Ref trip number TFS-PP-C16185188 Trip was for 38 km, we booked the SUV. 2:30 Pm was the pick up time, he came in time and we reached the destination in around 3 :40 PM. He charged was 61min of traffic wating charges (122rs) . When the entire trip was for 1hr 15min around how can he charge for 61min of traffic waiting ?

    I had booked a cab from Yeshwantpur Railway Station to Mahadevpura on 3rd May 2015 evening 6 PM. When we reached the destination, I got the bill amount as Rs. 368. The driver started saying that according to his calculation, the bill amount is Rs 400. I refused to pay him the extra amount saying that all these days I have always paid the amount that has been billed and messaged to my mobile, not a penny more or less. He refused to take the amount and threatened to take me back to Yeshwantpur. When a elderly person in my area, who was going for a evening walk, asked him to take the billed amount, he starting shouting on him. When another person, my landlord, asked him to keep calm and take the exact billed amount, he again started abusing him, Finally, to keep the situation under control, I paid the amount he demanded, But I want my extra amount to be returned back to me and proper action taken against the driver for this unwanted misbehaviour, Driver Name: YAMANAPPA S AYYAPANAVAR Vehicle No.: KA-17-B-4179 Booking no.: TFS-PP-C16248907

      I booked a cab to go to hospital (reference number TFS-PP-C[protected]. The driver didn't called me after booking and when I called him, he had switched off his phone. I was going to hospital and this led to my being delayed and missing my appointment, and consequent delay of half-a day. Wonder who is going to own the responsibility for it. Sanjay Prasad

        Dear TFS Team, I booked a cab with ticket ref no. TFS-PP-C15816613 for railway station drop. First the driver you assigned initially has not picked the call and after calling your customer care you guys assigned some other driver which also didn't turned up despite having confirmation call with him also. Due to which my and my family have suffered a lot both physically and mentally it was a completely a harassing situation. Later on i found a ticket in my mail box which confirmed the ride which is a complete FAKE TICKET. Hence am requesting you either look into the matter and take a strict action against the driver or else i'll go to consumer court for making sure you guys wont do this with any one in the future.           I booked a can from my app. The driver did not pick the call for 10 minutes. When he picked he told that he won't go and would cancel the ride. But infact he started the ride alone without my knowledge. And he ended the ride after sometime. Which billed me Rs 137/-. Rs 100 got deducted from my wallet.

            After my ride driver told me he has no change. I struggled 20 mins near secunderabad railway station but no luck. As I had my train to catch up soon driver told me that he will return the change back at my house. What happened next, below is the sequence : 1) I called driver at least 4-5 times a day to get the change but he made some other excuse saying he can't come. 2) I called call center stating the same, very rudely TFS employee replied that 7 days over we can't take any complaint. 3) I mailed to their official ID and till date waiting for my own money for no reason stuck with TFS. Meanwhile I kept calling driver almost daily and finally he told he is out of hyderabad for long time. (Sounds Hillarious) What matters here is company has no proper channel to address user complaints. Imagine its just a change request, If something big would have happened, still call center lady will reply you are late by 6 days ! Waiting for my money from 35 days !

              My booking is cancelled in the last minute from your side due to technical problem faced from your side. and i have spoken to one kanchana from chennai related to this issue to re-credit my advance wallet to my bank account and she said that with in two day it will be resolved but still now there is no response from your side and there are ignoring my call.

                Dear Sir, I ordered the services of Taxi for Sure on the night of 26/4/15 pick up from my house to railway station at 23.15. My booking was confirmed telephonically, by message and by email. We waited till 11.35 (the train was at 11.55 and then we had to rush to make it) but still the car did not turn up. We tried to call the driver (the number of whom was given to us) but he did not pick up his phone. We were given no message as to the cancellation of our booking. I have been trying to call the company to register my complaint since 3 days. I have been talking to various teem leaders who have been ensuring that their complaint department will call me back. I have called them about 10-15 times. Till now there has been no apology, no reason given for this cancellation. When I call the only answer given is that we will call you back. Till now I have not got a single call from them.                     What kind of management is this ? You first give me a confirmation that the cab will be ready. And after half an hour you inform that cab is nt available. What non sense. We have important things to do in life besides waiting for your cab services... Rating : zero

                      Hi, I refilled my taxi for sure wallet with 300 RS but it been 10 days I haven't received the money. I also wrote a email to [protected]@taxiforsure.com but nobody replied. I also tried calling on customer care number from my alternate number [protected], but after of 15-20 min long hold my call was disconnected TWICE. Transaction Id is : [protected] . I also contacted paynimo.com (payment gate way) they informed me that the have processed the payment to merchant (taxi for sure) account. Please do something. Regards Prajjwal Singh Negi

