Dear Sir,
As per our discussion, all most two month despatch the material but till date not traceable at your end.
We lodge hereby our claim for compensation of loss of our material booked vide your above consignment not.
We have dispatched material as per our Invoice No.0325/2021-22 Dt.15.06.2021 for Rs.124490/-. This dispatch is form our vadodara factory, 392 G.I.D.C Makarpura Vadodara to our client Pidilite Industries Ltd. Plot No.78/79, G.I.D.C, “ E “ Type Road, Nr.Zandu Pharma, Vapi – 396195.
We regret to inform you that as on date the above material not delivered to our client & it resulted to lost of customer. It is confirmed by your franchise that material lost in transit as it is not traceable at your end. We hereby make a claim for loss of consignment worth Rs.124490/- as per our Invoice No.0325/2021-22 dt.15/06/2021.we are enclosing herewith zerox copies of our Invoice, your Docket & request you to please reimburse Rs.124490/- on receipt of this letter
We claim for lost in transit material, looking to our long business relation please reimburse it on receipt of this claim letter
