This incident happened on October 31st, 2015. My flight was at 6:10AM and I wanted a cab that would be available at that hour. So I booked a cab the previous night with Taxi For Sure for 4:30 AM pick up from Noida to IGI Airport. The next day, (pick up day) the driver calls me at 4:15 to tell me that he is at Domestic Terminus, says his pick up address given, was wrong and asks me to cancel my booking. I called TaxiForSure and they tell me that they cannot do anything from their side as they have no other cab free. So how do they expect me to reach the airport in the wee hours of morning? Completely appalled by their service. This is just so terrible. The name is TaxiForSure but they are not even close to delivering a cab, in this case, a PRE-BOOKED cab. Please do not get fooled by these guys.

Dear Concern, I booked a taxi for gurgaon to airport wide TFS-AT-C38063570 for 26.10.2015 at 04.45AM and i also got confirmation mail as well as message on 25.10.2015. But on 26.10.2015 at 3.30AM i got a call from your side that we are not able to provide taxi to you at desired time please arrange another option. I tried for other taxi but i didn't get any taxi on my desired time. For your worst service i have missed my flight and i lost 17, 000/- rs. ticket cost for Delhi to Chennai and return and i missed scheduled meeting at chennai. Tickets are attached for your reference. I request you to being a regular customer of taxi for sure please arrange to return back my ticket cost ASAP otherwise i have to file complaint against you. Thanks Adv. I booked a taxi with TFS on 29-10-15 for the same day for 7:30 pm at 4:40 pm

I booked it with the app by clicking RIDE LATER and applied a coupon "50NV" for 50% discount. I successfully booked the taxi with TFS-PP-C38762066 with that coupon code.

Later I called up the customer care for driver details at 7:00 pm with that i just asked that i have applied a coupon code for which they replied that coupon code is not applicable as it is just applicable for RIDE NOW. So why they just accepted my coupon code while booking. They say that we didn't sent you the confirmation message about the coupon code then where the hell is the message of coupon code not applied.

They just cheat like this. DAMN..!!!

I (along with my wife and 2 kids) had to travel to Hyderabad from Delhi via Air India flight scheduled for 6:50am on 26, Oct. For the I had booked a cab for Airport transfer with Taxiforsure on Sunday (26th Oct at 8:30pm) and had received a confirmation message as well. Booking confirmation number was TFS-AT-C38166194. But at 2:00am in the morning I received a call from Taxiforsure executive and he informed me that the cab will not be available due to the no availability of the cabs in our area. when I questioned him why you have confirmed the booking if this was the case he only said sorry and I requested him to please arrange something for me otherwise i'll miss my flight for today. But he didn't help me out and said sorry and then disconnected the phone. Now there starts the mental trauma as i'll have to look for another taxi to reach airport and at 2am in the morning it was again very difficult. Luckily I have the Uber app installed in my phone and I have got the cab at the same time and had reached the airport on time. So my question is that why Taxiforsure had booked the cab and if they had booked the cab, its their responsibility to provide the cab or arrabge something else.

TaxiForSure, it does not suit the name. I have had couple of good experiences in the early days which made me habituated to use TFS service for booking cabs. Later on experiences turned out to be from bad to worst. Many times bookings were cancelled by Drivers stating silly and absurd reasons. Last time was the horrible one among all. Almost 8-9 drivers have been arranged by TFS team and all of them successfully managed to cancel the booking from their side citing n number of reasons. Could not understand what the TFS back-end team were doing, except calling me and apologizing and arranging for the next driver. Ultimately, we had to manage on our own as the last driver literally asked lady passenger to get down in middle of the road after starting the trip. Nothing could have been more disgusting than this. My repeated efforts to talk to higher management of TFS has failed and every time i was given false assurance from call center executives about escalating the matter.

We had booked a taxi from Naini Allahabad (A.D.A.) at around 15:15 in the evening for pickup from my residence to Allahabad Junction with booking reference no.[protected]@11.45 PM on Oct 26th 2015 to catch the train at Mid Night. They have confirmed the booking as per above details, but at 9.00 pm they range me and told that "No Cabs" are available at your area, so we can't provide the cabs. Thus confirming the details they failed to deliver the services and therefore We have missed our important train along with my family.

