Hi all,

We have expecting a product from customer side which was booked on 16.02.2017 through TCI XPS and they give delivery date as 24.02.2017.But am waiting for a product more then 3days and more over its crossed promised date.

!!!Customer handling is very very worst in TCI XPS CHENNAI!!!

Had a experience of talk with Ganapathy and Divya from Puzal contact number:[protected] and [protected].

Very very worst service i ever met please support suggest this TCI service to any unknown parties also...

Our consignment[protected] is arrived 3 days ago in aurangabad, but still we have not received the material. After communicating to your employee, they need an advance payment, even they don't have manners to talk with customers.
You have to teach your persons how to do deal with companies in within their area. Such a poor response.
It is our request you, if you are able to deliver the material on time then please avoid business with us.

till now material at Raipur. After so many followups no action from Kolkata office or from raipur. In Raipur Mr.Ravi told week back we will make full load material then we will dispatch. After week days again we asked, he replied that consignment on to-pay basis. We asked to check LR copy, he replied physically they wrote paid, but online from kolkata office made it to-pay. So cannot give delivery. It was happened on 14th feb, the same they got confirmation from kolkata. But till now material at Raipur gowdown as per your website.

This is in reference to your e-mail dated 16th February, 2017, kindly note the following clarifications:

When we had given a post dated cheque, you assured us that the delivery of consignments delivered to the concerned branches within 15 days. But till today you had not given us any Receipted PODs from the branch. Kindly also note that the GRs are on “Paid Basis” and after receiving the PODs from your end, we will pay the freight amount so we gave you the Post Dated Cheque.

Kindly also note that the consignments of Cheques which is lying at your godown treated as wastage material and throw badly in your godown without any tight security. Since the consignments are very sensitive and confidential material of bank, any defect or forgery occur at your godown, you will be responsible for the same.

We once again request you to kindly deliver all consignments immediately and present the PDs of Bank, after then we will pay the freight charges immediately.

We are not receving the materials booked through Tci xps ( Peenya branch) they are also not responding for our enquiries on time. please see to it and inform them to deliver us the materials on time as and when they receive. This time they have took 31/1/2017 to 9/2/2017 to deliver us still we have not received and response is important they are not responding us properly.

I ordered a Vu Tv and from Mumbai it came to Bangalore location in just 1 day and from past 6 days its with the TCI Express courier guys and almost for 5 continues days I have called them and they say vehicle problem will deliver tomorrow and lots of other reasons.

I called the call center and also the Madiwala branch guys. No progress. I don't know what they are doing with my product keeping in there warehouse.

Really a horrible service.

But call center guys are really good they follow up with the corresponding branch and were updating me and they were very courteous with prompt response.

But what is the use, they cannot do anything sitting in the Delhi office.

I never ever recommend anyone to use this courier service.

we were supose to receive a parcel from XPS CARGO.

As per current status its showing lying in Masjid Mumbai delivery go-down, inspite of continuos call to Mr. Ramesh -Mob :[protected]; Kishan Mob: [protected]. Kept assuring that material will be deliver. but till date no one from xps tci as come to our place as mention in the status FOD not ready.

Kindly look into the matter. material urgent

Already waiting for 7 days, Keep called them.. There are so many reasons.

Sir - No vechicles available for delivery
Sir - Talk to delivery boy,
Sir - Tomorrow will deliver
Finally, Sir - We wont deliver to home addresss.. Only deliver to Industrial goods.

I didnt understand - why Shopclue still using this courier.. Seller should be aware that this courier capable to deliver the parcel in time.

This is the first time - I ever order through Shopclue.

I have to receive my order a week back and tilldate the contact person from TCI XPS Mr Mukundan is not updating me on current status and keep telling fake commitments.

I was total unhappy on the way i treated & fooled.

My TCI-XPS with tracking number[protected].

I was keep calling him since 5 days twice everyday & not getting right information. no one from TCI XPS office responding my calls and properly updating on my order.

