On 12th November I Raunak Sarawagi had booked taxi for sure, NANDKISHOR SHAW WB-04-G-3233 (Sedan) with my parents for going to relatives visit . The cab driver from the initial time tried to take different routes, when told him we are regular and know the route, the driver stopped the car abused me and my parents saying, Mere paas tumlogo se zyada paisa hai ladwa ka baal, ruk mai abhi tum log ko auka dikhata hu, when we stepped out from the cab the again came out and assaulted me in the middle of the road . He kept on saying hum naukar nahi hai jo route hum bolega wahi se jana hoga, yeh tumhare baap ka taxi nahi hai . Ultimately on a festive day he left us on the middle of street giving slangs and hitting me for telling him the directions .

    I ve booked Taxiforsure on 12-Nov 7:00am.with coupon code applied HC30...Driver came around 7:10am, but with a different vehicle (vehicle details which I got from Taxiforsure SMS is hatchbackTN-20-BE-5814) but d vehicle came was with different registration number (vehicle number 5328, white swift dzire). I boarded the vehicle with a doubt, but to my surprise the device in which the km calculates got stopped (suspect driver himself stopped) and I received SMS to pay rs.87/- while I am still on the way to my destination. When I enquired the driver, he said the device was having fault for past 2days. At last, when I reached my destination, he calculated manually and charged me 240/-, but he denied to reduce the charge as per the coupon code which is 30% Reduction. He told it is not possible as the device was not working. This is a clear non-sense and cheating Motto of the driver. As i was getting late to my office, i had to stop arguing and pay the actual amount eventhough i applied for coupon. This is really disappointing and i Have decided not to den der your services anymore and i am going warn all my friends not to prefer Taxiforsure...You are simply Cheatforsure...

      I have booked my taxi for today morning from Chennai Central Railway Station to Home @ 6:15am. I have not received driver contact details before 30 minutes of the scheduled time. I have called the Taxi Sure[protected] @ 0600am asking about cab for 0615am but i got an response from them that the cab is only available after 0700am. If they are not able to provide service they should atleast make a call and informed so they i can go for any other alternatives. Henceforth i will not take any service for this company.

            This is Rahul Sarkar contact no. [protected], I have booked a cab from VIP Bazar at around 7.30pm today evening, booking was successful, here is the details - TFS-PP-C40634932, driver - SK Jahangir, contact no - [protected] (Sedan WB-04-G-0952). When I called the driver after the booking he asked me where I will go (which is very uncommon and illogical for this sort of cab service), though I've informed him the destination i.e. Ultadanga, he replied he is near ruby generail hospital and will come with in some time. After 10 min When I called him he cell was switched off. and after few while I saw rs. 85/- was deducted from paytm account. I am too much dissatisfied with this. I am a regular passenger for Taxiforsure if this sort of issue happen I will simply gor for any other cabs. Hope you do the needful and I will get my refund.

              Hi I Booked a cab from taxiforsure on 30/10/2015 .Driver Cancelled the cab dont know what was the reason.And after half i got a bill and amount was deducted from my paytm wallet. I called the customer care on 31/10/2015 they said amount will be refunded within 24 hours but i didnt got the money in my wallet. I talked to customer care again on 3rd nov they assured me it will be refunded with 24 hours buit still the same. Also the Drivers are not behaving Properly. #Fake Taxiforsure guys

                Sir, i regret why i used this service for so many trips till date. my experience yesterday has lost my faith in taxi for sure. i had a train at 7.30 pm. for which i booked a cab, the driver denied duty as he was far away from the pick up point. it was fine till here. the next cab driver also declined to go to the station. the next cab driver was just fooling me for around 45 minutes with excuses like, "location was wrong", "i am on my way", etc.. though i had told him the way very clearly. at the end, after waiting for so long outside my house, i had to walk a mile with my luggage to get an auto rickshaw as a last resort. thank you, i will not be using your services as of now.                   It is highly disturbing of the kind of service provided by 'Taxi For Sure'. Refer the below mentioned confirmation for my cab booking (Booking ID - TFS-PP-C[protected] on 6th Nov 2015 from Dwarka to Dilshad Garden at 10 PM. The booking was confirmed at 4.30 PM the same evening.

