Couple of instances where No taxi was provided, even after having the confirmation 2 days in advance of the actual booking slot. Taxi Cancelled at the very last minute due to unavailability of Taxi in the near by area. Drivers share their personal numbers for future bookings and By-passing TaxiForSure contact center.
Highly inappropriate language used by Driver and by the Contact center representatives. No Guilt, Empathy or Sympathy while Cancelling the Taxi. Nobody cares about the importance / requirements of the Passengers while booking or cancelling the cabs.
These guys are more interested to pick up corporate orders rather taking individual orders.

    I booked cab one day before from taxi for sure but on end time no cab came, i received booking confirmation in mail. The cab is supposed to arrive at 6.00 a.m. which was booked but did not arrived at all. When I tried to call the provided mobile number the cab driver casually says that he can't come because his cab is not CNG cab and on airport only CNG cabs can go and when i asked him i booked the cab one day before and you are telling me now then he casually said its not my responsibility to inform you.

    I have a question to company now who will take responsibility of my missed flight. It's not the responsibility of company to inform customer regarding their booked cabs. When customer call to the cab driver then the cab driver gave useless excuses.

    What is the use of booking the cab if they cancel it right on time time-

      I booked a cab from Taxi for sure via their web channel (and not the mobile app) with booking ID TFS-PP-C28706267 for the route Noida sector 41 to Kashmere Gate, New Delhi for 22nd August, 2015, Saturday 4.00 am. The cab reached at 4.10 am. Cab had moved just 1 Km and driver said it broke down because there was no fuel in the cab. I was travelling alone and there was no alternative which was available at this hour. The cab driver called up customer care executive to send another cab which, for an hour the customer care said that another cab is reaching in 15 minutes. In the meanwhile, when I called up the customer care, they after long wait says there is no cab which can be made available. You find an alternative yourself. I had to wait alone on the road till 5.30 am to find an alternative.

        Ai hd a compliant regarding a taxi driver of TAXI FOR SURE...while i booked the taxi Ai have already cleared that Ai have 2 carry a cylinder from one place to another ...on that moment he replied that company do not allow these explosive goods to carry but ll manage n I m coming there...but when he spotted in our premises and he used 2 abuse and refuse 2 agree what I cleared at the starting of the booking and charged some money intentionally so it is not fair I think 2 charge if I already discussed ..taxi drivers details. Thanks! Booking TFS-PP-C29365784 confirmed for Aug. 27, 2015, 11:04 a.m.. Driver: BABU BALODIYA- [protected] (Hatchback, MP-09-CL-1328). Fare:Rs.49.00(4km)+Rs12.00/extra km+Rs.1.25/Min..         Taxi for Sure = TAXI NOT FOR SURE. Worst Cab Provider! Never avail their services. They take no care of customers. I booked a cab for 22nd August 4.00 am which arrived at 4.10 am(which is acceptable) and had just moved 1km and the cab breaks down. The reason for break down was the cab reached without petrol/CNG in it. I was stuck alone at this time when public transport was also not there. The customer care took no responsibility of sending another cab. In the meanwhile, same customer care had been saying to driver that another cab is coming in 10 minutes while to me they after 30 minutes said, there is no cab. I had to wait till 5.30 to find an alternative. The services are too bad to think about availing their services again. Booking ID TFS-PP-C28706267

          I booked a taxi on 25 august at 1 am, but the driver did not even to bother to call me and when tried to call him, he did not pick up my phne . His number is [protected] and name is jay narayan ray.Just because of them I missed my important work that day.The worst is that they even cut my balance without any providing service My registerd number is [protected]

            I booked cab 3 hrs before but on end time no cab came i got two driver details but none of them came to pick me then i got this bill, i am surprised, who travelled on trip, why driver taken another booking instead of mine and end time. what is all bad support from taxiforsure then no cab came fro taxi for sure such a bad service I have missed my flight.it was so urgent to go. And then tjeir ltl applol ogies 'sorry mam' whats the use of that. Never go for taxiforsure.such a worst n degraded services. Drivers behave in abusing manner. what is the use of booking the cab if they cancel it and right on time time

              I had booked a cab for 04:30 am and I got an email saying I will be given details of the driver 15 mins before the scheduled time. At 04:20 I receive a call saying, they couldn't find a driver. I almost missed my flight. One realises that the local taxi driver can be more dependable once you set up a time with them.

