    I ordered this product from the tatacliq shopping portal, it was installed on the 18.05.2017, it stopped working on the 27.07.2017. The complain no.: 183922, dated: 28.07.2017, since then we made several calls at the customer care, the service provider mr. Ramesh kumar, the technical team mr. Naresh, to no avail. The warranty card assure a sevice within 48 hrs. This product has been installed at my parent's house and they both are retired senior citizens, this was for their comfort but tata as a company has failed us badly. The people at tata are harassing senior citizens, my parents have to buy drinkable water from outside everyday since 27.07.2017. Everytime we called the tata people they assured that they have raised a complain, the have acclerated our complain, they are going to look into our complain on priority bases, they assured on every single call that the technician is going to make a definite visit today and the issue will be resolved.
    Such a shame a product of a company like tata, first of all stops working even before 3 months of getting installed and to top it such shameless and callous attitude of the people concern. How is an indian company harassing senior citizens, this is surely going discourage people from buying and trusting india made goods. I am on my part going to accelerate this matter to whatevet possible level. As i realy dnt expect anything from tata people. Can't lettata people to shamelessly keep harassing innocent people.

      Bought a tata swach smart water purifier on the basis of the tata name and because of a conscious desire to buy indian wherever possible. The water purifier stopped working with a few days. Called up customer care and was assured that a technician would come with 3 days and look into the problem. The complaint no. Given was crdl[protected]
      It has now been 3 weeks and i'm still waiting for the technician even after repeated calls. Truly astounded and disappointed by the horrendous customer service of this tata company. Considering it's dealing in water purifiers which would have to be fixed as soon as possible, especially during the monsoon season, the absolute lack of responsibility is horrifying. They are letting down not only the tata name but the country

        Worst service of TATA RO, nobody bother about customer, my product was in dead condition since 22nd June 2017, i have complaint on daily basis, morning evening to customer service of TATA RO, but nobody cares ..I have taken my complaint to technician level, every technician gave number of another technician but complaint not resolved.

        I am fed up with the product and i closed my complaint after 15 days of torture..

              I am very much disappointed with the kibd of service which is being extended. I received my order 5 days ago, after contacting customer service for installation, the guy came and fixed it incorrectly after 2 days . I am continuously calling him since 2 days and he is disconnecting my calls and not responding. I clearly told him that he fixed it incorrectly vut it is of no use. I am from Visakhapatnam and that guys number is [protected]. Please take immediate action, if not I will return the product and will never opt for any Tata products. Very disappointing and shame on the entire team.

              This is the 3rd compliant in a row I am giving after buying this product. I bought this product 1 week ago and the installation was done after 2 days and it was done incorrectly.after raising a complaint, again after 2 days the guy rectified it. The same day it totally got switched off. After raising a complaint today, the service guy said that the adapter is gone and need to order for new one. I called the customer care and spoke to Sarah and he said that there is no manager available to answer when I told him I either need a new product or the money to be returned. I don't want to raise complaints every day without using the product even for single day. I will go to any extent if this is not actioned on urgent basis. I am available before 7 in morning or after 5 in evening to answer call. I need an urgent action to be taken. The customer service guy is least bothered to even raise a complaint. Shame on the team, donno how a team can work without a supervisor or manager.

                Since we purchased system we need every time to take follow-up more than 10-15 time even for installation also if you know we had launched complaints on consumer forums also.

                  I have tata swach water purifier. I bought the filter recently from devlali maharastra. As soon as it was installed it was giving black water from the filter. I got shifted to punjab hence had to buy other filter bulb so when the bought new one, this one is also not purifying water. the water is looking even dirtier after filtration. So it is twice, the same filter made me loose money. Now i don''t have faith to buy another one.

                  What king of quality checks are being carried out by the company. Some action is surely warranted.

                  I bought hindustan unilever pureit intella water purifier recently. Since day one Water is leaking from germkill part. Product is faulty hence there is no use since it is spilling water all over.

