Hi, i'm a regular consignee, i always face the issue of receiving the consignment 2 days later than the delivery date, but this time it has reached it heights,
Docket no.[protected]
Has reached nalmangala past 31-may-17
And has yet reached my door step, while the delivery date is 1-june-17, every time i call the call centre the reply from their side is blank / tomorrow, which never feels will come, either u change the way you service or i better choose another transportation service!!! Fed up of this service

This is to draw your attention to the unsatisfactory courier service by your company. Our supplier SBCL handover the parts with reference number[protected] on May 8, 2017 to dispatch those on Pune address at your Solon branch.

As per below status, shipment was supposed to ship within three days, but failed to deliver the same.

Not only has the parcel not been delivered till date, but there has been no satisfactory measurements taken on the part of your company to give details of the delay.

Even we did not hear any communication from TCI express for delivery of shipment in last 15 days.

I hope you will take a serious notice of this complaint immediately in order to ensure that packet is delivered on May 30, 2017. Contact person Name and delivery address are as follows;

After receiving our consignment by your local team on 16th may they are not delivering us the same as they have lost our documents. We are the authorised dealer of force motors and we are expecting some urgent spare parts, which we are not getting due to your local team. As a result commercial vehicle lying off road condition in our workshop also we have to bare the gesture of rs-2000 to the customer.in this situation we need a very strong support from your end.

Yesterday, i visit to your office to book my consignment on to pay basis, he told me only after approvel from delivery office we can pick up goods,

We packed all the meterial & ask them to collect but they say we will pickup tomorrow, few goods they pick up at 10 am but for rest they says will pickup in 10 minutes, every time i ask they says just 10 minutes, at 1.15 pm when i ask them mr mishra told wait for 5 minute but mr jitender pickup men said wait for 1 hour (Abhi time or space nahi hi) while they can manage

Is this type of behave is expected from your staff

Finally, when i ask for zonal office no and controlling manager no they said
Call anyone including md and mr. Shah we will not book your consignment and misbehave with us

So, please told us what to do in this matter

I booked my product in homeshop18 in many time.
When order is booked successfully and reach in our area, then shipping company tci xps ' s agent call me and said mam i cannot delivered this order in your home, because your area cannot cover under our delivery area.
I am shocked...
Because i listen this in first time during my online shopping.
I purchase many products in online site like amazon, snapdeal, flipkart etc.

Very very bad experience
Because they cut the shipping charge also
But not complete their promise.

One item booked from Mysore BEML Limited under consignment No:[protected] on 21.04.2017 to BEML Limited Ramagundam, Godavarikhani office was wrongly delivered to M/s NTPC. We are in need o[censored]rgent material for our earth moving equipment. We have been following up with your office at Kompally and Mysore for this item. But we are unable to get the item so far. Our work has held up due to no-receipt of this material. Kindly trace the item and deliver at our BEML Limited office at Godavarikhani office immediately.

My friend booked our parcel from xps, b-72, main palam dabri road, near dabri more, sitapuri "xdwk (Dwarka) to xzkp (Zirkapur). But i have cancel the parcel but your courier person not return the parcel, he demand to three hundred rupees. I request to return the parcel without any charges.

He have booked our parcel from "yamunagar" chandigarh. Since we have booked parcel to be deliver at "abu road" with pincode "307026". But the courier office mention the wrong pincode on the bilty. He had mentioned pincode of "mount abu" which is 30 km away from our destination. Also unnecessarly we have to pay the much courier charge juat because of courier boy's mistake please update soon.

We are not getting any tracking details and not even getting any response for the enquiry.

Material against doc:[protected] is not received till now and we are facing huge loss due to this. Material is so urgent that each day we are getting troubled due to unavailability of the same.

Sorry to say but we are very upset with your service.

Matrerial was booked on 18 April 2017 from XJIA branch jilmil New delhi to XNLM Bangalore 560058.

Consignment not delivered as on 5th may 2017 where as it has reached XNLM branch on 22 April 2017.