                I had booked a cab on 22nd Aug 2015 from Delhi to gurgaon at 10:30 PM. At 10:15PM, I received the Driver's call who was mentioning that cab can not come as he was leaving for his home. Cab did not arrive. I did not board the cab then how come the bill is generated against the travel. "Receipt for Booking ID TFS-PP-C28920824". Billed by: DEEPAK 2 DL-01-YE-3497 (Sedan) Amount: 362/- Firstly, you are denying to provide the facility to a female customer at 10:30PM which is very very disappointed. If you can not provide the cab then do mention at the time of booking. After an hour you are saying cab is not coming. and secondly you are giving the receipt as well for the trip which I did not take.. ..What all this going on..Such a pathetic service. I would not recommend anyone to avail the service of taxiforsure.

                  On[protected] book a taxi for sure cab from sector-52 to sector-43 (fare hardly 60-65/-) but after the journey of 11 minutes i got the receipt of rs.265 and total distance showed is 34 km and journey location showed is near derabassi...how is it possible that frm sec-52 to derabassi in just 11 minutes.. Something went wrong pls check ...i shall be very thankful to you...thanks

                      Had booked a Taxi in Chennai on 20th August online. The booking ID is TFS-PP-C28659278 and the driver details are M B Raja Mobile - [protected] and TN-74 AC-5490 is vehicle number as received as booking confirmation in mail as well as in site. The cab is supposed to arrive at 6.15 p.m. which was booked but did not arrived at all. When I tried to call the provided mobile number the cab driver casually says I'm not assigned and contact customer care. Had to book on other taxi at that time and had waited almost an hour for it. What is the kind of service the people are providing as I use to book the cab on a daily basis. This is ridiculous...

                        The issue is of a lost water flask in your car. I travelled on 23rd July TFS-PP-C26019405 in your Taxi and left the flask by mistake in the vehicle. Called up driver- Krishna Murari who assured me he will drop it in my office . I asked him if he has a busy schedule, he can leave it at your office and i will collect it. But he insisted to drop it and when i called him he informed that he has given it to my watchman and i wondered why would he do it as he should have called me. Then following up process with your CS team began and your team kept promising me of call back and issue resolution but havent been able to do so in 20 days. If you check logs i have been following up every day. . issue a response asap and resolve the issue.

                          Taxi for not sure. I had booked taxi from taxi for sure(Thanks! TFS-PP-C28621138 @ 4:45 a.m., Aug. 20, 2015 is confirmed. Driver, fare details 15min prior. T&C apply. Get our app @ www.tfs.my/app Wallet is not applicable on this booking. Service tax extra) and received this msg from them. At early morning as i was getting off from the train at borivali station they called me at 4.22 am that we had cancelled the booking as no cabs are available. This was socking for me as where should i get big taxi at such time outside railway station. I had to wait for atleast half an hour for an omni who got ready to drop me with 1000 rs toll extra. So if taxi for sire takes 100 rs if booking is cancelled by cistomer within half an hour, they must also pay there customers if they cancel the bookings in such wee hours. I am now sure that this company is TAXI NOT AT ALL SURE.

                            This is very disappointing to know that TaXi for Sure, behaved very badly and unprofessiomay on 19th August in the morning from mobile no. [protected] by the name Yash Saraf. After booking the cab, the driver came after 1 hr, when he had told to come after 20 min. After 45 min, the driver calls and says he can't come. My mother had a conversation with your associate Ms Anjali sharma. . I request you to provide us a free ride code as this service is not appreciated and promoted. My brother lost an imp lecture. And you may get bad reviews. Kindly conside. Thanks

                              I normally use Taxi during Weekend and this is the third time I am facing similar kind of issue with TFS, I dont know whether they are using out dated technology which cannot make sense. It is regarding my Booking ID: TFS-PP-C28231184, TFS charged me about 327 Rs for a 12 KM ride which was only for 22 Mins and in non peak hours [Around 3:20 PM], where as per what they advertise as cheapest fare in unfair here... It would have been only 30 % of amount actually than what they charged. Will not use TFS any more as every time my experience is getting worse...

