This is to notify you that I used your service on 1st July'15 first time in my life and experienced that this was my worst trip I have ever had. Below are the sequence of events and the issues I faced during the booking and arrival of cab : * I booked a cab at 2:13 PM & they assured me through and also SMS that taxi will reach by 2.30 PM. When i called driver at 2.30 pm he said that my car got punctured & it will take more than 30 min to reach there. * Then I called your booking office at 2:32 PM and they felt sorry and confirmed me that they have upgraded my trip at same rates & taxi will reach by 2:45 pm. Again when I called driver at 2.50pm he said he was informed about my booking just now & when I called him again at 3.05 pm he said he will not come. * I called again your booking office for the issue at 3:10 PM and they again felt sorry & third time I got message at 3.11 pm that taxi will reach within 15 mins. * Finally taxi reached at badarpur border toll at 3.45pm instead of badarpur toll faridabad which was approx 2 kms from the place. Then I took auto to reach the place where taxi was waiting because I could not afford any more delay in waiting for the taxi. * I boarded the taxi at 3.50 PM which was hatchback rather than the Sedan which was committed and upgraded by the booking office . I lodge the complaint at[protected] at 4.08 PM and talked to Mr.Ajay, reported to be some senior officer, He also felt sorry and assured me to compensate me for this harassment & waiting on road side at temperature of 42-43 degrees for 90 minutes. It is very much clear from the facts given above harassment i have been given by your company.You can very well understand how a person felt while waiting for the taxi for 90 minutes in this extreme hot temperature at roadside and that too when you are in hurry. What about your slogan /Ad " 15 minutes guaranteed service"? What about your commitment for upgraded my tour at same rates? When i borded from Badarpur border metro why the toll charges levied from me without giving me receipt for the same that too Rs.100/-Please give me detail how 100/- charged to me where as from boarding station to Sector-61 Noida no toll was given by driver. Who will be responsible for wasted my 90 minutes? Also this was week day and I have gone for some official duty and I have to return back to my office as early as possible for that only i planned to hire a cab. i have already lodged complaint through email on 02.07.2015 but till date no response. I have attached snapshots of SMS I have received during booking and cab arrival.

TAXIFORSURE IS THE WORST CAB SERVICE IN DELHI, I REQUEST ALL LADIES PLEASE DONT GO FOR IT. I PERSONALLY HAD A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THEM. THE DRIVER CHARGED MORE THAN THE FARE WHICH I WAS REPORTED BY SMS. WHEN I COMPLAINED TO THEIR ASSISTANCE TEAM THEY GAVE STANDARD REPLY OF 'INVESTIGATING' WITHIN 24 HOURS, I CALLED THEM AGAIN AND AGAIN BUT GOT NO ASSISTANCE TILL DATE. THESE ARE JUST HOPELESS PPL. ALL WE CAN DO IS TO BE AWARE AND STAY AWAY FROM SUCH IRRESPONSIBLE CAB PROVIDERS.

    TFS-PP-C[protected] I booked a cab for Banerahatta National Park(23rd May 2015).I got the Driver details.But the cab didn't arrived and no one called from TFS. I called them and after half an hour they told, there is no cab available. I asked them to return back my wallet money. But they told they will provide best service next time. I booked a cab on TFS-PP-C[protected]th June 2015) through APP and I got the driver details. I called the driver for almost 30 mins. he didn't pick up and there is no call from TFS. Finally I cancelled the booking. I want my money back as i don't want the service anymore. They told they will arrange Call back. But no one called till date.

        i did a nano taxi booking with ref. no. TFS-PP-C23964802 and the driver refused to accept the booking. that being the case, the confirmation should come only after the driver accepts the booking. after the denial i did a tata indica booking with red. no TFS-PP-C23965379 and when i called the driver he refused to accept the booking.