                        Krishnappa, the driver harassed the women passengers by not giving them their luggage . The ladies denied paying him addiotnal as the bill was for 175 and he was not allowing the passengers to take the luggage. they were kind enought to pay him 200 for the bill of 175 but he asked for 50 rs additonal and harresed them . The passengers were about to miss their train so they paid him. What king of drivers is taxi fos ure hiring...is this service what we are expecting???? Im doing a police complaint and also going to cosumer forum for this issue

                          For travel from mettuguda to botanical garden, Kondapur for a distance of 19km the fare was Rs.242/-, which was also confirmed throught SMS & EMAIL however the driver has charged exorbitant fare of Rs. 300/-. Later on when we enquired with the driver over phone that why he has charged exobritant fare he has simply assured that the surplus collected will be adjusted for our next trip. But he could'nt give any valid reason for collecting such exorbitant fare. The details of the trip and the driver is as given under Trip No: TFS-PP[protected] Date of Travel: 25/4/2015 Name of the Driver:Ahmed Ulla Hussaini Vehicle No: AP 13 TV 0267 The driver has cheated the SENIOR CITIZENS. Is this the way behave with the customers that too with the Senior Citizens, we never expected this kind of service from TAXI FOR SURE. Action may be taken against the Driver.

                            I had a worst worst experience with TaxiForSure and would suggest not to go for this agency.. It is not reliable the agency and the driver. I am the victim of the agency.. i am been charged extra amount from the actual bill which i received. Also have not received satisfactory answer from customer care. Driver have not picked up the phone and disconnecting continuously. When i called up to inquire about the extra charge. Over all its was my worst expire and will try to pas this message to people so that they can safe their self from such situation/.. TAXI FOR SURE IS WORST WORST...

                              Please note I refilled my wallet on April 16th but it's not reflecting on the taxi for sure application untill now
                              Its not about the amount as much as it is about indifference and unprofessional services they have shown.I have mailed multiple times on CRM, no response...call center in vain...This is outright fraud.

                              Transaction message from bank:

                              Your debit card xxxxxxxxx has been used to make a purchase of Rs. 200 at Taxi for Sure_Paynimo Mu on 16-APR-15.

                                The drive was harrasing us verbally. He has no respect for the customer. He didn't allow us to wait and wanted to end the trip immediately. He told the we have to pay separate charges to the driver and the company also. He began to argue with us that he has completed MA and he knows better than us ..                                   I booked a cab for date: 22/04/2015 at 10:00PM from domestic airport to my residence. My cab was duly confirmed via mail and message both. I also, received a message as per procedure about the driver details as given under: Vikash Lokendra [protected], Sedan, HR-55-S-9418 I was waiting for my cab when i called the driver to ask about this location. The driver refused for any booking. Then I called Taxi for sure at 10:02PM who just told me they can't provide me cab now and I was left helpless I was not in any form conveyed that I will not be provided with the cab and was completly relying on them for it.

                                    Hi, I booked a cab yesterday (April 21, 2015) from Taxi for sure - pick up point was hotel delhi aerocity to westend marg, near garden of five senses. I specifically told driver over the phone (as it was booked for my uncle) to take vasant kunj route and from arbindo marg and then saket metro station however he still took the wrong route and I don't know why he went all the way to IIT gate and then came back to saket metro station. The total kms which was supposed to be 14km & 40 mins travelling time but actually it came to 34km & 90 mins travelling time. This is pathetic. It never happened with other service providers like MERU and UBER. Driver said I am new and I don't understand the route...total bill came to rs 492 which could have come around rs. 200 to 250.                                       This is the first time we have booked with "Taxi for Sure". And, it was a terrible experience. We had booked a taxi for early morning 3.45 am. We received the driver details at 3 am. But he din show up till 3.50 am. We called him repeatedly. All that we could hear was his crap caller tune. Then, the customer care from "Taxi for Sure" called us at 4.10 to convey their apologies. How ridiculous??? They have a cancellation charge if we cancel the taxi 30 mins prior to our travel. What do they do if the taxi is cancelled at the last moment from their side?? Please never book a cab with "Taxi for Sure".. Particularly, if you are travelling...at an odd timing wherein you cant find an alternate choice like auto.. The company should think about changing their name..

I have recharge my taxi for sure wallet for 300 rs . money got debited from my bank account and i have received message on taxi for sure website that 300 rs credited to your account, but when i check my wallet money it's not reflecting there . Very disappointed taxiforsure . Very unstable system you guys are using .
