    I applied the coupon code dis75 and the same was accepted by tfs app. But the driver charged the amount on the ground the coupon was not applied.Screenshot attached. Tfs is such a fraud company. It should be closed down. I have also made complaint to the company via email to their registered email-ids but no response has been received from their part.

      I booked cab and cancelled the same in 2 minutes because i changes my plans.

      Received a call from driver and he started abusing without any reason or talk.

      I even made a complaint with customer care but i don't think they can do anything all they need is driver and we fool people will order it.

      Poor customer service and worst customer experience award to taxiforsure.

      Nerver ever use it again.

        Taxi for sure, s driver doing fraud, i booked a taxi on 3rd oct 19:44 from moti bagh Driver name -Anil, driver said i am coming within 15 min, but after 15 minute he said wait another 10 minute i am coming but after 10 minute he stop to pick my phone, after repeated calls he picked phone & abused me & laos without pickup he started the trip & bill generated .booking - TFS-PP-C34495668


        Same thing is happen today also -o booked a cab on 4th oct hr74 a 7941 [protected] tfs pp c[protected]th oct 9:10, i wait 30 minute but driver not come, without pickup he stated the trip & bill generated .

          This is to our booking of Taxi For sure on 28th sept. 2015 from naraina industrial area phase 1 to hotel Lemon tree Aerocity (TFS-PP-C[protected] at 4:45 A.M. Taxi Dropped us at Lemon tree and charged 306/-, but we received a bill of Rs 206/-similarly on the return trip from Hotel Lemon tree to naraina industrial Area phase 1 he charged 330/-(TFS-PP-C[protected] but we received the bill of Rs 223/-. When we complained the matter to customer care department, of Taxi for sure, they assured us for refund of over charged amount.
          For next 2 days we continuously called and mailed them, but there wasn’t any proper response. After two days, one of their representatives told us that it was a matter between taxi driver and customer; while the taxi driver was contacted he also spoke inappropriately and didn’t admit he charged extra. And customer executive said, that, they are not responsible for over charged amount and said we are not going to refund the amount nor invoice will be changed.

            I booked a cab on 2nd October, 2015 using the discount coupon provided in my mail, i.e. TFS150. It was supposed to provide me with INR 150 discount upon my ride.But, after the ride, the fare turned out to be INR 157, and did not include the discount it promised.I am deeply untrusting now of the company and demand legal check-up and judiciary action, so that such a thing does not happen again.If possible, I also want my money back.

                We booked taxi on 1st October 10 am and taxi driver didn't come till 10.20 and when we called back and ask to come fast he rudely answer to my father and said cancel the taxi. This is second incident by TFS that taxi is not coming on time and we delay. We suppose to miss our train.

                  For Booking ID TFS-PP-C33773688 my bill was 459 only .but your driver charged me 1000 rs then I called customer care but got no support they were also talking on same driver line .do you know as per consumer law you cannot charge more than the bill produced in any circumstances . If your system is wrong customer should not bear for your mistake .overall pathetic experience with taxi for sure

                    I have a account on TFS. on 20 sep i booked cab from taxi for sure app and booking confirmed. When we got cab there was already one passenger on board on it. When we asked to get de- board then he misbehave with us in front of my family. When we complain to costomer care they also did not responded. Details are follow ..                       I booked the cab 10 hours in advance, got confimation message, and then someone woke me up saying that due to techenical problem they will not be able to send the cab we got so hassled in the morning.they are a bunch of rude, unprofessional people

                        I booked a cab for my parents on the 28th of September 2015, from Malviya nagar to T3 Airport for next morning on 29th at 9 am sharp. I had specifically asked the call centre representative for the largest car they had with a carrier on top as I told him there were 4 large pieces of checkin international luggage and 2-3 pieces if cabin luggage and 2 passengers. The man assured me that all the cabs at Taxiforsure have carriers fixed on the top. Next morning, the following happened. The taxi arrived 15 minutes late. The car had no carrier on top. On top of that, the dicky/trunk of the car had a large geyser and a spare tyre in it leaving hardly enough space for one bag. When i voiced my concern to the taxi driver, he said it was not his problem and drove off without informing us and did not pick up our calls. If it weren't for a close friend who provided us an ecosport within 10 minutes, my parents would have missed their flight. The mental and physical harassment caused by this incident to me and my family is beyond compensation. Taxiforsure is a fraudulent and substandard company preying on unwary and helpless customers. It is highly unreliable and full of cheats trapping gullible customers who are made to suffer through their pathetic and below par services. On top of that their customer representatives blatantly lie about the services they provide or are so retarded and ignorant about the services they provide. I want the people responsible for this fiasco i.e Taxiforsure punished and compensation for the mental and physical torture that my entire family including aged parents went through or else I'm definitely suing.

                          As mentioned in the Subject matter I have booked the Cab through Phonobooking in Taxi For Sure twice on Dated[protected] and[protected], both times they have confirmed bookings(as attached ) and as per their policy they send me the details of cab 30 mins prior to ride.But the mischeiveness starts[protected] when I called the sent driver details and he refused to come and said I am far away from your pick up point and can't come, than immediately i called back within few minutes to Taxi for Sure and asked that your Driver is telling that he cant come, than I got a assurance that we will confirm one more vehicle within10-15 Mins, I got a message after 15 min and called back on that driver details, the same reply i got from the 2 nd driver and Then it was almost 08 45 PM, i have to rush to the bus stop as it was far way from my pick up location and i rushed back and went through a Auto and reached the stop.

