I have a complain. As you can see the attached documents as a proof. I have booked a cab and I got a message with the driver's mobile number and other information. I tried calling for 10-15 min and he switched off his mobile number. After 20 min i got this mail with the bill. Why should I pay for this if I have not boarded only. This is really serious issue. whenever I am booking TFS cabs then driver's are doing mobile switch off . Please resolve this.

    I booked taxi on 20st of July 2015 from Shahdara Delhi to Puspanjli Hospital, Gzb for my parents with booking no TFS-PP-C25843828. This is the frequent root of my parents as they had to go thrice a week and charges comes around Rs 210 to 230. This time I already have Rs 200 in my wallet. At the time of charges the driver took Rs 178 from my parents and also my Rs. 200 was deducted. As per the bill provided on mail total charges is Rs 227 from which i had to pay Rs. 27. Seen all above Rs 151 should be credited in my account. For that i raise a mail also on 21st July 2015 but no response.

    TFS replied back with unjustified response. How its possible with no discounts, same type of service and same route, one operator is charging Rs 350 and the other Rs. 225. Its a very bad experience using TFS. I think I should forward their mail to Delhi transport department.

      i have already filed a complaint that driver took Rs116 more by charging base charge of Rs.149 instead of Rs.49, on 15thjuly at 4:52pm with booking id as: TFS-PP-C25293173..
      the driver took cash also Rs97,
      also paytm & tfs credits has been used and took Rs 228???
      so kindly revert me back and return my Rs116 in my PAYTM ACCOUNT or iwill file a forgery case on you company????

      Already 7days gone and your 24working hours also ???
      so why still you didnot revert me back and also i made so many telephone calls as well...

          here I'm complaining about a Taxi driver associated with TaxiForSure taxi booking services.This guy cheated us by forcing us to book a Taxi for him till his way home.Nearly 100 rupees was deducted from our account until he reached his home.This is not a deal with your customers and I request TaxiForSure taxi service to please take a strict action against him.It will be atleast some sort of good thing from your side.

            This company is a total Fraud. They always deduct more money that the actual ride and never refund the extra amount. When complained to their CEO, they provided me a fee rife for July (100% free ride for any distance). When I Took the same yesterday, the coupon was not applied to their app (as told by them); but applied on my phone. After the ride when I called to report the issue, their senior executive, Shukla, shouted at me. He DISAGREED THAT ANY SUCH RIDE IS PROVIDED BY COMPANY TO ME. Despite OF FORWARDING THE MAIL to them again, they said that they can’t see it in their mailbox. THIS IS A CASE OF TOTAL FRAUD AND MENTAL HARASSMENT OF A WOMEN TAKING A CAB ALONE AT NIGHT (I TOOK THE RIDE AT 10.30 PM). Shukla called the driver and told him to shout near my doorstep so that a scene is created and I WAS FORCED TO PAY 500 RS DESPITE A FREE RIDE. The CRN NUMBER FOR THE RIDE IS: TFS-PP-C25826188 AND DRIVER DETAILS ARE AS FOLLOWS: RAVI KUMAR 7 DL-01-RT-4141 HatchbackAC; EXECUTIVE NAME: Sukhla THE DRIVER UNDERSTOOD THAT I am staying in a flat and created a scene their (instructed by their executive on call) and tortured me at night. I feel unsafe now that he might harm me again like this. I request Gurgaon police and women cell to take immediate action on this FRAUD Company as there are many females harassed by them in this manner.             FRAUD COMPANY..AFTER SO MANY ESCALATIONS, THEIR EXECUTIVE WAS RUDE AND SAYING ITS NOT OUR FAULT AND THAT THE EXECUTIVES ARE RIGHT AND I SHOULD COME THROUGH CONSUMER COMPALINTS ONLY AS THEY ARE NOT SCARED AND BLAH BALH..ALL TALK LIKE CHEAP FRAUDS ONLY.

            I DEMAND A COMPENSATION OF THIS MENTAL HARASSMENT AND PLEASE TEACH THIS FRAUD COMAPNY A LESSON AND TO EXECUTIVES LIKE SHUKLA, NISHA MAHESH ETC.

