Hi, booked a cab on my wife's mobile, got confirmation text also, called driver and checked with him, he said he will come in 5 min...10mins later tracked the driver location and found that he was moving away from our pick up location, called home on his mobile, it was switched off, after sometime got an invoice for 90rs for that ride... Same day, , evening booked another cab, got confirmation text, as usual driver confirmed that he will come and after sometime, , , his mobile switched off..customer care pathetic... C31287525 C31306103 So I m now waiting for a call back from them

    This was my first time with taxi for sure and I had a pathetic experience . My trip id is : TFS-PP-C31332098. The driver came 15 minutes late and then he had some technical trouble with hia cell phone or he was pretending it(not sure) . I had to wait 10 minutes because of this issue and they charged me extra for that and didn't even give the bill. Worst experience.

      I am not getting the Bill of my journey after payment. On the apps if i click option receipt it is shown sent to your e mail but i am not getting my receipt. I have also requested on customer care they replied it will be solved within 24 hour but actually no action. As a customer its my right to get the bill DR K D Yadav[protected]

        Date of Incident: 4 SEPT 2015 Driver Name: SANJEET ([protected]) Car no: HATCHBACK DL-01-Z-3124 BOOKING NO: TFS-PP-C30244515 I book my taxiforsure cab on 3rd Sept-15 for New delhi railway station from my house sector 23 gurgaon to catch my train on 4th sept-15 from new delhi to dehradun which was at 6.45 am from new delhi railway station.I got confirmation message from Taxifor sure.I got message at 5 am but driver dont arrived at my destination then i called him but to my surprise he was sleeping then i called him again he told he is on his way. he reached near to my house at 5.45 am and told me to walk to him as i was getting late.When i inquired with him he told me his mobile watch is showing 5 am only. Then he started cab and he was going toward Gurgaon railway station i got angry and told him that you dont know where i have to go, i told him i want to go to new delhi railway station which he dont know as i guess he dont know reading in english. then he told me that he cannot go to New delhi railway station due to workers strike and people are breaking taxi glass and ask me to get down near to my house. Then as was running late for my train and it was already 6 am i requested him to drop me at MG Road metro station for this he charged me Rs 139.After running for a while i catch metro but in vain as i missed my train by 10 mins. I inquired with police about the strike he told me nothing of this sort is happening so i felt very cheated. Now as i was having very important meeting and have to go to dehradun urgently i went to kashmiri gate and catch bus as i have to returned same date in night from dehradun. Now what i feel is i dont want to teach a company how to run as i am not so experience i just want my train ticket plus bus tickets to be refunded and the hardship which i felt due to this incident to be compensated as early as possible.As what is feel is with this kind of service you can miss any thing is life important dates, meeting, flight etc. Company should be as serious the customer which you are running business.           Dear TaxiForSure, What is wrong with you ? Because of you, I lost 175 Rs from my wallet and lot of time following you and also phone bills of around 50 Rupees plus mental frustration dealing with you stupid executives who just blindly promise the issue will be resolved in 24 hours but it doesn’t get resolved. In fact, it creates new issues and debit more money money from my wallet. You can easily check my 2 complaints raised in last 4 days. If you really care about your customers, do care to check my complaints and refill my wallet by 175 Rs (50CB + 75CB + 50CB) which you debited after 3 rides. Do not blindly promise me that issue WILL BE resolved in this much time. Resolve the issue first, show me the balance in my wallet and then tell the issue HAS BEEN resolved. I have already stopped calling your executives as they do not seem to have any helping attitude towards their customers. I am considering writing a mail this time.             Booked a cab last evening from MG Road to Yeshwanthpur and received SMS for driver Ravish-[protected] and cab KA-02-AD4264. After waiting for 15 minutes I received another SMS, "Thank you for your trip" and when she called that driver, he denied and spoke in unwarranted language with the lady for which cab was booked and said he is not the right one and my trip is cancelled. I called customer care and they said they will check with driver and inform but nothing happened.