Worst part is that Mr Manoj (ph [protected]) branch head of XNLM is not answering the call now. Yesterday XJIA booking branch person had talked and he has promised to deliver but not he is not answering call .
Not communicating is no solution to a problem !!

Shipment is booked on 19th apr from agra to chennai. Initially while tracking shipment they said its under transit until 25th. On 26th they said shipment arrived it will delivered on 27th apr-17... However now your team is saying only paper work received - consignment not received...
This how your shipment team will work...
Now confirm what is solution this and when shipment will deliver..

Have been using their service for quiet some time and have been disappointed due to you lack of quality delivery and communication when product is delivered in damaged condition. There has been time when the product was delivered with torn boxes and damaged fragile items for which you claim that you received it in damaged condition at the time of pickup which is proved wrong number of times. One of the biggest mistake you have made was to deliver wrong products in two different states. Even after complaining to your customer service, there is no one that responds and tries to help in this situation. I will not recommend using their service due to their lack of quality in terms of product delivery, customer care, and timely delivery.

We have Booked a Consignment on the date of 31/03/2017 from Surat to Varanasi with docket no[protected], that consignment reached Varanasi on 9/04/2017 with very bad condition, most of the boxes are in damage condition and the shrink wrap on all boxes are torn. we are trying to check that how many modules are affected because of this type of delivery and the customer is not agreeing to accept the consignment is this state.

Our business is getting seriously affected by the Poor services of Tci Xps, we complaint several times but not getting any response from Tci

It is to note that in this matter we will recover our losses from TCI Xps.

This consignment was booked on 1st april 2017 and still not delivered to my location. Concern person never pick a call ([protected]) and customer care always commit next day delivery.

Item was reached to bangalore hub on 9th april and still we are struggling to get our item.

This is not happening first time we are facing, 4-5 times we have faced similar poor services.

You have very poor service and irresponsible staff.

We will never user your services in future.

We are Laxven Systems Hyderabad we sent material through tci x press of 9 wooden boxes (Docket no.[protected] we booked on[protected] as on date[protected] the material not yet delivered today is the lost date for material due date if today is not got delivered late delivery fee will be deducted from our normal bill please make sure that today the material must and should delivery by today

Since i have purchase one product from naptol bearing docket no [protected] .
It was communicated to me that it was deliver to me before 6th of april 17.

Well, personally when docket was not receive by me as per tele con had with the purchase deptt. Now again i called bearing cell no [protected], 73, 76 having jammu TCI all these nos. All people are not behaving on cell very well & push there responsibilities to one to another people.

This is very serious concern & personally i am not happy with TCI XPS as experience.

We had booked consignment on 28th of March 2017 for Bhopal as we were told that the delivery time required was Maximum of 4 days. But our consignment is lying in Mumbai hub from 30th of March 2017. When told to your employees about these they are giving unnecessary reasons and most of the time they are not picking up the call. I want Delivery by 4th of March 2017. Doc no[protected]. Your customer satisfaction is very poor. Please do the needful.

We have booked the above consignment[protected] from Morbi, Gujarat to Cuttack on door delivery basis. On enquiring with the Local office we were informed for the last 5 days that the consignment has not come. Yesterday when we called they asked us to come and collect the same, as door delivery cannot be made. And they are misguiding us and told i[censored] dont want this then we can return it. Cuttack local office staff also very bad behaviour including manager name is some Singh. the manager behavior is very wrong and bad. So kindly request u please change that manager and take necessary steps against staff. otherwise i maybe go to local news agency or lok adalat for customer grievence.

This is the second time these type of miscommunication is happening. Really have to think a second time for booking further consignments.

M/s Spectris Technologies, Gurgaon has despatched one consignment containing 32 packets having weight of 2.5 Ton vide DWB No.[protected] on 07.03.2017 which is supposed to be delivered to Metal & Steel Factory, Ishapore by 16.03.2017. The consignment was already reached at Kolkata A.K. Mukherjee road on 12.03.2017.But till date MSF has not received the consignment causing delay in urgent defence production.
In view of this, it is requested to deliver the item within the scheduled time positively otherwise necessary action will be initiated against TCI for hindrance in defence production.