          Date of incident : 2 July 2015 Client Number: Taxi For Sure Number :[protected] Full Description: Today I have booked the Taxi for from my home to Nehru place for 12:30pm.i got 2 sms. first for the driver Raj Kumar ([protected]), who asked me his taxi was in service. OTHER SMS, taxi has booked and driver Name is "Yaspal"and number is "[protected]". I called him around 12:10, he told me he is near to mayor vihar. I have provide him the way to reach at pickup point and told him to reach in next 30 min. I called him at [protected], but he has not picked the call. I had again and again tried him but he has not picked the call. then I tried to call at[protected]Taxi for sure number), but every time phone has busy. I was frustrated to call both driver and Taxi for sure number. they are too much unprofessional they had not picked the call. I was finally move from Metro train and reached 45 minutes late. Both me and my family was frustrated from the Taxi for sure service. they are really worst. I had tried driver's number again and again in next 1 hour, but he has not picked the call. A worst driver of a worst company. Thanks Jasbeer [protected].

            TaxiForSure Booking Confirmation - TFS-PP-C23901782 Hello Sir/Mam, We have booked a taxi for IGI airport and pickup was at 4 a.m from Indirapuram. We received a message from Taxi for Sure regarding the driver details 15 mins prior to pickup time. And after few mins another message came that the taxi has arrived. But no taxi arrived at our home. It was a fake message. Since at the time of booking the complete address was not asked. So how can the driver come without the exact address. Also when we tried to call the driver at 4 a.m he asked us where is the address and even after waiting for 40 mins, the driver did not come to our address. He was faking too. We were almost on the edge of missing our very urgent flight. Somehow we managed to take some other taxi and reached the airport. This behaviour is not acceptable and they should be penalised for their fault and irresponsible attitude. So I want to file a complaint against them and request to take some action so that they don't do it with other customers. I will never recommend this taxi to anyone. Regards Abhishek Dixit Asst.               Hi - I had booked a cab in pune from Katraj to Balewadi on 1st July at 18:43 - TFS - PP-C23877943 and drive name was Anil Shinde ([protected]-MH-11-AL-9294) for which I had got a message as well, upon calling the driver initially he did not respond to my calls and letter informed me that his cab has broken down and so he would not be able to come for pickup. Subsequently I booked another cab on the app and got a message for Sachin Kale ([protected]) who called up and had come over to pick up. In the emanwhile I get another cab drivers call and message that he too has been aligned for the pickup and he is almost an hour awayfrom my pickup point and was not keen on coming as confirmed by the driver (Bharat Wable-[protected]-MH-14-BA6013). I told him that I have got a cab which is nearby my pickup point. He further said that he will switch on the meter and off it else he would be penalized for declining the drive to which I told him that I am ok with it as long as it does not take any amount from my wallet which he confirmed would not impact me. Within the next 15min I get a message for Rs.69/- being deducted from my wallet which the lazy driver charged me for no service at all. Please ensure that I get the amount back in my wallet

                I booked a cab today for 10:30 with my registere number [protected] through call centre. They confirmed my booking and i got the driver details before 15 mins.. Driver is calling me at 10:40 and asking the pickup address when i m explaing him the adress he is saying i hv a different address for pickup, i wont be able to come. I called the call centre they assured me to give the cab in next ten minutes..But i didnt received any driver details after waiting for 15 mins.. Then i again called them and inquired they assured me again . This time i got the driver details i called the driver to explain him the address and he is replying mam i m very far away from ur place it will take half n hour to reach.. I could not wait for half n hour as i was already late for my work, i gave 4 th call to call centre and this time also the assured me to give taxi after 10 mins.. Finally i got the cab at 11:40, 1 hr 10 mins late after i did my first booking.. This is not happening with me for the first time. Daily i m booking taxi for sure and same thing is happening daily. I get my cab after 3-4 bookins. I am getting late to work daily. Why cant these guys first confirm with the driver about his availabilty and then do the booking. I am really disappointed with the service provided by them. I am attaching the screenshots of my booking . Please take immediate action.

                  My booking / complaint ID-: TFS-PP-C23262350.On28th june2015, i took a ride from delhicantt railway station via Tilak nagar metro station to Dwarka Sec5.I estmated KM would have been 15 km if the driver twould have a taken a coorect route.However the driver took a longer route imaking it approx 30 km.I even asked him about dose he know the route, he said yes he knows.Unncesarily he took us though rohini and dhaula jkua just to amke money. I am a reguler customer of Taxi for Sure but this tiome really disheartened.Even placed a complaint on 28th June2015, however no action as of yest has been taken.This is how Your company fools the customers.Charging double the fare.Wastage of money and time. Taxi for Sure really fooled me and charged almost double fare

