I am lock the complaint in 6 March 2014 and my complaint number is TSHP[protected]. Till date not respond any call back of your side and not attend the call. I am 3-4 time call in your customer support side, so every time surety next 72 hour's your complaint close but till date not attend the call. So please check the matter and provide the solution on urgent basis, I am very-very unsatisfied from your service. Thanks.

    I had purchased a tata swach smart water purifier as on 28/8/2013, but now it not water purified that reason already problem reported to customer care number[protected] complain ID TSOR[protected], past 5 days till now technician not visited to my location, In this matter i had called several times, they every day said that, technician will visited next day . due to that last two days suffering reason liver degage ., so today I problem reported to our Consumer service[protected] case ID- 507478, I .would request to you look into this matter priority basis

        Bulb Problem with one month
        Dear sir,
        I had purchased a tata swach bulb 30/08/2013 from Manjou Enterprises Pimpri Pune and used for 53 Days, with my family of 4 members now the bulb is chocked. I called to the customer care and put a complaint on dated 22.10.13 (TSMH[protected] they said that technician will attend the complaint within 48hrs, the tech in. he said there is an air blockage n he repaired it but again complaint to 26.11.[protected] today come again said that bulb life is end. and just that purchased new why should I purchased with three months bulb life is not end. I am not satisfied with customer service & product. Resolve the same .

          Dear sir/Madam I had purchased a tata swach bulb and used for 2 months, with my family of 3 members now the bulb is chocked. I called to the customer care and put a complaint on dated 04.11.13(TSMH.[protected] they said that technician will attend the complaint within 48hrs, but till now no body will contact with me, in between I remind 4times to customer care person they told me every time same.               Sir, I have book Tata Swach Lavita Sunset Rose & Tata swach Bilb on June 15 2013 after 10 days I have received Tata Swach Bilb only not Tata Swach Lavita Sunset Rose Water Filter.I have emailed you no of time about my product.I have contacted your customer care no of times they gave no of complaint no's ( 226761 , 227672 , 229097 & 230140 & TSAP[protected] After number of attempts I fade up I have waited a long time for your product.NOW FINALLY I CAME TO A CONCLUSION that Please cancel my order and refund my amount as soon as possible.I didn't expect such a worst service from TATA.                 I purchased a TATA swach filter in Bangalore. It is leaking some black fluid from it. I raised a complaint on 15 august. I was told the replacement would be sent with a technician within 24 hours and max 48 hours. When I called up on 17th, I was told that since 15th was a holiday, the complaint was logged for 16th. This was not informed at the time of logging. Then I was told that since sunday is a holiday, I will get the replacement on Monday evening i.e. 19th evening. This itself exceeds the max processing time. None of the service centre employees connect me to the senior executive, their head office or even give the technicians number or tell us about the Bangalore service centre. We manage to find out where the service centre is and call them up. Although the service centre is 2km from my house, if I go there I am told I will be charged for the replacement since they have not received any replacement mail. They say TATA swatch has to be a home call. If the customer is ready to go to the service centre then why is he stopped? The faulty part is from the company but the public seems more harassed. Is this call centre there just to harass people who buy the product trusting the name of TATA? Should the customer go to consumer court to get a filter fixed?

                  Hi,

                  I have ordered Swach online order no[protected] on 16 th June 2013 complaint no 2222938. I have still not received the product and inspite of continous followups on email and calls tto call centre , this looks to be a ponzi scheme from the HOUSE OF TATA's. The servicability is ZERO and they are marketing it as the best product . I am not sure but looking at the number of complaints can TATA's be taken to court for duping so many citizens.

                    I ordered Tata Swach Bulb + Top Mesh Order number:[protected] Order date: 16 June 2013 but not received yet my complaints id given by customer care are 221280, 222315 and 233901 no one is listening. Tata Swach is a bogus company which eats people money on internet but never deliver the items, never pay them a single penny.

                        I ordered (Order no:[protected] one Tata Swach Smart Green on 4th June, 2013 but yet to receive the product. I didn't get any communication regarding this at all and it's already 20 days over. I called up customer care number of times, only to get different status update on the order at different point of time and it really didn't help, though I raised 3/4 more complain requests (219040,217250,221401) for the same.

                        I already paid for the product and I'm really getting harrassed. It's simply discouraging me to avail any other TATA-product in future.

                        May I get any help from consumer forrum, please?

                          hello sir; I kapilpherwani and purchased your 2050 Latvia model but after 4days it's stoped working and indicate that change the bulb I called customer care and report the compliant(and this is all compliant no.217204,218382,219313,219472.)and he told me technician will came within 48hours but after 16days nobody comes I trust on Tatas products very much so pls. maintain the trust.....kindly reply soon......thank you.......

                            I made a TATA Swach water purifier purchase online through http://www.tataswach.com/ on 1st June as they have mentioned shipments within 48hrs after 18 days I have not yet received my product.

                            I paid total of Rs 949 (Rs 899 for the product plus Rs 50 for shipping through CC Avenue gateway)

                            Multiple calls to customer care number[protected] and emails to [protected]@tatachemicals.com yield only acknowledgement and nothing other than that to resolve the issue

                            I have registered complaints through their customer care with complaint numbers 216711 and 218005 and 219713 but without any resolution

                            Kindly help me get back my product or money

                            Tata Swach — Not delivered good

                            I ordered online tata smart product.But still i didn't received the product.Also raised the complaint but no update on that complain.

