I want all my money back otherwise I am going to file a compliment in consumer form against taxi for sure and I have all the call recording, sms and mail with me. I need quick response on this.     ONE WORD - DISGUSTING SERVICE i booked a cab for my mother and son. on 25th may 2015. i got 7 msgs with different driver nos.. i called them all and every 1 said that they are not coming and are stuck in Ghaziabad( are u a local travel agent) after waiting for one hour one fine fellow reach my place and that to he was not aware of basic landmarks( are you hire from 3rd world countries) any ways this was the first time i used your services. but i will ensure that i dont use in future even in most adverse situation. also to add on my bill is sent to a email id which is not mine.

      I booked my taxi on 25th of may 2015 between 11 to 12 and taxi for sure confirmed me my 2 bookings. After that evening I got message of taxi driver no. And car no. But when I called to that person before leaving he said he was on leave. Then I called to Customer care more than 4 times n den they gave me alternate taxi after complaining to taxi for sure manager SHISHIR or SHASHI. I was having doctor's appointment and bacuase of taxi for sure pathetic service I reached late to hospital and doctor left. Next day morning on 26th may I was having another booking from my home to office. I called to customer care on 8.20 that pl ensure driver should reach on time. They ensured too. After 8.35 I called to driver that I was waiting for him since 5 min outside of my apartment then he said he will take 10 min. I told him I need to reach office by 9 as having meeting. Then called to customer care as driver not responding and switch off the phone. Customer care executive RAJESH said he will call the driver and update me but he didn't. Finally after 10 min I called him again and He said driver will b there within 10 min. And then I shouted him as I m pregnant and since last 20 minutes you people are asking me to wait n asked him to transfer to his manager. Then he shifted call to his manager PAVITHRA n she again gave this kind of pathetic reply. I asked her pl shut down your cab service if they give this kind of pathetic service. I asked her to give me my half an hour waiting charge n she said its not possible. I request urgent intervention as I will never book this kind of taxi in my life. I request other people also see my harassing experience before booking taxi with taxi for sure. Regards, Rachna

        My name is Sugesh Nair, booking id: TFS-PP-C 18520081. I had booked the cab for morning 5 a.m, May 23 before time. I made the booking at 8:40 p.m, May 22, so that they can make arrangements accordingly and avoid the, at the moment hurry. I had an important meeting to attend for which I was supposed to reach Shivaji Nagar Railway for my 6:30 train. I called the cab service by 4:45 in the morning, they said will update you with the cab details in 5mins. I called at 4:55 they said the same dialogue. I called at 5, they said the cab is delayed by 15mins, and they also said that they will make sure that the delay is not more than 15mins. I called at 5:10 in a hurry to get the status of where my cab is and the time is running by. But they said they will update me within 5mins with the cab details and they said again that they assure that the delay wont be more than 15mins. Finally 15mins were over and I called again, a guy named Manjunath received call, I said where is my cab it was suppose to come at 5 after 15mins delay its now 5:15 but yet the cab is not here, He said he will check the status and return back to and put my call on hold and after about a min he is coming back and telling me "Sir we don't have any cabs available at this moment can you make an alternate arrangement" These are the professional we have in our country and they expect to compete with other cab services. This was the first time I tried taxi for sure and trust me my last time it is. I will never ever use this cab service and also I will make sure that the people connected to me also wont use your service. Due to your irresponsible behavior the lost which I faced, I will make sure at least 10% of that you too should have. And my sincere apologies to Manjunath, due to these worst cab services, these call desk people are the personals who suffer. I yelled at him like a freak, change your job man, go to some professionals you don't need to work with this third class services. Worst service ever, really pissed off. Go and start some nariyal paani business, don't think you people can keep up in that as well. Really pissed off. You people really don't know in how much loss I am now due to your irresponsibility. Why you all are in this field. Please stop making ads atleast we will use other cab sevice, they are professionals in nature.

          I Had Booked a cab for 10:15am, TFS-PP-C18811555, Taxiforsure pathetic service provider, its been more than 1hr 30mins & no assigned cab driver has arrived nor called, every call i made to their customer care, they said 10 mins u'll get a cab .. n till 11:30 am no cab arrived. i have my elderly ill mom waiting to reach my home... n then by 11:35 these guys say, its been cancelled ! that too without intimating me.. WTH... TaxiForSure ‪#‎pathetic‬ later they me a new booking ID TFS-PP-C18827270, even this did not happen driver said, he cant pick us .. Now my mother condition gotten worse & now i have to get her medicated locally.

