yestereday I was book a taxi at 7.30 but I was wating 45 mints but allways they are saying with 10 mints tax is coming and they give me driver details and number he is not respond me i was call dirct to driver but he is saying i have no information please muje call mat kijiye i am log out agin i am booking taxiforsure they give me driver nameagin he is not respond me and i was calling diffrent person but he is saying i am log out please dont call me is really very bed impresion of taxiforsure at last one hour i am book OLA then with in 5 mints i got the taxi i dont know how to opration is runing taxiforsure ... please beaware of taxiforsure like KABHI AA BHI SAKTI OR NAHI BHI one driver Nemi chand [protected] second driver name [protected] My number [protected] jodhpur

    I booked the taxi i was told that your cab will be available 11.30..but i han't got the cab till 12.29..i frustation i have cancelled the booking. My urgent work was missed due to this.. I am very upset about your service. Your CC executive gives very wrong upadates.

        Driver: SANJEEVAN JADHAV- [protected] Being 5 km away from the requested start point, this driver calls me and threatens me to cancel my booking. When I refused to do so, he initiated the trip on his own from where he was and stopped after 11 kms. I lost all my money from my linked paytm wallet in this false ride. I have been cheated and looted.

          I booked a tfs cab on 21st june 2015 at 9:37 am from arekere gate to bangalore airport. TFS-AT-C22724190. But after reaching bangalore airport, i got a message that my total bill is Rs. 821 but cab driver argued that i should have been more, so he called tfs customer care and talked. After this i don't know what extra charges you guys have added and made total bill of Rs. 1036. I am reletively new to bangalore so I do not know how much the bill should be etc. But without any message I had to pay Rs. 1036 instead of Rs. 821 though I got a message for latter one. Not a good experience with TFS. Regards, Saransh

            Hi this is Latha Sankar, I've been using TFS service for past few months now on a regular basis for my husband dialysis purpose, this morning Trip#111 TFS-PP-C22480284 Cab driver :- Selva Murugan S Taxi no :- TN-18-L-1432 Driver no :- [protected] Mr.selva murugan the cab driver called us around 5:30am and says that he couldn't come because he's busy. We have to leave from home at 6am to hospital. When we explain the cab driver that it's important and we have to go to hospital, he asks us to call TFS and he couldn't come. I seriously don't understand what's the purpose of booking earlier for us to avoid last minute confusions . And we have no choice left to call TFS and ask them to provide an alternate cab, on a repeated calls, asusual they take their own time not understanding that it's emergency !! Is this the way we get treated for being a loyal customer for TFS ? Ps:- I wouldn't have complained if I use your service for random travel, just because it's for my husband hospital visits and I'm disappointed with the way we were treated.

              I had booked a taxi on 17th june for 18th june 8 a.m. from, M.G. Road to Metro hospital, I had to take my father for treatment with the appointment time of 8.45 a.m for which I had booked a cab. The booking number for the same was TFS-PP-C[protected], First Ronak R. Dave ([protected]) was appointed for the service, he did not attend the commitment done by your company. I Called the booking no.[protected] for the service they sent me the detail of Hasmukh R. Dabhi ([protected]) he did not come, because he was in gorwa about 9-10 km from my place. Later i received call from [protected] for the service but he gave an excuse that he was near gorwa. I Left my home by 8.30 p.m. taking rickshaw because i had to reach hospital before 8.45 a.m & on the way i received an sms with Kirit B. Mistry([protected]) reaching @ my home for the pick up but i had to leave for hospital. I had heard lot about your good service but now as i experienced the worst service, i will never take your service nor will i suggest any one for the same. Give me your reply for the action taken by you against the bad service

                    the driver has my valuables with him as i left it in his cab and the very next day i called him and then he said that he will return it to me but after that he is not responding is this the sort of services we are paying for. The companies claim to give better services but lack in these fields please catch the driver and help me get my things back thats all i want.                       I booked a cab for today and I didn't got a single cab by the time I have asked for the cab, I was delivered three messages within 15 min interval with different driver name and and all were saying that we are coming by 20 min coming by 30 min..and I actually got late by 1 hour for my train...bad managing sense...no administration...bad service

                        I had a taxi arranged for me to take me and my wife to Mumbai International Airport at 11 pm on 14th June 2015. At 1130pm, they contacted me to inform they were unable to pick me up. This made me almost miss the flight. I had to literally run to find an auto, to find another taxi, just so I could make it to the airport in time. TFS have apologised, but this is simply unacceptable. it is not good enough to say 'sorry'. I would have missed a flight worth 1 lakh because of TFS's carelessness.

                          I have booked the cab on 17Jun15 around 6 PM to pick up 8:30 PM fron RMZ eco space area and got booking conformation, after one hours got a call and telling not possible to provide the cab against to booing made and telling that no cabs are available. That to in such a late time & emergency situation is this the way of providing the service? How the people can believe & book your service? This is very very Worst, pathetic, unbelievable, nonsense and dangerous services and am sajusting people to not to believe this blady cab service and don't book ever.