                  At 9.38PM (i.e 20 mins before the scheduled departure) I got a call from the driver (Mobile number -[protected]) that he will not be able to come and told me to arrange for elsewhere with no reason what-so-ever provided. On asking how could he ask me to change my plan at this last minute, he said that his not his problem and claimed to have got the message from the company. I am sure he was lying. However, instaed of confronting him I cooly requested him to arrange another cab for him as I will be travelling alone at late hours and Delhi is really not known for being safe for lone women travelling in late hours.

                  Then at 9.42 PM I get a call from a new driver (mobile number - [protected]) that the cab (TaxiforSure) has a punctured tyre and will take some time for him to arrive at the location and it will be better for me to arrange elsewhere. I still told him that its OK if he arrives 15-20 mins late, I agree to wait. So after my office function got over, I called on the same mobile to ask the driver where he was, and by how much time I can expect his arrival. On this he made another excuse that his car has now met with an accident and he is at the police station. By now I was 100% sure that he is lying. I told him I would I will complaint about this sort of service, to which he very coolly retorted - 'Jo karna hai karlo'.

                  It is really pathetic state if TaxiforSure employs such type of drivers who have no sense of duty or responsibility.I finally booked a Meru Cab who were very prompt in their service.

                  On 10.21 PM I got message on my phone that TaxiforSure tried to contact me, but due to no response the booing was cancelled. I never cancelled my booking. Its the drivers who on my behalf cancelled my booking. When I spoke to the customer care, they said they had called me and I did not respond. The only call I missed, was from a landline ([protected]) at 9.44PM. If this is the number, I am not sure. However while booking itself I had told that I will be busy and may not respond to call or my phone could be out of reach and thats why has given an alternate number. Did the company try calling in the alternate number for the confirmation ?

                  This kind of behaviour by the drivers is just not acceptable. Appropriate action and counselling must be done for these drivers. As for me I am sure, I will never book a TaxiforSure cab again and will make sure none of my friends or family do the same. Also this will be posted in all social media to make sure people know that they cannot be sure of their cab booking with TaxiforSure.

                    I booked a cab from this taxiforsure taxi booking website for 2.30 am on 7th nov. but niether they gave me any information that i am not getting a cab nor they cancelled the booking. i had to book an on the spot cab of 1000 rupees instead of 250-300 cab that taxiforsure promises. and when i tried calling for a complaint, after hearing the complain they hung up without saying anything.. this was a very frustrating experience and it cost me way more too.

