Sub : Shortage of Spare Parts During Door Delivery – Reg.

Dear Sir(s),

We have received spare parts sent by M/s Swaraj Mazda Ltd., Chandigarh vide your DWB No.[protected] on 14/08/2009. One case (Case No.1) of the above consignment was in damaged condition during door delivery and we have opened the box in presence of your delivery staff, only after taken the weight of the box. The total weight of the box is 22.05 Kgs. as per supplier’s packing slip. But the weight of the consignment at delivery time is only 19.500 Kgs. On detailed verification with the packing slip and invoice of the supplier in presence of your delivery staff, it has observed that 02 Nos. Shift Cable having a total cost of Rs.5, 166/- (Rupees Five Thousand One Hundred and Sixty Six Only) have missed from the consignment before delivery and the same has written in your DWB copy.

Hence, you are requested to issue a shortage certificate to us for insurance claim purpose at the earliest please.

      We have been given the order as per under mail and under given party. The party says that he has been send the parcel by TCI-XPS. This parcel's delivery is very urgent. Because tomorrow here is a birth day of Mr. Jeet Marwadi the sun of Mr. Ketan Marwadi (Managing Director 0f Marwadi Shares & Finance Ltd.) So, kindly give the status of the drum kit as urgent base.

      Instead of explaining the Local office the urgency of material, the local office executives were very reluctant and behaved in the most irresponsible manner.

      DELAY: BY 2 DAYS



      IMPACT of delay: 16, 000.00/- INR [sixteen thousand rupees] LOSS at our workshop.



      The above consignment was an urgent material to us the same was booked thru AIR on COD basis / door delivery.

      Instead of several repeated phone calls and follow ups, we could not get proper response from “TCI”. Same was informed to Head HR TCI House, 69, Institutional Area, Sector-32, Gurgaon-122007(Haryana), Phone : +[protected] to 07



      But there was no explanation or proper reply from “TCI”. We also explained the concerned the seriousness and urgency of the consignment.



      Instead of explaining the Local office the urgency of the material, the local office executives were very reluctant and behaved in the most irresponsible manner and informed us that they have nothing to do but it is the mistake from “GOA TCI office “ .



      When we enquired the same with local executives [TCI XPS –KOMPALLY executives [ MB Nos : [protected]/41] We were totally surprised that they casually said the consignment will be delivered on Tuesday[20-feb-2012]. To our agony, we were asked not to call them and disturb them as it was Sunday, though the delay is from TCI.



      At last I had to personally drive 50 KMS to reach the TCI KOMPALLY GODWON, then to my agony, the executive there at the GODOWN was not accepting the Cheque for payment toward freight charges, he asked me to pay the amount in cash [this is not at all a good practice, how does that different braches of TCI have different practices, the one at CHERLAPALLY accepted the Cheque and same is not accepted here.]. We paid the cash and collected the consignment.
      TCI XPS is a company of cheats. I sent a packet from Vadodara to Guwahati. It never received the recipient. Because I live outside of India so could not follow up much (I am not expected to follow up). This company STOLE my packet.

      Now, I bought an item from eBay. The vendor sent the item through TCI XPS. It's been 3 weeks, I never received the item in Guwahati, Assam.
      SICK, PATHETIC, RIDICULOUS, CHEAT, THIEF, SCAMMER - are the words for this company. Now I am thinking to going to Consumer Court against this company.

      DONOT USE THIS COMPANY.
      Worst service, consignment #[protected]. My television was broken completely. Person delivering the goods charged me for door service. Delayed for 3 days. moved back an forth in hyderabad before delivery.
      TCI xps is worrest service. First of all try to avoid this courier. Whenever parcel comes delivery boy demands to come and collect the goods saying that he did not knew the address. Second he will write anything on chart saying that customer not available etc. Third they come comfartably few days after showing message out for delivery. my docet number is[protected].

        I had Sent some household items from Silchar, Assam (Refrigerator, Computer, Table, Glass items, etc.) to Asansol thru XPS cargo services, in the month of November 07.

        I recieved them on the 3rd of December 2007. Of the 19 Cartons sent I have recieved only 17. the items recieved were in serious damaged condition.

        XPS is not claiming any responsibility for the same.

        Please post my complaint as I was misled by th eregional office here in Silchar, Assam

        This is the general trend of most new upcoming logistic companies
        I had sent some house hold items including 7 Sarees from which I lost 2 expensive sarees - (2Wedding Sarees worth of Rs.10,000/-) from Mumbai to Secunderabad. The parcel was received by my mother who was an elderly lady she insisted to check the parcel and sign the slip so that she can go through my declaration form, but the delivery boy did not give her time he rushed her and went back.

        Later I made complaint at there Mumbai branch from where my parcel has been dispatched I haven't received any compensiation and they did not do any thing.

        Hope other learn from my experience with XPS.
        i have send one material box of 400Kg thru TCI XPS and the docket no. is[protected], The material was send in Chennai to M/S Primo Automation and the party received the matrial in bad condition. It has been damaged, so I want to claim its damage for misconduct by TCI XPS.