                              Dear Sir,
                              I have purchased Tata swach in Nov 2012. It worked well for first few days. Then thee filter stopped to work. I called customer care many times. After theat theey visited made sometheing so theat water flow started. After 3-4 days same problem came and I have to call theem again. This continued till Feb 2013 when theey replaced thee bulb. Withe New bulb it was fine for some days. But again thee water was not coming. Again I called Tata swach. After repeatedly calling theeir person came and made sometheing so theat it worked for 2 more days. Lastly I called theem on 18the March and theen on 23rd March ( complaint no 190972 , 192549).
                              Till now I am calling theem and theey are telling theat it will take 48 hrs two resolve ( now it's monthe end withe 7 days).
                              I have below questions for Tata Swach:
                              1. Why theey sell bad products especially related to healthe?
                              2. Why theere is 48 hrs min time limit when water is crucial theing for life and theey expect to provide product in theis area?
                              3. Why theey don't have any open company structure? You can not have access to any seniors in company, only contact by customer care?

                              I have following complaint:
                              1. They are not providing service in time?
                              2. They are not replacing faulty product in time?
                              3. Need to call several times still no feedback.

                              Now want to know when theey will come and replace part or repair?

                              Also pl refer attached emails sent to theem.

                                I bought Tata Swach Lavita water purifier on Dec 19 2012 from big bazaar, bill # 00018131. Initially the product worked well for few days, then the speed of water flow from the top container to bottom reduced. And eventually stopped.
                                We called up the toll free number and they explained the procedure to remove the trapped air. When we were not able to solve the problem even after following the procedure, they advised us that the bulb needs to be replaced and I will have to buy a new one. When I refused to pay for a new one, they said they will send an engineer to check the current situation. The engineer, visited within 48 hours (as promised by the call center representative), and he followed the same process of removing the trapped air; he banged the upper container really hard to remove the trapped air and informed us that we have to do the same. The issue was resolved, for the time being.
                                But again after 10 more days, the issue recurred!!. And now I am frustrated with this problem.
                                It takes more than 1 entire day for the bottom container to fill at 1/2 level. We have started using boiled water instead.
                                I made numerous complaints but they are not even responding.

                                    I brought Tata Swach 4 months before. I had a problem 1st month from the purchase date. I called to the customer care they sent the Technician and sloved that problem. The problem is Water is not coming from first container to second container. If it comes means water is not purified. 1 week before i had the same complaint .. Called the customer care peoples 4 times no one giving proper response.. Really frustrated about this product and the WORST Service.

                                    Tata Swach — Worst Service

                                    I have purchase Tata Swatch from a local dealer for 1000/- in June 10, after a month the filter machine was not working properly the black water was coming, then i called up in call center i got the response but the Guy was not helping out. then every time he was taking 100 Rs from me to visit & check the Tata Swatch ,
                                    that to one day two boys came to my place drunken to check Filtre and took 100Rs from me again.

                                    Till Date i have wasted near about 2000 Rs on Tata Swatch.

                                    So my opinion is DONT BYE TATA SWATCH.....

                                    We have bought Tata Swatch on 24-Jun-2012 from More (Aditya Birla Retail Ltd, R Mall, Thane). However, within a month, water stopped flowing to the lower container, hence we approached Tata Swach and same was visited by their representative and was fit perfectly.

                                    Again within 15 days water stopped flowing to lower container, on approaching Tata Swach their representative has informed that Filter Bulb needs to be replaced and he had suggest us to purchase new Filter Bulb. We were shocked because it has not filtered 3000 liter water as it was printed on advertisement and this was same, we had given an assurance by retailer and as well as Tata Swatch Representative at time of purchase. Same is also displayed on Tata Swach Website. Hence we approached customer care, however complaint no was given assuring the visit of their representative and if in warranty Bulb will be replaced, however no one has turned up.

                                    We kept on calling and same answer had been given. Again after few days of calling, we received the call informing us to purchase new bulb as the same cannot be replaced.

                                    Again despite making several calls, we have been informed by their phone representative to purchase the new Filter Bulb.

                                    There are number of other water filters in market, but we had bought it because, it is a Tata Product, but we don’t know that Tata is also engaged in fraudulent activities including fooling people for the money.
                                    This is really bad experience we had with Tata, whom we grown up respecting, however this has been a really letdown.
                                    We would advise people not to buy any of the Indian company products, even if they claimed it to be better than the MNC Products.

                                      I am really disappointed with the services of flipkart as-
                                      1- Order delayed- ordered a tata swach on 12th oct 2012 and received the product on 21st oct 2012 after calling 3 times the customer care about the delivery of the product. i was not even sent the courier details of the same.
                                      2- after receiving the product, i found that the parts of the product were missing and the product is in damaged condition.
                                      3- i logged a complaint on 23rd oct 2012 and was told that i will get a call back within 24hrs but i received no call back
                                      4- it is when i called back on 24th, they did not allowed me to speak to the senior and disconnected my call telling that we are forced to disconnect the call

                                      Provide me a solution as i no longer want that product now and want my money back asap. Flipkart sucks and is a fraud company.

                                        I purchased the Tata Swach bulb and top mesh on 24th September 2012 but they did not deliver it. I also complainte two times but they do not take any action. I requested to cancel my order but they told me that your order will not cancel. I'm very frustrated with this.
