We took a cab from govind puri(delhi) to NDLS at 4:45 a.m., first, we booked a hatchback but the sedan arrived (DL01YB 9241, driver's name-Kaushal)and they charged us extra for that. I was taking a cab ride with a friend and he left his phone in the cab and seconds later he realised his mistake and we called the cab driver. The driver didn't pick up and minutes later the other phone was also switched off. Called their customer care service, they took all our details and promised to provide us the proper resolution and put us on hold. there was no response for about 11 minutes and finally I had to disconnect the line. We tried contacting them later but our call was put on hold each time. And this is not the first instance of such irresponsible behaviour.

    This is to bring to your notice a terrible and horrifying experience I had with your driver/service while I was in Udaipur on 1st Of June 2015. I had booked a taxi for 2PM for Udaipur airport via mobile app on the morning of 1st June. The driver called at around 2 to confirm the address and we started at around 2.15 from my pickup address. The driver’s number that showed up on my mobile is [protected] and the caller name showed up as Vivek. I was surprised when he asked me where did I want to go. I said you must know that I have booked the taxi for airport. He was disappointed and made a face. After we reached around Celebration mall he took a wrong turn and I immediately asked him why was he not taking the bypass road to the airport, which is shortest and fastest approach to airport. He said “are sahib kuchh fark nahi padta hai, ye road bhi achha hai. Since I am not a local and not familiar with road, I took his word for granted. I realized a little later that the road that he took passed through congested small lanes. By now I started worrying about my flight time. He said he said some work on the way and that it will take only 2 minutes. I was surprised and knew by then that this guy is taking me for a royal ride. This driver was continuously talking to someone on phone and driving carelessly. He almost hit a tanker from behind but I was alert and alerted him by shouting. He said “ aap fikar mat karo, aapko airport pahuncha dunga” A little later this driver banged in to a riksha and his side view mirror broke. He got down and started an argument with the riksha driver. I was really worried now. After a while, he came over and asked me to leave the taxi and go to airport on my own. I was aghast. I told him that this is not possible and its your duty to drop me to airport in time. He called up someone and then asked me to pay for the damage or leave the taxi. I flatly refused and almost seething with anger. Then he showed me his mobile and said” company ki taraf se aapki booking cancel ho gayi hai seedhe se utar jaaiye.” I refused and told him that I have not canceled any booking and this is not true. I almost pleaded with him with folded hands to take me to airport immediately as it was already 2.40 pm (my flight was at 3.45 and airport was still about 20kms away!. He insisted that I get down and arrange for another cad which he coolly said “2 minute mein aa jaayegi”. I was in no position to get down in the middle of the road in the sweltering heat at 2.40pm in Udaipur!. He very reluctantly and cursing me sat down and started to drive very slowly and said ‘ ab toh aapko flight milegi nahi abhi to airport 23 km dur hai”. He spotted another “Taxi for sure” parked on the other side of the road took a U turn and said “aap ye taxi le lijiye”. He BANGED the bumper of that car and stopped. I got down and he started to run away. In the hurry he did not bother about another speeding bus that came from behind and hit his car. To my surprise he continued to drive and ran away. I hunted for the driver of this other cab and very thankfully agreed to drop me. I reached the airport at 3.05 pm and since the flight was delayed by 20 minutes, I was able to check in. Unfortunately I forgot to note down the number of this obliging driver. I paid him whatever he asked for. I got an sms from TFS thanking me for the ride and asked for my feedback!. I got a mail from TFS later in the day along with a receipt which I never paid. I am attaching a copy of the receipt that I received along with a snap showing number of the taxi. The receipt carries name of the driver (It’s NOT Vivek!) and the name of the owner. I reside in Mumbai and a registered customer of TFS. I would be in Udaipur again on 17/18th June and request you as following: 1. I request that you give me an appointment for 17/18th June so that I can meet you face to face to present my case. I also request that you summon the driver and the owner at the same time. 2. That you assist me in filing a police complaint against the driver/owner of the taxi. 3. I request that you assist me in lodging a complaint with the local road transport authority with a request to impound driver’s license. Please not that I am not interested in any compensation or apology either from you or from the driver/owner. I believe this driver is a threat to the traffic and to the life of the pedestrians and is not fit to drive and as such he should not be allowed to operate/drive. I am sure you will understand that such cases need to be taken seriously by all o[censored]s and guilty need to be taken to task. I just want to do my bit to ensure that we live in a better, polite and safe civil society. I am positive that you will not bin this letter but respond positively and take concrete steps.       Dear Concern, I wanted to complain against Taxi for sure services. Last Saturday I have booked a cab in the morning itself to get a cab for evening. The time pick up time was 7PM evening. Taxi for sure confirmed me regarding booking and as per service they have sent the driver's no. I waited till 7:05 but I didn't get any call from driver's side. Then I called up on given number. the driver's mobile was switched off. I then called up taxi for sure, they said they are sending another cab in 15 mins. and they sent me the driver's details. When I called up on the given no. driver's phone was in waiting till 10-12 min. I was calling him again and again. and when my call was received then driver's response was that he will come in 2 hour as there is jam. I then again called up taxi for sure, they apologize and sent another driver's no. and assured me that this driver is nearby only and will come in maximum 10 mins. same thing then I received a message of driver's no. And when I called up on that no. the driver very rudely said that it will take me 2:30 hr to come for pick up and therefore he won't come and hung up the phone. when I again called up taxi for sure my call was not going. I was continuously calling the company. after few minutes my call was received. I was exhausted from anger and shouted on the executive who received my call. then he said sorry and ask me to hold for a minute. after a minute I have got a response that sorry we cannot provide you cab as it is not available. I asked him- if you cannot provide a cab then why did you wasted my 1:30 hr. the time was 8:30 PM. and they had no answer except saying sorry. Booking up a new taxi from another company was not genuine because obviously they will take some time. Anyhow I managed somehow personally after that. Cancelled the booking from Taxi for sure after that. I have booked TFS in the morning just not to get any kind of hindrances. The company is very irresponsible in there services. -- First, if they have hired a driver for any particular ride. the company should at least know the status of availability of the driver half an prior before pick up time. But company hardly bother whether the driver is available or not. They randomly send any no. I think. because I have called up the 1st driver after these all mess. The driver's no. was switched on and the call went. The driver's statement was - " I have not got any intimation for your pick up. Please talk to the company". And the company had no response for this question. That's all I want to say. I request you to please enquire against this. If a company is serving to a customer then they should have responsibility too. That's it. Thank you!!

