Such a worst service from tata.. I never expect this from a such a high standard company.. I registered a complaint 20 days before till now it's not solved.. Every day i am calling customer care.. No use.. Complain number is crkn[protected].. Every day i was told by the customer care support team that it will be attended in 6 hrs.. But i made call continuously for 6 days but nothing whitening our.. Planning to change to some other water purifier than being with tata

    My product name is tata swach ultima ro+uv. i was brought in last year.i had many promblems from the product i had change 2filters, ro, &motor between the warranty period it's not working properly a month.i am fully upset with the product&the service center.i trust the name of tata but i am disappointed with the product please replace the product or refund my money i have spend my money 16, 500 rupees i[censored]r not replace or refund to me i am going to consumer court

      Last month & is not working proparly from the date of purchase.

      I was contact ur pune service centre from last 8/10 days

      For resolve my problem. ( now my ro is totaly off non working )

      But no respounce from ur service centre.

      I faith the name of tata. But i disappointed on ur service. Sorry to say

        We ordered tata swach viva silver uv+uf water purifier from flipkart.com and it was installed on 01/12/2015.After one month, it stopped working.We have called tata swach customer service several times.But they have not sent technician for repairing the product.Everytime they just give us an assurace that it will be done today only.But in the end, no one shows up.This has really been frustrating for us.We tried calling them for one month .But no response.Product is in warranty period.It was used only for a month.

            Hi Team,

            I logged a complaint on 3rd March 2016 (CRMH[protected]) from my register mobile number [protected]. But still i didn't got call from technical team. Even after continuously caling on customer care no one responding on complaint. Seriously i got worst ever experience from any customer care service executive. Every time i am listening same sentence technical person will call you in some time but i didn't got a single call yet. This is the way you are treating you customers? I am very disappointed with Tata Swach Service. And i am going stop uses of Tata swach purifier. This is worst ever response i got any product service. No use o[censored]sing such useless product if a service center not giving proper service to their valuable customer.

            I have book tata swach new product on 22/4/16, daily i am calling to tool free no. They say with in 72 hrs, it will be delivered, but till today, 29 th has gone. I have not received it, and cash on delivery. If this is happening to an tata employee then, what about other people. This will spoil tata name,

                I lodged a complaint with Customer Support Team on 16th December. Even after multiple follow-ups, I am unable to get service engineer to check the device.
                Its highly unacceptable service from a reputed company like Tata.
                With each call they have assured me of service but to no avail.
                P.S : Their expected time was supposed to be within 72 hrs.

                  I have complained over 7 times in the call center. Bought it online at Flipkart 1) Installing was a 12 days chase with me reminding all the time 2) Tech person was a novice who smashed the cover into the wall fixed body and broke it day 1 3) Leak observed immediately but he walked out ignoring it 4) Complained - new cover got and this tech person said things were wrongly fixed therefore the leak 5) The machine trickled the waste water and i complain again because its taking longer - after 3 reminders a chap comes over and that day the machine completely stopped working 6) Says he cannot help . I need to escalate and complain via email. We are buying water from out each day. No onefrom Tata Swach has come . I got an email from their person some Iyer saying its been escaleted but to whom and why is no one coming for compelete replacement or refund ? I want a refund. This is TATA's biggest mistake. Pls stop Swach, Nothing clean and good about it

                    I baught a new tata swach buld couple of montha ago andit stopped working so i complained on last friday and that rep told me that i will have a technican to look over it in 72 hours and now its more than 150 hours and everyday i call them and i get only 1 response we will send the Tech today i am just wondering if you are incabale of doing something you shouldnt make any promisses and if you can not do a service properly so please do remove the service tax so that we can look for someone who can do it in a proper manner

                      Hi, its been more than a week. We have brought tata swatch, and due regular power fail at home, it hit filter. When we try switch on it, it fails to turn On. Now, i complained calling customer care, they assured us that executive will visit and solve it, but I don't see any person coming here. I'm calling again n again, but no response.                         I purchased Tata swach on May, 2015 online. just after 1~2 month there was issue of activation where i locked the complain but no one turn till week after week one executive called for for complaint till that time we our self repair the product. than in August, 15 there was some leakage issue. we again locked the complaint on August 19, 2015 and till time no action has been taken by Tata Team even after my repeated follow up and their assurance. i wanted to return this product and want my 100% money back.

