I have switched on 16.02.11 from Tata Chemicals ltd.and i have completed my pf withdraw form process and given to Mafoi Nasik Office on 08.04.11

I have called to Mafoi Office but nobody respose

    i had ordered tata swach bulb replacement from its site.they had sent me the Consignment number: [protected] ,through blue dart , which cant be tracked in blue dart site. it says, number not found. and i tried contacting the customer care and mailed them. they replied with some irrelevant mail. the mail says the product has already been delivered. THE MOST SHOCKING THING IS, THEY WERE GIVING ME SOME OTHER TRACKING NUMBER WHICH IS NOT SERIOUSLY MINE. and that too the destination mentioned as chennai.
    what is this suppose to mean?? this is how they value their customers.
    plz do the needful rectification and clarifications regarding this issue and hope it doesnt happen again in future when i make an order.

    I have been using Tata Swach for the last 1.5 years and when I had to change the Bulb, I came across the buy online process on www.tataswach.com. I ordered the Bulb online and got the delivery within a week. Tata Swach- simple product, simple purchase! safe water with assurance…every time…only Tata Swach Qualifies this multi crore worth challenge….Rest all are just statements.

      I BOUGHT TATA SWACH WATER FILTER FROM STAR BAZAAR. THE BOOKLET SAYS CHANGE MESH IF NOT WORKING. THE MESH 1 AND 2 ARE SIMPLY NOT AVAIALBLE ANYWHERE NOT EVEN ONLINE!!!!! AND IT HAS BEEN USED ONLY 15 DAYS. THE BULB IS AVAILABLE BUT NOT THE OTHER PARTS. THE CUST CARE SIMPLY REGISTERS THE PROBLEM AND NO ONE COMES BACK. I THINK TATA HAS TAKEN US ALL FOR A RIDE. TATA IS A CHEATER!!! DESH KA NAMAK NAHIN HAI DESH KA NAMAK HARAAM HAI!!!

        Hi

        Bought Tata Swach end of May (2011). Since July 1st week onwards, Tata swach stopped working. The water does not flow to the bottom container at all. Every week I had taken care to clean the filters as mentioned in the booklet. However no use. Now, its not useful at all.

        Please let me know how to get it rectified.
        Bought it at dealers in Delhi, Preet Vihar.

          it is more than 15 DAYS

          i got call from your call center it gives non responsible reply.your customer care team gives reply before reading the contains of letter

          (encosed copy for further reading)

          i think i have made mistake of ordering tata swtch. had i order pureit i would have got in two days only .if your service's are so good that

          you anoid customer before he becomes customer and user god only should bless your product and shipment company

          post office would be better choice for you i think.

            Received the purifier after 7 days from ordering online and that too in a broken condition, when i contacted the too free number they told the complain has been forwarded to the concern team who will contact me
            1. I didn’t receive any complain number as they don’t have a system of complain number they assume all their customers are happy customers,
            2. next time after 3 days I again contacted the toll free number and the other end person didn’t knew anything about my complain so it was again forwarded to the concern deck, I assume there is no concern deck at all for complains
            3. There is no email address for registering the complains
            4. Today it is 7 days after I received the purifier and i have now already bought other purifier from local market
            it was indeed a waste of time buying online from Tata website

            Tata Swach — tata swach hig delivering rate...

            whenever I fill the upper tank all the water comes in the lower tank within 10 minutes ..even all the connections are tight and no leakage...is it normal as the water comes continously from the bulb????
            is the bulb designed so as to filter water with such high rates?

              I had ordered online a Tata Swach Water purifier on[protected] vide netbanking payment of Rs. 1,498/-.

              The item was despatched on[protected] by Blazeflash courier Service vide their docket no.[protected].

              It arrived after about 10 days and I got a call from the local courier office to come and collect the same. On reaching, I found the packet completely torn and damaged.

              I mailed in their customer care email id, i.e [protected]@tatachemicals.com on[protected] &[protected] followed by a call at their Mumbai office on[protected] @[protected]. I came across one Mr. Rakesh of their Marketing cell.

              But inspite of all these, neither have they replaced the product, nor have they responded to any of my communication.

              Please help me.

              I recieved the Product at my Home. But when i open it It was damaged.

              Every time they told that we note down your comlain but not yet give any solution it is 10 days gone.

                Tata Swach order no.[protected]

                I ordered Tata Swach smart Green color online on 30 Jun vide above order along with extra bulb.

                I received the delivery last week where the upper container was damaged and the additional bulb was broken. I sent a email to tata swach last Friday and also spoke to their call center where the representative told me i would be contacted in 3 working days and defective goods would be replaced. Today is day 3 and no one has contacted nor any reply received for my email. This is poor service. when i called the call center today again i was told to wait another 3 working days. I need defective goods replaced immediately or money refunded.

                Tata Swach — replaced bulb is also defective

                I purchased new purifier 3 months back and filtered at most 200 liters of water when the water stopped flowing. Company claims 3000 lits of water purification but it fails. I called up Mr Praveen ([protected]), a swach executive in bangalore. He took more than a week to replace the bulb but when I tried the replaced bulb, I found it defective. Water was leaking from sideways and flowing freely from upper chamber to lower without purification.
                I am utterly disappointed with Tata swach services.