        We had booked a cab from taxi for sure on 24th May 2015 at 4.15 by name of Mr. Narendra Kumar Verma as we had a train to catch at 5.30 pm. At 4.00 pm we got a msg from you saying "Oops looks like the cab is delayed and if you can't wait please give a missed call to cancel the cab on ...". When I called the helpline no., person said they donot have enough cabs to provide us service. This is ridiculous we were about to miss our train because of taxi for sure.

          I travelled from source to destination on 27th May. I was overcharged. When i informed customer care, i was told that i should pay extra charges. They also said that a separate team would look into this. Its been 4 working days and no acceptable resolution provided. The same incident happened again on 31st May 2015. When i asked for clarification, i was given the same reply. Resolution provided is as follows: " will give you 2 coupons. Use it on 2 different occasions" The actual intention is that i should use their horrible service again so that they can overcharge me again and follow up wasting my money, effort and time. The worst service ever that i have seen in life.Pathetic. No words to describe their bad services.

            Dear Sir/Maam, This mail is to bring into your notice and formally file a complaint against cab service company "Taxi for Sure" in Bangalore. They run their business on faulty taxi meters and charge their passengers exorbitant amount of money for the distance as shown in their faulty meters. Not only that, the taxi drivers hired by them behave and speak abusive and foul language, coercing their passengers to shell out the demanded money by force. Their customer care department also showed a very cold response to my queries. The people I spoke to at customer care were Amit, Amoli, Jagdesh. Below is the booking details: Taxi company name - Taxi for Sure Booking ID: TFS-AT-C19785675 Taxi Number - KA-03-AB-9068 Name of Cab Driver - Raghu Cab driver's Phone number - [protected] My uncle had taken the Taxi from BTM Layout - 2nd Stage to Bengaluru Airport. The Bill generated was of RS. 1545/- for travelling a distance of 79 Km. The actual distance in Google Maps between BTM Layout 2nd Stage to Bengaluru airport is 45.6 Km. After a long argument with the Driver and discussion with customer care, they asked my uncle to pay 1200/- Rupees, saying that the meter of the cab driver was faulty and that he has to pay for the 60 KM. When I checked with the Driver, he told me that he took the path from BTM to Forum Mall-MG Road-Bellary Road-Hebbal-Airport. This distance as per google maps comes upto 45.6 KM. When I checked with the Call center they said that the cab driver had taken a different route which is 15 KM Extra. This is really unethical, and bad for the people who are new to bangalore. My uncle had to go through such tension and pressure and at last left with no choice but to pay what was asked as he could not afford to miss his flight. It was a harrowing experience forced on us, having a senior citizen uncle waiting for the issue to sort out so that he could peacefully board his flight and on one side me, trying to make repeated attempts to speak to the customer care people to resolve this issue.                 1.Taxi did not show up on 25 May as per Booking Confirmation - TFS-AT-C18754328 2. The SMS on 25 May gave wrong Mobile no of driver( 11 digit number). 3. Called up comany executive at 0500 AM to inform I can not reach caby due to wrong mobile no provided. That's when he told me that orignal taxi not available but alternate cab will reach surely by 5.15 AM. ( your SMS about taxi likely to be late came later). 4. When I call up again about 5.12, company executive answers sorry we can not provide you a cab. But we will take your complaint. 5. I was missing my flight and told him that he and his complaint can go to Hell! Do I have call up to find correct mobile no of Caby, then be told that original cab not available and falsely assured that alternate Taxi will reach on time? Then after waiting with anxious heart for 12 minutes to call up again and be told that taxi can not be provided. I am a regular cuatomer and have recommended your compaTaxiforsure to many of my friends and relatives. Is the the service to be rendered to me. If Taxiforsure does not have a normal cab, it is their duty to provide me a Sedan or any other alternative cab. Where do you expect me to find a cab at 5 in the morning? I had to wake up a neighbour to drop me at the airport. Probably the message is that for early morning booking through Taxiforsure, keep and alternative stand by? If Taxiforsure service is becoming so fickle( look at the goo[censored]ps at sl. 1 to 4 to appreciate the quality of your service today), it is your duty to take a reconfirmation from the designated driver at least an hour before the appointed time and make alternative arrangements if need be. Terribly disappointed and angry over the goo[censored]p.

