RAMESH KUMAR2 - [protected], hatchback DL-01-YD-2343 is the taxi details I got from taxiforsure for my booking id TFS-PPC[protected]. When i called driver he said he is on the way. timing for pickup was 7:45am and at 8 also he did not come to pick up place and he himself cancel the booking. when I called taxiforsure they said sorry and send another taxi but its wasted my 30 min precious time as I was getting late for my exam. TAXIFORSURE takes proper responsibility for their driver, how can driver himself cancel a booking after confirming he is on the way. if taxi waits for more than 10 min they starts charging to customer but when they themselves came late what should be the charges against them. who will take responsibility if I am not able to reach exam hall on time.

    toady i had booked a sedan in taxiforsure from thyagaraj nagara, Bangalore to girinagara. and a driver named rajith HR ( ka 05 AE 5387) ([protected]) received my request and he called me and said he can't come there. so i cancelled my ride. and latter i had booked an other cab. but after i received an other message saying that your fair 62 rs paid from your wallet for which i didn't even travel. so driver rajith took my money for no reasons and he's not even picking my call. so i request you to take action on driver and fill my wallet with 64 rs. thank you

      I had the booked the cab for pick up and drop during evening, I got the sms of driver details half an hour before boarding time as committed, when I called driver and tried calling twice, mobile was switched off. Then again I called Call Center to tell them mobile is switched off and no cab, they said, please give us 15-20 mins, we are arranging another cab, after 20 mins approx, I got another sms with new driver details, fortunately, this other driver picked the call, when I asked him, at what time you are arriving. Surprisingly, he mentioned, he has not received any details or could not come, this is what I could understand from him, please talk with call center. In this process I lost entire 30 mins approx. Again I called customer care, they had again same words, please give us 15- 20 mins, we evaluating at back end to provide you another taxi, I had to disconnect as I could not wait for that longer. Finally, I had to make some personnel arrangements to travel. I thought I should check with them after giving commitment, they could not provide service, call center just had to say in this "sorry for inconvenience" and on sms also same thing after this final call. This is complete service deficiency and lack of process/approach, could not see any customer friendly approach to check and work on promptness that customer has not received the vehicle on the committed time, not also bothered to check if the second cab also has made it to the customer boarding point or not? only sms communication of driver details. After giving commitment on booking (Web-based) and no service, this is big service deficiency. Thanks

        We have hired your services but we are very disappointing that your driver does not know even how to talk. We never had any information about the "per minute charges". The person Dikshant Tiwari in Badarpur branch does not have any manners or courtesy to talk to ladies. We will NEVER recommend this cab to anyone.

          Hi, I had booked taxi for airport drop on 12 th. May 2015 at 4am from white field. But taxi has not arrived and after calling several times I didn't get proper response from your end.             Sir/Ma'am, My name is Rukmani Singh and I am a regular customer with your taxi services. Your services have been very nice till today.I had the worst experience. The driver's name was CHOTI RAM MEENA and the car details Sedan RJ-14-TB-0277. The driver was very rude and he purposely took the longer route. I told him that this wasn't the way and would find more traffic there but he didn't listen. On top of that he banged the car with a motorcycle and when we gave him the money and asked for change, he threw the money on us and he was smelling of alcohol. I request you to look forward with this issue and find a solution to it as soon as possible.

              Sir, I had made a booking in 02 days advance on mobile number [protected] pick up at 05:15 A.M at Jodhpur railway station. I made a call at 05.00 A.M. to customer care regarding not to assign me a cab. He assured that cab will be arranged shortly. I again called to the customer care at 05:20 A.M regarding the same but he told the taxi is delayed few mins. Finally, I agin called at 05.38 regarding the cab but the same answered I have received. I had booked OLA at the same time and a copy of invoice is attached here with for your reference. When I reached at my destination I got a message regarding bill payment from taxi for sure that was Rs. 152/-. Kindly give me the answer of the following: 1. Why the cab was not provide to me which is booked in advance 02 dyas 2. If the cab was not provide, how the bill was raised from taxi for Sure 3. Who is responsible for time loss and miss of my next journey This is very bad communication and management from your side. Kindly look into the matter and responded the same. Pardeep [protected]

