I ordered this product from the tatacliq shopping portal, it was installed on the 18.05.2017, it stopped working on the 27.07.2017. The complain no.: 183922, dated: 28.07.2017, since then we made several calls at the customer care, the service provider mr. Ramesh kumar, the technical team mr. Naresh, to no avail. The warranty card assure a sevice within 48 hrs. This product has been installed at my parent's house and they both are retired senior citizens, this was for their comfort but tata as a company has failed us badly. The people at tata are harassing senior citizens, my parents have to buy drinkable water from outside everyday since 27.07.2017. Everytime we called the tata people they assured that they have raised a complain, the have acclerated our complain, they are going to look into our complain on priority bases, they assured on every single call that the technician is going to make a definite visit today and the issue will be resolved.
Such a shame a product of a company like tata, first of all stops working even before 3 months of getting installed and to top it such shameless and callous attitude of the people concern. How is an indian company harassing senior citizens, this is surely going discourage people from buying and trusting india made goods. I am on my part going to accelerate this matter to whatevet possible level. As i realy dnt expect anything from tata people. Can't lettata people to shamelessly keep harassing innocent people.