                            Booking No: TFS-PP-C22083216. I booked a cab (Eeco) for today morning 5 a.m. from Pune Railway Station (yesterday only via Mobile App) and confirmed even calling customer care. The luggage confirmation I received from them was of 4 -5 baggage as Eeco is known for a good space. Now, the program started in early morning when I received SMS saying 'Driver might be late and we are arranging another Taxi' . It was fine, then I received second SMS for driver details and he again didn't pick the call. It was 5:10 a.m., I was with my parents and it started raining. I called Customer Care and they said Eeco is not avail;able. I was shocked to hear that. When I scolded them, they said that they are arranging an Eco again and will reach in 2 3- minutes. I received 3rd SMS for Driver Details. I called and he said to wait 15 minutes. we were half wet till that time. At 5:40 I got a call that Cab can't come inside and you have to come out of station premise due to some issue. I carried 5 baggage with me and my father till out gate and finally we got the cab at 5:45. Issue No 1: What about our waiting time of 45 minutes and inconvenience we faced? What about my parents (senior citizen) inconvenience? He (Driver: Ajay - [protected]) drove 16 km and dropped my parents and I was on another vehicle. He came 10 minutes early and demanded Rs. 355 for the same journey but it should have been Rs. 205 actually. I understand Taxes and all but that would have been Rs. 30 - 40 more. When my Father asked, he replied that Rs. 100 extra for your luggage (5 bags) which I already confirmed from them before booking it. Are you charging Rs. 100 for extra luggage. Again My father didn't want to fight and had to give Rs. 350 to him :( He asked for the Bill but the driver refused for the same. I haven't received any Bill on My Mobile and email. Issue NO: 2: What about extra Luggage charges of Rs.100 when I confirmed that 4 -5 bags are allowed? Are you charging Rs. 50 or Rs. 100 for extra Luggage? Issue No. 3: What about the Bill? Where is my Bill please?

                              Booked a taxi, 2 days in advance, for pickup at 8.00 pm on 13/06/2015 from Akash Institute, Jayanagar 4th Block. Driver details was sent by them but driver did not receive call. My sister and niece were stranded in the night in Jayanagar. They some how managed to reach home by 10:30pm. They had a slogan 'If we say we will be there, we will be there'. No more. I came to know from my relative ( frequent user of cabs) that they do not turn up 50% of time after accepting and confirming the booking. I would advise people to be careful or else they will miss flight/train.

                                Hello, I'm Saloni Dave and yesterday evening I had this Verito Taxi For Sure Driver almost killing me in, the cab no. KA 03 B 1345. This Driver was on phone and on d heavy traffic road he drove on my feet banging my two wheeler from behind near Trinity Circle (Bangalore). I would request you to please take some action against the Taxi For Sure driver and they should be well briefed on how they should talk to a lady when its their fault completely, as the driver was talking on phone and when confronted he used appropriate language which is highly not acceptable. By god's grace i didn't had much injury only bruise and right ankle sprain am suffering through with one week bed rest. I am sure no one can compensate me on this and my job for one week. But i am really hoping and writing through this forum to spread awareness and the act was not acceptable by the driver. I would request you to please take this issue in consideration and the cab driver at-least should be taught a lesson out of this scenario. Taxi For Sure being one of the leading Cab services are been requested to look through this matter. Thanks & Regards, Saloni Dave

                                  today i received driver details of 3 drivers for my one trip.. and finally after speaking with all 3, no one showed up..as none of them were in the mood to pick me up.. i spoke to one satya narayan sharma he was 25 min. prior to my pick up time and cancelled the booking because weather was very hot and he could not wait till 4.00. which was my pick up time.. i spoke to customer care and they assigned another driver Mr. deshraj bairwa.. who too did'nt come because the pick up location was very far and he asked me to cancel the trip.. this was my today's story. 2 days back also i booked a taxi for 4:00 clock i received driver details at 4:30... when spoke to customer care at 3:45, i was told that due to technical problems i am not been able to receive message.and driver will be there on time... but that day also nobody came.i wanted to write this to taxi for sure but could'nt find any link for complains.. so landed up here.. hope some action will be taken.

                                    I booked a taxi from Taxi for Sure, referce confirmation no - TFS-AT-C20010841. Booked the taxi on 2nd June for requirement on 3rd June. The pickup was from my residence to Airport at 4:30 a.m, While the confirmation mail and sms reached promptly, but no Taxi came! It was sheer nuisance to follow up with the call centre in the wee hours. More difficult was to get an alternative at such short notice. I, along with my family were close to missing the flight. No one bothered to inform that there is a problem with the cab availability and after repeatedly calling call centre I finally managing to speak someone at 3:45 a.m. He promised to revert with status and taxi details, but was only followed by a 'Regret SMS', that the taxi driver was unreachable. It is highly unprofessional of TFS to operate in such chaos. Had I missed my flight that day, I would have a suffered a substantial loss of Rs. 30 k. Thank god for the local neighborhood taxis, without which one can be completely left stranded at the hands of operators such as TFS. To top it all, they send an apology message with a discount of Rs. 100 for my next trip!! How utterly callous and un-customer friendly can one get! Most unreliable... and highly avoidable service

AFTER 1 HOUR ALSO HE DIDN'T CAME TO PICK ME AND NEVER PICK MY CALL ALSO, WHENEVER SOMETIME HE PICK ALSO HE ALWAYS TELL TRAFFIC JAM, AND AFTER SOMETIME HE BLOCKED MY NUMBER ALSO IN HIS PHONE, AFTER ONE HOUR I SAW THAT SHOWING TRANSACTION DONE, DIVER SPECK VERY BADLY AND USE ABUSIVE WORDS ALSO. REALLY VERY MUCH BAD EXPERIENCE, TAXI FOR SURE PLZ CLOSE YOUR COMPANY,

                                        I booked two cabs for same destination and same pickup point . one from Taxiforsure and another from Merugenie . While Meru charged 275 rupees Taxifor sure has charged me 567 rupees.Taxifor sure has charged me 7 KM more and also charged me for the Duration of the travel . They have never disclosed the travel duration charges any where when booking the cab . When asked about this they say its there company Policy.
