Krishnappa, the driver harassed the women passengers by not giving them their luggage . The ladies denied paying him addiotnal as the bill was for 175 and he was not allowing the passengers to take the luggage. they were kind enought to pay him 200 for the bill of 175 but he asked for 50 rs additonal and harresed them . Its not about the amount as much as it is about indifference and unprofessional services they have shown.I have mailed multiple times on CRM, no response...call center in vain...This is outright fraud.

The drive was harrasing us verbally. He has no respect for the customer. He didn't allow us to wait and wanted to end the trip immediately. He told the we have to pay separate charges to the driver and the company also. He began to argue with us that he has completed MA and he knows better than us ..