            AS A CITIZEN OF INDIA, I REQUEST YOU HELP ME TEACH THESE CHEAP PEOPLE A LESSON AND PROOVE THEM WRONG THAT YOU CANT DO ANYTHING ABOUT THIS AND I HAVE NO CHOICE.

              My first experience with TFS was really disappointing. i booked a Taxi and even received a confirmation TFS-PP-C25566998 for my pick up from Home to International Airport Departure for 10.00 PM. At 9.45 when we are all set to go, I received a cancellation call from your TFS Helpline, asking me to organise the travel on my own. It really unprofessional and non reliable act from your side. Due to this, I had to make alternate arrangements which really spoiled the departure emotions completely We hardly had time to talk to my brother's kids since it was completely a panic situation for everyone at home. I relied on your confirmation, wich even impacted my credibility within my family. In future, please give advance notice in case you are not able to keep up with your commitments. Thanks Delighten

                Guys, Just a advise, please change your name to "most unprofessional, unethical, not committed and un reliable taxi service". You gave me the worst nightmare with your service which I never would have thought anyone can be so non-professional. I booked your taxi service ref no. C25470158 where drive came on time and then left without even informing us. When we called them to check his whereabouts, he just told he has left and will not be coming back. called your head office and they told we are arranging another taxi for you and it be there within 15 Mts. We kept awaiting there for 45 mts, calling at your head office no, with no response. Finally no taxi came, we left our train, incurred a loss of 4 K in tickets, with no where to go because of your useless service. Please shut your service for the service of mankind now...                   This is really horrible. Recipt says Time fare as 76 min. There was not so much waiting in the traffic. When I boarded the cab and asked him he said he has started. I thought he has started after boarding. But Im sure he would have done that well before. This is something un acceptable. Please check and let me know how the waiting time has crossed more than 1.15 hrs.. I need explanation for this. Trip details: TFS- PP- C25476370, KA-08-6420.