I booked a cab from taxforsure on 18 October fron Fraidabad to Airport at for 8:30 AM and when i called in the morning at 8:30 driver says i am comming in next 10 mins, after 10 mins i called again and he says i am on the socity gate so comming in 5 mins after 10 mins i called again then he is not picking my call, i called hime 3 times but dont get any reply. Then i called the Taxi for sure customer care they says driver is not able to reached next 25 mins. My flight was at 11 AM and till 10 Am i dont get any cab after that i take a other taxi and need to pay 3 times then the normal charge and reached to airport, when i compailed that think on customer care they put my call on hold for 20-20 mins and no one is ready to ans. i have already call more then 50 times, now they block my number. Your taxi for sure driver had cheated me by asking extra money rs.150 extra than the bill amount .Rs., this is first experience that i got cheated and you are allowing rogue to operate your service.. This will be my last booking and future i will never use your service and also i will advice my near and dears not to use your service...

I had booked Taxi for Sure on 24.10.15 at 6.15 pm for the journey West Mambalam (Public Health Centre) to Keelkattalai and the Booking confirmation was - TFS-PP-C37968689. The driver's name was - S. Shankar. Vehicle No.TN22CH 6032. But the vehicle did not come evrn till 7.30 pm. Nor the driver attended our calls and informed about the inability. I was to return with old people from the hospital. Is this the way u treat ur customers. I have decided not to use service henceforth and I shall also inform others also about the same. Ramanan

I booked a taxi for 24-10-15 at 8.15 p.m, at 7.40 p.m I got a msg about the driver details, then at around 7.50 I got a call from some driver where to come, I tell him the address, at 8.10 I called him and he said I am not coming, another driver is assigned to you, then I called the driver whom details are sent to me by the company, he said I am not able to come as I am far away, you call customer care he will assign you a new taxi, after calling customer care, he kept my call on hold for sometime and then said we can't arrange a taxi right now, we will provide you after one hour... And this is second time I faced problem with taxi for sure

I booked a cab from Noida Sector 18 to Green park extension .And the driver took the long way and misbehaving .He charged more money than actual fare ...He was behaving rudely .He took the Cab in wrong directions all the time ...Suddenly changes the actual route of destination ...I want to complain against the driver as well as Taxi for sure company as i have called on their customer services no and they did not listen to my problem

This company is bloody bull company. They are cheaters. All their drivers are drinkers and thief. I booked a cab for airport . when they didn't reached to pick me, I called them and they said sorry for inconvenience .Just because of them I missed my flight. I loss my 25000 Rs because of them.

I book taxi for morning for airport. Before 20 minutes taxi driver called me and refused to come. This is 2nd time i am facing this problem. i am very unsatisfied by this site. there is an emergency. because of these peoples i set missed my flight. I booked a cab at 11: 37 am and got a confirmation and driver details . i called the driver after 12 mins to check where he has reached but i got a response i m off duty and please call customer care. i was waiting on road and i called Customer care they put my call on hold.- No response. Poor Management . poor service, staff needs to be trained . first n the last experience. worst you are. finally i booked OLA CABS- always on time and ready to serve . I think taxi for sure will not survive much ... POOR ... SUPER BAD EXPERIENCE .

Booked my first ride for my parents for the railway station using their preliminary coupon TFS150 . applied the coupon alright, got the confirmation email and sms too. Yet the driver demanded money. Trip#1 TFS-PP-C37336036. Embarrassing to say the least. The customer care verbally on record accepted the glitch with the app yet were incompetent in helping me. When your first experience turns into a nightmare, pretty sure will never be using them again.

Hired a taxi from Majestic bus stand bangalore to JP Nagar 9th phase. the taxi arrived at 5.30AM instead of 6AM, and then left away saying he has no parking!!! Not having internet connection to make another booking, and left stranded with my wife and 4 year old child, i had to take a auto rickshaw

After booking taxi, the first driver denied duty, second driver did not call and i called back, he asked me that, have you booked?. 3rd driver said cancel my ride but i didn't had option to cancel and after ten minutes i got a bill of 68 rupees without travel. Over all i wasted my valuable time more than 40 minutes and i was suppose to reach office by 9 AM to attend important meeting with directors. when i called 3rd driver named Raghu H D, KA-54-3434, he said i want to make trips for the day so i did fake trip and generated fake bill and when i got angry against him for miss using my valuable time, he started using dirty language which i have never heard in slums. I decided to file FIR in Jnana Bharathi PS Bangalore.

Cab # KA01 AC 7545 I had booked this cab and driver srinivasull had confirmed I have been waiting for him more than half an hour..after some time I received a bill of 147 without any usage of cab...however I have not paid but still i missed my very important appointment..planning for consumer court
