Taxi for sure has the worst service. I booked a cab at night to pick me up in the morning at 7am. They confirmed and sent a message. Then in morning at 7.10 am they called and said that the driver is late we r changing him. Wen i called the driver he refused to go the airport. Then i again booked. Stil the same case happenened. And i got late to pik my flight. Pathetic people. The drivers dont even know how to talk.

    Bookind id : PP- C27880167 Driver name : VIKAS GUPTA It was very pathetic experience for me to ride in taxi for sure. Driver was totally a jerk and was using abusive languages to me and the lady sitting beside me . He was misbehaving with us . The problem started in the middle of the ride when he was totally busy on phone while riding and we asked him to stop using phone while ride . On his phone conversation he was using abusive words knowing that a lady is also sitting in the car, after the ride was over I asked him about the bill he said that due to some error bill is not generated and he demanded me Rs. 150/-, I denied the amount because it was just two km of ride starting from Anand Puri, Kanpur to Barah Devi, Kanpur, just 2 to 3 km of distance, I asked the driver to get me the bill or let me know the exact amount by calliing on customer care and after this he started with abusive words ( agar paise dene kki aukat nahi haii to gaddi mai kyun baith jate ho and he used words like, {Madarchod, do kori ke aadmi, and many more} ) . This behaviour is not at all acceptable and I seriously want that that drver should be paid for his words . Hope you will take strict action against it .

      This is regarding a short trip which I took this morning from my home (Ip extension) new delhi to my office HCL technologies, sector 126 Noida. I booked a cab TFS(Taxi For Sure) from Ola app. The ride and driver was fine, my outstanding bill was 261/- INR and then the driver charged me 100/- more for interstate charges which was not included in the bill and not even documented anywhere what so ever. I escalated the complaint in TFS, but their customer executives were not able to provide any clear answer for what I was charged 100Rs more in the name of interstate charges. I believe I have been using cab services since 1-2 years in Delhi but I have never been charged dishonestly. TFS does not have any proof where my money has gone. They ensured that they will also forward me a copy of revised bill, however I have not received anything till now nor they have proper justification for same. May I know if this a legitimate move by TFS or else I would request customer forum to take an immediate strict action upon this so that we customers have a trust relationship with the firm for the services provided. TFS does not have any answer for this which has already jeopardized my faith in them.

      A similar incident happened with me. I took a cab from Sarojini Nagar to Sector 82 in Noida. The total bill amount was Rs 237. However, the driver asked me to pay Rs. 100 more as interstate charges. I did not get a proper response, from their customer care centre also. I feel so cheated.

        Had booked a taxi 5 hours before pickup time on August 10, 2015. When I called the assigned taxi driver at the scheduled pick up time, he stated that the police had caught him for breaking a signal and he had informed the service to schedule an alternate vehicle. After waiting for a while, I called up the customer contact number. They stated that the driver cancelled the pickup because my phone was switched off (not true!). I asked the customer representative (the RUDEST customer service representative I have come across) to stay on line while I patched in the taxi driver, he said that he had more "important" work to do and he would not stay on line. When I asked him for his name, he said that his name was Yatin, but he would not disclose his last name as it is against company policy (!!!) I have nothing against the taxi driver, but I definitely want to register a complaint against Mr Yatin I-do-not-disclose-my-last-name for his extreme rudeness