            I am a very regular customer(Kunal Hazari, B1-1234A, Vasant Kunj, Delhi) of Taxi4sure since a long time. I booked 2 cabs for going and return on 23/5/15. 1st one was from Vasant Kunj to RK puram at 6.45p(TFS-PP-C[protected]. 2nd was return from RK puram, Sangam cinema to Vasant Kunj at 10pm(TFS-PP-C[protected]. 1st cab came on time. 2nd cab no driver details sent. No cab at 10pm. after calling TFS, a cab driver joginder singh details came(Sedan07346).No cab came.When I called the driver he said is was not his duty to come and apparently TFS was not sure of this.Then 2nd cab details came.(Surjeet Singh-Sedan 7339).Same reply came that he was not told and its his duty.Then again after calling TFS 3rd cab details came Mahender Singh (2828).Same reply again.This became too much after several calls made to TFS.Finally a 4th cab came(Wazir singh-9667) at 10.50 pm. Then after boarding the cab i called and said that this caused too much trouble as there was one senior citizen and an epilepsy patient also who were made to wait at night on the road. We informed that we are in severe trouble and will not pay for this ride.The executive said he will transfer the call to senior but rudely disconnected. Again we called almost 4 times and call was disconnected. Someone said compensation will be made but no response again from any senior. We missed our dinner and worse than that both the senior citizen and mainly the epilepsy patient has to take medicine on time. Another trouble happened when we reached. Driver did not know how much has to be paid. Again after calling executive also didnt know how much has to be paid. He gave a random figure based on some assumptions. This wasted more time again. Finally some amount was paid and we reached at 11.15pm. Even all drivers who refused to come saying it was not their duty. Is this way customers are treated. It was literally a trauma for us. We demand very heavy comopensation immediately for all this. All SMS details are emails for proof are available.

              Dear Team I booked taxi from anand vihar delhi to IGI airport delhi on 19th May 2015 for same day ride at 12:45 P.M when i reached at airport then Driver Ram singh verma asked extra money apart from bill firstly i denied but he creat annoying situation at airport then i had to pay extra money. I log a complaint on same dat but still did not get any reponse from company and I called up at company No many times they no respond . kindly look this issue i got mentally harrashment bcoz of it Regards Awani yadav Mob No-[protected]

                If someone ask me who would you nominate for GOLDEN AWARD for Service, without second thought I would nominate “ THE TAXIFOR SURE” If “Taxifor Sure” keep on rendering services this manner, they might get world’s most prestigious award one day. I will never forget today’s date i.e. 23/05/2015 (Saturday) rest of my remaining life. Unfortunately I booked a cab for 3:00 p.m. and I was suppose to go Noida to consult Doctor. Now at the time of writing the mail the clock is showing time is 6:10 p.m., still the so called great cab service provider “ TAXIFOR SURE ‘ could not provide me the cab. There were atleast 6-7 cab drivers turned down the booking and what a pity that ‘TAXIFOR SURE’ had no control over them. Whenever I raise complain to the call center, the executives have same prototype parrot like excuses. Taxifor sure is fortunate that neither they have any accountability or they are answerable to this kind of pathetic Services as long as they are functioning in India. Had Taxifor sure somewhere in other country, they might have black listed by now. I had a horrible experience today and understood the real meaning of service. Please accept my salute. Today, I am taking an oath that even I would not recommend my biggest enemy to avail services of “ Taxifor sure’

                  I have booked taxi from taxi for sure, 2 booking same day 26/04/15 bopal to agora mall billed amount 454/- 26/04/15 agora mall to bopal billed amount 321/- Same route no change, no waiting time in between I called many times to taxi for sure customer no.                     I used taxi for sure service in Delhi on may 20th 2015. ivbooked the taxi a day in advance from noida sec 50 to new delhi railway stn.. i had a train at 11 am. the driver dint come wen we tried calling up he kept on disconnecting the phone .. we called thr office and they kept on renewing the booking n changing the driver.. wen we called the driver directly they said they cant reach and the duty was forced on them and they are very far.. customer service was rude at last moment they said u should manage on your own now.. at last some driver came we missed the train so had to travel on bus with my 2 yrs old baby.. they are so rude neither did they apologize nor did they had any courtesy to waive of the charges of travel. i request every one not to rely on taxi for sure.. dey are absolutely non reliable n rude enuf to giv u mental harrassment..

