Sub: Complaint against delayed consignment and misbehavior of staff at TCI - XPS

I would like to put up a grievance against the TCI- XPS parcel service.

Mr.Chandan kumar, the consigner send me a parcel from Kolkata to Kerala on 22nd Sept 2016 with Docket Number : 52506836. It was told to the consigner that it will be delivered to the consignee within 8 days. Today is 18th October 2016 and it has not been delivered .We both(consigner and consignee ) was trying to get tracking details from online tracking system that provided by you and it found that the consignment is hold at Selam because it has reached there without docket slip. But from TCI, Kolkata was informed that the delay is due to “Kavery issue” . Either Kolkata branch or Selam branch did not take up the issue and not took any steps to get the parcel delivered .

From last week onwards Kolkata branch is telling that its already reached at delivery point and will get delivered at the earliest .Yesterday, it was informed from TCI express, Aluva that the parcel left from Selam on 17th October 2016 night and it will be reaching here on 18th and will be delivering on 18th October 2016(today) and today morning when I talked with Aluva branch its told that if you need the parcel in emergency then come and collect it from their office or else they will try to deliver it today. When I start complaining about the delay the staff rudely told that they don’t have any responsibility until it reaches to their branch. And when I told about my dissatisfaction on the delay it is told that can opt another parcel service for my next consignment.

Is this the way you TCi deal with your customers?

Don’t you have any responsibility to get delivered the parcel on time?

I request for redressal because we both cosigner and consignee are effected with the delay. We are damaged and its so pathetic to face your staff’s mischief attitude. It feel being cheated and harassed by TCI.

Kindly consider this mail as s serious complaint against TCI-XPS, if not I will be compelled to take formal legal proceedings.

I have purchased an AC from Shopclues and Placed an order on 02 October 2016. The shipment was handed over to TCI XPS. AWB is[protected]
I have called up the customer care but they seem not to respond to any call. I am not sure when will the courier company deliver the product. The customer care number in hyderabad is always busy and hence i am unable to connect with any of the persons over there.

one parcel has come me wide awb no[protected] as per your system the delivery should reach[protected] but not yet received than the next day evening i got sms from tci xps consignee refused order contact branch but i did not received any call than i called branch they informed wrongly update we well delivery on 15 Th oct-2016 but they did not delivered than i called to branch around 5:30 Pm they informed 6:30 parcel still not received the slow delivery means why mentioning express courie

Hi, my docket no is[protected]. I was suppose to receive this product on oct 1st 2016. They have delayed it for more than 15days. They are so much negligent and arrogant towards customers. I feel cheated. They are giving me mental torture. Kindly help. I want to file a complaint against them. I told them clearly that i was suppose to travel on 13th oct and wanted the product by eod. They assured that the product ll be delivered but they didn't. I cancelled my travel and i missed an urgent meeting. I have lost a business deal.

Our product had been dispatched from baddi (H. P) on 29.8.16 and reached lucknow (U. P) on 4.9.16 in tci's warehouse and till now our company i. E m/s surelife pharmaceuticals pvt. Ltd. Have not received the consignment of the lr no[protected] and the reason given to us is that the way bill and relevant papers are lost a so i request you to kindly resolve our issue.

This is for your information that we have received a consignment from eks filter technik mumbai through tci xps vide cn no[protected] dt 22.7.16 at our manufacturing unit shakti maltare and lemonade private limited dhenkanal odisha a/c-allied blenders and distillers private limited on date 11.8.16.
For this consignment freight was already paid by eks but due to our mistake, we have again paid freight 1964/- to driver at the time of received material at unit and also we have not get money receipt from your side’s.
After 2 days i called to your cuttack office on mobile number [protected] and i got a another mobile number from your office [protected].
I called to him on this number, and he assure me to refund amount in my bank account asap but till date i have not received refund amount.

Please find attached scan copy for your ready reference and arrange to refund amount as soon as possible.

My courier having docket no.[protected] not delivered till date. For past 10 days it is lying in the destination facility

I am calling 3 to 4 times daily the TCI XPS office they say we dont have employees will deliver by end of the day since, but its almost 10 days we are getting the same response from TCI XPS

We are worried about our material now, can some one from TCI XPS confirm you have the material or you lost the material.

TCI XPS service is very worst and pathetic

My courier having docket no.[protected] not supply till date. Already 8-10 days late. I had call 3-4 times to Mundka office. They reply- Aap complaint kar do, hum abhi nahi de sakte. Jo marji kar lo.

This type your executive talking to customers.

