I booked taxi from taxi for sure from iit kanpur to panki railway station. And the distance bitween is 10 km but is showed 26 km in that taxi's meter. Than i called tfs customer care they told to call me back within 24 hours but i got no call than i again called but same thing happened .       I HAVE BOOKED A TAXI FROM "TAXI FOR SURE" ON 07.06.15 AND TRY TO RECHARGE MY WALLET. THROUGH THE APPLICATION, I PAID Rs 350 VIA INTERNET BANKING AND MY ACCOUNT IS DEBITED WITH THE CONFIRMATION NUMBER[protected] AXIS BANK. MY WALLET REMAINED WITH ZERO BALANCE. I THEN CALLED THE CALL CENTRE AND THEY TOLD ME TO RECHARGE VIA PAYTM. I RECHARGED AGAIN WITH Rs 400 AND STILL CANT LINK MY ACCOUNT BUT CANT REFILL MY ACCOUNT. AGAIN CALLED THE CALL CENTER AND THEY TELL ME THAT I CANT RECHARGE VIA PAYTM. I WANT MY MONEY BACK Rs 750. I WILL ALSO RAISE IT TO CONSUMER COURT FOR FRAUD AND CHEATING PEOPLE.         My Booking id: TFS-PP-C20987005. Actually I booked this at 7:50PM for 10:45 PM travel. I got one driver details at 10:09PM. I tried to contact that person mobile number, It was switched off. Then I called customer care, he said I will arrange an another driver. I got next driver details at 10:39PM. I was trying to contact the driver, he was not picking my call. Then I called Customer care he said driver is 500 meter away from you within 5 minutes he will be there. I waited more than 15 minutes, he did not come. Again I called customer care, he said I will arrange an another driver. I got next driver details at 11:19PM. I called that driver he told I am waiting for another person within 15 mins i will come. Till 11:30PM no one came. Then I went in another cab (Local cab). I spend 300 rupees for that travel. The bus driver shouted me for the late. I want waiting charge, extra payment and mobile charge. If I did not get, I will file a case in consumer court.

        I recharge my wallet of rs.400 dated 11th april2015 On 1.16 am.but amount not credited my wallet.customer care ex.refused.they said amount will be crideted after one week.this is a fraud company

          I have booked Taxi in dtd.07.06.15 for to and fro. Executive of TaxiForSure said Tata Indica is booked but come ECO i will travel due the same vehicle due to emergency but i complaint several time I want another Taxi on returning time but they sent same vehicle. This is so much disgusting. Time Management is very poor. in emergency they are not reliable. Driver management is very poor.

          on dtd. 30.05.15 Taxi of TaxiForSure 1hour late from pick up time.

            I am a regular user of TAXI FOR SURE cab service. On 21st May 2015 I boarded the cab. The distance between my residence & Deen Dayal Hospital is 10KM. Distance is 10 KM becz I carry one of my patient in family every month to the same hospital by booking taxi for sure cab. But on 21st May I was charged for 20 KM for the 10KM distance. Normally every time fare would come around Rs. /-140 or Rs. 150/- . But on 21st May 2015 It came for Rs. 372/-. I complaint at the customer care but of no use I request the court to do something so that for the cab service organization it becomes an example not to overcharged the customer & If overcharged the company should refund the customer immediately with a fear of court in mind. Thanks Avinesh Kumar B.Com(H), CA(Final) M-[protected] Note: 1. I was mentally disturbed because everytime i need to explained to the new executive the entire incident. Then like everytime I was assured that i will receive a call within 24 hours but never received. 2. Want compensation for Rs. 10, 000/= loss in my business because of mental disturbance caused by taxi for sure.

                  I usually travel to and fro between my home and office using taxi for sure. it is below 4 km journey between pickup and drop point. Everyday charge comes between 60 to 65. But recently for some trips the charge is coming 76+. I dont understand this as neither my house moved away nor my office is shifted from its place. I have complained several times to taxi for sure customer support, but they never responded except one time. And the one time they contacted me they asked my trip details and said will get back to me after checking with their supervisor. And never heard back from them until now. This is not about the money but how their service is.