          I have been an old customer of Taxi for sure cab services, but experience o[censored]sing Taxiforsure this time(04.08.2015) has been very pathetic and painful. By going through the following contents, you can understand the pain of your loyal customers. I had my Indigo flight from Hyderabad to Bhubaneswar on 4th August 2015 at 5:15 PM. Taking all the things in consideration I booked a Taxi through Taxiforsure App for the Airport drop. I had booked for 14:30 hrs as usually from the pick up point(ECIL post) to the Airport the maximum time it takes is 1 hour 10 minutes and the maximum time it should take is 1.5hrs i.e. 90 minutes. I booked for 14:30 hrs so that I can reach the airport without any hassle. But I never knew today something else is going to happen. I had booked a taxi for pick up from ECIL at 14:30hrs. We had received the message with cab details and driver details. However the cab driver came late for the pick up. He was late by total 15mins. The driver arrived at the source at 14:45hrs. I was little scared by this time as will I be able to reach to airport in time or not?? I just crossed my fingers and prayed to GOD. After driving few kilometers the driver suddenly changed the gear of the vehicle and drove the vehicle very fast and rashly. I instructed the driver to drive slowly and safely, but he refused to do so. Then finally the driver dashed with car coming in opposite direction due to which the coolant of the car came off and we got struck in the middle of the road. Then the cab driver instead of looking for another cab for me he was busy repairing his car. Then immediately I called to the Taxi for sure customer care and they assured they will arrange another cab in just 15mins. I waited for 30mins searching for the car but all efforts went in vain. I was in a bad condition at that time as how to reach Airport. Then somehow I was able to arrange a cab to drop me to the Airport on my own with double the charges and I agreed as I had no option available at that time. By the time we reached Airport it was too late. I reached Aiport at 16:45 hrs and the gate was closed due to which I missed my flight. I was in tears when the security did not allow me to enter the premises. Due to this I had to bear loss of 4770/- plus new ticket purchased of Rs-------for next day plus the hotel charges for stay in Hyderabad and the travelling charges to and fro from Airport. Please feel my pain of missing a flight and again spending of Rs 8874/-on purchasing new tickets to fly from Hyderabad to Bhubaneshwar because of pathetic services of Taxiforsure Cabs in Hyderabad and till eleventh hour they were just assuring us that the cab is reaching at a point but the cab did not arrive and I missed my flight. We can always assist you with the reference message from taxiforsure along with old/new tickets and snapshot of the cab and the driver. Request you to please look into the matter in detail and arrange compensation of my new ticket cost Rs 8874/- at the earliest. We don't mind taking legal action in this matter as i have read your terms and conditions which says if the taxi is booked before 3 hrs from the scheduled departure time and the flight is missed then it is the duty and responsibility of the taxiforsure cab provider to compensate for the loss incurred to the client. Please understand the pain and agony i have gone through during that time just because of poor service provided by taxi for sure. Looking forward to hear from your side very soon.             On 9th I hv booked a cab for 10th Aug, 8.15 am from taxi for sure and immediate I got a confirmation sms stating your cab is confirmed. On 10th we we're waiting for the cab till 8.35, then we called up them after requesting for the drivers detail they sent us sms.then we called the driver, driver said he is quite far away from location, then we called up taxi for sure to arrange the cab asap because I have to catch my flight on time. After discussion the executive and the driver said they r unable to assist me and to provide me any cab. This is really a irresponsible attitude toward the customer. As u also know it is very difficult to arrange a cab as quicker.Because of their wrong comitment I hv missed my flight. They hv even informed us that they r unable to arrange a cab . They r continiously give us wrong commitment.This flight was very imp to me, my relative is in hospital for surgery, due to their wrong commitment I m unable to reach their and in monitary terms also. Now do taxi for sure will refund the Amount of my tickets or do they buy a flight tickets for me.

