Hi Team,
I am using Tata Swach water purifier and facing always issue with service. I has always worst experienced with this service. Every time I need to follow up for that request. They always told me within 48 hrs service will be provided to you but never ever come on time.
I have raised request CRMHP[protected] on 9Mar2019 but till yet not resolve. Everyday I am asking for service and they told me your problem will be resolved by EOD. I have asked for many times please forward this call to senior but they always told me our senior is not available in office, I'll inform him when he come back.
Please suggest what customer can do for this.

    I am anju singh, i wrote email to tata search on 19 th september 2018.
    Inspite of changing the bulb my water purifier is not working.
    On 23 rd september, i was told that service personnel, sumit shinde would update the status.
    26 the september, i wrote an email again to tata swach but to no avail.
    No service has been provided till date. I'm sorry to inform you that i am suffering on this account.
    Kindly solve the problem.

    The problem has been resolved. Tata Swach representative followed it v.well. He was in touch with the local technician. He fixed my Tata Swach water filter. Thank you.

      We have purchse online tata uv+uf on 15.09.2018 and registed request for instalaltion on 15.09.2018. But after repeated call on customer help desk no one is come for instatllation till date. The service of tata is very poor and the customer care executive behaviour is also not good. They always says ok give today time we will do something but not send their technician for installation. So we never recommend to purchase tata product.

        It's been almost 10 days since I have been following up with customer care to get the purifier installed. They keep telling that the complaint has been registered for installation and forwarded to concerned department, but no exact status.

        I want to know why this delay even though I live in city not any other remote place. Why does it take more than 10 aya for installation while you claim to service in 2 business days
        No resolution. Bad service! Pathetic customer care!

          We purchased Tata Mesh 1500 ltr early this year & thanks to the kind of potable water supplied to us, we have to change the top mesh frequently. However, due to unavailability of the mesh, cleaning of the mesh with edible soda/vinegar was done which is no help. Health is affected already with abdominal issues due to the water(boiled cooled) consumed. Urgently need replacement of top mesh, but it's not available in market.

            I bought a tata swach water purifier about two years ago. The top mesh gets clogged very soon. When i try to get a new top mesh none of the tata swach dealer in chennai (T. N) is having the same, and they insist me to buy a 'bulb' if i require a new top mesh. When i placed order online, i got a call saying that top mesh is not sold separately and i was advised to wash it again and again and use it or use a piece of cloth for filtering!!!. Consumers can imagine the purity of water if filtered through a cloth. So, beware before buying tata swach water purifier

              Refer to the telecom between me and you customer care representative on 31 Mar 18. I raised the issue demanding urgent requirement of technician for issue related to your water purifier which is of sub standard quality. Issue m currently facing is slow purification of water. I have been drinking normal/unpurified water for the past 05 days. No one from your company have responded to the issue, which shows unprofessional attitude of your company. Kindly look into the issue on priroty and arrest the issue mentioned above.

                I got the product Tata Swach Electric Ultima RO+UV 7-Litre Water Purifier in July 2016. It was working fine till December 2017. There was a problem with SMPS(power board), it was replaced for INR 2000 + 450(service charge) on December 25th 2017, couple of days back the UV red light was blinking again, service person visited and informed it is the same issue (SMPS is gone again).

                In the first visit i did asked the service person about issue, he mentioned it's the power fluctuation, we cannot control power fluctuation so do we have any stablilizer to handle that I asked but the response from service person is, ' it happens very rare and doesn't happen any more'. but i got the issue again within two months.

                I did raised issue with tata swatch about the issue and got response from them on 20th Feb 2018 stating the issue will be addressed soon. It has been 9 days since then. Didn't received any response/call from them.

                  I have a tata swach smart, the bulb of which was purchased and changed (A new 3k capacity bulb), not even a month ago.. It was working decent for first 15 days but since last 10 days it is not filtering water at a very slow rate around 1-1.5 ltr in 6-8 hours.. Which is not how it should have been.. Causing massive problems here.. Kindly help..

                    I have tata swatch here 1500 litter water purifier. I am not able to buy top mesh anywhere. I ordered bulb thrice but still it doesn't come with top mesh.

                    They say it is of 75 rs and gives free with tata swatch 3000 bulb. But why not with 1500 litters bulb. I am ready to pay for it but it should be available. Really got tired of searching and calling customer care. Could you please help.

                    same thing here. I have Tata Swach Desire Plus and I cannot buy the top mesh in the shops or online anywhere ot in the Tata website https://tataswach.com/pages/spares.

                    Absolute non-sense that thwier won website doesnt sell the top mesh which is supposed to be replaced frequently.

                      I have filter with mf - microfilter. I really donot know whether the 3000 litre bulb is exhausted or not. As per your instruction manual i clean the bulb by means of pump provided with filter. Try to ensure air is removed. But sometimes the water does not flow immediately. After several trial it starts flowing. What is the correct method of cleaning the bulb and removing air by means of pump. How to hold bulb while pushing the water inside with pump. It should be regular or upside down. I am using filter for more than four years. Do you have video clip for this?

                        (Ii). Many communications/ notifications to the organization, and to the m. D. (E. Iyer) yielded nothing.

                        They seem to be either intentionally-ignoring or turning a blind-eye upon the serious and un-necessarily prolonged (From your end) matter.
                        (Apart from other shortcomings brought into notice last year and earlier this year): the points mentioned to you in the recent mails (By me) clearly mentioned: (I) misleading publicity/ info about the product.