                      On 19th April, I tried to refill the Taxiforsure wallet twice with Rs.500. The amount got deducted from my bank account but dint get added to my wallet. Now its more than a month and still I haven't received refund of that amount. I have to call their customer care daily, they keep me on hold for minutes and then keep delaying the issue. Their customer care service has been so pathetic that many times they keep on hold for like 10 mins and then cancel the call. I have attached copy of transaction details for the payment made.

                        I had the worst experience today after reaching the desination. The bill in the evening showed Rs 77 which was similar to the bill Rs 78 (in the morning) as the route was similar both ways. After paying Rs 80 to driver he says"aur paise do, mujhe yahan natak nahi chahiye". He says his machine is showing wrong bill...its showing half the distance. But i had the same bill two times for exactly same distance, how can the machine show wrong bill when morning driver was fine with the bill amount. I called customer care executive, initially he said to pay the bill as shown in the machine i.e., Rs 77. After talking to driver & listening to his wrong routes, wrong destination point, wrong excuses, the customer executive is also asking to pay more. He is saying, there is extra money Rs 25 has increased, which i know has increased but it comes included in the bill & that had come earliear when i booked cab for other route. After my explaination, he says that it took more time (which driver was wrongly telliing him), so you have to pay tht traffic time charges. My questions are:- 1. Do the customer executives & driver share money after charging extra from the customer? 2. Does the cab drivers are allowed to speak "mujhe aur paise do, yahan natak nahi chahiye"? 3. Does the customer executive has clarity of what he is charging-: Rs 25 increased fare OR traffic time charges? 4. The cab drivers are themselves busy on personal phones while driving and then they ask customer executive saying that the traffic was more, so charge more? 5. The cab drivers do not drive properly on road and in case of problems, they stop the cab & start fighting with the road side people. Is this allowed when the customer is in the cab? Whose fault it is then to reach in 25 minutes when the route was destined to reach in 15 minutes? 6. Is the customer suppose to bear charges because of driver's unprofessional driving on the road and reaching late? 7. What is the difference between cab driver & auto wala, they both ask ask "aur paisa do" after reaching the destination I will make sure that neither me nor my family & friends would book Taxi for sure after such experience

                          Booked taxi for pick up at 9 P.M. 20th May 2015 from Vijaya Bank Colony Extension, Kalyan Nagar to Mekri circle drop. Got message informing that cab KA-03-8495 with Driver Arun would pick me up at 9 PM. Driver did call me at 8-45 PM and took details of my place. But he failed to come. When I called his Tel Number thrice he did not pick up the call. I complained to the Company and I was informed that they would send another cab. I got a message that another cab KA 01-AB3796 was arranged for me.I waited till 10 PM but cab did not arrive. totally disappointed with the service.

                            I traveled only 12 kms from sector 15 faridabad to badarpur metro station. The driver suggested that I get down a few meters before to avoid MCD toll tax, which I did. Still the bill came for rs. 189 (which I am sure had the toll charges). Ideally the bill should have been between 100-115rs. Pls refund the extra money charged to me!

                              I have been harassed by your Driver Darlobh Singh from Kolkata for a confirmed booking made for 20-05-15 who refused to come to pick me up and even abused me over phone and told that I will not pick you up whatever be it. Also another driver Dipak Kumar Shukla from Kolkata refused for the trip. I have suffered a lot due to your inefficient service and will never ever rely on taxi for sure as I had to catch a train today from Kolkata and you have harassed me. Inefficient and poor management of TaxiforSure has lmade me suffer a lot.

                                I have booked taxi at about 12.19 Pm through app first time for nariyalkheda from jankinagar Chuna Bhakti to pickup at 4.00PM. I Received confirmation through Msg. At 12.32 Pm . However at about at 3.32 I got msg with taxi no and driver detail, than I read a call at 3.35 from Driver Rajkumar Yadav mobile No.[protected] that He will not come .I than contacted[protected] Bhopal they assigned to other driver jey Tirthani mobile[protected] at 3.46 Pm but he also refused to come, again I contacted on 6060101 on this the said we are arranging but by the time it was 4.10pm and my purpose for going were defeated .please don't make false commitment as this is sensitive service having time value. This is service of Taxi for sure, where nothing is sure when taxi wil come and driver has full authority to refuse than what for you are keepin such big office if you are not able to provide the service .I will never suggest any one to have trust on this co..                                   Today 19th may, I have booked taxi from Jasola to NDLS railway station at 5:15 am. I have got the driver details and spoke to driver as well but suddenly I got message for getting another taxi at 5:10 am. Later on I spoke to driver also, he refuses to come for my pick up. After so many calls they arranged for another taxi and it came by 6 am (already 45 min late), Due to which I missed my train. I want to know, when driver details has been scheduled and driver was on the way, then why such cancellation happened on scheduled peak time . We have important personal commitments, so only we are availing your taxi for convenience. I have missed my train today because of your whatever reason.I have been always booking "Taxi4sure" for my traveling (You can check in your database as proof), BUT this is very irresponsible way i have faced today. Very shameful. I want an answer from your side.If you people can't have taxis availability and not able to arrange pick up or drop facility at scheduled time, then you should not have taken the booking.