                          At around 0900 Pm I got a call from Taxi for sure for confirmation on the pick up for 2 nd driver which i have not responded as I was in hurry and already discussed with the Driver and he has confirmed that he cant come but Taxi for sure customer was not aware of this situation and repeatedly was sending messages to confirm the booking when I was about to start my Bus Ride(which I Should have missed if on Taxi for Sure beleive)

                          On 2nd instance that is on 22nd, it was a surprise for me, the same thing happens as explained for the first ride but in addition to that you see the Driver and Taxi for Sure staff negligence without riding I got a bill and statement that thanks for riding and please pay Rs.140 to the driver, I mentioned the same to the Taxi for sure customer care but without correcting the same process they were trying to convince that you have cancelled the booking,

                          Request consumer forum to look into the matter seriously and provide assurance from Taxi for sure not to repeat this in future.

                          If possible request to fine the Taxi for sure my Entire Journey expenses (starting from Auto to Bus Charges and booked hotel expenses)

                            Today my three trips were cancelled by drivers and best part is i was charged for one trip which i didn't even travel. ' Looks like TaxiForSure has bugs in their software which drivers are taking advantage. Customer support sucks, they only answer sorry for the inconvenience caused, they keep repeating the same lines again and again, they take 10 mins from you to book new cab and they will never come back. TFS sucks...please do not book TaxiForSure in emergencies, else you will repent.

                              Worst Cab Service i have seeing till date. 09/27/2015 i made cab booking from Taxifor sure app and booking for confirmed. Booking was from my home in Delhi to Domestic airport at 2.30 AM and my flight was at 5.00 AM. At 2.15 AM i got message with driver name and after 15 minutes when i didn't get call from driver i called him and driver didn't pick phone. Then after 10 minutes i got another message with different driver name and this time too driver didn't pick phone. Then i got call from third driver and he told that he can't come and told me to check with Customer Care. By this time it was already 3.15 AM and airport is 1 hour from my home. I got pissed off and called Customer care and simply customer care told me sorry and told they can't do any thing. Not even they tried to book another cab or do some thing as i had confirmed booking. I thought now ill miss my flight but luckily i got Auto from Bus stand and finally i rushed to airport and reached by 4.30 and just boarded my flight. But it not a great experience and i want every one not to take this cab. Horrible service and horrible customer care. Should be banned in India.

                                I had booked a Taxi for sure cab on 21st Sept, 2015. The booking was successful, an SMS came with the details as Driver name : Amrik Singh ([protected]) Sedan, WB-04-G-4486. But the cab didn't arrive on time and i was returning from hospital with my ill mother. without wasting time i took a yellow cab and returned home. after one hr the driver called asking my location, i cancelled the booking. But later got an SMS stating that Rs. 66 has been deducted from my account and other travel details as 1Km distance, kindly pay the driver Rs. 13 etc. whether i didnt avail the facility only. now i want to request for refund.                                   I had 74 rupees in my taxi for sure credits, which has automatically vanished from my account. No one is replying to my emails from the crm-taxiforsure.

                                  ON my next trip with taxi for sure, instead of charging me for my total journey of 6 minutes, i was charged with a total journey of 19 minutes. The cab driver had noted down the ambiguity but no one from the company is saying anything for the issue, I also have sent an email to the so called crm for taxi for sure. But again no one is ready for a feedback.

                                    I booked a cab with taxiforsure for the airport but did not get any confirmation message or cab details on my booking. Instead of getting a call from the agency I called up myself 20 minutes before the pick up time to know the cab number and driver details. Initially the driver refused to have a booking and later on they sent another driver who reached 45 minutes late. I missed my flight because of their poor management and services. Moreover, the driver also charged Rs340 from me without providing any receipt at that point whereas later on the receipt sent on my mail reflected Rs260.

                                    I call for taxi on October 4, at 9:45 a.m the cab came so hold the door nob the door was hard to open the taxi driver do not even have the courtesy to get out of the cab to help me. So I tried harder then I finally open the taxi door then the driver screamed at me "are you stupid you'll break my door remember now I was not pulling on the door I simple trie to open the door. H curse me out with bad language so I said to him can you please stop yelling at me can you lets go to my destination because I am late for work and just keep talking lots of bad behavior frustration and loud comments will you pay for my taxi if you break the door, so I call the manager 0f 303 taxi and I reported the driver #221 of 303 taxi he is a polish old grumpy man, that is rude to 303 taxi customers, he need not to be driving any more the transportation commission should take him off the road because he will hurt 303 passenger with that kind of rude, bad behavior cursing out the passenger. When I talk to his supervisor they only send me another taxi which make me more late for my job and was not charge for the fare but that was not the point, the driver was screaming, volgar language, mad yelling and saying get out of my cab when I was talking to his supervisor. he was still yelling and the supervisor told never to call the customers stupid, that was all that was done to him this is being a bad situation loyal cab taker .

                                      I was booked taxi today at 5.52 am. and transaction id TFS-PP-C33601872. After booking i got mail and massage and there mentioned 6/km but i raided 44 kms but charged three time (3X) or more . i was paying 1022 rupees for 44 kms. my mob. no [protected]

                                        Hi Team, Date of Incident[protected] SANTOSH PRASAD YADAV WB-04-G-3975 Booking Id is TFS-PP-C33521734 AGAIN EXPERIENCING AN HORRIBLE SERVICE FOR KOLKATA .Today at evening after 5:30 I booked taxi for sure THROUGH OLA APP from Howrah station but when I Call the driver he asked for parking charges also he denied the duty so within 2 minutes i cancelled the cab. This can be checked in the APP that I have cancelled the cab but I have not received the SMS regarding this. But after 20 minutes I have been charged rs 89 and I had OLA money for Rs70 which was deducted. By Booking Id is TFS-PP-C33521734. REQUEST YOU TO PENALISE THE DRIVER FOR THIS AT LEAST YOU SHOULD TERMINATE HIM REGARDING BREACH OF CONTRACT. Thanks Avishek sen [protected]
