My consignment booked on[protected] from Tirupur to Chirkunda and it had reached salem warehouse on[protected] and till today[protected] it is lying at Salem Warehouse and no body is giving any commitment as to when will the materials will be despatched.

I have booked a material from your Bahadurgarh center for VV Nagar Ahmadabad on 24 June. But after 100 days I have not found out my material. So I purchased a new Gear Box and I also submit you invoice of the material and my company account number and GST number. Please pay for my new Gear Box or solve this issue as soon as possible.

This is to express my utmost disappointment reagarding the service provided by this company.
My parcel has not been delivered since 14 days from the day of dispatch.
And they are not picking up the call too.
They just picked up call once and their employ named sameer misbehaved too.

My complain no is 463663 raise on 29 th of september yet not received any call or mail regarding my compaint. consignmet is also not received pls chek and reply, it contains emergncy medicine.

This is the 1st time I'm using thi express service, and I got very poor and very unreliable experience from the organization.
There is no single mail text or notification from tci that delivery is going to be delayed. What kind of service is this?

We packed our order and we are ready to dispatch 2 days back, your tci management is not lifting calls to take my order, and they told to ready my order and not lifting calls, this is the worst service i never met, very very bad service.
Tci pick up person venu in vijayawada (Andhra pradesh) he is my stock pickup person from 2 days this worst fellow is not coming and management is also like that, we will not do any business with this worst transport.

We have sent our material by tci on 16 sept. 2020 and yet it is not delivered to the client. Also did the payment too.
This delay on your side is causing us considerable embarrassment.
And your service center which is situated at dombivili mumbai always gives us foolish reasons.
Kindly do as soon as possible.

Not delivered as yet though consignment reached destination city on 12.09.2020

Everyday the representative says today it will be delivered/it is on the way.

My parcel of 100 kgs was sent on 3rd september from delhi to kaliabor assam. Parcel is not yet delivered even after 12 days
Inquired customer service and got to know that, they have different pin code in delivery address, none knows who has changed the delivery address and pin code.
Very bad courier service.

I just put a complete about delivery of over consignment which is show deliver to us on 11th of September according to tci traking courior side as well as in toll free no but status is still I didnot get goods and ur tci local agent not co-operate us

We have been informed by the consignee, hbl power system pvt ltd, about the damage of one container out of 30, resulting in the loss of 6 kg of soldering flux due to spillage. The consignee has provided evidence of receiving a damaged container to your driver, who has acknowledged the same in writing. They have issued a debit note of rs. 13650.00 to us. This is a loss caused by mishandling of the cargo by your workers / driver.
Therefore, we request you to compensate us for the actual damage.

We send a consignment on 04/0/2020 from Kolkata to Assam. The docket number is[protected]. It should be delivered by 17/08/2020. but surprisingly it is still not dispatched from Kolkata Hub (Dankuni). The officials giving childish excuses regarding it. Deliver the consignment in time is very important for our company, otherwise we will face huge financial lose. If our company will face any financial loses for your irresponsible activities, then TCI Express will be responsible for that. We therefore, requested to deliver the consignment immediately.

I am from Manipur, on date 17 july 2020 i book order from Rajkot to guwahati, bcos tci service is not available at manipur so they are giving expected delivery time is 24 july 2020, but today date 6 August 2020 still order is not yet deliver now time is 6pm today also gone. That is not my main consult its ok now a day everywhere lockdown is starting so deliver is late. my problem is on 3 aug 2020 i got a call lady from tci guwahati my order are coming at her office so they will be coming for delivery so pay your fare at online and then they are sending one pdf file of bank details of tci, after that i transfer all amount of fare. after that no one is not coming for deliver i call on tci office ([protected] as same no contact to me) but they told me they are not deliver today bcos of your transaction amount is not showing on her account then I send them all my transaction details by screenshot at watsapp([protected]- another no they are given) after that they said neft transaction are showing at day after today today so one amout is showing our account in that time only they will deliver my goods...I am shock but i said ok no issue i was wait that day also again next day they i call at same no but that lady give me another no, i call him he told me good will be deliver today but they are not delivered like that tomorrow sure tomorrow sure still they are not delivered and now they are not pickup my call.

I booked consignment from meerut to shillong docket no[protected]. On 7th july but still goods not received only 2 parcel sent n one is missing n party shouted on me, they are paying more to get goods on time n still goods not received, pls deliver the goods asap other wise he will cancel my order.

Party has Received his Goods of LR No.[protected] on 30th july by 2:30 Pm in VARANASI, But All Goods has been full Damaged, Who Will Pay this Amount, Please Give me A Compensation of this LR immediately, Bcoz this Goods are not use for me or my Party, So please Pay ALL loss of this invoice to me by Cheque or Transfer,
Many time Damage are Coming on Your End, MY Cuttack Goods has Been also damaged please Clarify me,
If You have not Take Seriously my loss, I will be take legal Action

I am writing this mail on behalf of my distributor.

Please note that, on 15.06.2020, vide L.R. No.[protected], a consignment was booked & paid Rs.600/- by Sanskar Distributor from Raipur in the name of Provet Pharma Pvt Ltd for Chennai, through your transport.

I wish to inform you that, it has been over a month now, and still the consignment is not delivered yet.

As the Chennai persons are asking for consignment, your people say that goods has not arrived, and when I search it online, it shows that the consignment is in Chennai.

I need clarification from your side, why the consignment is not delivered yet? How much time your transport need to deliver consignment from Raipur to Chennai?

Kindly revert me with the current status, and when will it be delivered!

We are regularly sending materials to our customer m/s nitya elctrocontrols pvt ltd, noida, but we facing issue in delivery as it will be lying in noida gowdon almost for 15days and after regular follow up the materials will be delivered and some times shipment will not at all move from nelmangala hub.
As we dispatch materials on cod basis and we are not recieving the cheques on regular basis and no body is giving information regarding the update of cheques.
Please confirm us by mail why you are missing cheques.
Kindly solve the issue immediately as it is very critical.
We need all the cheques recieved at your end asap.