                        Hi I am one of the permanent customer of taxi for sure and this complaint I am filing this complaint after the 52nd trip of mine with the company. I hire taxi for sure almost every morning and evening for my office to home and home to office journey. Before I start my complaint I want to tell a few things about me. I am a one year old baby's working mother, who comes to the office day care with me and every time when I suffer, she suffers too. So, to avoid all kind of botheration and auto wala's chik chik, I prefer booking a cab for us. From past 12-15 bookings, I have got the most immature drivers and I have been back to back calling and complaining about it with the so called - Customer Care people and no improvement has been seen at all. The drivers are either unavailable, or not ready to come or in too much hurry or drunk (happened ones) and this has been happening without a failure from past 1--15 bookings. I literally have to beg off the customer care people to arrange a taxi for me as if they are doing me a favour. Let me just share the series of hassles I went through (and I have proves of all the discomforts they made me go through) : 1. The drivers everyday in a row cancel my booking. For the past 10-15 bookings I have not got any driver in one go. The company assigns a driver - I call the driver - driver cancels the booking - I call at the call center - They assign new driver - he cancels again - call again - assign new - driver cancels again and it goes on and on and on. 2. Driver while cancelling the booking gives lame excuses - I am far away, wont be able to come to pick you up please hire a new one. Far away is something like Kondapur and lingampally from Hafeezpet/Madeenaguda (my residential area) and Madhapur and Gachibowli from Inorbit Mall (my work place) Taxi for sure drivers made me realize 2kms is a long and uncover-able distance. Thanks for enlightening your customers. Driver winning prizes under this category are Mr. J Ravi ([protected]), Mr. J Harya ([protected]), Mr. G Krishna ([protected]), Mr. Yellesh ([protected]), Mr. Mohd. Ahmed ([protected]), Mr. Sudhakar Reddy ([protected]), Mr. P Narsimuliu ([protected]), Mr. Mudavath Dasuru ([protected]). 3. Drivers usually tell we have got another pick up so can't come to your pick up point and on my answer that you have been assigned to me, I have your name and number messaged with me the reply is Sorry I can't come because of another pick up in the opposite direction - Cancelling it. The only Driver winning in this category and this happened this very morning itself - Mr. Mohammed Hassan ([protected]). The twist in the story came when this person was the fourth driver in the series this morning who denied to come with one one other lame excuse. He said he got a new booking and as he has already been booked for me the new booking goes like - Kondapur to Madhapur to Hafeezpet. I realized that as the skillful drivers of Taxi for Sure have been hired by OLA, UBER and other few taxi providers so he is be-fooling me with the feeble excuse and has got a new and more fascinating (in terms of fare and booking count) booking. He clearly denied coming and I later got a message - Beep Beep.. Your taxi has arrived. I booked a cab for 9.45 in the morning and got this fake message at 10.30 by when I was already denied by the driver clearly. 4. The award in the category of Drunk Drivers goes to Mr. Kotha Srikanth Reddy ([protected]) 5. the most blunt and uncivic driver I got till date is - Mr. Mohd. Ahmed ([protected]) with whom I booked a cab for 6.15 and he reached the pick up point at 5.45 and left it at 6 speaking all the rubbish and insulting words of the world and saying he is getting late. I booked it for 6. 15 as I wanted it at 6.15, had I been wanting it at 5.45 I would have booked it for 5.45. Because of the driver's impatient, I reached the pick up point and 6.02 and for my surprise there was no cab waiting for me. He picked my call, after I frequently called him thrice and he said he cancelled the booking as I made him wait. I waited in the dark on the evening on 27th October with my one year old daughter, he day care bag, her teddy, my office laptop bag and my handbag. I already have registered a complaint against him with your customer service people. This morning my patience level smashed all its bar because I booked a cab for 9.45 as mentioned before but none of the driver's called me till 10.05. I called the first driver, his call was on wait, I called 3-4 times. He never respond. I called again and again as I was getting late for office, he finally picked and said I am at lingampally, can't come. I called the customer care again - assigned new - he denied - called again at the customer care - assigned new - denied again - called again - assigned new - denied again as his booking route was - 'as per his explanation' - Kondapur - Madhapur - Madeenaguda - Inorbit. A few questions to your customer care team whom I call at least 3-4 times every day - 1. Don't you check the GPS Location of your drivers before assigning them any bookig? 2. After complaining almost 100 (my daily basis call record at your customer care office proves that) why am I still facing the same issue again and again. Mentioning - Mam, we regret the inconvenience caused, We are sorry for the drivers behaviour, We will make sure this wont happen again does not make any difference in my routine of bookings and Why do I suffer the same thing every damn day and some times 5 times a day. 3. Why don't you check how many cab provider companies your drivers have registered with and why don't you ask them to cancel all of them because ultimately there this behaviour is defaming your company's name and making you lose many permanent customers like me. Trust me people like me literally want to block Taxi for sure and sue you guys forever. If you can't rectify all this, can you please shut your company as you are not doing anything except making people unhappy and messing up their lives with your most rude and irresponsible staff (be it the drivers or the customer care people who never take a stand against the drivers) ever. Would never book a cab from now and will try my best to take it to the most highest level possible. A big time Taxi For Sure Sufferer Sukhamrit !!