                I called for cab this morning to take me to a doctor and the pick up time was 8.15 am and promptly the message came with driver details and at 8.15 received a message beep beep the can has arrived and I rushed to the gate there is no cab and the driver does not respond to my innumerable calls. The beauty is I even get a bill for Rs 151 gor completion of journey. Then I call the taxi for sure again and booked a cab again and promptly the message came with details and the cab driver call me and tells me he will reach in 20 mins, post which another message came at 8.30 saying beep beep ur cab has arrived and finally the cab comes at 8.50 after calling the cab driver Ramakrishna. I am now sitting in cab at 9.25 am typing this complaint for doctor appointment at 9 am. This kind of service has to end in our country and pls advise is there a legal method to choose to make sure companies do not deliver such service...

                  THEY CHEATED ME TWICE, , ONCE FOR AIRPORT DROP AND ONCE FOR ELECTRONIC CITY DROP THEIR DRIVERS FOOOLING AROUND ...THIS CAB COMPANY IS GOING TO SHUT DOWN SOON SEEMS I HAD TO REBOOK FLIGHT TKT PAYING 27000 AS CAB CAME AFTER 1 HOUR 2. INSTANCE- THIS MORNING THEIR DRIVER ( WHOSE DETAILS NEVER CAME TO MY PHONE.AND THE NUMBER GIVEN TO ME BY CUSTOMER CARE---AFTER I CALLED THE 60601010 THAT DRIVER HAD BARRED INCOMIGN CALLS !!! SO I HAD TO TAKE BUSES ...AND GET HARASSED ON TOP OF IT --TO MY SURPRISE THEY SENT ME SMS NOW THAT UR RIDE IS CHARGED AT 395 RUPEES...THE DRIVERS BLUFFING AROUND TAKIGN SOME OTHER PASSENGER AND CHARGING SOME OTHER PASSENGER THE DRIVERS R PAMNNIGN TO SHUT THIS COMPANY THATS FOR SURE THEY SHUD BE NAMED TAXIFORUNSURE UNISTALLING THEIR APP AND THEIR SERVICES RIGHT NOW

                    I refilled my taxi for sure wallet with Rs. 800 on 16th April, 2015 with ICICI Bank transaction id "BIL/[protected]". Till date my wallet shows Rs. 0. I wrote numerous emails [protected]@taxiforsure.com, [protected]@taxiforsure.com, [protected]@taxiforsure.com but the issue was never resolved. The last reply I got from TaxiForSure was on 2nd May, 2015 as follows: Dear Customer, Apologies for delay you will receive your money in your wallet with in next 48 working hours . Best Regards, Customer Relations Team Taxi For Sure. But the money is still not there, neither in my account nor in my wallet. Please refund me my money in my account please. I am really tired of following up. I feel cheated and robbed.

                        I have booked Cab from this cab service and got confirmation. Reference number - TFS-PP-C16903902. Then received drivers details 30 minutes prior to arrival time. Then we started calling driver and guess what driver is not receiving call, finally he received the call and surprise ??? Cab was expected to arrive at Bangalore Institute of Technology, V V Puram and driver is at Rajaji nagar... Then driver clearly mentioned that I can not come...!!! we are busted!!! Above all this, i received a message from taxi for sure that "Your fare: Rs 284. Kindly pay the driver Rs 284 (Distance 18 KM) Seriously!!!

                          I had booked my taxi from delhi airport T1 to mayur vihar phase-3 on 9-5-2015 for 11.00pm. The taxi was not there at 11.pm and on contacting the driver, we were told that he would not be able to come as he was in Dwarka and also mentioned that he will come after 20-30mintues. This is very disappointing, we have always been relying on TaxiForSure and have been served well but this incidence has set a bad impression and no more assures any trust.