                    Today morning I booked a TaxiFor Sure from Mambalam Railway station to Porur ( Reference TFS-PP-C 25431635 and after some waiting I could locate driver at the Ashok Nagar side of the Railway station. He was driving vey roughly and immediately taken from the Railway station he hit a school Child who was driving a bycylce. Then he was keep on showing his disappointment to me to took the booking from the railway station since it is quite traffic. I could see that he was following a GPS in his mobile at the front of his Car.From there he was taken to the Kathipara junction and I questioned him by asking the shortest souldd by via Vadapazhani or KK nagar but he shouted at me and taken the car again to the KK nagar route. He was keep on shouting at me and asking the route again, I told him that as a passenger I can not guide you through out the route and at least you may follow the GPS or check with someone else. Then immediately he stopped the Car asked me get down at KK Nagar with all the luggage with my old father. Then he again threated us and asked the fair Rs.142. I informd him that I do not have any problem to render the payment if he drop me to the booked location but he refused to take me and finally I forced to pay the money as well. I took a auto and reached my destination. After some times, he called me over phone and shouted with very bad words. His conversation is recorded and is available for reference. I am completely disappointed with your service and behavior of your driver. Your kind explanation and compensation requested before I approach to the govt: authorities & inform the media to avoid similar experience to other passengers.                       I was charged Rs 175 for 2 Kms. I have written to the company two times but no monitoring of mails. Contact US page is just of no use.                             Hello, My Name is Nanda Kumar - [protected] I took ride 'taxiforsure' on July 5th 2015 and the fare amount is 553 rupees. They deducted amount from my wallet and cab driver app show collect money in cash. I had no choice but to pay money in cash to the cab driver though I explained to him that money is deducted from my wallet. He says app his app indicates me to collect money.. Whatever the reason the issue is with app and I'm double charged 533 (wallet) + 553 (cash). Since then I'm filling up with taxi for sure customer care and they are saying it will be done by end of today since 5th of July. The money was never credited as on 13/july/2015. Whenever I call they give standard answer 'we will notify to our concerned department and will contact you'. My money is not credited to my wallet yet.                               Team, I load Rs 1500 amount in my TFS wallet 11th june 2015 at 6 PM(Approx) i got confirmation message for the same and it was showing in my TFS wallet as well. Suddenly next day i was trying to book taxi from TFS i saw the wallet amount was showing nil in my app, i called many time to the taxi for sure every time they reply with stupid answer like sir this is valid only for Ahmedabad another one said this is valid only for Kolkata. However its valid for any location in at least it should shown in my wallet, i many time told the TFS executive that i travels across almost india if this is valid for Ahmedabad or Kolkata i will use those wallet amount at that place. I am submitting the screenshot of the same message though which i got informed that you TFS wallet has been filled with Rs. 1500.                                 I would like to inform you that I have booked one cab through TaxiForSure on 10th July and the pick up time was 10.15 p.m. They have confirmed me the pick up on message as well as mail. They have also se me a message giving the cab detail. I got a call from driver saying that he is at drop location and executive wrongly sent message to him. So I again call taxi for sure phone and told them about their mistake. So he assured me that I will get another message with new cab details. I got details after 10 minutes. I tried to call him 7 times but he was not picking my calls. So I again call taxi for sure and again executive told me that he is dialing driver from another number but he again conveyed me that driver is not picking executive calls too. So executive told me that he will provide me third cab details and I again got another cab details. I again tried to call this driver name Love KUSH but his number was switched off. I again call taxi for sure and shouted on executive that I want to talk to senior. So. After a long hold Mr. Devvrat floor supervisor came and he listen all issue and again put me on hold and after 4 minutes he refused me just by saying, "sorry sir, we don't have cab nearby. We are unable to give to any cab. So finally I hired a private cab after one hour for Rs. 400. Is this the way of providing service. I want to teach them lesson. They are fools and Trying to make customers Big fools. I want to put this matter in consumer court. I have complete recording of same. Please guide.                                   Dear Sir, I would like to inform you that I have booked one cab through TaxiForSure on 6th July and the pick up time was 1.00 p.m. They have confirmed me the pick up on message as well as mail. They have also se me a message giving the cab detail also but till 1pm no taxi came.I called at the no.as was sent by them, the cab driver informed me that he has gone some where else. I called taxi for sure again, now they informed me that they are sending me another cab within 15 mnts. Again no taxi came again I called them after 15 mnts.They said sorry and told me that they are sending another cab in next 15 mnts.Every time they used to send me the text. Again to my agony no cab came. When contacted again they said the will reach any time. Finally a cab arrived at my place at 2.05pm. Now I would like to inform you that we were to reach HOPITAL urgently to provide urgent documents of a patient who was admitted there.The patient was serious.The booking can be checked from the booking confirmation as was sent by TaxiForSure. Please ask them to pay us suitable compensation for the mental harassment and the the excess amount spent to hire a pvt car.                                     Dear sir, on 6th july, 2015, i booked a taxi at 11:21 a. M. , i got the taxi and told the driver to go to the surat textile market. The way the driver was speaking was very misbehaving and disrespectful. He continuous giving badwords and telling about the bad service of the taxi company i. E, taxiforsure.
                                    In the middle of the trip there was not so much of traffic and driver told me to get down. I refused him then he forced me and stopped the trip by giving badwords. .

                                    The full payment was paid from the wallet and i had to take auto rickshaw from there to go to the destination.

                                    Such driver should not to be qualified for such job.

                                    The worst trip experience i had and totally disappointed with the taxi for sure company who are hiring such cheap drivers.

                                        Dear Sir, On 28/6/15 I've booked your taxi at 9.30 pm & got conformation for the same at 10.00 pm at Jabalpur. I'm sorry to say after my continuous follow-up I've not get taxi from you. My booking was for 10 pm but I got conformation SMS with driver details at 10.16 pm. There after when I've contacted driver he refuse me for the service. But even there after I've not received any communication from your end. Due to your such type o[censored]nbelievable service I get disturbances on my plans. How one can believe your service further its questions to me. This for your information.
