Heromotocorp has booked and docket to pimpalgoan baswnt at boraste motors doc no[protected] / 07 / 2015 12:00:00 am but we havent received this docket yet, now we checked for this so e found that this docket has been delivered to wrong place so please help me and send us the material as early as possible

We have booked the consignment to Mumbai vide above sub. docket no. and we have received confirmation that the material is under hold due to octroi charges. Hence, we have given a mail to the booking office in Hyderabad, jeedimetla on 24/7/2014 that we will bare the Octroi charges applicable and to deliver the material to customer. But it is not yet done. We tried to call many times to check if the material is delivered but no. the material is still under hold.

We have to inform you that one electric motor of vibro sieve was booked by our vendor m / s saideep, mumbai from palghar - sikandrabad (U. P.) under subject docket with an assured delivery by 22nd of july'15 at sikandrabad (U. P.) destination. The material was received at your ghaziabad warehouse on 20th july'15 but the material is still not delivered to us even after 5 days inspite of our repeated follow with your ghaziabad warehouse. Please note that this motor is needed very urgently at our plant because our production is being suffered badly for the want of this motor that is why we have been regularly following up with your ghaziabad warehouse to deliver the motor. We regret your staff at ghaziabad warehouse has not taken it seriously and did not send the motor even after our repeated requests. It seems they are reluctant to send the motor for the reason best known to them. You will appriciate that such behaviour from reputed company like tci xps is never expected who claims to be prompt and punctual in rendering transportation services. In view of our urgency we have lodged this complaint. Please look in to it and advise your ghaziabad warehouse to deliver the motor without any further delay.

Respected sir, I have booked a product from your express from surat to muzzaffarpur, the delivery of the goods was not delivered on time ..it was delivered after 2.5 month due to which customer has not accepted the goods...which was again returned by your express in the same day of delivery. .so please help me out in refunding the amount and the loss i had of the goods becausw of late delivery of the product. .m my docket id is[protected] on date 1/4/2015 of time of booking from surat to muzzaffarpur another return docket id is[protected] on date 15/6/2015 of time of booking from muzzaffarpur to surat which was rebooked for any another please contact me on [protected] or [protected] jeenmata fabrics Hope my problem will be solved soon.. i have dispatched my material from kolkata on 22nd july, 2015 by air freight (my dwb no. is[protected] to nagpur. but, still i have received no response from your offices of both nagpur and kolkata. there is not even a single responsible person in your office to give the information of my dispatched material. if you can give me the telephone no. of your country manager, so that i can know the current position of my material and complain him about the situation. i feel sorry to say that tci xps, being such a reputed network is not able to give proper response for the dispatched material..

Dear, Regarding docut No.[protected] dated 1/7/2015 the material reached jaipur on 6/7/2015. Today Morning as i discussed with this No. [protected] Mr, Jitendra Jaipur delivery department. The way he talked is totally not accepted he informed us there is no material delivered our office for you and disconnect the phone. And tracking record showing is the material delivered already 6/7/2015. You are requested to take immediate action ASAP.

my docket no.[protected] your service is very disgusting, I am totally unsetisfied with your service. I was booked my consignment on 15/05/2015 and today is 29/05/2015 but yet not received my consigmnent. I need that consignmet by 30/05/2015 but I know that you can't be able to deliver me that goods on 30/05/2015. i will never ever suggest my friend and family to use your service. Other courier service give too more better service than you. along with this poor service your tollfree customers representative are also very rude, she don't know how to talk with there customers. A girl receiveing the call was talking like uneducated people when I was asking her about my consignmet. when I was ask her about this delay she told me in very rude manner that she don't know and ask me to enquiry by myself. First she receive the call and put in on the table and talking with other representative or crew member of her office and I was soughting hello hello on phone and after some while when she take the phone she was talking in very angry mood. Is this your way to talk? for this only you give a tollfree number??

We booked a courier from pune dockate no.[protected]. The courier reached at gurgaon on 20thMay 2015 as talked to your executive ([protected]) on 21 he told me he will deliver it by 22nd. thereafter they told to deliver it on 25th surely. when we call him on 26th he told me he will deliver it in second half. then again i called him on 26th evening they told us that one srv form is missing and they has mailed regarding this in pune. i told them to forward me that mail. he has taken my mail id but didn't mailed. after that when i tried to contact him (around 50-60 times) he is not attending my call and was behaving very rudely.i also called customer care no.[protected] he is also not picking there call. we are suffering a huge loss because of that kindly look in to the matter.

I am from Refosteel group and have been working with TCI XPS for over 2 years now.The experience in these 2 years have been very bad for me. My docket no is[protected]. It has been around 15 days since the material was picked from my site. On 26th April I came to know that because of non-payment of the freight charges the material was not being delivered. The representative here didn't even deem it necessary to inform us about the problem. Then even after paying for the freight the material has still not been delivered. The representative Mr.RP Singh is always lying about one thing or another and half the time dont even answer the call. This is the last time I am doing any buisness with TCI XPS.

Dear Sir/Mam, This is to inform you that our material from HUB was dispatched on 28th March, 2015 but still we are waiting for your delivery. Also, I have seen that last updated delivery was on 01st of April, 2015 on your site. Material is most urgent & we need to look into it, please update the status on immediate basis. We are not satisfy with your services. Also, there was one another case where we have been charged Rs 3000.00 as a denurrages by your local Silvassa branch & it is too much high but due to urgency we had paid this amount to them. Dear Sir, I would like to inform you that i am very unhappy with your Poor services, I have booked a consignment (02 Boxes) on 07th January 2015 with Docket no L.R.NO.[protected] from Bombay to Trivandrum. Its contains Employees Uniform Shoes which are very urgent for us. In 02 Months you can’t able to deliver this consignment to our Door Step.
