    On 06.09.2016, I had lodged a complaint with Tata Sky helpline to inform that the volume in the TV was too low on the DTH provided by theTatasky. My customer ID with them is [protected]. The complaint was recorded and I was given a complaint No. as RDN2C51. I was informed that some one from their service department would get in touch with me and set right the problem, But later when we checked the cables, one of the cables had come out slightly out of the socket and upon fixing the cable properly in its place the problem got sorted out without the intervention of the company's technicians.
    When the company called me to confirm my address, I informed them that the problem is sorted out by us and there was ho need for the their visit, The person at the other end confirmed that he will be recording my withdrawal of complaint. But for the last two days, TATA SKY has been demanding service charges of Rs. 200/-. I had called Tatasky help line and lodged my protest for having charged me for the service they had not provided. I was assured that the grievance would be sorted out by 10th Sept 2016. In the meantime Tatasky has debited my account with them by Rs. 115/- illegally, and have been demanding further Rs. 85/- to be paid to them.
    I lodge a strong protest against the arbitrary and illegal action of Tatasky for charging me for the service they have not provided to me. Therefore, I request you to take up the matter and cancel the service charge demand and re-credit the amount illegally taken out from my account with you.

      Dear Sir,
      By mistake I was wrongly re-charged a tatasky Id: [protected] by Rs. 300.00 instead of my correct tata sky Id: [protected] on[protected] between 6.00 PM to 8.00 PM
      After several complaint request, your associates confirm that "Yes tatasky Id: [protected] has re-charged with Rs.300.00 but this Id is not activated and the amount will be return to concern vendor accout, who is re-chrged it".
      Second time your associates has confirm that "Re-charge amount Rs.300.00 has been returned to concern vendor and will be credited within 10 working days".
      With reference to the same complaint/request till I have not credit received any amount and get transaction Id or receipts of the same. Please provide and do the needful

          1. We had 2 connections, but we were told that we had 3 connections . Money was deducted accordingly. Please send us proof for third connection and give account.
          2. We already made complaint several times for the following changes in services
          a) want to retain only 1 basic connection with basic pack.
          b) cancel all other existing connections
          c) cancel all other HD, any other add on services
          d) The basic pack should have basic of Rs.240/month

          3) Based on helpline assurance on 6/9/2016 we have paid for one year basic fee of Rs.2420, but we received sms today that balance is showing rs.250.25 and due date 9/10/2016. This is confusing.

          4) want confirmation that one year basic pack is fully paid and only one primary connection is active.
          Spoke to Tatasky helpline 5 times, there was no proper understanding of our problem. Totally inefficient & incompetent customer care. Is it a Tata company?

            I have inform to you that I am very fed-up regarding your services every month you have increase the bill amount without any information . We are do many complain regarding this issue in your customer care no. But no any one your employee worried this issue. So please removed your connection as early as possible. Very bad sevice customer care & tecnical staff.Details will be given bellow. Connection ID [protected]
            I have enjoing with monthly package of Rs.380/- . suddenly you have increase my monthly package charge Rs..680/- without my consent. Earlier i have faced same type of problem. pl restore my previous plan of Rs.380/- immediately, otherwise i have disconnect the connection

              My name is Rajiv Jain and I belong to Ambala cantt, Haryana. I have ordered TATA SKY HD today in morning. The TATASKY company executive said on phone that the local technician will call you within 2 hours.
              The technician has called me and the time fixed was at 6:00 pm today.. The technician has committed that he will come at 6 pm and will do each and every process of installation.
              At 6:30 pm i called that technician for asking where is he, he rudely replied that he cannot come at that time and the installation will be done tomorrow morning.
              If he was not able to come at 6 pm, he can tell me at the very first call that he cannot come at 6.
              I needed it tonight for a reason thats why i told him to install it right away but he refuses and rudely replied that i cannot come.
              I want to lodge a complaint against all of them.
              If you cannot give services to the customers on time, you should shut TATASKY down.

I once faced an issue where I paid for the package amount but my account was de-activated. I tweeted regarding this complaint and tata sky immediately responded to my tweet. All I had to do is submit my subscriber ID. The customer service team instantly gave a callback and my account was activated. I suggest you too should provide your subscriber ID either here or tweet regarding your issue with this complaint link. I am sure they will look into your matter and expedite installation.

                My tata sky id : [protected]
                I am upgrade my tatasky normal box convert into hd box with rs. 1500 for one year subscription but after installation this box my account is deactivate.

                Because i am discussion tatasky customer care this problem, his person told this offer is not valid on base pack, this offer apply only hd channels after base pack recharged but when i am submit box upgrade request on tatasky, then customer care call back and plan discussion but his person not clear this condition, this person fraud to me for one year subscription free.