                                    I have booked taxi from noida to delhi airport on[protected] at 10:00 AM but till 10:30 they were saying cab is about to reach and after 10:30 on follow-up call they said "cab wala nahi aaraha hai" . Due to this we have missed our flight and we have suffered huge loss.

                                      I had booked Airport Taxi (Sedan AC) from "TaxiForSure" on 1st May 2015. The journey was supposed to be from my residential place in Jalahalli west till Bengaluru International Airport. I selected 3.45am as pick up time. Booking was confirmed by TaxiForSure via booking ID: TFS-AT-C15963830, same was communicated to me on my registered mobile number and email address. At 3.01a.m I received following message from DM-TaxiFS Your new driver Nagaraju ([protected]), KA-01-AA-6609 is on the way. Track taxi Track: http://tf.my/9WOC2K Later I got the following message at 3.29 am Beep Beep! Your taxi has arrived. Our drivers run on a tight schedule. Please don't make this one wait for over 15 minutes. Happy Journey! Service tax extra.- TaxiForSure As our pickup time was 3.45am, My wife and I reached to entrance of our society to only find that there was no taxi waiting for us. Promptly I picked the driver number and called to connect with him. After several rings my call died and there was no one to respond to that. I called once again and again and again. Now there was some response: "the phone number I am trying to call is out of network area". I was pissed and didn't know what to do, since this was first time in my life I was in such position. I did travel from my residence to BIA number of times earlier, to catch early morning flight. My flight from Bengaluru to Pune had scheduled departure of 5.50am. I decided that there is no point in waiting further and we should book other taxi immediately. Before I rang up any other number I got a call from TaxiForSure ([protected]). The operator inquired me if the taxi had reported to me for Airport drop and after I confirmed that nobody has reported here, he assured me that taxi is on the way and will report in another 10 mins. Realizing, any other taxi will take almost same time, I preferred to wait for another 10 minutes. after 10 mins, I immediately booked another taxi which arrived at 4.45 am. Meanwhile I got the call from the same number TaxiForSure ([protected]) at 4.23am and operator tells me that driver is not picking phone and they can not send the taxi now. So they are going to cancel the taxi booking but they will definitely raise internal complaint against the driver and then I get the following message at 4.26 am - Apologies for not living up to your expectations. We are continuously improving & will make sure we resolve the issue. We will get in touch shortly. TaxiForSure Though I was on the way to BIA I knew it is not going to help me by any means. I reached Airport just to miss my flight to Pune. I spend another Rs.16, 000/- to book AirAsia flight from Bengaluru Pune for my wife and myself. I inquired at GOAIR counter for cancellation of my earlier flight tickets, and they confirmed that they can do nothing and I get nothing in return from the flight which cost me Rs.9000/- approximately. I had never thought in my dreams that TaxiForSure means TaxiForNotSure. Just an apology doesn't compensate the hard earn money, which I lost because of irresponsible people running the show in TaxiForSure. Well I don't expect anything from TaxiForSure other than compensation of Rs.75, 000/- it is a small amount against the mental tension my wife and I have gone through apart from business losses for not reaching Pune on time and booking another flight for double cost. Hope this time TaxiForSure will do justice to their commitment, and will show little professionalism at works.

                                        Sir/Madam, I am subhash booking your CAB in jodhpur. Yesterday, 16th May 2015, I book your CAB for local travel from ratanada, residancy road, jodhpur to sardarpura, jodhpur. Driver come here but those are before starting CAB charges and cutting charges from wallet 57.72 and than i asked this charges than doing bad behavior for me and and start the CAB and run away and my rupees are from wallet but not to doing trip. so i request to return mu fare/charges those are cutting and do to complaint this driver.
