    We ordered the material from one private company in Mangalore, That company booked my consignment in TCI Express on 21/12/2021 through surface mode against the COD basis, the same docket number was given to us on the same date of delivery .

    At that time when I tracked in TCI Express portal its shows the delivery date 26.12.2021, Again I tracked the consignment on 26th its shows that the material was reached Coimbatore office on 25th, but still the material is not deliver to us .I raise the complaint through TCI about the delay in deliver, after 1 hour customer service person called and promised me to deliver the material on 28th, but till now the material is not deliver to us .Again the raised the complain but no response from courier service .

    So kindly please deliver the consignment immediately

      Hi,
      I am supposed to receive 2 packages(Docket[protected] from Mumbai to Budge Budge location. The packages reached Taratala TCS XPS location on 23rd Dec. It is still not delivered to me. The scheduled delivery date was 27th Dec.
      I also registered a complaint 594447 on 27th Dec but no response was received.
      Please help.

        The consignment has been reached the Udaipur warehouse but they are holding as asked they replied that we had a procedure of sending packages once a week. As asked their talking behavior was also not good. They were saying openly to register the complaint we had call recording and screenshot of tracking consignment if asked we can provide that.
        Kindly resolve the problem as we need the consignment on an urgent basis as our customer is waiting for their products.

                  I am Really Frustrated from last 5 days.
                  They Giving Same Answer In last Five Days That Your order is In kheda And Today It Will Dispatch And After That Day Same Answer Given By Another person And They Said please be Patient we Note Your Complain And After That Day another person Gives Same Answer 😤

                  So What is The Solution if you are not eligible For Fast And Urgent Delivering a Courier Than why Don't You Tell Your costomer about Your problem that It will be delayed..

                    My item was made from Punjab on the 20th of last month but has not yet reached Trichy I have not received the item I am in a hurry for that item.
                    They say the reason is that the road in the Trichy office is not good.
                    But make way for me to get that material very urgently right away.

                      The item i was to recieve left Bengaluru on 11th, it is with TCI EXPRESS destination location since 18th of november, yet I am not recieving my parcel! This is way too frustrating! Moreover it's an expensive consignment I am really in doubt about what's happening with my consignment!

                          The consignment (tracking id[protected] had 6 parcels but only 5 were delivered on 22.10.2021 and it was made clear that the remaining parcel will be delivered by 23.10.2021. However, the parcel is still missing and it is told that the article is at Ahmedabad location. We have been contacting local team and sending mails to Ahmedabad team but they are not responding. We also tried your team in Ahmedabad at [protected] but they are too busy to respond. The parcel contains articles pertaining to diwali and is impacting our business. We would appreciate if you could get this delivered by tomorrow.

                                    Our material has reached the XMDH (Madras HUB) on 08-OCT-2021, but we have not yet received our material until now (12-OCT-2021). they says that our company is too far away so the material will be dispatched only when the vehicle comes this way.                                       The Shipment booked on 23/09/21 (XPTU Patancheru) Docket No[protected].
                                      shipment wrongly transits to Bhavnagar (Gujarat) . How is it possible our shipment went to bhavnagar gujarat clearly mention chennai delivery. That shipment is very important to us. Our client is very angry with us. Please let me know when I will get my shipment.