                I am face this problem after installation, so i am request to degrade my this box and return my rs. 1500. Or apply one year subscription on my box tata sky id : [protected].

                Not Resolve my complaint...
                I have been facing same problem regarding tata sky not functioning and after registering complaints it's never attended in time.
                I have never got a satisfactory service.

                  I requested to cancel the second tv (multi tv) connection on 03/09/16, they said they will call me and after which they will cancel the services. i never recieved the call back. also upon asking if they will charge me for the days till the time i dont recieve a call back, they said i cant help you. sandhya a rep from cancellation team was super rude,. she was in hyderabad and i asked her to connect me to her supervisor, she transferred me to mamta (from karnataka) also couldnt help me. upon asking for her supervisor. she transferred and the guy just spoke 2 lines, can you hear me, i said yes, he then said since i cannot hear you, i need to disconnect the call,

                  I think you should contact Tata Sky customer service. They are quiet prompt in their reply and will help you out. It is more effective way of getting your work done. I am sure they will assist you in cancelling your multitv connection.

                    I have recharges on 24th july for rs.1870/- and on 10th aug we are not able to view tata sky packages. I have regirered my complaint for discontinue of services but still as on 7th sept 2016 complaint is not resolved.
                    From last one year 2times i have changes set top box and one time changes camara. More than 2000/- spent on set top box, camara and technical person visit charges.
                    Problem facing last one month, even i am continuosly called to customer executive but action is still pernding.

                    Awaited for my refund amount but customer care is denied for refund my rechanged amount.

                    This is very worst customer care execiutive working with tata.

                      We are not receiving signals on above channels. Since 15 days. We have two modems connected with one disc. Connection no [protected]. After consulting with tata sky personnalwith 17 timeson phone no[protected]. At lucknow the problem could not besolved. Plz sift my tata sky connection orsolve the problem immediately.                         it is very big issue with Tata sky services. he joined additional package without information. it is not first time and when called to Tata sky service center he say only, it is provide on your require but never give proof which one say for add additional package. it is very big and valuable company and services also good quality but it is a very big issue and customer loosed his money due to add wrong package without information.
                        Tata Sky customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                        I’d suggest you to provide your subscriber ID here so that they can get in touch with you. I once faced an issue where I paid for the package amount but my account was de-activated. I too made the complaint here and tata sky immediately responded to it. All I had to do is submit my subscriber ID. They resolved my issue by activating my account and providing for the days I was unable to view television. I am sure they will look into your matter, drop the package and reimburse any additional amount deducted.

                          They are not doing re installation from last 3 days at my new location & giving same answer, even they don't have any escalation matrix. I have requested reinstallation on 4th sep 2016.

                            I am your subscriber since feb, 2015.
                            Services are generally good.
                            I am currently being charged @ rs. 358/- per month and as i understand this includes javed akhtar pack @ rs. 60/-.
                            I would request to kindly delete javed akhtar pack forthwith and confirm.
                            I would like to pay rs. 300/- on monthly basis.

                            Secondly, please confirm your monthly charges are on calendar month basis and for 30 days every month as it is observed by me that your due date is advanced every month by few days.

                              My tats sky's recharge is getting over very soon and it is not over 1 month and the message is say that "it is going to be over very soon I want only recharge of Rs 170 "that is of hd channel "and of 99 thatis"mera pack".please take action upon that and if I have not seen changes in that I don't want your settop box and I want refund of that I am sorry say that form tata sky videocon is better from u .

                              Tata sky service is not upto the mark. Started looting money from consumers. Whenever the service person comes they ask for charges and deduct from tata sky account. First told me that the current package of your TV will work than they told no and keep asking for more recharges. Getting sick day by day.

                                  Hi my consumer id is [protected] from bhilai chhattisgarh,
                                  it only shows message "your box not receiving signals...if the weather conditions are clear but the signal problem presists...". and weather are already very clear.on complaints to customers care no.
                                  They don, t spare for few minutes & then disconnect the call.
                                  There is no response from customer care on msg or call.many time.
                                  We have spent hours of calling them for resolving the issue.
                                  the call disconnects while we wait on hold like fools.
                                  So basically our time, money & patience is tested however as consumers we are unaware of what's happening.
                                  plz look into this matter as it's been 5 days there is no service & no response from... Please solve my problem and note my complain as soon as possible...

                                        I spoke with Kiran rakesh while told me will transfer to higher level and put me to IVR after 24 mins hung up, then called again and spoke with Diwaker.refused to log complain, he abused me, told me to s*ck his D*ck! Which is never acceptable
                                        I'm so shocked. listen to the recording, and contacts me on registered number or i will take to the court.