                          For yesterday evening ( 4th november) booked taxi for railway station drop ( Taxi for Sure). time given 6.30 pm 6.30 pm they changed and arranged another cab. the 2nd cab driver after 15 minutes told not possible to come. Taxi for sure again arranged 3rd cab in replacement and told it will reach in 30 minutes. but it did not come. Even driver was not picking up calls. In this confusion i could not reach railway station in time and missed the train. who will pay for my harrasment and loss. Even they have sent me a false bill which i have not travelled at all. i want strict action against "TAXI FOR SURE COMPANY AND PAY ME FOR MY LOSS." This is second time it is happening by them.

                            Booking No.TFS-PP-C[protected] Driver Kumar. B.C - Mobile No.[protected] - Vehicle No.KA-16-B-44. My sister started from Metro Yeshwanthpur and asked to drop at Bharath nagar, near Byadarahalli on Magadi Road. Driver argued on the way saying their limit is only upto Sunkadakatte. When I called the driver on his mobile and not told him Byadarahalli is very much within the covered area, he said will talk to his office. He did TAXIFORSURE and told that person that he shall not get any passenger from the other end and forcible dropped my sister at Sunkadakatte. TAXI FORSURE drivers are acting like auto drivers in Bangalore and they will have the same fate of auto, as it does not serve the purpose. YOU WILL BE OUT OF BUSINESS TAXFOR UNSURE

                              On last Monday I booked a taxi but the driver was far away so he asked me to cancel it. before i could cancel, he accepted and cut it. so 59.14 Rs was deducted from my account. I complained customer care on Monday they said they will revert within 24 hours. Nothing happened. I am very pissed off with your service. Reach out to me on [protected] Booking id: TFS-PP-C39498743 Story does not end here. I booked another taxi and availed with the offer MUM30. The driver did not get any notifications. So, I had to call the driver and asked to come and pick me up. He called your customer care service and they said to pick me up and note down the kilometer and time. While dropping me back the driver did the same and called back the customer care to deduct the money accordingly. The customer care charged me full and not gave 30% discount. When I called back and complained, i was told i did not book with MUM30. Boss, is this a kind of service and behavior you offer to your customer.                                 This mail is regarding complain registration of two drivers. That firstly i book a cab i got the driver detail message. When i called him he picked up n said yes he is coming in 4 min. I was waiting outside my place. Again i have called him his phone was switched off.i mean dont understand i f you don't want to pick a ride than why you confirm the booking. I have called several time but same response switched off. After that i called customer care centre she said you got another cab in 15 to 20 min, i was already waiting from 45 min. I was having a very important interview on 9. 30 am on today. After that i got another cab driver the same thing happened to me firtly he received call n said i am coming your pick up area in 5 min n i have been waiting from 2 hour already. At 9.00 am i was at the same place. Again i called him his phone was switched off. If you dont want to perform your job than why are you promising for that. Just straightly say no to us. It is more easy than holding other in a mess. I must say you all are having very bad management. This is my last time when i booked a taxi from you. Thank you for keep waiting me and for my lost job.                                   I received a 2 invoices for the same trip. It flashed 49 initially which was a product issue and when i refused to pay the driver without a receipt he pulled me out of the cab physically and threatened to steal my suitcase if he wasn't paid. I wasn't even given my 30% discount on my ride against Voucher Code: KP30 which was given to me in my Rs.48 receipt but clearly wasn't there in my second receipt.

                                  It is disappointing to see how you let your drivers harass passengers. The driver left me in the middle of nowhere which was not close to my drop point and scared me off and took 10 rupees on the actual bill which I had not even received by then.

                                  The calculation of my fare was done as per the whims and fancies of the driver and his assessment of the odometer in his car and random time allocation which made no sense.

                                  I want instant action or else the consequences will be extremely bitter.

