I have booked material on 24th june on tci express Neelam chowk Faridabad from faridabad to secundrabad but now the material is not reached at the destination after 20 days.Docket No.[protected]....

We had booked 3 nos material on 18-5-22 in which 2 nos recieved one no. still to recieve. Booked from indo engineering services aligarh-202001 to Fair export Malegaon, district Nasik-423203.
Your customer care staff not co operating they are reluctant to reply. Please trace missing material and deliver to its destination.

I have booked my package on 4th June 2022 from Delhi to Ranchi. It has reached ranchi on 8th June but till date i am struggling to get my package delivered. I am incurring huge loss due to this delay. I have called customer care many times and also registered 2 complains from the official site of TCI but not action has been taken against it. The latest Complaint no. is - 651013.
Ranchi Branch is not even picking calls. Very pathetic...

I've dispatched Readymade garment with docket no:[protected] on 29/04/2022, since ever it is not delivered till date, concerned persons in TCI not reverting, Please look into this matter and provide your support..

We book cargo for morbi to noida with commitments it need on particular day and the charges was double for the special delivery at that time we require cargo we call to TCI and thay saying cargo in the Ahmedabad storage no one can proper reply we are doing big business to TCI now we decide to divert totally business to others

Hi TCI XPS, i have a shipped goods from Lucknow to Bhubaneswar but TCI XPS agent did mistake he filled up wrong information about sender that's why reciever is not ready to take goods and my new buyer is calling us cheater too because of mistake of TCI XPS agent it is really big mistake of yours and i am not going to pay any single rupee to TCI XPS, so kindly i request you please return my goods as soon as possible,

On 1st of April 2022 my shipment was delivered by TCI
XSGT (SANJAY GANDHI TRANSPORT N) - 5/. The total number of my shipment was 14 but I got only 13.
I raised a complaint regarding this. But no action was taken.

I booked the goods with the company with DWB No.[protected] on 14 march 2022. The cartoon box contained the goods worth rupees 28671. The quantity or the number of peices were 39. the goods were delivered to the consignee but the quantity of the goods was short. Iam DEPUTY EXECUTIVE ENGINEER APTRANSCO KURNOOL My doccet No:[protected].my company Urgent material are delivered from SALEM THAMILNADU ON 04.02.2022 and materials received at TCI EXP Kurnool on 10.02.2022.My self called today morning for [protected] and informing the importance of material duly given my address and my contact number also..deliver boy told today we will dispatch..but till this time material not received..myself called...

My package reached Guwahati on 27th January 2022 the scheduled date for the delivery was 29th January 2022 you but it did not depart from Guwahati till 30 January also
Very poor service in this regard...

We ordered some stock form private company .in tracking status its shows 17th Jan arrived at Chennai hub but till now we dint get the stock...

No bilty is provided by tci ambala haryana....

15 days already late even after reaching the tci express I have said I need today emergency they have not given proper response and not delivered the boxs...

We ordered the material from one private company in Mangalore, That company booked my consignment in TCI Express on 21/12/2021 through surface mode against the COD basis, the same docket number was given to us on the same date of delivery .

At that time when I tracked in TCI Express portal its shows the delivery date 26.12.2021, Again I tracked the consignment on 26th its shows that the material was reached Coimbatore office...

Hi,
I am supposed to receive 2 packages(Docket[protected] from Mumbai to Budge Budge location. The packages reached Taratala TCS XPS location on 23rd Dec. It is still not delivered to me. The scheduled delivery date was 27th Dec.
I also registered a complaint 594447 on 27th Dec but no response was received.
Please help....