Yesterday, 8th May 2015, I used one of your CAB for local travel from Taj Nagari Phase-1 to Sadar Bazar, and I was charged a fare of Rs.111, it was O.K but for the same distance while returning from Sadar Bazar Agra to Taj Nagari Phase-1 Agra, another CAB driver of yours, charged Rs.188 showing the distance travelled as 13 km though the actual distance is hardly 7 km and also there was no waiting time at all.                                 Hi, I am Priya, I used to ride on Taxi for sure using the app. On 4th May I booked a cab on Taxi for sure, from my home address (15/2, Madurai Street, Astabujam Road, Choolai, Chennai-600112.) to the place (10th east cross street, MKB Nagar, (near Vysarpadi) Chennai). The Total Kilometers from choolai to MKB Nagar is approximately 6 kilometers only, but when i reached my destination the cab driver showed it was 13 kilometers and charged the amount of Rs.246/-. Since I was in the hurry I paid him the full amount. Later I come back home and checked my bill which I received through mail. In the bill the destination place showing wrongly i.e. instead of MKB NAGAR - VYSARPADI it is showing MKB NAGAR - AMBATTUR which is wrong. Immediately I Contacted the Taxi for sure office through the Phone, and told about the wrong calculation, the operator told that my complaint has been taken, and relevant officer will contact me within 24 hours. But the next day no one has contacted me, again I make a call and told what was happened, that time another operator told it will take 48 hours. After 48 hours I again called them, but in vain no proper response from them, they are telling their working hours is 8 hours, according to this timing 48 hours is calculated. I should wait until they contact. I have been frustrated being calling to that office to get this issue resolved. Please help me on this. Thanks R. Priya

                                  i have booked a cab for MGBS bus stop on 29th april for 30th journey . one day before i booked on App and got the confirmation. before 15 mins they should send the driver no and cab no. but they did not sent. i called them and asked for cab . they said it is on the way and he will come. due to technical reasons sms not able to send. on that day there is a Auto strike . one hour journey from my house to mgbs bus stand. several calls made and the team response is still the driver is coming . they gave a driver number, but driver said he will come in one hour, i am far way you speak to taxi for sure people. worst respose from him. sms from them : thanks TFS PP C 15754357 @ 3.15 pm april 30 2015 is confirmed. driiver fare details 15 min prior. i have taken a auto in that strike period and he charged huge amount as there is no other choice to me as i have to go with family and catch the bus for long distance. they did not tried to call and ask for excuse. worst service by them.

                                    Cannot depend on TFS...be care full...you many miss your flight, you will be over charged. I was asked to pay 645/- for a bill of 354/-, when asked..driver informed that after take over APP they are using is failing frequently..."such a cramp" when i opposed, he explained me through car meter. As per him i travelled 36 km & App/bill say 24 km, i asked driver ...have you showed me the meter while starting...he said its not his duty, but our duty to see the meter. I told him to take me through same route back, if it is 36km, i will pay the entire amount to & fro. Then he told me he has another customer, therefore cannot come...i asked him to explain how 645/- for 36 km, for this he said, there are other charges which i need to pay..."Other TAXI driver directly ask while getting in & TFS ask for it after we reach the destination" Any way i paid him 500/- only, that too after so much argument. Its really pathetic, that TFS has transformed from a Good to poor organization. I am sure that, these poor service will surely back fire on their business, Hope their purpose of starting the venture is not defected

                                      I booked a cab on App of Taxifor sure. They sent me driver details for 6:15pm. I called up driver at 6.00pm and he said he left for other place and cant come. No call ever came from company. the very next day, a cab was booked for 9:15am. Drivers details was sent 15 mins prior. Exactly at the scheduled time of departure at 9:15 am no cab came and a call came from their company that no cabs are available and hence they cannot send a cab now. Disgusting unprofessional attitude.

                                        Dear all, every day I take a TFS cab to work from my house, the distance being 9 kilometers, and including waiting charges due to the traffic, the bill amount ranges between INR 130 - 150 (exceptions made when the bill amount has gone beyond INR 180 - INR 200). However, today (May 6, 2015), the bill that was sent to me showed the kilometers over and above the first 4 as 13, resulting in a total of 17 kilometers (when usually I am charged for the next 5 kilometers). And the bill amounted to INR 340. The figure is starkly high and the taxi operator V.K.M. Cars are held liable to explain how they have calculated the bill. I need explanation for an increase in 8 kilometers (13kms - 5kms) for which I was exorbitantly charged. I have always had wonderful experience riding a TFS and I have referred them to many others, however, i am exceedingly disappointed this time and will reconsider my travelling options going forward.