It's been 2 months our parcel is stuck in jammu. We have sent mail to head office before 4 days, we have not received any reply. We tried to contact jammu and bangalore office but again no response from them. Everytime they will say it will take one week time. Its 2 months, parcel is still in jammu.
Tried calling all the places but no response.

Bangalore office just forwards the mail they have sent to jammu office. And no response from jammu office.

We are paint shop supplier for most of the automobile company being supportive supply of product through your company this our big mistake we are unable to provide your bad feedback to our sub supplier like avcon courior no.-

Previously same case of three docket no like tci[protected] booking date 12-4-recieved to us 7-5-16 docket no tci[protected] booking date[protected]june-16 from pune already communicated though mobile in future such poor response from no. One company we talked to delhi office service provided miss. Nishu always not giving justified answer we are really harassed due to your poor response material is much more critical to us our project work delaying due to your delivary issue only

Our supplier had booked 2 wooden boxes on door delivery basis vide consignment note No[protected] .

The same arrived in Mumbai on 13th and delivery status says that material will be delivered on[protected].

However your representative at Nerul refuses to deliver the material claiming that he had attempted delivery on[protected].

We have checked and found that no consignment had come for delivery to the premises on[protected].
Please advise Nerul branch to deliver material today as appearing on your tracking status.

I have shifted my goods from asansol to bangalore for my personal use. Bed was damaged at various places due to complete mishandling.i have given to tci xps as I was assured that my goods will reach safe but I was completely shoked when I saw the condition of bed.we prepared in our house with very good quality furniture. I have planned that once it will reach here I will shift some more goods thr rhis courier only. The bed cost was around 37k. My dwb no is[protected]

Pls ref above dkt no this material booked on door delivery basisi 30/07/16 and material reached in jaipur hub 31/7/16 and till now material not deliver our plant and yr executive deney to deliver the same today also. Material is very urgent and our machine is under breakdown.
We think to choose xps service for our further shipments.

I have a parcel from the company labtechno, mumbai with docket number:[protected], which has been reached to xgwh (Guwahati-hub)-781029, on 26-jul-2016 and the expected delivery date was 27-jul-2016. But at the end of the day they updated that the delivery address was incorrect/incomplete. That means they are unable to deliver parcel from 781029 to 781039. I have tried to contact the guwahati hub at this numbers[protected]/[protected]/[protected] given by the company website. But all time they are saying wrong number. It is an urgent lab instrument and the address was given that dr. Subrata kumar majumder, department of chemical engineering, iit guwahati, guwahati, assam - 781039, ph. - [protected]. I don't know how it can be a incorrect address. Every materials are coming to the institute at that address. I have surprised, what a great service tci xps xgwh (Guwahati-hub) is providing. They are very much irresponsible and does not taking calls. I have become very much offended by their service. Please do something immediately.

I was expecting a delivery from sativali, mumbai, which was supposed to reach me today that is 21/7/2016, after being in touch with the delivery person till 2.00pm in the afternoon, when i called him up for the delivery he says it has been delivered. When i ask him where he has delivered he gives me an address that is not even close to my location. And have speaking to me abruptly.
I have to file a complaint against tcixps and its employees of talegaon department. For causing me so much of trouble. I can't find my material where it was delivered and these people are not ready to cooperate.

Dear sir, my dwd no. is[protected]. macleods pharma had sent me 5 pkgs through thi xps but your concern person is delivered only 4 and told me 1 pkg is missing and provided to me very soon but i am waiting for about 20 days for that pkg. i have not given receiving also. your toll free no is not responded. so, pls do the needful as asap.

Expected Delivery Dt. 08-Apr-2016. mode of dispatch DOOR DELIVERY.
We are follow-up with Mr. Umesh Yadav Sangli TCI XPS person from Last 55 days but till date this material is not received from Sangli To Jath.
This material is required very urgent for Audit Purpose. we are continuously follow-up but not getting positive support from TCI.
Its observed that we received very worst service from you.
kindly don the needful close this issue most urgently.

House hold items not received till date which had been dispached by your courier company on 05 may 16 from jodhpur to digaru guwahati.. but items has not been received till date while searching on internet our items is on somewhere in karnataka i dont understand what is going on... what is your company doing... kindly explain me and where is our items... if i found any damage in our items ... what i will do... . my mob no is [protected]...

My luggage book from Bhuj(gujrat) to Bathinda(punjab) on 6th may 2016.docket no[protected].today is 15th may 2016.but don't receive my luggage till now.i have waiting from 9 days.my luggage reached at rewari hub on 9th may 2016.but they are don't sent my luggage to Bathinda. Please check my luggage and then send my luggage.my work has been stopped because dis luggage. Urgent now.