                  I'm sorry to say but I'm extremely disappointed with Taxi For Sure services. I missed my flight due to you guys. I had my flight @ 11.20 AM and I had booked cab for 9:30 AM ( Booking reference TFS-AT-C[protected] from Hormavu ( airport is some 30 min distance from here). Despite of other people doubting about TFS, I took a leap of faith and got into such situation. I had received the message the driver and cab detailed will be messaged to me 15 min prior to the arrival time. When I did not get any message by 9.15, I called the customer care and they informed me that message will be received in 5 min and driver is on the way. Unfortunately nothing happened like that. When I called back @9.30, receptionist told me that she did not realize that it's already 9.35 ( which shows how pathetic service is). In the end, I did not get any cab and could not book cab from other operators as it was already late. Anyhow I reached airport but boarding was closed and I did not get any refund for the ticket. Despite of other people warning me, I took a leap of faith and cross checked @9.15 AM. My airport ticket was around 10000 Rs and and had paid 850 Rs in advance to TFS for this booking. I sincerely request you take actions against this complaint.

                    HI in the last 2 times continuously my service request has been not serviced by your team . incident 1 : TFS-PP-C18601439 Booked a cab on 23rd @ 9:45PM and i got all the info( cab no, driver details, fare) but after the time (9:45 PM) when i called you that driver is not picking the call and cab was not provided, your team has informed me that there is some issue and they cannot provide me the cab. this has made to me lost my time, create tension as i need to catch a train @ 10:30 PM and extra money as i have booked a rickshaw in the last moment and i paid 500 rs extra . if any such cases are there you have to inform me in advance, so that i can plan for alternative incident 2: TFS-PP-C19633491 Yesterday i booked a cab and told that please put it on hold and i will confirm in 2 mins i called back in 1 minute for confirmation they told it was canceled ( even i told that i will confirm back by call), and more over they told there is no further transport of the same . The above cases are examples how bad your service is and i lost my trust on you . i am going to communicate the same to my friends and portal Thanks Prasad Manchala

                      Dear Sir/ Madam It is my very painful to tell I am not satisfied with taxi for sure service. After repeated phone calls also I didn't get the cab in time. Ultimately I cancelled the booking. I have an another booking on 3rd June 2015 at 4.30 AM from Bhestan to Surat station through my another mobile number [protected]. I have an exam on that day and I am afraid that whether this cab will come or not to help me to catch the train. Regards Sourav Nag

                        I, Mehul Shah have booked a sedan car for my guest (For Priyesh Shah, Mobile No [protected]) for today morning. I regret to say but ridiculous experience has been entertained. The driver was so rude with my guest. He intentionally reported late. I have booked a cab for 6:00 am and he called me by 5:25 am for a perfect address. Unfortunately he reported by 6:08 am and my guest started his journey by 6:17 am Even though 15 minutes are allotted for waiting he bluntly asked for the waiting charge at the end of trip from my honorable guest. Since I informed my guest prior that the payment is prepaid and he not supposed to pay anything, my guest asked driver that the cab is prepaid and nothing to pay. With this word the driver behave very rudely with my guest among many people and said I will not give you your luggage until you pay waiting charge sum of Rs 50 in form of cash. How disgusting is this behavior with my guest. If such thing happens then what is the meaning of prepaid cab specially for our guest. Added to this your driver should be well mannered and must know how to behave with others. This is not an end as the driver has not helped in loading & unloading luggage from the cab. The cab is even not clean, complained my guest. This email is just to share my experience and shall help you for an improvement to sustain your customers.