                    Be aware of this start-up company which is out on a loot!! I had been using their services for over 6 months and encouraged with low pricing went on to use their services until they showed up true colors. Learnt with a hard nose, you shouldn’t leave any amount in the Wallet!! I am stuck, the app has ceased accepting my bookings nor does it work if I make a booking using my account. Obviously my account has been singled out, else what is the reason my other accounts are working. It has been 20 long days when I have been calling them only to told someone would call back. There is no second level that you can go to because that is stonewalled by the support guys (looks they are trained to do that!). Complaints through e-mails go unanswered and persuasive request can though make them to accept a request to call back, if they do, the call is disconnected within 2 rings – only with an intent to place on record that they called. I have money lying in my wallet which the company is not willing to return. There is a stunning silence and a wilful attempt not to respond and I am sure they would have fished in many such gullible customers who are scattered and have no common thread to protest. Complaints sent to them over emails ([protected]@taxiforsure.com & [protected]@taxiforsure.com as well as [protected]@taxiforsure.com) remain unanswered.
                    I booked a cab from my number [protected](rishabh agrawal) at 10.55 pm on 19th Dec that is right now, and as soon I booked I called up the driver. The driver was yuraj kamble mob( [protected]).He tells me that he can't come and that he has cancelled the booking. When I told him you cannot do that, he started abusing me with all maa bhen saying "200 rupaye ka bhaada hota hai tumlog ka aur natak chod te ho " and studffs like that.when I said il complain against you he jus went on abusing me.
                    This is the worst that you give to your customer. I want to register a complaint against that driver, I also want to know what action you take. If not I will post this instance in public media and make sure your company is defamed.
                    I booked a cab from my number [protected](satish mete) on 19th feb. '16. I got a cab no. MH12 KN 5847 of dyaneshwar solanki. Instead of droping us on our destination, he dropped us far away from the decided destination saying, that area does not come under our service area. When we booked the cab they should have said us that this area does not comes under our service bt they didn't. & when we called on customer service number for complaint the person from the other side disconnected the call saying a sorry only. WORST EXPERIENCE WITH TAXI FOR (NOT) SURE
                    Hi All This is to inform you of the worst experience I ever had with Taxi for sure. I had my bookings for 21st february 2016 Morning on Sunday at 3:45 am from Gandhinagar to Ahmedabad Kalupur railway station. My Train departure was 4:55 pm.
                    These people have been offering my concessional cab booking rates via application but I always have preffered phone booking for better communication and surity. I was expecting the Cab Driver to call me by 3:45am but till 3:52 am I didnt get a call and I had to call the Driver DineshBhaiPrajapati [protected] who told me that he has just entered Gandhinagar and will take another 10 minutes to reach. I asked him was he Localite and aware of my place he replied he was new and did not have much Idea where he has to come for Pick up. I could see that he is going to take another 20 minutes to reach my place and called Taxi for sure cc and they told me they are looking into it. Then I called the Driver again and this time he told me he is feeling sleepy and wont be able to come. I called Taxi for sure people again and they told me that they will arrange another cab and it will be at my place in 10 minutes and in 2 minutes I will get a confirmation message. When I did not get any message for few minutes I called Taxi for Sure CC again and they told me that their are no cabs available. I was totally frustrated and I asked my wife to cancel the tickets. But she told me as it was Tatkal booking no refund will be available. I then decided to pick my 2 wheeler and head towards railway station. the biggest problem was my baby is just 2 months old and I did not wanted to expose him to cold weather at night. But I was left with no other option. And even I was not sure I could have reached in time as it takes normally 45- 50 min to reach station and I had only 45 minutes in hand. On the way I found a Ola Cab standing. The Ola cab driver told me he had another booking but I explained him my situation and he agreed to drop me though at high charges Rs 800/ as against normal fare 350 rs. But still I was fine with it. SInce then I had called up Taxi for sure over 20 times to speak to the manager or supervisor but their customer care department is just giving me false promises that the concerned department is going to call me back but still I have not got any response. I have decide to approach consumer forum for mental harassment and compensation.

                    Taxiforsure — Safety of passengers

                    There is no safety of the passenger at all. Ola and uber provide sos call. There is nothing in taxiforsure. Not complying with the government rules.