                    I am launched complaints more than 2-3 times about my Tata Swach Viva UV Water purifier since last 10 days but still Callcentre not answering properly, No one Technicianr visited to our home & still Not a single call recvd by any Service centre/vendor.
                    Same issues was happened at earlier also, installed system after a month of purchased hence feeling very bad about like TATA brand...

                      I have complaint about my RO which is not working from last 7 days whenever i call customer care people they always escalates my complaint even then no response, even mr. Eiyer also escaleted my complaint but no response.even one day the said your area is not covered in our service region .I live in NCR if they cant give service in NCR so you could imagine how pethetic their service is. These people always focus on escalting complaint not on resolving them.
                      customer care executives even dont know the contact details of their service technician. These people does not have even updated india pin code directory as they quote my pin code refers to a distict which i belonged before 2008.so even after 8 year they could not update their software.So bad product, worse service, worst response. wold rate it minus 10 out of 10

                        I am using a Tata Swach filter from last 4 year.. Last month my cartridge limit got over, so I bought a new 3000 litres cartridge for INR 549. But it stopped working after only 15-20 days. I registered a complaint with the customer care and they promised services within 72 hours. Since, I complained after 1 month from the date of purchase I was told that it can be replaced only if the complain is registered within a month of purchase.

                        Again, I purchased a new TATA Swach bulb on 31/08/2016 but now after 15-20 days its not working. I tried calling the customer care number but it says "WRONG NO."

                        This is consecutive 2nd month that the bulb is not working even for 1 month.

                        I had to buy packaged drinking water, which eventually has hit my budget.

                        Kindly register my complain and do the needful.

                          I (Supratim Chattopadhyay, [protected])bought that Tata swatch 15 lit smart water filter couple of years back from Thane, Maharashtra Pin 400601, Korum Mall store and using mostly bulb 3000lit cartridge for regular use. But since last 6/7 months in most of the Tata stores like Star Bazar, Croma stopped selling that filter Cartridge ( both 1500 lit & 3000 lit) whereas they kept on selling the water purifier still today. So buyers like us who purchased earlier and going to purchase in coming days will suffer for the non-availability of filter bulb after few months o[censored]se. I wonder that same bulb is easily available on all online platform like Amazon, Flipcart & Snapdeal, Ebay but they mostly charge Rs 100-160 extra on MRP in name of delivery charge. So I don't understand why TATA does not sell through their own stores now and forcing us to pay extra to those online sites. It clearly indicates mischief between TATA & those e-platforms and we buyers are suffering after buying your product. If you can't make available your filters cartridge through your own stores then why you are not withdrawing that item from there. So it clearly indicates TATA is purposely creating a scarcity in market and earning extra money over MRP through selling via the E-platform sellers.

                            You guys are again demonstrating the pathetic service that i got the last time.

                            had purchased a Nova Silver RO purifier on 21st august, and have been harassed since then

                            after repeated follow up for installation which by the way took more than 72 hrs, there is a leakage in the purifier. had raised another request for the same on the 2nd september and after 2-3 escalations nobody has even bothered to call up for service appointment leave alone the resolution.

                            The 2 customer support numbers provided on the website,[protected] /[protected], are out of service. have emailed to the escalation officer and the email id that was provided on the website yesterday evening, have still not got a acknowledgement/revert.

                            the call centre people, called them when their lines were working, gave a TAT of 48 hrs but a week has passed and nobody is even bithered to call me up.

                              One of the worst experience i'm having with tata swach, it's been 15 days since i've filed a complaint with then saying the purifier is not working no action has been taken yet. I asked for refund they were refunding 50% it's not even 5 months i've bought this product. And i've paid more than 1500 for the service and external filter already.

                              No one comes ahead to talk about it, no one replies to emails, no conversation at all, shows how much they care for a customer. Atleast replace the god damn product. Heights this is.