                  I purchased on Tata Swach on 23/08/2010 from Pai International Electronics Ltd.
                  Opp.Baliga super Market,Bejai,Mangalore-575003 by seeing company name TATA,after two months of purchase water stopped flowing to second container then shop keeper informed to replace Swach Bulb but in advertise they are informing that it filters 3000 lites of water, but we are only 2 members in family within 2 months filter stopped filtering for example if we r using perday 10 litre means 600 litres for 60 days.
                  I replaced swach Bulb for the first time on 20 june 2011 & purchased from Udayakitchenext,Kankanady,Mangalore-575002.Swach Bulb is not firmly fitting to the lower container so that water flows out all the sides instead of coming from Mesh3(filter).Regarding this i informed to Shop Keeper & also to Toll Free No-[protected] (customer care)of the company.
                  Shop-keeper retained lowercontainer of water filter to check the same with company people.Customer care people informed 72 hours required to solove the problem.
                  I am not satisfied with customer service & product.I want my money back.I don"t need Tata swach.after 48 hours my compliant is not yet attened.

                    My friend sandwip majhi has ordered a tata swach (water purifier) online on behalf of me on 13 june 2011. I have the details with me in written communication. Order number is:[protected]. Tata swach has mentioned in the mail that they have dispatched the product on 15 june 2011. I have called them several times with the consignment number along with the order number. But they said it is dispatched and will be delivered to you by 10 working days. I am yet to receive the product and my family is getting affected because the of the old water purifier which is producing impure water.

                        tata swach it misleading to all customers .For god sake don"t buy this product.
                        The water filters refills used in Tata swach water filters doesn't last for more than 2 months wherein as per the commitment of the company at the time of selling product was that it will last for at least 6 months. Please advise how to go about.
                        Dear sir, I had purchased a tata swach bulb 30/08/2013 from Manjou Enterprises Pimpri Pune and used for 53 Days, with my family of 4 members now the bulb is chocked. I called to the customer care and put a complaint on dated 22.10.13 (TSMH[protected] they said that technician will attend the complaint within 48hrs, the tech in. he said there is an air blockage n he repaired it but again complaint to 26.11.[protected] today come again said that bulb life is end. and just that purchased new why should I purchased with three months bulb life is not end. I am not satisfied with customer service & product. Resolve the same .

                          Surprisingly the customer care of Tata Swach is one of the most non respondent customer care cell I have came across....

                          I tried to place an order online which failed and was happy to get a immediate call back from the customer care from Swach team with follow up that my transaction has failed and was impressed with the kind of customer care Tata has. Meanwhile placed the order online (Order ID .[protected] and again received a immediate call back that the order will be shipped and delivered within 10 days, Specified to the caller will it be working or a total of 10 days, clarified again it will be 10 days in total.

                          Misery starts, no status updated in 10 days for the order online kept on checking again & again it still shows order under process. Sent a mail to one Ms Amrita Dey assured that you will get a immediate response back. No response till date, called customer care again told that they can not track the order and was asked to send a mail, sent a mail again Ms Dey now finds it hard to reply to the email.

                          Don't take me wrong I have a car built by Tata have had good service & have given good feedback to others on buying & using Tata products but this is quiet surprising to see a organization with Tata Chemical as its parent company behaving like this....

                          I will suggest to buy it from a store rather getting in the hassle by purchasing the same online.

                            Well, we wanted to buy an offline/storage water purifier. Since we didn't want an RO water purifier, and we heard that pureit uses chemicals to purify the water, which has been proved harmful by experts, so we settled for swach, since it isn't RO, uses no chemicals, and can store 9+9 litres of water.

                            Now, I will not talk about the product quality and performance, rather I am posting this review to highlight the fraud Tata is committing with people.

                            As most of you must already know that Swach is advertised to have a capacity of 9 + 9 Litres, and that plays an important role in your mind, when you go out to buy the product, as it did in our case.

                            Now, we filled the upper compartment initially with 9 litres, and then gradually it went to the lower compartment and so we filled the upper one again with more water.

                            Later we found water spilled around Swach, and we were confused as to where it was leaking from. To our surprise, we found that it was leaking from the top of the lower compartment. We were sure we didn't fill more than 9+9 litres of water, so why was it leaking?

                            Seems like you cannot have both the upper and lower compartments full simultaneously, i.e., you can never have 9+9 = 18 litres of water in the purifier.

                            Instead you can have 9+0, 8+1, 7+2, 6+3, ..., 1+8, 0+9 litres, i.e., not 18 litres as is being advertised aggressively .

                            This is just a play of words by the marketing department of Tata, since both the upper and lower compartments do have a capacity of 9 litres each, but still they cannot be full together.

                            So essentially Tata is misleading people who are paying for the product for an advertised capacity of 18 litres, which is a total lie. Also I don't understand why this product needed to have such a modular design, i.e., if the lower and upper compatments were joined, this problem wouldn't have existed.

                            I don't understand what's wrong with Tata, and why is it rolling out substandard products in the market. It used to be a good company, but now it's just a sham.