                        Black fluid coming out of Tata Swach Bulb.

                        The filter is not working properly. The below panel is getting dirtier and when we checked the bulb it leaked black color fluid.

                          I am Ashish Wandhare purchased Tata swach Bulb 2 months before. Earler it was giving good performance but after 5 days water is not comming in lower jar. I cleaned all the mesh so many time and also put to the bulb in bucket full of water but still there is no improvement. I request you to please let me know what to do. Is it necessary to replace the bulb?

                            Hello Team Tata Swach my name is Prashant, I bought Tata Swatch Ultima RO+UV a few months back, after using it for less than 2 months the water purifier has stopped working. I called the helpline number and ask them to send some technicians ( First Complaint No. CRMP[protected], the issue was resoled 3-4 days later. Then within a week the purifier has stopped working again. I lodged the second complaint on 24th of July, 2015 (CRMP[protected] Now today is 12th August, 2015. Even after this 23 days no body contact me for this complain. Instead everyday I called the customer care no. and they said we will shortly do that. Whenever I asked for senior member in the call they said they are not available and if available they keep me waiting on the phone for more than 10 minutes to respond. Is this the way to handle a customer under a brand like Tata? Since i am preparing to file the complaint at consumer forum, so I don't want any technicians but send somebody to my house to collect your garbage product.

                              Hello... my name is Baiju Joseph​ I recently bought a TATA Swach Water Purifier Silver nano waterpurifier... some issue flared up and the purifier stopped working... i registered a complaint (CRKN[protected] on August 2nd 2015, Sunday ... the customer exec said it would be resolved in 3 days... Today is August 7th 2015, Friday and i have made 14 calls to the customer care so far requesting to look into the matter... yet nobody has responded The last executive was so shameless, he openly told I cannot do anything about it and that I would have to wait as he cannot assure me of assistance... !! I am not longer sure that the problem would be resolved as even the customer support guys have washed off their hands... I paid almost 11K to get the system up and running... for past 5 days i had to revert back to buying mineral water from stores... If there are issues people complain but if the customer support cannot get u the required support how can the product be trustworthy...

                                i purchased this product on 27 jul 15 and registered for installation on 28 Jul 15. they said their technician will call me with in 48 hours. its already 1 week passed till date i had not received any call. every day i got the one answer for the tata customer service "today or tomorrow it will be installed. the services of tata swach is horrible, pathetic and unreliable.

                                  When I started using Tata Swach silver product, it was throwing dirty black water. When I called customer care they asked me to use again for 2 more days and then let us know. After multiple calls, I never got any resolution apart from keep on using it and wait for clean water. Now finally after 7-8 months when they sent someone, he told me its too old and did not accept what I was telling him. I am telling him from the very first day its throwing black water he is saying now. Looks like your people are overconfident about your product as if its best in world. I think its a worst water purifier which converts plain water into dirty water. At the end the guy left by arguing with me and with no service.

                                    Hi, I have purchased Ultima water purifier (RO + UV) in February 2015, now water is not coming from the purifier, i cal'd your service desk on 19th May 2015 - Executive informed that one of our executive will get in touch with me 23rd May 2015 - Again the executive informed that one of our executive will get in touch with me 24th May 2015 - Again executive informed that one of our executive will get in touch with me & raised a complaint number CRAP[protected] 25th May 2015 - Again executive informed that one of our executive will get in touch with me But till date didn't get any response from your team. We buy TATA products only because of the brand and the reputation you have, but these days you are not responding properly to customers and not paying much attention towards complaints, i can see that there is your brand is getting diminished these days, if you are not capable of providing service please do stop your products and services. I (customer) ha(s)ve complained 10 days back and no proper attention at all. I am seriously disappointed with your service (even at the time of installation as well), you are creating a scenario where people get annoyed and stop purchasing your products, once purchased we need to chase for service...
