dear sir, we had a very bad experience with xps courier service, where in they were holding my package for more the 20 days and not giving proper response for my calls. Dear Sir, We are finding lot of problem with your vizag brach(located at Judgecourt). Recently we have received one consignment[protected] dated 28.10.14 and we have been follow up with your customer care and I really appreciate that they have take more pain and dispatch the material ontime. But after receipt at vizag branch we have been telling that the COD checks are ready with us still they are not even bothered to delivered the material to us and there is clear negligence while communicating the information. We are very happy for the transit time and we are communicating to all our suppliers to dispatch the material through txi express, but due to negligence of your local persons you may loose the business. Hence I am requesting you please look into it and advise your local branch at Vizag to provide the proper communication to ensure timely delivery of our material. The Consignment was booked from Pune by Shreeyas Electro Medical Pune vide Docket No [protected] dt 14.10.14 to M/s Pharma Agencies, Varanasi. Upon my repeated request to the Branch Head Mr Vinod I have not received the Delivery as on date.

M/S IOCL panipat HAVE DISHPACHED LEAD CONTAINERS OF BHABHA ATOMIC RESEARCH CENTRE, MUMBAI ON 10 TH OCTOBER. WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED SO FAR. AT KALINA THEY RECIVED MATERIL ON 14TH OCTOBER. BUT NOT GIVING US ( DOCKET NUMBER[protected]. NITHER THEY LIFT PHONE NOR THEY INFORM PROPERLY. BY MISTAKE IF PHONE IS MATURED THEY SAY MATERIL WILL BE SEND TOMMORRROW. BUT TOMORROW NEVER COMES[protected][protected]------ VERY BAD FOR TCI/XPS. IN FUTURE I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. PLEASE SEND URGENTLY THE MATERIAL

Had booked a consignment on 27-9-14 and was suppose to delivery on 1-10-14, however even on 3-10-14 the material was not delivered and on top of that the entire staff including the top management level personnel were arrogant and spoke unprofessionally.

I sent a consignment on 8.Sept.2014, DWB No.[protected] from Aligarh to Haridwar. The goods were dispatched but the documents sent along with the package are not yet delivered. Both the hub at aligarh and haridwar are not giving any proper response, and they are just stalling time. Documents contain legal papers and road permit.

Dear Sir/Madam, I have already given the complaint in bangalore kr puram branch but the people of this branch is not responding to us properly so kindly do the needful from your end at the earliest and below i have attached the follw As we received the costumes from kolkatta to bangalore on 11/09/2014 As the person who has sent the parcel was about 63 kg and total 719 pcs But we have received only 669/- pcs from your end. And we have also confirmed the same with the vendors according to him also there was 719/-pcs. Kindly do the needful by giving us the feedback report about the costumes misplaced the total misplaced gents costumes is 50/- which cost 2400/-Rs. + Sales tax which is rs.2747/- inclusive of s.tax. Make sure that u people will revert back to us at the earliest as possible.

Respected Sir/Madam, I am a small customer of yours. I am using your service for a long time. Usually my goods dispatch from Thane(Maharastra)to my place, Guwahati. usually it's take 7 to 10 days to reach my place. But this time it's taking a lot of time. The consignment was booked from Thane at 05.07.2014 with the docket number[protected] . I was tracking it on net and found on 12.07.2014 it was release from Kolkata hub. normally it's take 2 to 3 days from Kolkata to Guwahati. But when 3 days later I was inquired at your Guwahati office they informed me that still goods are not received.On 19th I have come to know from Guwahati office that goods vehicle has reached Guwahati. I have supposesd to pickup the goods as I need it on urgent basis. So they replay me as the vehicle get vacate I can collect the goods. So I personally inquired a lot of time over telephone, but unfortunately from 19th to today morning (22nd) they can not vacate the vehicle. Now you can imagine as a customer, though I am a small customer from next time onward I need to think twice if I should book my consignment in TCI or no where it take four days to vacate the vehicle.