                    Worst behaviour of driver

                    Driver dropped on middle and he had a bad conversation with my family members. I raise a complaint on TFS customer care. But they didn't took the action on driver and also they give the recless answer.

                      May 24, 2015 I booked for a cab in taxi for sure for (24/5/2015 - 9am). I booked it the previous day (23/5/2015) to avoid non-availability. I got the confirmation message in my phone and through mail. I modified the booking to 9.30am on 24/5/2015. I got a confirmation message for the same. I got a message stating that the driver is waiting in the given address and not to be late whereas I did not get any call or message from the driver as to where he is. He was not found to be near my address too.. I called the driver's no which I got in the message and he did not pick my call even after repeated attempts. I called taxiforsure and they assured I will be provided with another cab in 10mins. No call.. No message.. I called back stating my issue again and again as each time a new person picks the call. After a struggle of 30min I got a confirmation message of another cab driver. I called him to confirm when he said he is not aware of the booking and he is in another service already. I again called taxiforsure for the 7th time where i had to state the whole issue again only to put me in hold for 10min. I again called where they said another cab will come in 10mins. This went on till 11:00 am (My booking was at 9.30) . I called again only to now that my number is blocked and they are ending my call.. After repeated attempts I called taxiforsure from another number stated my issue and asked for a reasonable service the person hung up on me just like that. I realized this will not work and i got a different cab at 11.30am (2 hours wasted, imagine if I had to catch a flight) ! Well, the highlight is after this I get a bill at 12:00 noon for their service which is been sent to my phone and mailed asking me to pay as soon as possible. I did not pay as i dint get any service but they keep sending me messages about offers and their review which is irritating now after their poor service.

                        Dear Sir/Ma'am, I have booked a cab through booking ID TFS-PP-C23167712 from niwaru road to gaurav tower, malviya nagar for 12:00noon on dated 25.06.2015 but after many followup with driver he reached at 12.25pm and after reaching used abusing language with me and left the palace without receiving us which is really shamefull to a company like you. I am very much disappointed with taxi for sure services and revert me with your course of action as i have incurred financial as well as mentally loss. Regards Shweta Garg

                          I booked the taxi from taxiforsure on 7th May 2015 from Ghaziabad to New Delhi Railway station. I confirmed the distance and approximate charges for the journey. But when the driver came he said he is not aware of the route and asked me to navigate him. I too didn't know the route and he took the freedom to take his own path. He got he GPS but didn't used it. When we reached station I paid him as per the charges shown in the device but he claimed that the charges are wrong and asked for more money. As I have to rush to catch the train I didn't argued much but called customer to lodge the complain. The customer care took the complain but didn't logged it into the system. Again when I booked another taxi from the same company I faced the same problem. The service from this company is not worth and safe for women commuters specially in delhi.

                            Transaction Ref. Id.- TFS-PP-C22533628 I had a booking for a cab to reach railway station date 6/19/2015 at 5AM. I did the booking day before i.e. 6/18/2015. On my pickup date I got the confirmation message with driver name and mob. number about 30 mins before by booked time. When I tried calling the driver, he wasn't picking up the phone. Simultaneously I have tried calling their customer care and explain the same. I got the response that they are going to book a diff. cab with diff. driver. I again got the confirmation message but ironically same driver name and detail. Meanwhile driver picked my call after so many attempts but he had refused to come. I had requested the customer care so many times and each time they said that please wait we are going to call you back but they never call me back. By doing all this I already missed my train. PLEASE DON'T EVER BOOK THE CAB FROM THIS COMPANY ELSE YOU MAY MISS YOUR TRAIN / FLIGHT.

                              Hi Taxi For Sure, This is Anoop Kumar Asthana and i booked a cab today(24/06/2015) from Taxi for sure app at 5:30 am from Jangpura (Delhi) to Noida sector -20 and the message which i got from taxi for sure after completion of my journey is Kindly pay Rs 199/- the distance 12 km trip time 22mins and inter state charge 100 which means i have to pay Rs 299/- and driver charged me Rs 370/- and he was saying there is some server problem in Taxi for sure and we covered 17km which and he charge extra 5km*Rs14 i.e 71 Rs extra he charge. So kindly let me know what i do in this case because this is something like cheat which i dont expect from Taxi For sure which is one of the big brand in cab industry, i use to book ola cab but due to non availability i book a Taxi for sure and i got such a response even driver was also rude at the time of conversation and one this more its not the matter of money its a matter of brand image which i got from taxi for sure.Driver details are given below: Rakesh Chand Mob- [protected] Booking Num-C23072799