              I, Sunayana Datta, (sunayana.[protected]@gmail.com) had booked a TaxiForSure cab on Sunday, 2nd August at 10.00 am from Sector 4, Dwarka to my in-laws place at Sector 4, Vaishali(NCR). After travelling for nearly about a kilometer from the pick -up point, the cab driver, Ashwani Kumar told me that his license to travel to UP has expired, Hence he will take me to airport from where he will change the cab. It looked fishy to me. When I told him I am uncomfortable with the same, he insisted me on changing the cab and if I wouldnot, then he would be subject to a challan of Rs 3000, which I would have to pay. First of all, I had specifically informed TaxiForSure as well as the driver, upon him calling me at 9.15/9.30 am(way before the pick up time) that I would need a drop till Vaishali, Ghaziabad.If the driver was not comfortable taking up this request, why did he take it up and why was I not informed about this development, even after sitting in the cab.It was only after traveling for nearly about a kilometer, did he mention about the same.Upon raising a complaint with TaxiForSure, the call centre authorities said that they would check and get back.(I am yet to hear from them). Being a girl, I felt completely unsafe and mentally harassed during those 15 minutes of travel.Lastly, I had no other option but to be asked to be dropped off in the middle of the road with my luggage(near Dwarka flyover).Not hearing back from TaxiForSure authorities, I had to wait for 45 minutes to get another cab(Meru). The most horrible experience. Not only that, to add to my woes the driver was threatening, when I asked him to stop the cab he had the audacity to ask me "what will you do know, will you raise a complaint" . Thank god it was day time, i wonder what would i have done had it been th nighttime

                  JAGADISH H S -[protected] KA-41-9769 we booked a cab for airport through TAXI FOR SURE for 4.15am. First he called and informed that he will be 15 mins late due to some battery issue in is cab. When we tried to reach him after 15 mins his phone was switched off for the next 20 mins we tried to call him continuously. At he last moment we had o go for another cab service. I had prebooked this cab about 3 days prior, it is very disappoining of the company to not take care about the cabs functioning as well as driver's behaviour. Aleast in cases where person needs to travel urgently or can miss his flight because of negliegience of the driver.

                    Hi, I am using TaxiForSure from last year. They introduce new offers and rate but the billing is wrong every time. We have to fight for wrong billing. I booked taxi last 3 times and bill was totally wrong. they charge for travel time. I agree . But they take wrong travel time. My last journey time was 46 minutes but their system shows 62 minutes and I had to pay extra money for that. After using few times I understood that actually when u book the taxi they give some taxi pick up time even if driver doesn't come in that time but u will be charged from that time only as your journey start time. This is a fraud system. BE AWARE OF IT!!!

                      Hi I took a cab from Akme Encore to Purva Fountain Square (TFS-PP-C[protected] and the total fare came out to be 110. It includes 4km and 26min charge. But total trip time in actual was just for 15-16 mins. Driver also said that, he doesn't know why the app is showing 26 mins but as it is already billed, I have to pay. I didn't have time to argue so I just paid. After researching it, I found that I am not the only one but many people are charged like this and you guys are looting people. This is pure CHEATING. It is not about 15-20 Rs but about the morals. Ujwal

                        This is regarding a trip undertaken by my son Ashwin from Jawahar Lal Nehru Stadium, New Delhi to Airport T3 terminal on Thursday, 18 June, 2015 at 3.30 am from Gate No.1. My son was charged Rs. 549- and the distance shown as more than 29km. Whereas the distance from Jawahar Lal Nehru Stadium to T3 terminal is much less than that. Since my son is a regular traveller, I registered my complaint to TFS when I booked a taxi once again for the same trip 10 days later. The company had in principle agreed that they had overcharged and promised to get back to me. They promised me thrice to get back to me, but till now they have not solved my problem. My son is a 14 year old and travels alone. I relied on Taxi For Sure and I had booked the cab sitting in Mumbai. It was not the first time my son took TFS service. Please check the history. Since I waited for too long for the company to respond, I am now seeking refund of my entire amount.

                          First incident, I booked a cab for 11 PM at night and got a confirmation. Then it 11.15, I get no call from driver, when i call the driver he said his duty is off and disconnected the phone. Ultimate rudeness and non-reliable service !!! Second incident, I booked the cab a day before, and the next morning, the cab driver calls and cancels and then on calling customer care, they assign othyer driver, he also calls and cancels and then the third time they reschedule and the driver was so rude!!! I got delayed for such an important meeting. I believe its not taxi for sure but TAXI NEVER FOR SURE! - Really disappointing and pathetic service