My consignment details are as follows: Riddhiman Chaki/Anuradha Chaki Docket Number[protected] Expected Date of delivery : 6th July, 2014 Phone number : [protected] Current status( on 11th July, 2014) : All my packages cannot be located Subject: Non Delivery of Consignment My consignment was to reach my door on 6th July. I was given +91 [protected] to for information. The gentleman at this number then redirected me to +91 [protected]. This second gentleman then gave me another number +91 [protected]. Mr Piyush answered on this number. I had to repeatedly call up this third gentleman as he was constantly informing me that the system is down and he cannot look up the consignment number Then with God’s grace he was able to look for consignment number he informed me that he can find only 5 out of the six packages. Since then he has stopped responding to my calls. I have no information on what has happened to my package. And this was supposed to be a hassle free door to door delivery! And to add to that, shown status is delivered! This is absolute fraud! Regards, Riddhiman

LR No[protected] dated 26.06.2014 consignment of 20 bags. But 2 bags Short Material received and full freight paid by me. TCI Transporters promise me, "I will deliver rest two bags soon." But no any answer given by him. Where is my material? Who and when deliver this material?

1.We are facing regular same problem from tci xps, every consigne they are taking minimum15 days and above time
2.Tci xps no branch in our area nizamabad district.
3.Tci xps heavy charged comparing other transport 100%exctra.
There fore tci xps dont book our area goods in kala amb because you dont have branch here,
We have heavy loss business in this late service and they charging more than other transport
Please do need full and take action from tci xps.

We booked a consignment from Visakhapatnam to NERUL branch on paid and door delivery basis vide your docket no.[protected], dated 11.06.2014 till date the consignment was not delivered. We have paid a cash of Rs. 994 for these consignment to your booking in charge Mr. Pramod, Visakhapatnam his mobile No. [protected], [protected] and he is not responding till date by phone. I contact your Nerul Branch Mr. Rajender he told me that there is no mail/phone from Visakhapatnam Branch to deliver the consignment.

Dear Sirs

We have been sending our cables by your transport organisation now for over many years.

Recently we have despatched two cable despatches one to Mehboob nagar, Hyedrabad L/R No 67601227, and the other to JODHPUR, BAAP district again on door delivery.L/R NO[protected]


Both the consignments were despatched on 6/June, shockingly both the cables are yet to reach our sites, more so your Jodhpur office is now saying they will not door deliver and is further demanding Rs 4000 .
This is not expected by TCS XPS.

Please realise the reputation built over the years by your company is now being tarnished in this manner.
A contract, where we have paid door delivery charges in Vasai/Mumbai is not being honoured.

May i request the top MANAGEMENT to help us .The Hyedrabad consignment is yet to be delivered as of today, daily they are assuring on the door delivery, Regarding, Jodhpur, door delivey as of today has not taken place in fact they are harrassing us.

Dear Sirs,

Till date the consignment pertaining to the above GC note did not reach the destination. Please let us know when the material will be delivered to the party.

Further, please tell us what is the use of sending the material through Express service with extra amount.

We will pay only normal charges for this consignment.

Dear Sir We had Booked the Material from Bangalore to Mumbai vide the Docket No is[protected], As we booked as Gowden Delivery But now our Customer wants it to Door delivery, But we are requesting Your Bangalore Kaakapura Branch to make it Door Delivery ITC Hotel Maratha will pay the Money to them, But here they are not ready to send the Mail to Mumbai Office, ITC Hotel Confirmed that all the cheque is ready but here they are not delivering the Material Please see that Material Should reach ITC Maratha By Today itself

We had ordered screen jali from Unitech, Dhanbad on 14/03/2014 vide TCI XPS courier vide docket no..[protected] on urgent basis as our crusher was under breakdown.. Against an assured delivery of 5 days we received the same consignment after 15 days for which we incurred losses in lakhs.All along everybody in TCI XPS was clueless about the consignment.. They only know how to exorbitanatly charge demurage if the conisgnment lies in their end one day more than stipulated time but no compensation whatsoever for the consumer for pathetic delivery.. They charge exorbitanatly high in the name of TCI XPS for faster delivery but tortute you with their snail's pace delivery.. Hence I demand stong action and compensation for this..

I have booked a consignment thru' XPS vide DWB no.[protected] Dtd 21.03.14 But till today (27.3.14) my material is not delivered, i am not getting any correct delivery date from your office. . This materials are very urgent required immediate delivery. My dispatches held worth 5 lakhs. hope you will take action in this regard.
