Hi,

We have received a message of consignment delivering purpose. For consignment information we call the toll free number given in the massage that is sent by you but your customer executive disconnected the call without any information. We call 4 or 5 times and result is the same. Its a clear misbehaving attitude with the customer. Please look into this matter and treat it on urgent basis.

My consignment doc.no[protected] has reached nagpur on 21 Sept. and today is 25 Sept till time i have not received it, i want explanation why it took so many days from nagpur to akola..it takes just a day time then why..and who is responsible for the loss of my business.Is this your service for which we are paying heavy to TCI..plz give me only satisfactory reason & not the nonsense one

Dear sir, we dispatched a part from tci xps on 08/09/2017 heaving docket no.[protected] expected date of delivery is 14/09/2017 and also part is received at nelmangla hub by 11/09/2017 but here part is hold for six days why it is happen it is totally irresponsible and wrong committed work quality i never expect these type of services from tci xps also after complaining at 9:40a:m at morning your customer care staff told i will call you back but after that nobody can respond kindly look in this matter and give the solution for future reference.

A consignment with Docket Number[protected] was booked from Chennai to BHEL, Mysore Road, Bangalore on 21/08/2017. It has reached Nelamangala on 22/08/2017 & the delivery branch ie Near Sattelite bus stop, Mysore Road on 24/08/207. The distance from the delivery branch to destination ie BHEL is only 2 Kms. But the great TCI XPS which claims itself to be leader in express has delivered the material after 6 days ie on 30/08/2017. It only shows how serious they are about their business.
I am very unhappy ablout their attitude and calous behaviour.

We are associated more than 20 yrs with your organization but unfortunatelly your present incharge oftci xpress (Mr. Sulesh yadav) is very abusive and rude, while asking him the status of
The materials booked, like docket no.[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected].
Inspite of telling the status we have been abused with flase language and asked to find some other transport to book our materials.

We have received the material on 15.8.17 in open condition. The material is weighing around 600 kgs we have received only 210 kgs. We have paid the freight charges fully. The letter is enclosed for your reference. Our supplier
M/s shyam sunder casting, kolkata handed over the material in closed condition. Till date i have not received the balance material. Since this is railway material we require the material urgently. Treat the matter as most urgent.

I am not getting my parcels on expected delivery date. And the representatives are just delaying saying that we have less resources available, and its just 1 day delay, we have other parcels with more delays. I am not able to understand if you are the leaders then why cant you increase resources. This is not for the first time i am facing this problem. And the toll free numbers are fake. There is no representative to talk on phone.

A consignment was booked by one of vendor at faridabad by tci express service vide their docket no.[protected]/ dt. 25/07/2017 for gwalior (In name of our company) during booking it was promised by them that consignment will reach gwalior within 24 hrs. While tracking the consignment we found that said consignment is still lying at their trans shipment hub rewari. The consignment was booked on urgent basis as this was packed with critical spares urgently required at our company. Delay in delivery is resulting heavy loss to us.

We need compensation from tci.

We received the above materials at 5.30pm on 15.7.17. From 13th, 14th & 15.7.17 i was communicated by local office ([protected]), from 15.7.17
Morning, they said their vehicle was reached and our materials dispatch within one our.

On 15.7.17 at 4.00pm, we were conduct by phone for delivery confirmation, they simply said, traffic is not possible. Eleventh hour, we were arranged for goods auto and received the items, paid rs.530.00 for auto & cooly charges.

This is very urgent materials, tcs express playing simply & this is not first time. Kindly insist to chennai office or their corporate office.

Your delivery boy attitude is not good. He is not properly handover material to customer. He want receiving without quantity & condition check of material always and always he said for return material.
This is not good service policy.
Our material is import glass type material & we will be checking necessary at the time of material receiving for insurance close.

He is not delivery to our material till now. Consignment no.[protected].

We are regular customer of tci xps.

Please take strict & needful action as soon as. & deliver to our material at our works.

Today dated : 19-july-2017. 4 days delay from expected delivery date.

I would like to infofm you, i never seen this type of bad service in courier division, if i check on tracking it shows it will be delivered on 16th but today is29th but items was still not reached the destination, and its not only a single place, it has different place bagalkot district, and not giving response by your staff in Bijapur warehouse, what ever we ask he just told i send u get delivery today u talk driver take number, its very very bad

Consignment was booked vide vide above referred docket number on 15.06.2017 from SURAT but till date i.e.24.06.2017 we have not received the consignment. Still TCI Express Tracking shows consignment "IN TRANSIT". Morevover, their toll free number says GPS is not working.

We would like to know what happened to our consignment, when they will deliver it to us. Please find below our address :

Dear sir,

Our one parcel which was about to delivery on 13th june, 2017 is still not delivered. I'm trying to contact with the customer care number and all those number which is given in google but all the numbers is not available. Would you please response to this so that my company can track our courier. It was about to deliver to muzzafaarpur with the docket no:[protected]. I need response within one hour.

We have a consignment booked from mumbai by our vendor{ and the docket no '[protected]' }to chennai on 08.06.2017. When it was recieved by the chennai perungudi branch they called me yesterday and informed that it would be delevered today. But today morning some one may be the driver called us and forcing us to come and collect by yourself or since we are located inside te mall we can come stand outside the mall and you send your staffs outside and collect the consignment. I have given many explanation to him that you can come inside the mall because here we have seperate way for these goods to enter and iwill guide you with the mall staffs. But he repeatedly refused to come and using some local bad words and blackmailing us that if you want you come and collect outside otherwise your goods wont be delevered for than one week. I dont know why i should come and collect because you have charged rs1495 for delevery charge. This very worst behaviour of your staffs i got his number also [protected]
Please consider this very seriuos and reply me because we use to do regular transaction from your service and we have 7 outlets getting in regular basis monthly twice.

As per the consignment we booked from chennai on (26.05.2017 and consignment reached at nagpur on 29.05.2017) consignment no[protected]
From our office regularly following to receive the consigment but still material not deliver and if it delay then tci xpressneed to take responsible because the consignment it is very urgent, please consider this as serious issue.

Our supplier m/s wika instruments, pune has booked a consignment of 1 box weighing 380 kgs for deliver to our bhiwandi godown on 29-05-17 vide docket no.[protected].
The consignment was booked at tci wagholi, pune branch.
It was supposed to be delivered to us on 31-05-17.
The said consignment was meant for export.
However we have not received the material till now[protected].

We have incurred heavy losses due to this delay by tci.
If there was any problem, tci should not have taken the booking. We would have brought the material through some other transporter.
Now we have lost more than 9 days and our overseas client has imposed a hefty fine on us.

We are very disappointed with this service of tci and we will recommend our suppliers across the country never ever to use tci express again.

We demand a compensation from tci for the losses incurred by us due to this delay.

But we found that your calculation is incorrect, we are surprised that it is so shameful mistake in your company, we need to answer how can this possible?