                                Hello Sir, On Sat 20th June 2015, I made a booking on TaxiForSure for pickup from Battarahalli and drop at C V Raman nagar at 6 PM. I received message that driver would be late around 5.45 PM. Soon after that, I received a second message with the driver details. Even after 6 PM, the driver had not called and I received another message saying that my trip has finished and Rs.108 has been withdrawn from my online Wallet account! I tried calling the driver numerous times. Either the phone would keep ringing and he wouldn't pickup the call or he'd disconnect it. I had so much trouble travelling that day due to this incident given than I couldn't find another taxi at said time. I had called Taxiforsure customer support and raised this same complaint. The support person told me he'd raise a case and my money would be refunded. However, till now, I haven't received any communication (email or sms) in this regard. This kind of service is eroding the customers' trust. Given the treatment I was given, I would think twice about booking a cab through Taxiforsure in the future because this is not the first time it has happened to me. Please take some stern action against the erring driver and the cab company.                                   I booked a cab for pickup on 18th June 2015 for 3.30 AM from Dwarka sector 22 to Terminal 1 Airport, New Delhi as I had to catch a flight at 5.10 AM to Hyderabad ( details of which was sent at [protected]@taxiforsure.com.) Booking reference - TFS-PP-C22256921, Driver name - Kuldeep Kumar, [protected], DL-01-RX-7162. After the calling the driver (at 3.10 AM), he confirmed that he will arrive at the pickup point on time ( 3.30 AM). After that he did not pick up the call even after trying for 10-12 times. I called TFS, where they provided me another car - OM Prakash Dubey, [protected], DL-01-YC-0490, he said that he wont be able to reach on time as he was far from the pick up point. Again i called TFS where they assigned another driver Akash Yadav, [protected], UP-14-ET-4996, who reached at 4.25 AM, approximately one hour late from the original pickup time.I was able to reach Airport at 4.45 AM which resulted in me missing the flight when i reached the departure gates for the flight..I lodged a complaint in TFS at 6-6.30 AM on same day. To ensure i reach Hyderabad I had to reaccomodate my ticket and book a flight at 7 AM same day. When i lodged the complain, someone from TFS contacted me on 19th June 2015 and asked for the details for the payment made On Saturday 20th June 2015 around 2-2.30 PM i received the call saying that I am not eligible for the refund as i did not book the pickup 3 hours before the check in time of the flight. He said that it was clearly mentioned in the terms and condition in the TFS App. I found this condition really absurd. But after going through the terms and condition regarding reimbursement I realized that the person from TFS told me half baked truth about the terms and condition or he himself was not totally aware of the terms.

                                    I did not take this trip. When I called the driver, he told me that he wont be coming. This is the worst service your company provides. Firstly, the driver refuses to come to the pickup place. Secondly, you charge my wallet even when I did not take the taxi. This can be verified by the Navigation system you have installed at your drivers car. Do you think fare from Hotel 233 Park Street to Haltu will be Rs.62? Kindly refund the amount to my wallet and you should fire the driver. I have used your competitor UBER many times but they are not cheating people like your company. This is stealing from people.

                                      The undersigned booked Taxi from TaxiForSure on 20th June 2015 for travel on 21st June 2015 at 6.30 am from Shahpura, Bhopal to Airport, Bhopal. The taxi driver did not turn up at all. An SMS received at 9.02 am by which time the undersigned left for airport by other vehicle. In the process, I missed the flight scheduled for 8.15 am.                                         Respected Authorities, I am using the services with the mobile number [protected], and had refer at least 10 friends for taxi for sure but I feel very disappointed that 2 of my friends([protected] and [protected]) will not get the referral benefits and after complaint to your jaipur office several time they are not responding. I had registered the complaint to Mr. Anmool, Mr. Anil and Their team leader Seema but they are not supporting and now even they will pick phone which my mobile number and had told me to register a complaint on web site.                                         Hi,

                                        Still After 2 times conformations, there is no resolution and even no body is following the complaint and there is not Complaint Number which was given to Me as a proof of Complaint.