              It was the first time that I used Taxi for sure services and that has been a very bad and pathetic experience I encountered with Taxi for sure. I booked the cab from Jahangirpuri metro station to Sector 144 Noida. The booking was confirmed and I got the sms for the confirmation at 13:10 hrs. The cab boarding time ewas at 13:45 hrs, however there was no cab at the location at the specified time. After waiting in the hot summer afternoon on the main road, I called the driver at 13:50hrs, and what he told me was utterly surprising and shocking, he told me that he doesn’t want to go to Noida and he already informed the company about the same and then the driver Mr Kishore Lal didn’t show up and asked to me to get back to the company. This was really rude and unfriendly treatment to the customers who are using the services for the first time. After getting a lot frustrated, since I was getting late to my office and due to this incident I really got a lot delayed to my work today. This is really annoying and not acceptable behavior that I didn’t get timely update, despite my confirmed booking. Then, I again called back your company’s number, then I had a word with Mr Amit Kumar, I was kept on hold for a long time, then another cab was booked, that the cab was booked for 14:00 hrs, however the cab actually turned and came at the point at 14:40 hrs. I mean that was really horrible and pathetic that I was actually supposed to have the cab on time at 13:45 hrs and I actually booked at 14:40 hrs, waiting in the hot summer afternoon and kept calling back for the follow up for the cab. This whole incident which happened today due to the carelessness of the people working in or for Taxi for sure have really wasted a lot of my time, energy, money, and moreover loss at my work place of reaching in late. Moreover, this has resulted in wasting lot of money spent on the calls made to the Taxi for sure for the follow up of the cab. I am not sure who will going to responsible for these losses? I didn’t imagine that this would be my first impression with Taxi for sure ??????? I would request for the refund and want to escalate this matter to the higher authorities and would request them to take necessary action at the earliest.               Hello,

              I would to highlight the issue that I have faced today.

              I have booked Taxi for Sure today, Booking ID: TFS-PP-C43212741
              When I called the driver, he told that he is just going to log off, hence he cannot come.

              Hence i booked another cab in few mins[protected]. Paid Bill Rs. 226

              After about 1 hr, I received a bill below, and also an SMS "You just used Rs. 94 from OLA money to shop with your partner Taxi for Sure. Your balance is 0.

              I seriously feel to have money in Ola cash is very dangerous because cab driver gets the cash without I board the cab.

              I urge to take appropriate action and reload money into my ola cash account.

                Dear Sir/Madam, I have made the booking for the first time from your mobile app yesterday at around 11 pm for pick up from Indirapuram, ghaziabad for today 8th sept'15, 9:45pm. Booking id: TFS-PP-C30878245. As per your t&c driver details will be shared 30min before the pick up time or maximum 15 min prior. But i didn't received any driver details & called up your customer care @ 9:28am. Executive informed me that in maximum 5-10min you will receive the driver details. I got the details by 9:37am & called the driver Dilip Thapa, he said he is just coming. But he didn't arrIved at the scheduled time & i have to leave for an interview. Again i made 2-3 calls, he said he is coming from noida sector-62.I waited for about 25 min & got a call from driver that he is stuck in jam in indirapuram itself & he cancelled the booking. He said he has informed the customer care & they will send another cab. This is so disgusting. I received the message stating that your cab is upgraded & driver ashok will pick up. I again called the new driver & asked him where is he, to my surprise cab was again coming from noida sector-62. I told the driver that how will he reach in 5-10 min when first driver is coming from the same direction & told him not to come. The problem is you guys are fooling the customers. We book the cab a day in advance it is your responsibility to assign the driver on time & not when we call the customer care. Also if you know that it is the peak time office hours & it will take time. Such a worst experience that too first time. Because of your stupid mistakes customers suffer & because of which I had to cancel my job interview today. I need a compensation for the inconvenience caused by your company or else you are forcing me to write on social network. Really bad service, we don't need upgraded cab guys, but atleast send the cab which we booked that too in advance. Need urgent action from your side on this today. Regards Isha Gupta

                  Booking ID - TFS-PP-C30813814, TFS-PP-C30825540 Booked cab from taxiforsure. Driver phone unreachable still after some time received the bills in mobile and mail. In case I am using the mobile wallet service for payment the money would have been deducted from the wallet. Advising every one never use taxiforsure wallet option. This is an organized cheating done by the drivers and taxiforsure.