                                Dear Sir, This mail is being sent with a very painful and pathetic experience faced after travelling from Bangalore International Airport to Sarjapur Road, Bellandhur. i had booked taxi for sure with my App ( No.[protected]), @ 2.46, Tue 18 Aug, 2015. and the taxi belongs to Mr LOHITH S, ( KA 05, AB 1682), AND THE TAXI OPERATOR IS DIGITAL CABS. We booked the cab by seeing Rs. 6/km and there was no other information received on this regard, it was Just Rs.530 we traveled onward from the same location to Airport. The Second and Major problem is vehicle condition, The Vehicle is unfit to make travel in the roads, ( Plz make inspection of the vehicle to better understand the clarity of my argument) it was full jerking in the road and we had a horrible travel of so and so Kms., but the driver was damn care about the humbs or gutters, He made us jumb over the humb near KR Puram and we three sat on back had a head hit to the roof, One among us is severly facing pain after the travel. The Third problem made by the Driver is, We received a bill of Rs.978, from Taxi for Sure as well his device shown the same amount. But he was fighting for some other figure of Rs.1115, which he doesn't have any bill or proof, we asked him to produce the bill for balance amount, for that he was using a very bad language to us infront of our home @ 3.45 am even disturbing the neighbours sleep. He didn't repaid the balance amount of Rs, 22/- also. We Booked Taxi for sure just because its being managed by ola, were we had a very good experience as of now. This is the first and Last ride we made on Taxi for Sure and we make sure neither we nor any of our known people travel in Taxi for Sure. Please make sure about the fitness of the vehicle and behaviour of the driver before allowing them to ride for a well reputed company like Taxi for Sure. Regards Rahman

                                  I booked a taxi with id TFS-PP-C28340835 and billed amount Rs 184 by SUKHCHAIN SINGH P PB-01-A-6967. But i am not satisfied because of the following:- a) I noted time, it took me 24 mins but the driver noted 30 mins. May be he doesn't know how to use his equipment but thats his fault. b) Last time it was 12km but this time 13km. Addition 1 km is a real surprise as last time also i booked for the same route. Also, when i notify driver instead of accepting his fault he started arguing. At the end i paid him the complete amount, though i felt cheated with the extra amount and bad customer service.                                     Booked a cab on 12th August for a ride from Jaipur Station to Vaishali Nagar on 16th of August at 10.30 PM in the night. Got a confirmation message immediately. At about 10.10 pm, i got a message from TFS regarding the Driver Details. I called him & it seemed he had no idea about any ride. Not only did he disconnect the call saying that he will call me back, he did not answer my subsequent calls & ultimately switched off his phone. All the details are attached in form of Images. Is this how TFS plans to treat Customers in this highly competitive business world? How uncanny for the driver Mukesh Kumar ( [protected] ) to keep the passengers stranded at odd hours!

                                      We are extremely disappointed with Taxi for sure, we book the cab for 7:15 PM to catch the international flight, even after following from 6:45 PM we got cab at 8:15, worse part is they are confirming cab will reach in 5-10 min after calling 15 times, toooo bad experience, we were near about to loose the flight ...very very bad experience all together...

                                        I would like to bring to your notice the incident happened with me while riding from Dickenson Road to Bengaluru Airport. Booking TFS-PP-C28148519 Date - 14th August, 2015 Time - 6:29 pm Driver - Shiva Kumar. M ([protected]) Car - Tata Indica (KA-02-AD-2292) I have booked my ride as point to point drop as i was not aware that i need to select a separate category for Airport drop. Before the start of trip I informed driver that drop point is airport to which he asked me to get in touch with customer care and modify the trip which i did and got confirmation for the same through SMS. Now what happened when i reached airport and driver stopped the trip the amount to be paid came as Rs. 0.00 and the trip charges was less than expected. Driver asked me to stop and said he need to get in touch with the customer care about this. After that he asked me give Rs. 1000.00 in cash to which i firmly requested him and customer care to get it deducted from my paytm wallet as i was not having cash at that time and was getting too late to board my flight. Driver denied the same strongly and not letting me board my flight, he grabbed my luggage and was almost after my life for the bloody Rs. 1000.00. At last i kept my flight on stake and take out the cash from the nearby ATM. To my surprise after 10 minutes since i paid cash of Rs. 1000.00 to driver; my paytm wallet also got deducted by almost Rs. 1000.00. I am so harassed by the Driver's unethical, inhuman, rude and harsh behavior that i could not take this out of my mind and sleep even after reaching my home.