                    I booked a taxi to go to airport with Taxi for sure early morning flight 5:15 placedvrequest for pick up at 4:00am reference no. Is TFS-AT-C20712491 on 8th June 2015 inChennai taxi for sure provided driver details 30 minutes prior to departure I kept calling driver to know whether he would come and where he is and how much time he would take to reach DRIVER DID NOT PICK UP my calls and I had to rush on my own in the wee hours my wife had to drop me on road and I had to take auto to reach and resulting in missing my flight causing financial loss and mental agony DRIVER DID NOT RESPOND TO CALLS LOSS 6500 MISSED FLIGHT MENTAL AGONY

                      i always come from my school with my friends using taxiforsure. it is aprrox 11km journey between pickup and drop point. Everyday charge comes is 115 rs but today(7jun2015) its rs 215. i dont understand neither my house moved away nor my school shifted from its place them how come it be 100rs more on fare. i am going from last 6 days the fare was rs 115 but today 215rs. And also the cab driver came with his brother and we were forced to manage with him. We are all female and tried managing with a guy whom we dont know. Because our school is out of city we were left with only this option. i booked it for 2pm and it came at 2:30pm but bill shows 2:00pm. its something fishy with this cab and i wanna claim my 100rs back so i need your help.

                      i want refund back, this was my free ride and took just double of bill. the cab metre was already running before i sat in cab. this can be resolved by refund only. i am very serious about this issue, it was insecure and unsafe experience with taxiforsure. i wish you resolve it soon, atleast before i head to consumer court firing compliant against driver.

                        Dear sir, I am travelled in taxi for sure from IIT Delhi to kutumb minar through your taxi. At the end of journey you taxi driver asked for Rs. 366 to give cash him for taxi travelled. He show that the actual TOTAL money 466 about which 100Rs is cut from my app wallet and he said that now I gave him 366Rs by cash. I also gave him 366 Rs by cash. When I find that the actual travelled cost is about 95 Rs from start of journey to end of the journey place. I also enclosed the screenshot of massage received from taxi for sure of Rs 466 . Please take necessary action for this otherwise I will have to necessasry legal action Taxi For Sure . Thank you...

                            I booked TFS for railway drop my booking confirmation number is TFS-PP-C20609166 The driver suppose to come to pick up was Hardik Dave, Yash Travel, Surat Gujarat. He did not come and did not receive phone also and ultimately I missed the train. My wallet has been deducted the fare also with out using taxi service.

                              Hi, On 31 May 2015, i have booked a cab for 6.30pm ride ( TFS-PP-C[protected]. On 4.38 pm i recevied a confimation message that cab will be on time. But on 6.00pm i received a call for my address landmark i explained him every clearly. Driver said he is in my near location will be there in 15min-20min. After that i wont find any response from your side. I was calling from him he says on the way. All apart from this I recevied cab at 7.00pm.. For my 8.00pm train... Bcoz of your hell service i "MISSED MY TRAIN"(Look at the attachment for proof)... Who the hell will pay for it... If you people are on timing as per your condition we will be charged Rs.10 after 5min of waiting.. WHAT DO YOU THINK O[censored]S... OVERCHARGING: I was charged Rs. 260, In rush i paid him... When am checking it today it was only Rs.199... I have attached proofs for your reference. BCOZ OF YOUR SERVICE AM OVERCHARGED, MISSED MY TRAIN... Hope so this is my last travel in TFS.. I won't pefer and refer any one to use TFS...

                                Hello, I had booked a cab on 27-May-2015 using the Taxi for Sure (TFS) on-line facility. Details of the booking and confirmation are given below. Pickup details : 28-May-2015 at 5:00AM from my residence at No. 88, 2nd Flr, 8th Mn, 3rd Blk, Jayanagar, Bengaluru Drop point : City railway station, Bengaluru On-line booking date : 27-May-2015 Booking Confirmation : SMS received on 27-May-2015 10:43AM Booking Reference : TFS-PP-C19048856 at 5:00AM on 28-May-2015 Driver & Cab details : SMS received on 28-May-2015 04:31AM Driver name : Mr Gangautharaiah Driver mobile no. : [protected] Cab details : Sedan AC KA-03-AB-2479 After the cab and driver details were received by me, I called the driver’s cell phone number at 04:43AM on 28-May-2015, to confirm and ensure his arrival on time. The driver informed me that he would not be coming and that another cab had been arranged. And this just 10 minutes after receiving confirmed details of the cab. No message regarding the change of driver or cab was received by me. I immediately called up the TFS customer care no.[protected] at 04:44AM. The TFS representative informed me that he would immediately send me the update message. I was expecting an update of the new cab number and driver contact details. Instead the update SMS received at 04:45AM on 28-May-2015 stated that the cab may be late. The message did not mention how late or details of any other cab. I got worried when I saw that the message contained an option to cancel the booking. Upset by the casual tone of the message, I again immediately called up the TFS customer care at 04:46AM. I was shocked and dismayed when I was informed that no cab would be arranged. This last minute failure to provide a cab really put me and my mother under terrible stress. I am a kidney transplant patient and my mother is 80+ years old. I had only a few minutes to arrange for another transport at 5:00AM! This callous and irresponsible attitude and deplorable quality of service towards the customer is just not acceptable. I am not even going into the facts about the difficulty, tension and stress my mother and I experienced trying to reach the city railway station on time. The TFS service provider: - failed to provide a cab despite a confirmed booking - cab was not available minutes after confirming the cab number and driver contact details - failed to update me till the last minute and that too, only after I called up the customer care - failed to verify and ensure from his end regarding availability of cab and driver before informing the customer - has a callous and irresponsible attitude and approach - deserves to be reprimanded or penalized for failure in promised ‘Quality of Service’ by the Consumer forum and / or Licensing Authority Vinay Halli email: [protected]@gmail.com cell: [protected]
                                Booked a taxi, yesterday at night10:30pm, for pickup at 10.30 pm on 21/06/2015 from kasba haltu Kolkata My booking number was C22828801 & they confirmed by booking Driver Name-MUNNA PRASAD NO.[protected](Sedan, WB-04-G-2603). Driver details was sent by them but driver told me that he off his phone so that’s y he didn’t get any info, and he said he is in so far so its not possible to come, but as per the tracker if he want to come he can come in 10mins . My family was there at night .We somehow managed to reach the main road and then we hire a cab. They had a slogan 'If we say we will be there, we will be there'. No more. I just want to know one thing that if you people not able to provide proper service than why u people say that its 24x7 service available. They had a slogan 'If we say we will be there, we will be there'. No more. I would advise people to be careful or else they will miss flight/train.

