Such a worst service from tata.. I never expect this from a such a high standard company.. I registered a complaint 20 days before till now it's not solved.. Every day i am calling customer care.. I lodged a complaint with Customer Support Team on 16th December. Even after multiple follow-ups, I am unable to get service engineer to check the device.
Its highly unacceptable service from a reputed company like Tata.
With each call they have assured me of service but to no avail.
P.S : Their expected time was supposed to be within 72 hrs....
