With respect to the docket number[protected], the consignment was held in Ambala for 4-5 days and now it's been held in the destination for 3 days and just because I am calling their customer support, they have placed a false status that the consignment has been detained by authorities, though there is not even a miniscule reason for them to do it. It has invoice with all tax paid. It's a just a way to cover their own faults. All other deliveries...

the didn't receive my machine from last two date and your branch staff not giving proper answer to me. I am faced many problem and loss of 10000 rupees because they delivering this machine too late.

DWB no.[protected]. The packing quality was the worst, it destroyed half of my products, all the glass utensils broke the cartoons are all torn and the products came in a very bad condition. The packers were booked from Varanasi To Asansol on 26th Feb2021.I received my products on 17th Feb 2021 that too in such bad condition.The packer who packed my products was so rude and bad in his behaviour that it's really very disappointing.The packers...

We booked consignment vide[protected], on dated 24 Feb., As per booking it should be reached to Pune...But it is yet at ahmedabad ...
We were diverted due to good service of TCI EXPRESS...
But real schenirio is here......

I am an employee at BEL, Ghaziabad. We have sent one item for Air Force Station Nal, Bikaner with docket no[protected]. Item is already reached at Bikaner. We required the item urgently because of radar is down. We requested local person to deliver it asap. But he clearly refused to deliver....

Today I have got boxes, boy is not ready to deliver the goods, he has thrown the box, infront of me deliberately, inside all glases or broken down, he has thretened me that, he can't do home delivery, first he has called me to pick up near my house, I has told he will not do home delivery, I have told him that come to home and deliver. I selected ur transport company for my shipment because your company is one of the well known transport company. But i am very disappointed in my case. I transported one teak wood sofa set and one bed from tinsukia to Nashik. I got up my shipment but my all wooden items are heavily damaged. I am surprised how come wooden strong furniture broken in a such a way. The sofa set was irrepairable and my bed was damaged heavily . The whole structure...

My supplier booked 1ton from mp tci XPS
. They askd more fee and they told reason"That tci XPS officer told vivid time so they askd extra amount, wil deliver within one week to Erode Tamilnadu. I accepted. Afterwards material wil reach one month after only. In between time my order also cancelled I'm going loss. but I need to take that material so I called Erode tci "manager told Diwali time one week holiday like that" now one month...

I have booked a aluminum. Coil from ankleswar to mithapur which was about to be delivered from TCI express jamnagar office. But your one employee Mr. Ritesh kumar misguided me about delivery of material, he told me to 1st make payments then he will deliver our material but after getting the payment he stopped to pick my call.
After calling other TCI person our material get delivered by Tuesday but Mr. Ritesh kumar wrote wrong material...

Indo engineering services aligarh (contact no [protected]) has booked material to Agriom foods pvt ltd B-32 to B-47, upsidc industrial area leather technology park unnao. Pinode-209801 on[protected] on FOD bases. We have call tci unnao office so many times to deliver material but they evade. please take necessary action...

Tci workers and delivery boys are very late in their delivery
And they dnt follow any rules
They don't even know how to talk with costumer
I was there at 4:30 but there office was closed
I use to go to there home to inform that i need my package urgently but still they didn't came on time
Worst service...
