With respect to the docket number[protected], the consignment was held in Ambala for 4-5 days and now it's been held in the destination for 3 days and just because I am calling their customer support, they have placed a false status that the consignment has been detained by authorities, though there is not even a miniscule reason for them to do it. It has invoice with all tax paid. It's a just a way to cover their own faults. All other deliveries from other companies - Amazon, Ekart, Bluedart, Delhivery are made in time, even during this Corona crisis. This company is way below any service standards.

DWB no.[protected]. The packing quality was the worst, it destroyed half of my products, all the glass utensils broke the cartoons are all torn and the products came in a very bad condition. The packers were booked from Varanasi To Asansol on 26th Feb2021.I received my products on 17th Feb 2021 that too in such bad condition.The packer who packed my products was so rude and bad in his behaviour that it's really very disappointing.The packers name was Ritesh and I his phone number [protected].We are really with the company and also it's way of packing quality I would also post my products photos that got damaged .Do respond for what your company is responsible for.

Updated by SreeSengupta What happened I still didn't get any response from your side. Your company is responsible for the damage of my products and you are still not responding to the issue. Such a 3rd grade company!!! With all 3rd grade and such misbehaved staffs.

I selected ur transport company for my shipment because your company is one of the well known transport company. But i am very disappointed in my case. I transported one teak wood sofa set and one bed from tinsukia to Nashik. I got up my shipment but my all wooden items are heavily damaged. I am surprised how come wooden strong furniture broken in a such a way. The sofa set was irrepairable and my bed was damaged heavily . The whole structure is damaged about 80 to 90percent.I paid your high transportation charges because my shipping material was so costly.
Now I want my full compensation on nearest date otherwise I take legal help and rise complaint against ur company in consumer's court.

#Sir the outer packaging material was okay but the internal material was damaged. I uploaded the photograph look at that and then tell me.
#How come wooden strong furniture broken in such a way.
#When the material reached at home and when we opened then we come to know about the damaged.
#i m transported the material first time why did ur company had not told us to open the shipment before putting the signature on ur document.

My supplier booked 1ton from mp tci XPS
. They askd more fee and they told reason"That tci XPS officer told vivid time so they askd extra amount, wil deliver within one week to Erode Tamilnadu. I accepted. Afterwards material wil reach one month after only. In between time my order also cancelled I'm going loss. but I need to take that material so I called Erode tci "manager told Diwali time one week holiday like that" now one month our material kept in tci godown . Today again I went erode tci office for taking my material " that manager asking rs.6000extra payment". WE ALREADY LOSS BCOS OF ONLY REASON TCI, how can they asking more and more extra money?? I need our parcel don't want to give extra money pl reply asap ey

I have booked a aluminum. Coil from ankleswar to mithapur which was about to be delivered from TCI express jamnagar office. But your one employee Mr. Ritesh kumar misguided me about delivery of material, he told me to 1st make payments then he will deliver our material but after getting the payment he stopped to pick my call.
After calling other TCI person our material get delivered by Tuesday but Mr. Ritesh kumar wrote wrong material quantity by pen on original bilty to misguide local driver.
Still I am waiting for payment receipt copy.
such type of employee working with TCI express and destroying TCI express name.
Kindly take the necessary action against such employee like Me. Ritesh kumar