                            I hope this review lets other buyers have a good sense of judgement when going out to buy a water purifier.

                            PS: Please don't consider this anti-tata propaganda, I am not an agent of any other company, in fact, I'll go on to say that most companies out there are misleading or plain robbing the consumers of their hard earned money.

IT HAS JUST WORK FOR ONE MONTH AFTER THAT I SPOKE AT CUSTOMER CARE AND THEY TOLD ME KINDLY CHANGE THE BULB. AGAIN I SPENT RS 300/ AND THAT BULB IS ALSO NOT WORKING , AND REGARDING THAT AGAIN I SPOKE AT CUSTOMER CARE AND THEY SAID CHECK THE HOLE AT BOTTOM OR SOME OTHER PARTS. WHEN I TOLD HIM THAT I AM UNABLE TO DO SO KINDLY SEND SOMEBODY THEY SIMPLY SAID NO BODY WILL COME TO YOUR PLACE YOU HAVE TO DO IT YOUR SELF.

                              NOW KINDLY TELL ME THIS IS THE WAY TO DEAL WITH A CUSTOMER. THIS MUCH BIG COMPANY IS DOING THESE KIND OF STUPIDITY WITH CUSTOMER. SO I AM REQUESTING YOU TO TAKE BACK THIS WATER FILTER AND REFUND MY MONEY.

                              Bought Tata Swach end of february (2011). Since March 2nd week onwards, Tata swach stopped working. The water does not flow to the bottom container at all. Every week I had taken care to clean the filters as mentioned in the booklet. However no use. Now, its not useful at all.

                              Please let me know how to get it rectified.
                              Bought it at dealers in Jayanagar , Bangalore.

I purchased Tata Swach water purifier from ESS AAy ventures, C-57, Preet Vihar, Delhi - 110092 before 04 days back on 4th May 2011. In these 04 days this purifier service was not good. There is a problem in a filter bulb. The Bulb is not safe as the Carbon Powder can easily come out of the bulb & water is not coming down. I complaited to Dealer & customer care office both this problem 03 days back but there is non response till now from there. I am very unsatisfied this product. Please help me.

                                  If there is not revert back from your side I will go to Consumer Court.

                                  I am also having the same problem.I have purchased 18ltr Tata swach on 01 Jul 11. Now black water is coming from bulb.Twice complain lodged on [protected]. A call received asking my address from [protected], but no one came for replacement of bulb. The shopkeeper says that I only sell the product. He advised me a number to call on [protected]. When I call the person said to message the complaint. I massaged twice within three days but no solution so far. This type of service is not expected from a reputed company.

                                    So please look into the matter and resolve this as soon as possible.

                                    Kindly observe whether the Tata Swach bulb is fully filled with water or not. If not, Please remove the Mesh 2 from the Upper container and allow the air to escape from the Tata Swach bulb. In case the water does not flow, then follow the next step.

                                    Remove the Mesh 3 from the bottom of the Tata Swach bulb and clean it with a soft brush by holding under running water. In case the water does not flow, then follow the next step.

                                    Remove the Mesh 3 from the bottom of the Tata Swach bulb and clean the nozzle with a thin needle like object.

                                    If the water still does not flow, then kindly hold the Tata Swach bulb under running water.

                                      we bought a water filter of Tata swach by a shop. first two days it was fine. after just two days, filter got damaged and water was not coming through out that. we complaint to shopkeeper and said to return it back. but they changed that filter not the whole body of that. we returned back to home and again we found a problem. we called the mechanic many times who was from that shop. after two days mechanic picked phone and reply me that I you can complain to police, we cant mange it. they are cheaters and making fool to common people.

                                        I have purchased a TATA Swatch water purifier just 4 month back. But from Monday, 04/04/2011 the bulb of the purifier is not working. Water is not coming out through the bulb. I Have called the helpline number and they told that they will not be able to do any thing..they have forward my complaint to the dept. But since then i have not received any Phone Calls and non of them have visited my place. At the time of buying the purifier the dealer told that TATA people will visited my home to inspect that the purifier is working or not. But till date nobody visited from the company. I would like to request the company to replace the Bulb urgently.

                                        I had purchased a tata swach from Pune Hadapsar 3 month back, but within 1 month the bulb has stopped working, showing accumulation of black water resulting in chocking of the filter.I changed the bulb and again within 15-20 days it is again chocked and showing accumulation of carbon like black water. I tried to clean the black water with running water, but everything in vain. I am frustrated and repenting on my purchase. Request to send the technical person who can solved this problem.

                                        Worst TATA product i have ever used...

                                        I purchased Tata Swach Purifier in the month of August and within a month it stopped filtering the water. The filter was filled with black color particles which i suppose is the carbon particles used in the filer. After several complaints finally they agreed to change the filter but said currently Tata is researching on the filter and will change them as soon as it is re-launched. Believe me its more than a month now and there is no response so far from any one.
                                        This is the WORST TATA PRODUCT i have ever used and i swear never to go by this brand again. By launching such a spurious product TATA is doing no good to its market reputation.
                                        If this problem isnt resolved in few day i haved to SCRAP the purifier.