                          I booked a taxi for pickup at 11:52 am.Booking Id:TFS-PP-C19617413. Driver Name Kiran( Sedan, KA-01-AB-0431). The driver called and we missed the call. When we called back, he updated that he would reach in 30 min for the pickup. After 30 min, we gave the driver the call numerous times but he never responded to our calls. The entire process took us more than an hour from the taxi booking time. We Finally gave up and had to made other arrangements to reach the destination. Taxi for sure horrible service made me miss an urgent Doctors appointment and unfortunately my Doctor in on vacation for a week now. I hope Taxi for sure realizes the trauma i had to suffer and of course the suffering on the health part.

                            I was book taxi from pashan. I was book echo cab which is enough for 5 persons. We are 4 persons and 2 kids and driver told me that 6 perdons are not allowed. Still he drop me to over place but asking for 50 rs extra on bill for 6 persons which was not shown on bill. He consider my 11 and 9 kids as extra costumer and argue that government bus also charge for kids and at end, he took 30 rs extra.

                              I had booked a taxi for 31/05/2015 at 8.00 am from Vignana Nagar to Yeswantpura Railway Station on 27/05/2015. I got a confirmation ref-TFS-PP-C19132465. I got a message stating that the taxi has been arrived at 7:11:30 am of 31/05/2015. I called the customer care for the driver details at 7.30am. To my surprise, I got the driver detail at 7:44:08am and when I tried to contact the driver not got any response from the driver instead of several calls (5/6 Calls). Again, I tried the customer care and explained my problem and the customer care rep. cited that some technical problem. I requested to arrange a new cab and the customer care rep assured me that within 15 mins a new taxi will be arranged. To my surprise, I had not received any response till 8 am. I again contacted Customer Care 3/4 times and requested to transfer the call to the Manager but they simply kept the phone and made me to wait and not transferred the call. Again, I contacted customer care at 8.20am and finally my call was transferred to the supervisor. The supervisor cited technical problem and told me to arrange alternate taxi. I struggled for nearly one hour to arrange a taxi and finally I had to pay double the amount to an auto and reached the station just 5mins prior to the departure of the train (a premium train whose fare is Rs 5174.19/-). Really, I want to the complain about the hopeless, pathetic and nonsense service provided by Taxi For Sure and request the people be aware of such service providers who always claim the No-1 taxi service provider. It is better to use the town buses than these so called best taxis service providers.

                                I has booked a cab for 13:30 ad I wanted to reach somewhere on time. I was sent this msg before 13 hrs about the drivers details. Forget about the taxi arriving on time, the driver as at his previous location n would have taken at least 15 min more to come. Also, when I said that you need not come now, I received a FAKE message that the taxi has arrived. Never ever trust taxis ure incase you are planning to reach on time.

                                  When I reffered someone when the refer amount was 100 he took the ride when the amount has changed to 50/- AND tfs is crediting 50./- whereas it should be 100 It doesn't justifies that you will credit the person who reffered by only rs 50/- This is totally unethical and cheating by TAXIFORSURE 9 people of my refferal has took the ride and was undercredited by 450/- no one is listening in taxi for sure they have blocked on twitter, not replying to email etc [protected]@yahoo.com

                                    This cab service should change its name from taxiforsure to TaxiForNotSure as they always they give confirmed booking and the last moment they never have a cab. Even they don't have the courtesy to call passenger and informed the about the unavailability of cab. Their cab drivers are highly unprofessional and liars. Last Friday a booked a cab from BEML layout to majestic for 630 however cab driver called at 715 regarding pickup by that time i was in auto and this driver rather than informing about his delay, he informed their control center that travel has been completed and they sent a bill for 106 rupees. I have attached the screen shot for same where the drop location is Majestic and the actual drop location they have shown as Marthahalli. Again today i booked in one day advance and i got a confirmed booked however at last minute they didn't have any cab. I complained with cust care and they said they will take action against driver however no feedback yet. I know all this complain with go unheard and there will be no action as India has quantity and due to that no body cares about quality and customer satisfaction. I m just writing to take out my frustration. Thanks, Vikas

                                      I booked a cab on 26th evening for the next day pick up at 5.45 am when i called the driver @ 5.40 am he replied that he will pick after half an hour, after 15 min. he gave a missed call and again i called and the driver replied he would not come. This is very very horrible and irritating service provided by the company. we were in tension and called a taxi and paid more money to reach the destination in time.

                                        HI PFA-screenshot of the transaction which I carried out yesterday and yet it has not been added to my walltet. Please revert back as to why this has happened? Will it be credited or are you returning my money.