                        (Ii) manufacturing deficiencies in the product, and the serious repercussions of that (Borne by us).
                        Adding to those, we frequently traced ants, insects/ mosquitoes (Apart from other impurities) in both the upper, and lower containers. All this is in quick contrast to the tall claims of removing 100 crore bacteria, and 1 crore viruses. And more shockingly these ants, insects/ mosquitoes (After having passed through all the purification-processes), still come-out from the lower container’s tap along-with the ‘so-claimed ready-to-drink purified water’.
                        Due to all this rubbish, all the 3 members of our family have fallen ill, consuming this water.
                        We always took utmost-care up-keeping the tata swach cristella plus device (All the surrounding area thoroughly cleaned & hygiene, cleaned the device on regular intervals), ironically still the ir-regularities continued rising. Their representative-punit has been the eye-witness as well..!

                        The whole has been a crystal-clear case of some serious lack of attention, rather negligence (While manufacturing) towards the quality-assurance from the organization: tata chemicals ltd., resulting in holding threat to people’s health at large.

                        Continuous water is dripping from the ro Ultima. Service guys are not properly able to solve even visiting twice. Please resolve the issue as soon as possible.
                        I am distributor of Tata Swach and I am very sorry to inform that neither of the official members are responding to my mail for the last 6 months (with 3 remainders).

                        What they are doing is irreverent.

                        Officials are creating a bad name to TATA.

                        Really feeling bad of it.
                        I have purchased a TATA Swatch water purifier just on 29.10.2017. But before Yesterday the bulb of the purifier is not working. Water is not coming out through the bulb. I purchased the filter as it was from a very reputed company like TATA. . I would like to request the company to replace the Bulb urgently to keep good faith on them.

                          I have made several compalins for water leakage in customercare, but the same is still not solved.

                          After lot of followup engineer came on 6th sept 2017, but not repaired the leakage saying that he need to change the part, but part is not available so will come later. (Please note he didn't replaced any part but after discussing with srinivas, i come to know that he claimed some part changed with tcl. Which is a wrong claim made by engineer to make money from tcl). He didnt turn again for more than month, and after lot of followup and highlighted to customer care twice and also with regional service mange of tcl mr srinivas. Engineer came for part replacement on 14th oct 2017, he replaced a small pipe inside ro, but ro is still leaking. And while opening of ro he did something wrong due to wich water purifier led light are not working properly. And he is asking money also for repair which was booked with customer care well within warranty period. What i have find that engineer intention to make money in every trip and he deliberately planed to kept this ro defunct so that he will claim money for repair after warranty. This whole episod was breifed to tcl regional service incharge mr sriniwas, who have guided me to file complain with tata.

                            We are not getting any attendant for this machine after repeated complains over ph. For repair. Our address is bm vinay kumar, mob. [protected], 25-122, nandyal-kurnool dist. Ap state pin 518501. Complainooldist. Is given at service centre in kurnool dist. Over ph. But saying some parts are supposed to come from mumbai etc. But we are severe drinking water issues at home.

                              Hi,

                              Pls. Note that i have lodged complaint on 02 oct 2017 for delivery of tata swach adopter on customer care no of the company. But even after 10 days i have yet to receive the adopter. They are saying it will happen in one days but nothing is happening actually. It is really disappointing. Such kind of worst service was not expected from tatas.

                                I am very frustrated with the services & product. I am using product tata swach ultima ro which is under warranty. On 1st sep i had registerd complaint no crch[protected] regarding uv lamp continue on. Somehow it was resolved within a week.

                                On 11 sep 2017 again the same problem arised for which i again registered the complaint no crchh[protected]. From that date i am continuously following customer care & 2 times i asked to forward the call to there senior, they say that there senior not available or busy in the floor also they assured me that they will arrange a call back from senior concern but no calls were arranged & till date my problem is not resolved.

                                How much i will suffer for service???

                                  Since i purchased system every time i need to take many follow ups to company call center, local service provider & company registered office for installations & repairing whenever purifier not worked, but still they cant give a proper service at given period of time & hence we launched complaints many times in consumers forums. Hence company given me extended warranty of 6 months but now they are denying me to give service as committed..

                                  Latest complaint no.: crmh[protected] (Dated: 18/09/2017).

                                  Talking with company since last 10 days but they are not responding to me..

                                    I had purchased a tata swach water purifier from vijay sales around 11months back.

                                    I am unable to use the purifier since last 5 days as there is some technical issue in it & i have been calling the helpline number [protected] since last 5 days.

                                    Every day i have been told that the technician will visit today and resolve the issue but no one has visited my place till date.

                                    Its been a time consuming and stressful task for me to call the helpline number everday and get the same response.

                                    Brand tata was the reason why i took this product but we are not satisfied with after sale support at all.

                                    Requesting you to send your technician at the earliest to resolve the issue.

                                    Sukhdev has been the person who has been cordinating with me on the helpline number and giving false assurances.

                                      Hi,

                                      I raised the complain (# SB065) regarding water purifier leakage on 12-Aug-2017 in tata swatch customer care and continuously followed 4 to 5 times to customer care executive on the same. Bug till today date neither any technician visit to resolve this problem or technician call on it.
                                      Whenever i called to customer care executive they told we are escalating it on our higher department and technician visit will be done within a day, but now almost 20 days has completed and we didn't receive any progress on it.

                                      I am Tata employee (working in TCS) that's why i decided to purchase this product but after such type of servicing I feel that I have done big mistake.

                                      Even after purchasing this product it was continuously leaking and
                                      the time technician visited us and told it wont be resolve.

                                      Please assist to resolve this problem and let me know if you need any additional information on it.

                                      Further update on it.
                                      I received one call and the person was saying that he is calling from Tata swatch customer care department. And he was asking about my debit/Credit card detail. Which is purely illegal to share bank/card detail information to anyone, even not sure whether it was Tataswatch customer care employee because I recieved the call from personal number.

                                        Product purchased from amazon. It was delivered and installed timely. But within two weeks it started to leak water. I registered complaint on customer care.