                            Today morning I booked Taxi for Sure Taxi at 9.45 am from my home which is in TataNagar, Bangalore. Taxi for sure app showed me that, driver will reach me in 10 minutes. But i did not get any call after 5-10 minutes also..! so I tried calling the driver of Tata Indica, KA-53-B-3953. But his number was unable to connect. I tried more than 10 times, But no response..! Then I called Taxi For Sure Customer Care at 10:06am. One of the representative promised me that, he will send a cab to pick me within 15 Minutes. As I was getting late for my meeting which was fixed at 10.30 am in Manipal centre, I requested him to send as soon as possible. and He politely said, Sure he will an arrangement. But after 15 mins also, no response..! I called customer care again and I got a answer from another representative saying, within five minutes cab will reach my place..Time was 10:21 at that time..! no response after 10 minutes also..! I lost my patience, and called Customer care again..! The response was unbelievable and unacceptable..! She said, sorry for the inconvenience, all cabs are busy at that time...' I had no option except raising my voice..! Then the call transferred to Senior manager. She said, sorry mistake, we will offer you a free ride, blah blah..’ I was not at all interested in free ride as my client left the meeting spot which was fixed before..! That meeting was fixed for my News Portal ad space selling..! That deal was for really Big amount..! He was our delegated client, and he promised us the major advertisement space filling..! When I failed to reach the spot, he went out of the place..! He was not ready to listen to my friend’s words also, as he waited for me for more than 30 minutes..! By that time I got apology message from Taxi for sure, which was not really necessary for me..! later I took an auto and reached the place by 11.25am. By that time client left the place..! I don’t want to discuss anything here except there worst service..! If they cant provide the taxi in time, why they took time 3 times..? without tracking any vehicle, how can they promise a customer, saying Cab will reach, Cab will reach..! What is the purpose of showing estimated taxi arrival time..? I lost my carrier’s important opportunity just because of Taxi for sure irresponsible service..! My boss is firing me now, and he sent a notice also..! Its affecting my carrier also..! I got another call from taxi for sure saying sorry..! I was not at all interested in their sorry, which is no use..! So I am filing a complaint against Taxi For Sure. I have all proofs and recordings and conversation between me and Taxi for sure. They should learn a lesson..! I can go to any extent..! They should give the compensation for the loss of my carrier..!I literally lost something which was my greatest effort to get the deal..!                               Booking Id : TFS-PP-C25531687. I have booked a cab in Bangalore from Majestic Railway station to kanakapura road on 19/7/2015. No SMS have been received even after the booking time. Several calls to customer care went in vain. Some contact number they have provided Shiva Shankar V KA-50-A-1881 (Tata Indica). But he does not respond properly. Same if I inform the customer care people they made me wait for 30mins and no one have turned up. WHY DONT THEY COMMUNICATE TO THE CUSTOMER ATLEAST THROUGH AS SMS THAT THE DRIVER / CAB IS NOT AVAILABLE??? WHEN THEY SEND SO MANY JUNK SMS REGARDING THEIR ADVERTISEMENTS, DO THEY DONT HAVE THE RESPONSIBILITY TO COMMUNICATE TO THE CUSTOMER??? I have suffered a lot as it was very cold and my children were made to wait in such cold weather for 30minutes and even then no one have arrived. I need an explanation from them. I have complained to them on their website. But, no response. Moreover, my bill was generated to my mail id. If I have not traveled how can a bill be generated???