                      I booked a Cab. Got driver details I called up driver(PRAVIN BAPURAO SHINDE- [protected]). After confirming drop address he didn't turned up (refer sms1). He switched off his phone. I requested for another driver and call center agent provided me same driver details . (PRAVIN BAPURAO SHINDE- [protected]) (refer sms 2) Then I requested for another cab and i got driver details. ( refer sms 3). Driver DATTATRAY SHENDAGE([protected]) took details and promised to turn up but he too didnt turn up. I called him again after 20 mins and he said that this trip is cancelled. Till now i had already lost 45 mins and book OLA cab Then I received call from another driver GOPAL RATHOD([protected]) Refer sms 5. I told him that I didnt requested for this cab and i had already book other CAB. On this he said I need to cancel it. I confirmed with him that since I hadnt booked this cab I cant cancel it. Finally I received a sms that Rs 79 is deducted from my wallet. (refer sms 6) I was frequently using your service but now after this I have deleted this app. Hence forth I won't use Taxi for Sure.                         I had booked my cab on 31st August using mobile number [protected]. Also I had 150 TFS credits in my account and I also had Rs 225 in my PayTM Wallet and my total bill at the end of the ride was 207 yet I paid 110 to the driver and also my paytm balance is now 0. They have charged me wrongly Rs 225 deducted through paytm and multiple times for a single ride. I was charged for taking 3 rides and they have sent me 3 invoices and meanwhile I also had called the Customer care and they said those are satellite issues and nothing to be worried about. Now I have been calling them, all they say is a complaint has been registered and they will arrange a call back very soon. No call back from the last 5 days.Please help me.

                            Respected sir/madam, I booked a taxi first time from TaxiForSure for date 28.08.2015 at 4.30am. But the next day the taxi driver refused to come on time any without reason and say to book another taxi from TFS apps. I was getting late for train (time 05:15am). In that case it was not possible to get a taxi at 4.30 am So I re-booked taxi TFS Apps. According TFS rules should have been my first ride free, but talk to the Customer care he refused to give offer and postponed for the second time. Next time I booked taxi for same route they don’t give offer intentionally and also charged double illegally. Pandav Nagar to Nizamuddin railway station first time distance was 6 kilometers and hire 103 rupees and 2nd time same route distance double (12km) and charged 180 rupees. I also complaint to customer care of TFS but they didn’t action for it. So I kindly requested to you take appropriate action against it by my above complaint and refund my both trip fare with penalty so they did not dare to cheat to any other person in future. I have all call recordings and messages to prove it. Thanks

                              Hi, Please dont use taxi for sure service, they are taken my booking and confirmed cab will come 15 min before and driver will call you like that . but cab didn't come for me so i call to them, they said cab not available right now cancel your booking . last minutes they said cab not available its very irritating . Avoid using taxi for sure .

                                  Today on 31st August, 2015 i booked a cab from Taxi For Sure from Rana partap bagh to Gurgaon for 9:30 am. Company confirmed the booking & provided the following confirmation details :- Driver : Yash Pal Car No. DL-01-YE-1169 Booking Confirmation no. C29869528 i contacted the driver but he seems not interested and told me to call back in 2 minutes. But he never call. After 10 minutes when i call he told me that he has no booking & is not coming. When i call Taxi for Sure, they also told that the said driver is the only driver in that area & he can't come. I requested to provide some other cab as it was already too late being dependent on Taxi for Sure but all invain. I have to book my cab from somewhere else and have to miss my important meeting If Taxi for Sure runs on the mercy of the drivers ?? Why they can't support even when the fault in on their own ??

                                    Hi, Whenever i try to book taxi for distance less than 5km they always show error as can't book your taxi. if it is within city, less distance should not matter. Atleast website should give details as minimum distance required is 5 km. this company is becoming useless after ola cab has acquired it...i have tried booking taxi at 5 different time...

                                      Hi this is umakanth.C i have Worked for taxiforsure in Bangalore My Empl ID -1960 I have Sent my resignation letter on[protected] and i Informed Clearly that i i will serving my From[protected] And i called Up Mr Cheran and he informed me that my salary will be credited with in 4days and after 4days i went to the office and asked about the thing they told that the HR cheran has resigned and told to send a Email they kept my salary on hold after send sending hell number off emails to To HR anith.[protected]@takiforsure.com After a long time she replied me that the salary is hold and after 45 days the salary will be credited to your account and even Mean while salary Slip has been generated for the month June without crediting my salary in my account now 60days happen even i not yet got my salary this without updating to any accept my resignation then them self decided my notice period A1 ford Company

                                        After booking the cab through Mobile App ( as directed by Taxi for sure ), received the booking. The driver confirmed that he has reached at the pick up point. But he left the location without informing me and i continue to call the driver and Taxi for sure. But no one from Taxi For sure customer care exceutive unable to resolve the issue and put my call on Hold for more . i'VE ATTEMPTED TO CALL THE DRIVER 10-15 times, but he didnt responded. Is there any one in Taxi for sure company who understands the pain areas of customers Or they are believe in making money and least bothered about the complaints of customers of the drivers. No one from Taxi for sure reverted back? This company is based on no Code of conduct. Customr care person do not know the supervisor name and there is no mail ID where you can share the complaints.
