Our products comes under essential services we have to purchase our raw material from Tamil Nadu
every time tci xps (dilshad garden branch) recieved the goods within seven to eight days but they dont delivered us on time. they send the material after three to four days only then when we call severally times.
After so many repeated calls or whats app calls they dont responded when we call from new number then there wording is jab time hoga tabhi bhejenge kar do complaint kisi ko bi
We are simple people we need material on time so that we can deliver the products to Hospitals, Nursing homes
Please take action against this total staff

              my LR NO DWB[protected] Dated 24/08/2021

              This is to inform you that the above mentioned docket number we have book our parcel (02 nos) from Ambernath to dahej site on 24th Aug 2021 however the materials have not reached at dahej till date you are requested to track the materials and ensure it to reach at site immediately.we cannot wait for prolonged period as customer is following us on hourly basic where as there no comments from you ambernath tci express .

                Each & Every Time Material Pick up done by TCI JAMNAGAR very very late
                They have no management to collect material even after 1 or 2 days the pick up request mail done by us.
                They cant handle to Collect the material after 2 days of our follow up via phone calls & emails.

                  This is to inform that we are facing very much harassment while giving delivery of goods.My L/R[protected] lot size is 4 bale.As per company policy we should be given home delivery.But you office in kolkata is forcing us to take goods from there Godown.
                  We have taken self delivery of one bale and rest are with them .Now they are saying to take delivery of all 4 bales from there godown only other wise they will send the balance goods to there Dulagarh godown

                          Hi Team,
                          Docket number[protected] was booked from Mumbai on 24 Aug 2021 reached Bhopal by 27 August still not delivered till today 2nd September 2021, when I enquired about this and raised a complaint via Customer care lady who gave me call started abusing me and was talking in a tone acceptable for customers.
                          Also I got number of Bhopal guy Kamlesh he also didn't gave proper response although talked in a very rude manner. This is how TCI express deal with its Customer.

                            Our Customer Send us the Material through the Docket No.[protected] as on dated 18.06.2021 on the basis of Door Delivery but its not delivered till date, When i have asked to deliver this material they want the demur-rage against the same Freight Cost is Rs. 490.08 but TCI Manesar asking to clear the payment approx 1900.00

                            This is unfare and illegal when the material send on the basis of door delivery then how you can charge demmurage.

                            Please send the material by Today before 5.30 PM without any additional charges. Otherwise We will send this issue to our Legal department.

                                I am rahul sabale, from shri siddhivinayak Engineering, shrigonda, ahmednagar. We are regular consumer of transport service. But on 25/8/21 we are booking a parcel from kurkumbh branch to mehsana, gujrat branch. Your branch employee not weighing and sizing of our parcel and approximately attach a charge to our parcel.
                                This is not good and our customer is not agree to paid a charge for parcel. your employee charging for parcel 4000+.
                                we are managing a company and we are regular customer. As per our information our parcel weight is maximum 140 kg. not more than 150 kg. And your employee giving weight to your information 254 kg.
                                We are not ready to give you this charge and this is fraud.
                                this problem i want solved in 24 hours.

                                  Tci express person Mr. Om Tiwari has assured that our fridge and TV will be shifted Handel and care. But when we open the boxes my TV and fridge was broken .
                                  They both have brand new, and tere cost will be 35000/-. Please give me my money back for this tci Xpress unnecessary and careless handle .

                                  Dear Sir,

                                  1. In my last email I had mentioned that, TCI Xpress person advised the consignee to check at home and inform them of Damages, if any, that feedback will be sent to TCI Xpress Headquarters. There're  there is no comment on POD copy for damages due to the inspection being visual, however the detailed inspection can only be done after opening the packages.
                                  2. Your representative available at the destination was very categoric in saying that, " If you do not pick up the goods you shall be charged Demurrages & for Home Delivery you have to pay Rs. 800 to 900 extra thus forcing us to collect the goods & transport under our own arrangements.
                                  4. The material is broken by TCI Xpress on the faith of safe delivery for which the company assures that it will not happen in future.
                                  5.Request to refund or replace the damaged item at the earliest as it is causing harassment to the consumer being a routine consumable item not  in  working condition & beyond Repairs.
                                  6. Considering the nature of my duties - an Army officer in active environment it is difficult to continuously  be on interaction on email between us.
                                  7. For your reference, I have attach the TV box Images before and after, which clearly show that the damaged impact on the box.
