala station in feb 2016.

The inverter supplied is of delta make . Got replacement from delta yesterday. The system after connecting at 6 pm showing grid failure even though the grid available .

Cont no of site mr. Vijay [protected] or mr. Rajesh [protected]. Please call them before sending as this is naval base and entry is only available by contacting these people

    This is my third reminder regarding sparking from the high tension wire which is just behind my balcony .It occurs every time when it rained so heavily . Last night it rained again its sparkes which is really unsafe from myself & family. I request you to underground all the wires which are open & unsafe.

    Kindly look this matter seriously and reslove at the earliest

        Subuject : Reliance Light Bill transfer in the name of Mr.MillRoy L Pereira without a proper documents and proper Verification for Reliance Energy consumer no –[protected] and then was transferred to Tata Energy consumer no –[protected]. I Mr.Edward John pereira residing at 4/4, Esparance Lodge, Kirol village Ghatkopar West Nr. Gaondevi mandir would like to complaint about the fraud transfer of light bill done against my residence. I have been living in this said address since the time the building was constructed. It has been more than 40 years that I have been living in this room. I have all the necessary documents to get the light bill transferred under my name. I have got my Addhaar card, Pan card, Ration Card under my name since I have been living there for more than 40 years. The building belongs to four brothers and I am a legal heir of this building too as my name appears on the Municiple Tax bill and also on Index II. My complaint is against Reliance Energy for having transferred my electricity meter to Mr.Millroy L Pereira who is not residing in my Flat. He has not taken the necessary NOC from us to transfer the name under his name. Nor does he have necessary documents to transfer the Electricity meter to his name. This is fraud as Reliance Energy has transferred my Electricity Meter to Mr.Millroys name. I would therefore please request you to look into this matter. As no proper verification method has been followed by Reliance Energy or Mr. Millroy might have produced false documents to transfer the said Electricity Meter to his name. It is Reliance Energy’s duty to perform a proper legal check before they could transfer the Electricity meter to a consumer’s name. This smart person Mr. Millroy got the Reliance Electricity Meter transfer to Tata Power. So I complaint TATA Power about it as they have My Meter transferred to them. They said I need to contact Reliance Energy for change of name as the documents were sent by Reliance Energy. Tata Power also advised me to get a NOC from Mr.Millroy to get the name transferred. I was shocked to hear that I need to get an NOC from a person who does not leave in my Flat and that the Meter actually belongs to me as I am using it. So I approached Reliance and they said that the connection has been transferred to TATA Power and so need to approach them. Well I am a Sr.Citizen and at this age I am getting a run around to get a justice. I approached both companies and I showed all my necessary documents however they did not listen to me as both companies do not care if the documents are right as you know they don’t want to admit their fault. Please help me to resolve this issue. I am willing to come to police station to verify and I am sure Mr.Millroy L Pereira would be behind bars for fraud case if he has produced false documents.           High Bills and Tariff

          From the last few months Tata Power has been sending me very high bills (consumer no:[protected]. I even sent them a written complaint but they never got back even though they gave me a date by when it will be resolved. for just a usage of 287 units this month they have charged me Rs 2000 which the bill says major chunk goes to Reliance for wheeling charges. This is unfair for consumers because they lured me from moving from Reliance...

          I Anuj Sud CA [protected] is having electricity connection for shop no 202 RG Complex Sector 14 Rohini Delhi -110085. Shop is closed from Oct 2014. I was getting bill for minimum charges which I was paying regularly. Now I have bill for 555 Units for pd 16/10/2015 to 19/11/2015 when shop was closed. It appears meter reading was not taken properly. I request you to send correct bill to enable me to make payment in time.

              Further to my complaint made on Oct 1 regarding leakage of TATA storage solar water tank. No reply so far. I wish to add that I made the first complaint with the vendor within six months of purchase. The vendor promptly sent a mechanic who stated that the water was not getting heated up due to air lock. Air lock was removed. Despite that, the water was not getting heated up sufficiently. I made another complaint to the vendor, who after visit to the site advised me to go for heating element. Even after using the heating element, water was warm and not so hot as should have been. Another complaint was lodged with vendor who sent two mechanics to check up the entire system. PUFF on both sides of the tank was removed completely and they found ten small holes. They stated that the water may have been leaking since long and that is why the entire PUFF got wet and then only the water started leaking. when contacted [protected]@tatapowersolar, i am told that the warranty for the tank is only one year, I purchased the system under Jawaharlal Nehru National Solar Mission on Dec 31, 2013 based on MNRE guidelines that a satisfactory performance of the solar system will be given to the customer by manufacturer. The tank developed 10 holes within 18 months of purchase and the mechanics opined that the tank cannot be repaired further. The tank coninues to leak even today. Does this justify satisfactory performance ? I am told that the solar unit is closed now. I have raised several queries with [protected]@tatapowersolar on future requirement to justify performance of the unit for atleast a decade or more in case of repairs/subsequent replacements, but no response. I have gone by the TATA brand and thought that I need not worry for atleast 10 years but the incident baffled me. Will there be an immediate response from the responsible persons of TATA considering the gravity of the situation ?

