Against Docket Number:[protected] XAKV) we have not received the consignment till date .But in your website track details it shows it was delivered on 26.12.2013.It was booked from TCI XTRY (TIRUCHIRAPALLI-TRICHY)
TO XAKV-ODA-DAHEJ on 03-DEC-2013.

May kindly locate where the material was delivered and revert the material to BHEL :RUPPL DAHEJ SITE

R/ Sir, Our material booked from Roorkee to samba against DWB No.[protected], kindly tells us that material is booked under door deliveries or not if yes why Rs 200/- have charged for Door Deliveries & Rs 200/- charged as Toll Tax Surcharges for wt 220kgs, Till date neither other transport have charged a new said surcharge. we are regular costumer of TCI XPS every time, we have charges above said amount, If we ask about that surcharged, they says in future we have not booked your's material and told our head office. Dear Concern, We had booked very important consignment from Vadodara to Agartala vide your DC no[protected] dt 30.10.13 but sorry to say that no one has turn up . finally we had received this consignment not in full on 4th Dec'13 at Agartala after waiting period of 35 days. 4 items of this consignment was stolen from TCI Agartala godown. Is this the exact service you are providing to the customers.in the end we are the people getting suffered due to very worst service being provided by your courier company, It's seems that every body is sleeping very deep sleep without bothering about the shipment which has to be delivered. We have booked a consignment of 44 items at Kancheepuram (Sriperumbudur) Tamilnadu to Wanakbori (Gujarat) vide DWB No.[protected]/06.07.2013. We have received only 42 items. Remaining 2 items are not yet delivered at Wanakbori. In spite of several reminders over telephone and mails we have not received any information regarding this. Kindly take action immediately without any further delay.

We regret to inform you that we had given one consignment to XPS Service Bhilwara on 19.09.2012 vide their Docket No.[protected] to be delivered to Tata Motors, Pune but the same was not delivering till date. In fact the XPS Service Bhilwara office person picked up the consignment by saying and promising the same to be delivered the next 4-5 days but not deliver till date.

When i am queries about my consignment to the personnel of the XPS Bhilwara no one give me correct reason for delay. After many times calling he says your consignment not delivered due to documents missing by us, then we make all documents again and send the Scan copy by mail on 12/10/2012 to [protected]@tcixps.com and Hard copy also send to Bhilwara office. Then Mr. Pankaj Mishra (XPS Bhilwara Incharge) promising the consignment to be delivered the next 2-3 days. After 2-3 days again I call to Bhilwara XPS Service they are not pick up my phone.


We inform you that my consignment not deliver till date, and status on XPS website is “Docket not received”


We now request you to kindly lodge a complaint against Bhilwara XPS.

We are taking delivery of release paper from Loni to vasai from transporter Tci- xps since last 1.5 year since last 1.5 year we are getting delivery at vasai now this time the same docket address is delivered to our mumbai address & they want the octroi money since i want the material in vasai i denies to give the octroi charges now in this case pls. tell me what to do in this regards . The consignment has reached Bangalore on[protected] as per company's website but the delivery is not been made in order to extract extra charges from me.The website wrongly says that the consignment is being withheld on shipper's request where as the shipper's has himself reminded the company to deliver the goods several times at the given address.Every time on reminding the the person of the company has been very rude & non-committal about the time of date of delivery.The receiver of the consignment has waited for three days in anticipation of the consignment to be delivered at her address,but till now the consignment is yet to be delivered.

I booked my Household items from Lucknow to Chennai on 29-6-11. It was booked by Mr.Gyaniji. I paid him Rs 11,000 excluding the workers payment. He promised me he will take the insurance. He didnt produce me the bill after several remainders. I have to to leave Lucknow on 30-6-11, so believing his words that he will mail me the scanned copy of the bill and Insurance i left Lucknow to Chennai. The Consignment reached Chennai to my home on 6th July 2011.After the consignment was delivered we opened our packing and found the TV (Sony ) was totally crumbled into pieces. When i enquired this matter to Mr.Gyaniji of Lucknow TCI Xps he initially told me he had done mistake of overinflating the amount and told he would compensate for the loss and got the Account number of mine. But he didnt deposit the remaining money as well as did not repond to my repeated phone calls. I was very frustated of booking to this fellow. I booked my Consignment only because of the Brand good name of TCI XPs but it was really frustating and i repent for booking in this.

I have one consignment which was booked on 16/02/2011 at Kolkata (
XKTS, KKT road) to Guwahati (XGWT, Guwahati). The consignment has got
XPS DWB No[protected] with a value of Rs. 67320 and it is very
important spare parts for my industry. Due to non delivery of product
till now my production of plant is suffering a lot.

Who is responsible for this delay and how will you compensate my heavy
loss of money in my business?

Your service is totally useless and third class in terms of efficiency.

Pl. expedite the case urgently and deliver my product by today.
Other-wise I will approach to consumer forum for my loss.

For the LR no[protected],On 26th novmber.we have dispatched magnetic drum separator from chennai to korba,balco,on cod basis and reached there on 07th dec2010.for which till date we don't recieve the cheque.please let us know status.

Hello All Users

I am a C&F For Anuspa Soap which is situated at Mumbai. My company is tied up wity TCI XPS for delivery the product in Nanded.

But TCI XPS is not delivering this product on time. Every time they fails to deliver the product within time. If it is not possible for them to deliver the product within time they they should not take the consignment. If they are honest and if they are dishonest then there is no use of thic complain.

This is all bakwas for them if they are dishonest.

i have booked TV and AC through TCI XPS vide their booking no[protected] dated 7th June 2010 from Bhubaneshwar to Bangalore with an assurance that and expectaion that the goods will reach in good condition. But surprised and shocked to note that my items were received in damaged conditon and their representative at Bangalore did not even bothered attend my call and replied in a very nasty manner. the delivery boy just dumped the item at house and left without even waiting to open the box inspite of our asking him to wait.
request to take up the matter and provide justice to me. and so that it doesnot happen with others.

Docket No.[protected] booked from Delhi on 17th June 2009.It was delivered to destination address in Miraj (Maharashtra ) on 16th August2009.
A couple of complaints were registered on website. But it didn't help for early delivery. The consignment was delivered after almost 2 months.