                                This is with ref.to booking of cab from Rohini Sector-13 to Ajmeri Gate New Delhi Rly Station vide Booking Ref# TFS-PP-C23362993 scheduled at 27.06.15 at 5.15 am at Rohini Sect-13, Delhi-110085.


                                I had a complaint here that in spite of confirmed booking with Cab no., Driver name & mobile# recd.at your end, you had cancelled the cab without any prior info to us before scheduled time & we came to know when I had called you at 5.20 am on 27.06.15 i.e.after cab schedule arrival time for pickup at Rohini, Sector-13.


                                Due to this service failure & improper communication at your end, It was very difficult for me to find another cab & it creates so many hurdles & mantle pressure to find another cab.


                                However I kept myself cool & calm myself at that time to handle such situation which is arises due to service provider fault, I had tried to hire for another cab to reach station enabling us to catch the Train & due to last minute rush am able to catch another cab but costing was Rs.650.00 for the same.


                                Now I would like to have money back at your end which I had spent from my pocket b'coz of poor communication & service failure at your end and also for sure to not to forget the mantle harassment to handle such critical situation arises at your end.


                                Pls.advice that by when I can have the money back from you which I had spent at my end.

                                3rd time ditched by taxi for sure

                                Taxi for sure in Bangalore has ditched 3rd time to us when it was required most. One time it was for flight. Today it was for yashwantpur station. They don't even respond.

I stood at the signal till it could be green to go. But before that he just came and hit my vehicle. Very fortunate enough that i let myself stopped the bike, else i would have been dead by now.. Cause the other way it were the running cars that were passing by, Having asked him, he refused to compensate the loss that I had to bear. Please note down the Car number- DL1RT 0438.                                     Last night (03/06/2015) i booked a taxi from mobile app in udaipur. the driver told he is far and i should cancel the booking and do new booking. i did a new booking, the 2nd driver told he is coming but after some time he switched off the phone. i did a third booking and even the third driver could not reach us. i had to wait on road at 10.00 p.m just because i trusted taxi for sure. finally i had to book meru cab which reached us within 5 min i am completely disappointed with taxi for sure service neither am i going to book it ever again, nor am i going to refer it to anyone in future. in the app there is no contact us option. nor the udaipur no. is functional

                                      I had booked a taxiforsure to commute at 8pm today from BTM 1st stage to Majestic KSRTC BUS STAND FOR A TRAVEL TO KUNDAPUR. When we called them at 8 pm to the driver assigned, we got to know that, he had already cancelled the booking, we were not at all informed. At least u could have arranged for the OLA AUTO OR SOME OTHER ALTERNATIVE, WE WAITED FOR 10 MIN AND WERE REGULARLY CALLING YOU, FROM NO. [protected]. U HAVE NO IDEA, THE AMOUNT OF TRAUMA, TENSION YOU GAVE FOR OPTING UR SERVICE. KINDLY CLOSE THIS TAXIFOR SURE SERVICE, SO THAT FURTHER TRAUMA AND INCONVENIENCE IS NOT CAUSED TO ANYBODY ELSE. KINDLY DO NOT TAKE PASSENGERS FOR GRANTED.
