Mera docket 4 ko Akola se dispatch hua and 9 ko varanasi delivered hona tha but ho lucknow me aake ruka hua hai uski na to koi exact delivery ki jankari milti hai na hi delivery..

Mera docket 9december ko varanasi me delivered hona tha but abhi lucknow me 3 din se pada hai na to time par delivery de rhe hai na hi jankari ki kab tak delivery karenge

We are from ATLS gandhinagar Gujarat . We are very disappointed with the service given from your Gandhinagar Gujarat office . They are not picking up material for door to door service even 5 times after call for a booking . This is happening repeatedly so we request you to ask your Gandhinagar Gujarat authorized officials to co operate us .

i am amit wadhwa Prop. of M/S Ashwa Healthcare, Sonepat...i have booked 17 case Sonipat (XPST) to Vijayawada (XVZA) Via COD for M/S Cure India Phamaceuticals...But till date no any received COD Cheque...and goods delivered by your tpt ...sir my humble request to you plz clear the matter and deposit my payment on your behalf because party not picked the call till aug 2020...and every day call and personal visit to your snp office but not any response from your sonipat office.

We have booked the consignment from TCI Santej to TCI korba. when receiver reached at korba TCI then he noticed the material is short. and remaining material has no significance that where it is. party collected the short material and demanded the door delivery of remaining material. after 3 days materiel reached the korba TCI godown. now respected authority denied the door delivery. talking very roodly. client is not going to travel 90 KM for Transportation fault(TCI).

kindly do the needful in order to get client satisfaction.

Complaint No. 482676 placed on 28-Nov 2020, not resolved yet.
No positive response from Toll Free Call centres on delivery.
20 days delay and still counting.

Our Shipment is reach at sativali - Vasai branch on 09/11/2020. Still we have not received door delivery service.

We call you many time. They give different reason on all time. We have require my shipment today at any how.

TCI XPS - Dear Sir,

With reference to discussion had with your TCI Xps Branch (X V V N -V.V Nagar, Anand, Gujarat) on dated 05/11/2020 regarding the Non delivery of Docket No[protected]dated 22/10/2020.pls find the attached file.

We have booked for 08Nos of Pkgs / Booking Type G/B with Actual Weight for 300Kgs from your TCI XPS Anand to TCI XPS Ramgarh through Surface Express under ODA Basis door (Delivery Basis) and please note that till dated the same Parcel Items are not delivery at our Patratu NTPC Site.

We talked with TCI XPS Ramgarh Branch Personal till they are not take any response as well as TCI XPS An and also for delivery of Goods, due to we booked at Anand for 8 Nos of Parcel but TCI XPS Ramgarh Branch have received for 7Nos Parcel .Balance 01No of Parcel till they are not Identified for where its unloaded.

We request to your good office that please take necessary action in this regards, the booked Machinery Items very most urgent for our Power Plant Erection on Site at BHEL NTPC Patratu site.

My packet is missed at Varanasi TCI express office while tracking system is showing it is received at Varanasi on 10th Nov 2020. Today (12/11/2020) I went to Varanasi TCI Express office to collect it but it is not found there. They are saying might be only sticker has come. We are looking into it and will inform you. Is it possible only sticker will delivered to Varanasi?

Dear MD or Top management,

I am very much ashamed to take the service from your company as every one saying that "Jisko bolna ho bol do aapka material to apne hisab se jayega aur hume nahi pata ye material destination par kab pahunchega".

Sir every time I am facing this problem. This time I have booked my consignment under Docket no.[protected] dated 03.11.2020 and still this material in transit. No one is responding including at Haldwani office, Rewari office. Sir pls suggest what to do, is there any person above you so that I can contact. last few months I am seeing this type of hopeless service and staff with you.
This type of responds not expected form a company like you and I m not expecting same reply as your staff "ki aapko chahiye to service lo yan mat lo".

I booked my consignee[protected] from Rajkot, Gujarat on 31 oct, 2020 to Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. At 4 Nov, 2020 it was reached at Noida hub but from that day to till now dated 11 Nov, 2020 the material not deliver by TCI GZB. when i call Noida hub they said the material reach to the Ghaziabad and when i call to Ghaziabad they said the material is in the Noida hub. Till now they have the same reason.Even they did'nt update the consignee tracking.I already attached the screenshot of tracking. The TCI EXPRESS service is very very bad.I am fully fed up from the service of TCI.I give the penalty of the materials day by day but TCI did'nt take any action.

Today i am going to file a case and legal action towards TCI. Going to complaint a file in consumer court.

It is very much unfortunate that the sensitivity of matter is not considered. My consignment bearing number[protected] was expected to be delivered on 23RD-oct-2020, but till date not received. I have approached on toll free number with the urgency of consignment but no action taken till date and time.Only false excuses are entertaining.
My question to the brand like "TCI XPS goes for a toss, Why the expected delivery dates are then given what you are not going to deliver.
In short, I request to kindly deliver the consignment today to the address and will let my booker to know to avoid booking through TCI XPS in future.