                                This is to inform you that I booked a taxi from Ghaziabad Railway Station to Pari Chowk, Gr Noida on 26/07/2015. My booking was for 27/07/2015 6.30 am from Ghaziabad Railway Station. As per their rules drivers no is supposed to be delinverd about 30 min before. No sms came then I called and details of one driver Chunni Ll sent. When I contacted Chunni Lal he told me that he may take about 20-25 min to reach since he is having some other passenger of Kavi Nagar Ghaziabad with him and after dropping him only then I come. I told him that it'd be too late and I may miss my college. On which he very casually said that he had already told in company that he cant reach. On hearing this I got stunned and I contacted Taxi for Sure on phone, which then gave me another drivers no and Taxi No at 6.50 am. When I contacted this driver he told me that he is at Indrapuram and will reach in 5 min. Then I told him that Indrapuram is too far and you may take about half an hour or so. However after some time he reached Ghaziabad Rly station, but Vijai Nagar side, which is entirely different from the main exit gate where I was standing in the rowdy crowd for more than 40 mins. I told him to come on main exit side. Finally he reached me at around 7.45 am. It means that just after 1 hr 15 min after scheduled time. By the action of this Taxi for Sure I was too late to reach Gr Noida nad had to miss the college forcibly. In such condition I request for suitable compenation for the inconvenience caused to me with no fault og mine nad proper action against the persons concerned due to which time schedule cant be adhered . An early response is solicited.

                                  In ahmedabad around 7pm a cab driver riding gj27v2916 during crossing met wit a jerky accident with a lady with kid in activa. And started arguing and using wrong frame of sentences. . . He says accident is common and it has to happpen instead of apologising. Do we require such irresponsible drivers in this society? No respect for ladies?

                                    I booked the taxi on 22nd july from sarita vihar to delhi cantt. As per the message the distance was 27 km but it being charged for 67 km.
                                    I have complaint several times on customer care but no response

                                    Infact they charged from my wallet also without my pemission

                                      I would like to make an strong complaint against taxiforsure for my booking id TFS-PP-C26072415 Dated : 23rd July 2015 . I had made this booking for 1800 hrs for pick up from my residence for my old father and grand father as had to travel to Panvel for their doctor appointment .At 1735 I received a call from your team’s executive that there are no taxi available in your areas and to make your arrangements. Its was raining hard and I could find a cab for them as a result they had to miss the doctor appointment . I want to know and understand WHY was the booking accepted in the first place by you if there were no cabs available .When you cudnt find a cab how do you expect me to find a cab for my old father and grandfather . The cancellation policy for taxiforsure if a customer cancels the booking made 1 hour before the cancellation is free and anytime after that will cancellation charges …WHAT NOW ??? I have made 2 calls since morning one at 10 AM and spoke to Sayali at your call center who assured me a clarification on the above with a call back by the afternoon ..i have also left my number [protected] with her for a call back but I didn’t hear anything from you .I made a second call on this complaint at 1630 hrs again at your call center and spoke to Mr Kapish who again assured me a call back within 1-2 minutes from your team I HAVNT RECEIVED ANY CALL FROM YOUR SIDE AFTER I CALLING TWICE AND COMPLAINING . I also have sent them a written complaint in writing on email today Rgds Pankaj Murarka [protected]

                                        Booked a cab in Bangalore TFS-PP-C25952425 and was informed that my cab was upgraded to Sedan from hatch back. While I called the driver, phone was constantly unreachable and switched off. I called the customer care repetitively and they did absolutely nothing even if they promised a revert call. They are simply not bothered about the customer and do not care about other's valuable time. Again I booked a nano using their app and a driver was allocated stating he will reach destination in 6 minutes. Even after 15 minutes, driver was unable to locate ITPL which is the hub for cab pick ups. Their cab drivers do not speak Hindi or English. Its difficult to communicate with them. He reached ITPL is 20 minutes instaed of 6. The booking id is TFS-PP-C25976779. Another surprising fact was this re-booking was on my own, customer care did not bother to give a call and ask me if I boarded their cab or try to re-allocate another cab for me. The driver asked me if I knew the road to Marathalli, arent they supposed to use GPS? After repeatedly asking him to switch on the GPS, he did so and asked me to enter the address. After repeatedly asking him for AC, he did not do so as he said, fuel was less in the vehicle. I had an urgent appointment, still he stopped to fill fuel. He kept on switching the AC on and off and I just gave up arguing on the same. He charged me 338, inspite of taking the long route as hi GPS was acting crazy. Ideally I should have been charged the price of a hatch back as initially I booked for the same, which was much lesser than of the Nano. Isnt that strange? I will never ever book from TFS for sure.