                              I wrote to easwaran iyer as well, he responded that he has forwarded the complaint to the concerned dept but then no reply since last 2 days now mr iyer is also not responding. Isn't it great. They just follow up with you till the time you don't buy the product once u to, they don't know you.

                                I recently bought this product, tata swach last week was feb it was, and within a few weeks it started giving me troubles, sometime slow filling of the water, sometimes leakage from the tank and many more issues.

                                Now the condition is, on 14 july the purifier went out of service completely, water was leaking and it was of no use to turn it on, we contacted the customer care and they said action will be taken soon and they will resolve the complaint, but nothing happened till 16th those 2 days i had to go out and get bislery bottles, and finally the technician came and checked and informed us that some inner part was leaking which was under warranty and will be replaced by monday and again those 2 days i ha to go get bislery bottles then on monday i contacted the guy he said he has not received any update from the team and asked me to call costumer care i did so and they said they will shortly send someone and i requested them to send someone senior who could atleast understand the product, but after waiting for hours no one arrived and i had to finally send them a mail cc the consumer court and surprisingly the technician came late in the evening. And my sister asked him for his id he didn't had any, he came up with a excuse that he forgot it.

                                Are you guys kidding me? You are selling a product with a commitment to provide service asap.. Do you guys really have some trained technicians? Any one senior in the entire team?

                                I am just sick and tired of this product i want my money back now, even after paying money to you guys i have to go and get bislery bottles from the market why would i waste my money on you then if that's what my solution is?

                                I request you to please refund my money or i will drag you guys to the court and have you pay the compensation as well. My complaint number is crgu[protected].

                                After posting the above complaint i got a call from them and they said they are ready to refund the amount and will get back the next day, but no one did. After 2 days a guy came and said they are refunding the 50% of the product amount.

                                Tata, can you tell me why shall i suffer for this fail product of yours? Why shall i lose my money just coz you failed to provide service? Are you serious in the business? If you were i think you should know the rule that customer has to be taken care of.

                                I want my full amount back.. No 50-60% understand that i don't have time for all this nor i have patience if this is not resolved soon i have to take this to court now. 14th to 23rd.. Have some shame? Selling such products is the most disgusting thing one can ever do.

                                  I have purchased tata swach viva silver water purifier online by 25th june & booked a installation request on 1st july but from since till date my purifier is an not installed.
                                  I have called many (more than 50) times to your call center but everytime operator told me as your complaint will be resolved within a day but still i am awaiting to visit/call your technician & if i called them, then he told me will come whenever he free or call not received.
                                  If this is the type of your service then i don't required your tata (ghatiya) swach.

                                  Poor after sales service. RO does not work properly. No picks up the call (the mumbai office). Customer care numbers dont work.                                     I am using a Tata Swach filter from 1 year.. Last month my cartridge limit got over, so I bought a new 3000 litres cartridge for INR 549. But it stopped working after only 10 days. I registered a complaint with the customer care and they promised services within 72 hours. But no action has been taken till date. I have called and complained about this several times, still any action from their side is pending.
                                    Tata Swach has not taken any step to resolve the matter. Because of this I had to face problems for drinking water. As Bangalore already is having problems with water, every day for the last 3 weeks I had to buy packaged drinking water, which eventually has hit my budget.

                                    Please look into the matter as water is a basic utility fro every living being.

                                      my water purifier is not working properly for the last six months .i have complained several times to the dealer (monica electronics, Solapur Maharashta) and also to the customer care and we are not satisfied with your services.
                                      after complaining the technician comes after one week and after repairs still the problem continues and it works only for two to three days and we have to buy water from outside.

                                      kindly replace the old water purifier and give high quality purifier.

                                        Tata swatch purifier stopped working after a month o[censored]se...registered complaint by the name dr tushar chavan...dnt kno have complaint number...but have called costumer care almost 5-6 times. Every time they say they ll give service on the very next day and then there is no response from them at all...
                                        It's the worst costumer care experience ever from a well known company...
                                        Please do something about this company of water purifier. They are hopeless...