                                    I booked a taxi from TaxiForSure 2 hours before I wanted the pick up. They also sent me a confirmation message - TFS-PP-C39525116 @ 1:30 PM Nov 2, 2015. Then I got a message about driver details, Rohit More MH 12 KN 0951. Before 10 mins of pickup I contact the driver, he says he is some other part of city and has some other customer to pickup. Later TFS send me another drivers re assignment message, MAISUSAB JAMADAR MH 14 CX 7469, now when I called this driver he gives me the same reason that he is in some other part of city and will not be able to come, with no etiquettes or manners to talk to customers.He himself initiated the cancellation saying I was unreachable. TFS shamefully messages me we tried reaching you to confirm driver - initiated booking cancellation. I had to reach station in an hour to catch my train. At 11th they cancel the booking, its such a fraud. I called their customer care number, the lady says she will book a cab for me again LOL. Am I mad to rely on this people again. Will never trust TFS again and never recommend anybody. Infact will tell all my friends about what I faced today. Pathetic service ever, they should change their name to TaxiNotForSure (TNFS).

                                      I had possibly the worst experience in availing taxi service from TAXI FOR SURE in Pune. Date: 31 Oct 2015. Instance 1: Time: 6:30pm. Booked a taxi from Airport Road to Senapati Road, call center confirmed and sent the driver details: KAYANRAO VANAVE Contact No: [protected], Vehicle: MH-14-CX-7545. Driver said that he does not know the place and cannot come to the pick up point. Surprisingly he was at airport road yet pretended not knowing the pick up point.. Instance 2: Time: 8pm: Booked a taxi from JW Marriot, Senapati road to Pune airport. call center confirmed and sent the driver details: VINOD KOAKTE Contact No: [protected], Vehicle: MH-12-KN-4054. Driver went to station road instead of Senapati road and said that he's too far from Senapti road and hence will not come for pick up. Called back the call enter to escalate the matter, the call center did not take the escalation instead did a new booking and sent the driver details: VISHNU KAVCHAT Contact No: [protected], Vehicle: MH-12-KN-5931. This driver kept asking for location details, wasted 20 minutes and never came to the pick up location. It caused me extreme inconvenience. I was about to miss my flight because of this pathetic taxi service. I recommend consumers never to use TAXIFORSURE service

                                        I have booked a taxi with booking reference # TFS-PP-C39405064 on 1st Nov. 2015 at 7:19 p.m. I have been sent name of driver Neeraj Kumar, contact number [protected] and taxi number UP-13-T-0167. On the mobile app, I could see the vehicle is moving and stopped somewhere close to my location, but I could not see the cab. I tried to contact the driver over this mobile number, which was not reachable. I then saw the message on my mobile tracking that "have a nice drip". I tried to call up the driver few times as he did not contact me, nor I was able to establish contact with him over phone. I have subsequently called up the customer care number[protected] of Taxi for Sure at 19:33 hours and informed him of the issue. He then put me on hold and said that he is trying to contact the driver, but the customer care executive disconnected the phone and did not even bother to call me back.

                                        I again called up the customer care at 19:39 hours and informed the same issue. The executive this time assured me that another cab will be arranged within 15 minutes. Again I waited for 20 minutes on the road, but neither did any taxi come nor anyone contacted me. I had to finally take an auto to reach back my destination.

                                        It is very shocking that:-
                                        1) The taxi did not report on time, nor the driver was contactable
                                        2) The customer care centre of Taxi for Sure is of no help as twice the executives failed to help me. My worry is that in case of any emergency to any passenger, these customer care executives are of no help and they behave like "careless executives".
                                        3) The biggest shock was when I got an SMS from Taxi for Sure to pay the the driver Rs.142 against trip tracking ID TFS-PP-C39405064, distance 10 km, time 13 mins. When the driver did not report me, nor did I use his services how is this bill and message sent to me. There is something wrong in this. I wanted to go from Noida Sector 27 to Indirapuram and in the GPS please check whether the driver travelled to Indirapuram.

                                        This is my third negative experience within the last 10 days with Taxi for Sure.
                                        Twice the taxi did not report but I could see messages showing trip completion and payment messages, which are generally short-trip payment messages.

                                        I am not sure whether these taxi aggregators have any mechanism to check whether they are picking up the right passenger, route is tracked or not. Also from the point of journey, they should send a message showing the final destination so that through the GPS, the control room centre can monitor whether they are actually moving, diverting routes etc. etc.
