Greetings of the day!
I have booked a consignment from Gujrat to Jamshedpur my consignment number was[protected]. Which was reached at jamshedpur on 19 august 2021.I got a call from Mr. Lalit Mathur (bearing mobile number +91 [protected]) regarding my consignment he just inform me that my consignment has reached and i have to collated it from sakchi TCI ware house. When I had sent my staff with teppo he ask for unnecccery documents and put new condition every time, I got atleast 4 or 5 call from Mr. Lalit when he ask me for new documents when I was provide GST certificate to him then he ask me to give a confirmation message on what up that I had sent these person to collect my consignment.I believe this is totally disgraced behavior by the lalit mathur. I had business with SAFEXPRESS also but this type of document never ask by them,

Please note that at the time booking show detail of material & Clear everything. But still material not receive as per receipt. And your employee in Nagpur Mr. Yadav mobile no. [protected] talking Rudely & Improper. I m frustrate & don't know what i can do.

Reached delhi on 17 not recd till today even after giving repeated calls.

I send a shipment of 200kg to meerut to kolkata through tci express on 5th aug. shipment reached on 9th aug but the parcel not delivered to the customer, so i decided to call meerut office on 11th aug for the delivery and i request the person available that please delivered the parcel as soon as possible because client has opening for sports academy and they need that parcel at the time of opening, they told we discuss and arrange the delivery but they not delivered parcel on that day, next day i suffered same issue. same as next day so i decided to call Kolkata baksha branch manager to arrange the delivery on 14th aug they said we arrange but not delivered, customer told id i don't get delivery today so i return your shipment this shipment is around[protected]. but the kolkata baksha branch manager vivek not arrrange the delivery, 15th is holiday so i not called anyone, on 16th aug i called vivek in the afternoon and after our argument they ready to arrange delivery within 1 hour but they deliver goods around 5 on 16th aug so according to my concern, i asked one que to tci express, this is your service ? normal transporter provide me better delivery than you peoples. i know this complaint not valuable for you but as a responsible customer it is my duty to inform you that how your employee worked for you. now i am not going my any parcel to tci.

Recently I had made a service with your courier (Name-Subasini Pharmaceuticals) to above branch. They Charged very high and service provided worst. Behavior very rude rough. And time management very very poor. Plz tell them to take care of above mentioned things to maintain your organizations good will as well as customer friendly.

Hi i am from kitsons hyderabad tci dwm no[protected] we have ordered total 17 boxes of cartoon but he delivered 15 boxes but he told that he would delivered that order as early as possilbe. Then we had called to the manger his name is vimal dube he is not responding us properly from date of delivery this is 8th day we did'nt got any proper response.When that delivery boy has left the 15 boxes of cartoons we had written the statement in the recipt like 15 boxes recived and 2 boxes missing but he did'nt gave any proper response. Only he will say that tomorrow i will send the remaining boxes but till today he did'nt sended it.
So please help us to return back our 2 boxes that are missing as early as posible.

Till now goods not delivered, since 10 days it has reached the city, telling we cant do delivery for 1 docket, if you required to come and collect this is the answer getting from local delivery, then why are you collecting amount for door to door delivery, it's not the way of doing business. Strongly recommend not use for business purpose.
3 time i used TCI express All the time late deliver,

This Worst experience with this TCI express

We have booked an material on 31st July 2021 Docket no[protected].
But Still Material hold in Aurangabad Hub and we have call & mail many times but Tci team not give satisfactory answer regarding delivery.
Our customer get angry because he is not receive material on time.
Please make some arrangements and solve the matter as soon as possible.

Im Regular customer of Tci but first time it happened i booked 5 box from Ghaziabad to bangalore i call Ghaziabad pickup person he asked 300rs extra for pickup i said give me bill of rs 300 i will give he this money is for me not for tci i said ok leave it then be se ok sir I am sending my boy give him goods. He had sent me bill of rs 1598 80kg i know it was max 60kg i called him and said it max 60 how you changed 60kg wait I'm coming i went there in front of me he calculated it was 57 kg only he was not reduced amount he said in next bill i will reduce
I said ok

The main story star now when my client received stock in bangalore it was totally damaged out of 5box 3box was fully damaged why it damaged because i didn't gave him 300rs for pickup and i cached him what extra kg he is charged. This things are happening in tci Ghaziabad branch

Bhagalpur ke delivery point ki service poor hai, kbhi bhi parcel delivery nahi krta hai, mujhe khud gadi bhej kr mal mangwana parta hai, bolne se sundar singh bolta hai jo krna h kr

Product not delivered yet, Showing no information online. please check and dispatch it as soon as possible, daily i am having a loss of around 2 lakhs due to non availability of my product. also revert back with full info regarding delivery time and location of product. if your firm can not deliver it than please return it back to origin. also no response from your team.

Material booked from Kathwada, Ahmedabad brach at 16/7/2021 and till now there is no status of material.tracking details as under.

As below screen shot till time we not received material which is booked in 20july.when I have check status with your customer care they said “ 6 days material hold on your Aurangabad station & they not able provide actual reason”.

Now our customer will give penalty us due to material not provide on time.

So Kindly check & inform to us for why this material not delivered on expected date or on time.

My package which is numbered as[protected]DWB No.) dated 20th July 2021 from Baddi(Solan) to Gorakhpur has not been delivered till now. Also the package had arrived on 25th July 2021at TCI office (Gorakhpur) but yet not recieved even after requesting your staff.

We booked material on 2nd july 2021 on to be billed basis.
Till now material not delivered and its been 26 days.
Tci person at destination saying that the shipment is booked on topay basis and its completely their mistake.
When i am asking to dispatch material No one responding properly.

cherlapally branch manager Mr.Mishra is irresponsible and i called him 100 times literally.
Take an action and respond to our problem soon

The ship ment was booked on 26th June but till date i e 28/7/21 it has not been delivered on contacting the local branch the phone is not picked and no feedback is provided

The material was booked on to pay basis but in between we were asked to deposit Rs 480 in account nos [protected] HDFC bank IFSC HDFC0000003 the same were transferred instantly but till date the material has not been delivered in hydrabad

I am a serving defence Officer. I have been trying to contact TCI Chennai Office for past 25 days on all 3 numbers provided on official website. However noone picks up call at the office. It was just once that the call was picked up by a lady however she did not respond to my enquiry properly. Seems noone is monitoring whether people are working there or not. It is requested that please dont trouble customers/citizens like this. I would be grateful if i could be contacted bg someone on [protected] at the earliest.