                Leakage of storage water tank

                I have purchased solar water heater from Solar Shoppe, SR Nagar, Hyderabad 18 months ago. Now leakage is observed from CWI and also from the blocked outlet (by the side of the heater element). I purely went by TATA brand and never expected that a repair will come so soon. I am being suggested to spend Rs.2000 for arresting the leak and if that does not materialise, welding for Rs.4000. In all, I have to spend Rs.6000 within 18 months of purchase...

                The street light in D block Prashant Vihar is still on time about 11.57 am . Number of times similar position have noticed in the past also. The authorities should look into it and should stop the wastage of precious electricity

My bill amount was Rs.750/- in the month of Jun 15 and Rs.1860/- in the month of Jul 15 and Rs.1873/- in the month of Aug 15, so my bill has been increased from the month of Jul 15. I went to Tata power Jogeshwari west office, they told me that the bill amount has been increased thrice.So it is very difficult for a common man to pay such a large amount.                         Hi All I have filled up adress change application on 5th May 2015. Useless employee has not corrected address in June 2015 cycle . I reported the issue .Customer care has sent emailand verbally mentioned me over the call that address will be corrected and the same will berelected in on or in bill sent in july 2015.Tata power mumbai failed to sent.

                            Complaint regarding Tata Solar panel installed. The so called engineers/dealers who supply these solar panels themselves have no knowledge of these products and they are actually misleading the customers. I myself was mislead by your dealer. I was told that this solar panel would work on solar energy when sunlight is available and would automatically shift to electricity mode when sunlight will be inedequate. But this information provided by them was wrong and I have to deal with this wrong product sanctioned by your dealer. Another thing is that they told me that subsidy will be provided to me but it has been 8 months since I have installed the solar panel and there is no sign of subsidy anywhere. One more thing which your dealers provided was that the solar panels will produce approximately 4.5-5 ampere of current in summers. But even admist temperature touching 45 degree celcius here at punjab the solar panels merely produce about 3 ampere of current. How much more sunlight and heat do these solar panels need ???? And the dealer doesnot even bothers to rectify our complaint. He hardly visits even on lodging numerous complaints. I donot have any personal enmity with your dealer.It is all my bad personal experience and the wrong information provided and further circulated by them. I belong to a low middle class family. 70, 000 rupees is a very big deal for me. I installed this solar panel to save some money on my electricity bills but this solar panel has turned into an nightmare. Kindly do try to address my complaint or else I will have to address to higher authorities.

                              1. I have received wheel alignment and balancing report and invoice of 26-May-2015. Please explain, if initial readings are within specification, why need was felt to do realignment and unnecessary inflate invoice. (Rs. 550/ for wheel alignment plus Rs. 472/- for wheel balancing and rotation plus Rs. 585/- for weight balance=Rs. 1200/-) by Rs. 1200/- 2. As a courtesy, Honda service centres are providing complimentary meals to driver of the vehicle.                                 Sir - we purchased Tata Power solar for our home via SV Marketing, Bangalore for 1 KVA. We use only LED lights and well under 1 KVA but power keeps tripping. When we called the engineers from SV Marketing, we found out that SV Marketing installed only 4 solar arrays of 40 Watts resulting in not proper charging when BESCOM (lower power company) power is out, solar arrays not sufficient to charge batteries. The company SV Marketing is not willing to admit that they undersold the solar arrays despite me paying full price of 1 KVA (I have the original invoice copy etc). I am trying to find out whom to contact in TATA Power Solar to address my issue and increase the solar arrays to match the 1 KVA promise the company made.

                                  I registered a complaint consecutivly but no one can come from ndpl.no response from ndpl .hamare ghar ke pas ek khamba he jisse 6 gharo ke connection attached he .kisi ke ghar me light nahi he .phele 2 bar complaint registered nahi ki uske bad 5:50 pm par ki uske bad bhi ndpl se koi nahi aya hum bhohot dokhi he .6 ghante se zada time ho chuka he .please hamari help kare .me budh vihar me rehta ho aur ye budh vihar phase2 kalu colony ka area he transfarmer no1 ke pas .please help