Very bad experience

My parcel is arrived at tci's dombivli office, and the delivery address is hardly 1 km away.
My consignment is laying at above office since last 7 days bud people working at tic office are least bothered about it, they don't care.

Tic express is the worst courier, staff is not educated and people at tic don't care about delivery of goods.. Further worse is even head office also not inquiring for the goods not delivered since 7 days.

we have booked our consignment from Jalandhar to Khanna Since 25 oct 2016. but till date i have not received. docket no is[protected]. in tci document delivery date is 27 oct 2016 but till 4 nov 2016 we have not received our material . tci xps ludiana received this material till 29-oct-2016 but they are not giving delivery. our plant has been stop due to this material but they are not delivering the material

We are going to take hard action against tci xps... Since you and your tci team's carelessness and nor properly responding to us... We have send goods through tci xps bhadhoi up to madurai on 10th of last months and according to track no. It reached on 16th to madurai and till now tci xps madurai have not delvery it to my client i. E you took 22 days and still you have not delivery... I have made complaint 12 to 13 times requesting to delvery my goods to client but still no result... Due to your such carelessness my client have cancel my order... Now who will bear such loss and also i lost my client... So soon i am going to take hard action i. E legal action towards tci xps...

I have purchased an item and seller had dispatched the item on dated[protected]. Seller is also from delhi (Kashmiri gate) and purchaser is also from delhi. But still the product had not been deliver to me. The docket number is[protected]. Very poor service i am disappointed from the courier service. On dated[protected] i called customer care they said that item will be delivered today after 3:00 pm in the evening but item not delivered. When i called again in the evening they said that product will be deliver on next that on[protected]. When in the morning i called customer care about delivery they said item will be deliver after 2:00 pm in noon. When i called on 3:00 pm in the evening they said that deliver boys are on leave so your product will be delivered on[protected]. I m very upset from the courier services provided.

Sir/madam my goods dispatch to roorkee to gorakhpur deliver in 1.11.16 but still not received lucknow branch says didnot dispatch today. please confirm and send goods today. our goods dispatched rourke to gorakhpur vide docket no[protected] dispatch on date 24.10.16 still not delivered to us in gorakhpur. and also recived information from your lucknow office today goods will be not dispatch. please do the needfull earliest.

Dear sir iam Achireddy from sunpharma today I had received a consignment through you but in that I am not received actually my company informed 1 yoga mat shat is their in that so hence kindly solve the problem it is very wrathful product and this is the not right way to do I giving courier lr details DWB NO[protected], please check and send it immediately

I have requested a consignment from assam which was to be delivered by 20th october. The consignment is yet to be delivered. There is no remorse to the team handling this issue, while i am loosing business & business relationship due to lack of on-time delivery.
The parcel was dispatched on 09th october 2016 and the expected delivery was on 20th october 2016. Tci express has not only failed to honor the commitment but also are not bothered about delivery even while i write today on 25th october 2016. They keep blaming on mumbai hub, kalina center, guwahati or kolkatta hub for lack of coordination.
Such is the pathetic state of tci express. This is causing me mental agony, harassment as no clear information, an financial loss in the business.

i am facing an issue with tcs xps people at vijayawada, there are not ready to deliver consignment to 2nd floor, from last 5 years i was not faced any problem with any courier, is it possibe to you people to deliver consignment to 2nd floor or not, and it is possible to you people to deliver consignment when i am avialable at home. I am employee of sun phaarma, my consignment details are.

Consignment[protected] not delivered evern after 10 days of reaching destination hub.
Irresponsible delivery persons, updating fake reasons for not delivering and not caring to deliver the consignment even after 1 week even after reaching the destination Hub and even after calling them daily asking them to deliver.
Worst courier service I have ever encountered in India.

My party has booked the vide docket no.[protected] dated 10.10.2016, delivery date was 18.10.2016, but today is 20.10.2016.

Secondly while booking we have given the invoice for the address, but your person has mentioned wrong pin code and we have not received my goods till date.

Unfortunately we have personally loading the goods today because of your irresponsibility staff and also facing the problems.
